Very pleased with this hand held appliance. Very quiet. Great at chopping onions vegetables etc. And you can just do a small amount. Efficient for whipping cream and eggs and saves the hassle of digging out my Kenwood food mixer.

It’s really easy to use and clean. So far I’ve used the blender to make soup, and the masher to make mashed potatoes. Both worked really well. Sturdily made at a good price

Great gadge
Bought for my husband for Christmas to replace a Kenwood food processor which was rubbish. This is great; easy to use and clean. Multiple attachments for ricing, blending and chopping, all of which can go in the dishwasher. Also takes up much less space than a food processor.

The mixer is excellent, very quiet and powerful, and with just the accessories I use in the kitchen, however, when I hold the handle of the stick, I sometimes press the on/off button without intending to, and have to restart the mixer again. A small design issue that doesn't really detract too m much from how good this mixer is.

Overall pretty good
I was hoping a little more power, but it does the job.
It took longer than I expected to blend all ingredients to make a spinach and cashew nut dip.
Also, on a negative note the crevices on the body of the blender (where the rubber meets the plastic) somehow flour got in there and its really hard to clean it.
Best stick blender I have owned.

I ordered a purple kettle stainless steel. It arrived from china clearly not what was advertised very dark colour it looked brown and plastic not stainless. Now I'm being asked to pay return costs to send it back. Why???

Produce decent instructions
Very useful – I made Mayo for the first time and it was brilliant. The only thing I would like and it is a comment for many things sold here on Amazon – the instructions are really poor. I’m getting very tired of having to use a magnifying glass to read instructions or always having to go online to find a YouTube video. Why can’t we have decent instruction manuals as part of the products which are far from cheap.
