J’en avais assez de ces poubelles rondes pour mettre dans un coin. J’ai donc abandonn ma Brabantia de forme ronde pour celle-ci et je ne suis pas due. Brabantia est une trs bonne marque, garantie, jusqu’au clip de fermeture.

Il cestino dei rifiuti figo
Come appassionato di design e di accessori di qualit ho da sempre avuto interesse per i prodotti Brabantia, in particolare per i loro cestini dei rifiuti, tra i primi ad esempio ad avere aperture intelligenti se non tecnologiche, per non parlare di rifiniture e soluzioni estetiche.
La qualit percepita e l’ergonomia, ogni volta che ne ho avuto uno tra le mani, sono sempre state molto alte, si potrebbe dire che sono gli iphone delle pattumiere.
Il prodotto qui esaminato non fa ecceziona ma non esente da difetti, o meglio da uno particolare: la delicatezza della lamiera.
In passato ne ho viste di ben pi solide, sempre Brabantia. Non so se il cambio di direzione verso un acciaio pi sottile sia stato dettato da motivi pratici, cio contenere il peso dei contenitori multipli per differenziare i rifiuti, o economici (prezzo crescente dei materiali), sta di fatto che il problema c’, come segnalato da altri recensori. E se avete la cara vecchia sFAIGA potreste riceverne uno con ammaccatura.
Io ne ho comprato uno nuovo e due dal wharehouse “come nuovi”, e uno di questi due aveva una piccola ammaccatura. Viene da sospettare che molte recensioni negative vengano da acquirenti di prodotti ricondizionati (dichiarati o meno come tali), quindi malamente aperti, sconquassati e rispediti al mittente. In ogni caso se siete casalinghe o casalinghi dal tamponamento facile o con scope che fanno la retromarcia senza il sensore di prossimit vi sconsiglio l’acquisto di queste pattumiere.
Altri difetti:
– sacchetti di dimensioni fuori standard e quelli Brabantia costano quanto una borsa Gucci contraffatta. Io uso quelli originali come protezione fissa per il cestino e poi dentro a questi ne adatto altri pi larghi e della stessa altezza per raccogliere i rifiuti.
– per estrarre i cestelli bisogna rimuovere completamente il coperchio
Detto questo passiamo ai pregi
– Apertura dall’alto comoda e a tocco
– Si sviluppa in altezza contenendo l’ingombro in profondit. Chiaramente che sia un pregio o difetto dipende dalla cucina.
– Presenza di gambe che facilitano la pulizia del pavimento senza spostare la pattumiera
– Piedini gommati con inserimento a vite e quindi regolabili
– Maniglie laterali non sporgenti e incassate
– Prese d’aria inferiori
– Acciaio anti impronta (occhio che per sul coperchio rimangono)
– Estetica
– Ergonomia, ovvero livello di soddisfazione nell’utilizzo: stiamo parlando di monnezza, quindi molto importante.
Conclusioni
Il prezzo molto (troppo) alto per una pattumiera con dei difetti progettuali e sprovvista di filtri a carboni attivi o altri optional particolari. Le 5 stelle sono escluse. Ne do 4 in maniera generosa perch a me piace e si adatta perfettamente alle mie esigenze. Da comprare solo in sconto perch, e lo ripeto, il prezzo sproporzionato.

I love this bin as it’s more compact than having two bins and I also like the height of it. It also looks great in the kitchen. The two 30l bins are a good size I think too.
Great bins for recycling
This is my second Brabantia Bo Touch bin (the first one was the smaller 11 + 23 liter unit). I use them to sort recycling, as there are now so many different types to sort and it is impossible to fit them all in the kitchen cabinet! I use the 11 l bin for paper, 23 l bin for cans and bottles, and this 60 l unit is for cardboard.
They look as nice and unobtrusive as bins can look, and I especially like the fact that the edges of the bin liners are hidden. They open silently and close with a satisfying click.
The 60-liter bin did have a dent on the back upon arrival, but as it was sold to be as an Amazon warehouse item (at half price), that was to be expected. I was able to straighten the dent mostly by pushing it from the inside, and in any case, it doesn’t bother me on the back of the bin. However, if you want a pristine bin, I would recommend getting it directly from Brabantia. I’ve ordered bin liners from them (for a very good price) and have been happy with their service.
If you’re OK with a few dents, the Amazon warehouse deals (of which there are plenty on offer as this item seems to be frequently damaged in transit) is a very good deal on an otherwise expensive item.

How do you justify 150 for a plastic bin? But I am obsessed. No regrets. I thought about it for weeks and pulled the trigger.
PROS
It’s slender depth is great for space. Height is actually incredible – didn’t realise how something I never considered was going to be such a benefit. The feet make it easy to clean around and I store my EUFY robovac station under. The dual slots are great for splitting recycling and normal garbage. It’s also lightweight, so easy to move around. Lastly, you can remove the slots, so I can take out just the recycling by removing the bin without needing to use a bag.
CONS
Other than price, its plastic! The top on mine constantly has finger marks I have to wipe often. Both bin slots are smaller than my separate previous bins, so it means taking out the garbage/recycling more often, but also, going through bin bags at ridiculous rates.
OTHER
I still have loads of black bin bags and though it’s slightly annoying and fiddly to insert, it’s completely fine, so you’re not forced into model liners.
Item damaged but replaced quickly
Box fine but bin damaged on the side. How it passed quality control I will not know.

This was my present to myself for Christmas after seeing one at my sons house . It was a little expensive but very attractive in design and does not take away from today’s very attractive kitchens . Would also look good in the smaller size in a large bathroom . I love it!!!

Stylish rubbish
Always wanted a bin that didn’t look rubbish or basic. It’s perfect for what we need. Stands out and separates rubbish and recycle. It’s easy to move hence the vacuum placed next to it. The handles on the sides are great for mobility. It is expensive but no intention of buying another bin anytime soon. Overall, great build and looks stylish. Great buy!

Honestly it’s a bit of a splurge, but the build quality is fantastic, and the capacity is really useful. Wish the replacement bin liners were more affordable but overall very pleased with the purchase.

Cercavo una pattumiera capiente ma anche bella da vedere e quindi ho fatto l’acquisto giusto. molto cara per essere un contenitore ma si sa fin dall’inizio. I sacchetti sono facili da cambiare anche se trovarli di 30 litri e di quella misura l (alti e stretti) non semplice. Si trovano i sacchetti della brabantia ma anche quelli sono abbastanza cari. Insomma se cercate un cestino che non sembri un cestino e faccia anche un po’ design, allora l’acquisto giusto.
Overpriced, but a great looking bi
The matte grey colour is overpriced for a bin, but does look great and sits against a wall or by the side of a fridge very nicely. Easy to clean and how both compartments fit inside the main container bin does makes taking the bags out very easy.

Looks stylish
It’s quite a large piece but fitted nicely against the wall. It’s easy to clean and holds just the right amount. I find that using the 60L bin bags is a better fit.
I got the used-acceptable one
I got the bin for half price as it was from Amazon’s used-acceptable option. There was a tiny dent on the side but it isn’t even visible as the bin is black. Would recommend but I wouldn’t have bought it full price
The perfect love of my life... in bin form!!
Best bin ever. I was on the fence about forking out the money for something so boring as a BIN. But having owned several in the past and dealing with the unsightliness and lack of functionality of most, I caved. This one is the Bentley of Bins. Just moved into a much smaller house with a small kitchen so there was no room for bins under sink or cabinets, etc. The lid is really high quality and feels sturdy – it is easily removed when the bins need emptying. The bags that are made for this are really easy to remove and replace as well. I like that this one has legs as it not only looks nice, it is easy to clean under. I use mine for trash on one side and recycling on the other – which works great.

Consegna come sempre rapidissima, contenuto del pacco in condizioni perfette, non un graffio ne ammaccatura. Contrariamente a quanto scritto da altri, a me non comunica una sensazione di fragilit, anzi mi sembra molto robusta. Considerando poi che stata spedita da un magazzino in Germania, nel suo box originale senza alcuna protezione aggiuntiva, direi che a prova di bomba! Bellissima, davvero un capolavoro di design. In una cucina moderna si collocher senza problemi. Spero le sue caratteristiche restino inalterate nel tempo, quello lo potr valutare solo utilizzandola.

Great size and perfect for sorting out recycling from general waste. It also does what it stays on the tin – no finger marks! So value for money – I’m sure you can find cheaper. But in terms of looks and ease – love it!

Los cubos internos estn hechos para las bolsas de la marca. Las que venden en cualquier superficie quedan fatal, no se aprovecha bien el espacio.
El material es bastante fino, se me han hecho dos bollos en nada de tiempo.

I did not realise one could 'love' a bin - but here I am. ONLY issue is - now I want them for all the rooms where I have a bin! So happy I indulged :) !

Oh man! I spent months lusting after this bin but not knowing if an expensive bin would ever be worth it. But it is, it really is. I love my bin. My 1-year-old can’t reach it which is a bonus, and it just makes so much sense to have it slightly off the floor on legs. It’s a great, wonderful bin. (Did I really just say that about a bin?)

I love this bin (as much as you could love a bin). It’s easy to keep clean, looks nice and a good size (not too big so that rubbish ends up going bad before emptying). I like the height added by the legs too – it means my toddler can’t open it and also just more accessible when busy in the kitchen!

It was only a matter of time before I succumbed to purchasing this bin, and like others have mentioned….it isn’t a cheap purchase, but it is a great quality item, and boy do I love it. It fits into my decor beautifully. Its sleek, easy to emtpy and clean. Arrived well packaged, bin legs really simple to fit, sturdy, easy carry side handles and a quiet bin lid closure and has a large waste capacity. The best thing of all, it really doesn’t look like a bin….well I did tell a friend it was a bottle and wine cooler, and her response was “wow, nice.”

Excelente calidad. Es cierto que es caro, pero a m me ha valido la pena. Es robusto, cmodo, bonito y fcil de limpiar. Eso s, necesita bolsas de 30l alargadas, pero en grandes supermercados las venden y de diferentes colores para diferenciar los cubos de reciclado. Lo recomiendo.
Aunque desde luego es bastante caro, el producto es fantstico. Tiene un diseo realmente bonito; en la cocina parece un mueble ms y es muy funcional. Fcil de limpiar, no se quedan las huellas y va bien con las bolsas de basura que se venden de forma estndar.
The warranty makes this purchase worth it. The feet make this look great, and are so easy to clean around. We do find that we have to thoroughly clean it out regularly with our hose and some bleach – about once every 1-2 weeks – otherwise it starts to smell; even when it’s empty it will smell. It’s not been a big issue, but the regular maintenance might put someone off. When cleaning it out, make sure to remove the feet, they are hollow and can get dirt or bugs trapped in them.
Love this. Stylish and practical. Just what I was looking for, no more recycling sitting on countertops or on the floor by the back door. The legs will make it easier to clean underneath. Expensive? Yes….but if it’s anything like my other Brabantia touch bin, which I’ve had for 15 years now, then the price will very much be justified.
I’ll never forget a saying that my father in law told me years ago as it’s stuck with me ever since ‘you buy cheap, you buy twice’. Days of trying to save money here and there by purchasing second rate goods are gone for me as they simply don’t last long enough whether that be because they fail/break or because you fall out of love with it. In this case I spent extra to get this bin because it looks classy and because it’s from a very reputable brand that make high quality bins. The wife and I love it and we’ve already had comments about how great it looks which says a lot as…well, it’s just a bin!

Estaba buscando un cubo grande para envases y residuos voluminosos. Este cubo de basura cumple con creces mis expectativas. Es muy bonito y queda precioso en la cocina aunque es un poco caro. Tienes que montar las cuatro patas pero es muy fcil y viene con algunas bolsas de nuestra.

La pattumiera stupenda, arrivata in perfetto stato, nessuna ammaccatura o altro per fortuna. Il design lo adoro, molto raffinato si adatta benissimo nella mia cucina moderna, sembra quasi un mobile pi che una pattumiera! molto capiente e pratica. Ho preso quella di 30 litri divisa in due scomparti, uno lo uso per la plastica e l’altro per la carta, vanno bene i comuni sacchetti, si fissano facilmente sotto il coperchio. Il prezzo molto alto, ma la qualit c’ e anche lo stile. Ci sono pure 10 anni di garanzia. La ricomprerei senza ombra di dubbio. Grazie.
I have been wanting to get this bin for so long but the price was an issue. I waited for a sale and finally got it. The pros: stylish, great height and easy to clean. I bought the twin 30L which means I finally have rubbish and recycling in one bin; Capacity is fantastic. As previous reviewers it’s hard to justify the price. I paid 166 but a bin is for life – not just for Christmas! I’m very happy overall.

La couleur design.
I hadn’t intended on spending over 130 on a bin.. but I’m glad I went with this. I’d been put off competitors offerings because there seemed to be a lot of negative feedback about their bins arriving dented or otherwise damaged. One even added a 5 increase to their price as it waited in my checkout list.
I own Branbantia small plastic containers and their sturdiness and clean design attracted me to spending more for this.
4 stars for sturdiness as the lid seems to have one central attachment rather than two.. but then I’ve no concerns over quality.
Importantly the bin arrived extremely well packed (intelligently engineered boxing packaging help to prevent denting in transit). It was a great relief having a product I like that is good quality (10yr guarantee) and arrives as it should – undamaged.
This is a good sized family bin. The two compartments are big and take a lot of rubbish and recycling. It is very nicely designed and the closing feature works very well. However, it remains to be seen how durable it is because I have only had it 6 weeks.
I really do like the bin but just two points to note. If you don’t have a big fancy kitchen, this bin might be a bit too much for it. It is very tall with the feet on and seemed to dominate our room. So I have simply removed the feet, which was no trouble at all. It now fits in much better. Second, I wouldn’t pay full price for it. I got it nicely discounted so unless you have money to burn or you absolutely have to have it, wait for an offer.

I’ve never understood people who pay this extortionate amount of money for a bin. And i still dont. Yet, i am now one of those people!!
I debated ages if i could justify the cost. I looked at various other bins and at first impression i couldnt see the appeal of a bin on legs!
This bin had the perfect dimentions; a large capacity double bin with a small footprint. And the legs are actually a really good idea – it makes it look much tidier and matches the decor of my kitchen.
The two buckets are easy to lift out for emptying/cleaning and the lid fully lifts off.
The colour is a slightly off white but not really niticeable. The bin feels solid and sturdy.
Im super impressed with my purchase, but even for what it is, i think its over priced.

Expensive but good
I really like this bin,it has a large capacity which means I’m not forever emptying it, yes it’s expensive but I think it’s value for money not only that my dog can’t open it!
Molto bella
Molto molto bella solo che arrivata con una piccola ammaccatura ma non abbiamo avuto voglia di avviare la prassi per il reso… i sacchetti hanno una misura particolare quindi o ci si accontenta di adattare quelli comuni o bisogna spendere qualche soldo in pi per comprare gli originali sempre su Amazon.

A revoir le colisage, reu un peu abime sur un ct. ( Cabosse). Structure un peu fragile (acier assez fin) Elle va trs bien dans mon intrieur , trs jolie et trs pratique pour enlever le sac.

Beautifully presented and well designed.
Beautifully designed Bin, makes my life easier. I love the fact that the bin has a touch lid. Makes it much easier to put waste inside of the bin without having to use your feet to push a peddle. I bought this bid because of the design and height. Its aesthetically pleasing. And because it has legs, there’s no need to bend forward to place items inside. Great for people who are disabled, as the height will make it far more easier to use. Love love love this bin.

Se devo trovare una piccola scomodit , sta nel fatto che per estrarre i bidoni necessario togliere prima il coperchio che richiede un spazio per essere appoggiato: avrei preferito poterli estrarre solo aprendo il coperchio

Love this bin. It is a lot of money for what it is but it’s so practical. The feet mean it’s easy to clean the bottom & I love the fact it has 2 30l bins for rubbish & recycling. No more piling up the recycling by the back door!

Ha llegado hoy antes del plazo previsto. Est impecable, el embalaje estaba perfecto. Es menos voluminosa de lo que imaginaba, pasa casi desapercibido y aunque es caro, en una cocina abierta como la ma eso es fundamental. El hecho de tener que agacharse es sper cmodo. El cierre es muy suave, espero que dure! Es blanco aunque en una foto parece crema.
This bin is BIG! And that is a good thing because at the same time it takes up surprisingly little space. And because it is so big, you don’t have to empty it out so often which reduces plastic bag waste, which is currently suffocating our planet.
It is also very well built, sturdy and easy to manage and clean.
It is almost obscene to spend 200 on a BIN, but in the long run this will be well worth the investment.
I bought the matt black 2 X 30 litre version so I could tidy up the recycling in my kitchen. It looks fantastic. The legs give me a space to hide a dust pan and brush. No the bin isn;t cheap but, considering how much a kitchen can cost, it adds to the overall appearance and doesn’t need to be hidden.
I added a couple of labels to the inside of the lid so it is obvious which side is for general waste and which is for recycling. Both the inner bins are black. Maybe it would be useful if they were each a different colour.
The bin is nice and sturdy. The lid opens with a gentle tap and closes with a gentle push. The extra height of the bin means there is no need to bend – helpful for us old folks!
Este producto no es barato pero la verdad que no me arrepiento en absoluto…. Es MUY elegante y cmodo de utilizar, las patas le hacen quedar ms alto con lo que depositar la basura en l es mucho mas fcil…. se abre con un toque, utiliza bolsas de 60 litros. El color blanco en una cocina blanca como la nuestra queda de lujo…. Incluso nos han preguntado “que es ese mueble”??..
Il faut tre sincre, les photos du produit ne lui rendent pas hommage. J’avais l’impression de voir un grand truc en plastique. Que nenni (oui j’ai entendu cela dans un vieux film de capes et d’pes)
Ma premire impression en recevant le colis, c’est ouah, c’est lourd. Je pensais que c’tait du plastique, et bien non,le corps est en acier, le dessus en plastique.
Sur photo je n’tais pas fan du design, mais j’attendais a voir. Finalement dans un intrieur, a le fait vraiment. Bon, il n’y a rien de rvolutionnaire, mais a ressemble a un meuble moderne et a s’adapte bien a un intrieur sans faire poubelle.
L’ouverture se fait en appuyant lgrement d’un doigt sur le dessus. Efficace, pratique.
Le problme est la forme de cette poubelle. Pas moyen de trouver un sac plastique adapt dans les grandes surfaces. H oui, elle est rectangulaire, pour y insrer un sac, il faut choisir un sac de 120 litres, et a laisse la moiti de vide. Et sauf erreur de ma part, le pack de la marque de 25 sacs coute prs de 17 … cher, trs cher !
Le produit est vraiment de qualit, mais il faudra se poser plusieurs questions. Tout d’abord, pour mon modle (60 litres), il faut tout de mme du temps pour la remplir, attention aux odeurs… bien entendue cela dpends de la taille de la famille. Sinon je vous conseillerais le modle 2×30 : poubelle jaune, poubelle grise.. et la pour moi c’est bon
Au final, je pensais dposer un avis trs ngatif face a ce prix un peu hallucinant pour une simple poubelle. Mais la qualit est prsente, et ca peut rpondre a certains besoins. videmment j’ai un peu de mal sur le rapport qualit prix.
Esthétique soignée mais panier pas assez rigide
C’est une poubelle de qualit avec une esthtique soigne. Bien qu’elle soit de grande capacit, elle s’intgre dans la pice en toute discrtion.
Elle est facile dplacer grce aux poignes renfonces. La hauteur est parfaite. Les pieds sont rglables. La poubelle s’ouvre et se ferme facilement et son ouverture est trs large.
On peut retirer le panier pour le laver. Par contre ce n’est pas toujours facile. Le plastique du panier manque de rigidit, du coup le panier s’enfonce au del de la bute et il faut forcer pour le sortir. Ce n’est pas trop grave car on ne lave pas ce bac chaque fois qu’on change de sac.
Je pense que la peinture peut se rayer facilement, il va falloir en prendre soin.
Des sacs poubelles de 60 litres sont offerts donc on peut l’utiliser directement ds rception.
Bref une grande poubelle discrte mais qui n’est pas assez robuste mon avis. C’est dommage car elle n’est pas donne !
