Works wonderful, only one small catch...
Really nice handblender! The only negative I’ve found is that the lid for the “bowl”mixer doesn’t lock properly with the bowl, so you need to hold that in place and not slip aside when mixing. Otherwise everything works fine!

Two or three speeds would suffice, but it's definately not a bad thing to have and may be useful in other scenarios. Fits my hand nicely, isn't too loud and the no-splash design works well, though it may hinder blending only slightly. I bought a new Braun stick blender as my old blue and white model (type 4193/400watt) was on its last legs after over 20 years of use in the kitchen. I looked at several brands however decided on the Braun mainly because I was very happy with the performance of my old Braun. I reviewed several Braun models however settled on the MQ5137BK mainly because of its power, stainless steel shaft and the size of the mixing/chopping bowl accessory (matching my old unit) which is ideal for making hummus and crushing/chopping nuts. The mixing bowl in the next model up is too small and includes a food processor which I didn’t need. The unit is much quieter to run compared to the old model and performs very well blending soups and making smoothies.
This is a really great hand blender. Lightweight and easy to use. I haven't used the other attachment yet. The mini food blender is good too. This product is very good quality, works well and is exactly what I wanted.

Lovely looking set, owned it a few weeks and have already used all the bits and pieces (except for pure maker) several times. I used to own basically the same set, but white with plastic attatchments and no speed dial control (which although fun to play with for a bit, really serves no real purpose as you usually just want the job done ASAP, so use the top speed anyway!) thus does exactly the same thing, works just as well if not slightly better but cost double the price. I think this is due to the metal attachments rather than white plastic and being glossy and black. Personally, if I was to purchase again I’d save the extra money and buy a white cheaper version (same make). It does depend on how much you value looks though, and if its going to be out all the time and your kitchen appliances are all black then it might be worth it for you. Generally it works fantastically as do all Braun hand blenders and I cannot fault it. It is so handy and versatile, you’ll not know how you coped without a hand blender in the first place!!!

Best blender for me
This blender is the best I had in a long time. It is heavy but so much sturdier than the cheaper plastic ones, the metal looks nice and does not discolour. I also like the various different speeds. On the whole, a very good purchase!

I am a retired Sales Manager of Braun – and am a bit biased! Great motor though do you really need 20 odd speeds? Attachments work as they should do, easy on/off motor. The potato masher is useless, needs redesigning – shame. Overall a typical Braun well designed product.

Works really well and is resistant to long high speed blending however the quality of the plastic itself isn’t necessarily worth the price. All plastic bits get easily scratched by spices or nuts, therefore the blender looks old after just a month of using it.

Ich habe mir erst Sorgen gemacht, dass das Bedienen der Geschwindigkeit mit dem Drehrad whrend des Prieren zu schwierig ist.
Dem war aber zum Glck nicht so.
Der Stabmixer macht einen sehr guten Eindruck in der Verarbeitung.
Das Zubehr kann sich auch sehen lassen.

Pürrieren ohne Spritze
Der Prrierstab ist so designed, dass man tatsaechlich Spritzer vermeiden kann. Das ist nicht bei jedem Design der Fall, wie ich und meine Kuechenwand leidvoll erfahren mussten.
Der Zerkleinerer tut auch genau, was er soll. Hier gefaellt mir ausserdem, dass die Schuessel nicht mehr wie vor 25 Jahren bis zum Rand mehrkantig ist, was das Auskratzen erschwerte, sondern nur noch gerade bis zu der Hoehe, in der es fuer den Flow beim Zerkleinern notwendig ist.
Uebergelaufen ist mir beim Zerkleinern auch noch nichts, auch nicht bei Suppe.
Dass man die Geschwindigkeit der Messer veraendern kann, koennte auch ein Vorteil sein, aber das hab ich tatsaechlich noch nie ausprobiert.

Batidora con varias velocidades de muy lento a muy rapido, con acesorio para pures que va estupendo y es raro que una batidora lleve este acesorio.
Also mich hat das alles nicht so ganz berzeugt muss ich sagen. Meine Frau ist begeistert aber ich sehe das anders, sie htte bestimmt 5 sterne vergeben ich definitiv 4 oder gar 3, habe mich letzendlich fr 4 entschieden weil meine Frau eben 5 geben wrde.
So, wir hatten auch einen anderen Mixer mit dem waren wir beide zufrieden, ja nach langer , extrem langer benutzung leistet er nicht mehr das was er anfangs tat. Wir wollten was neues ausprobieren.
Ja Braun ist bekannte firma und um so mehr sage ich mal will ich auch TOP QUALITT SEHEN. Denn Mixer wo wir haben, den alten, der hat 2 klingen, der hier von Braun nur eine . Nun gut er ( von Braun ) schneidet , ich sage mal ” AUCH GUT “. Was mich am meisten so gestrt hat war, als ich gemixt habe und ich habe wirklich nicht diesen Mixbehlter voll gefllt und ich habe es auch nicht ” FALSCH VERSCHLOSSEN ” und es ist ausenrum ausgelaufen, der saft von denn frchten. Definitiv ich habe nach geschaut und geguckt , der deckel war richtig zu, alles war von meiner seite in ordnung, dennoch luft der saft aus.
Das ist fr mich das schlimmste gewesen ” UNDICHT “- Ich meine wie kann man sowas Produzieren und verkaufen wenn es ” UNDICHT ” ist ??? Auch noch von BRAUN. Vielleicht habe ich ein ” FALSCHES GERT ” erwischt wobei ich denke das es damit nix zu tun hat, der deckel hat keine gummiteile oder sonst was das es abdichtet beim mixen ( hatt unser alter mixer auch nicht und nix luft aus ).
Schade, ich wrde anderen empfehlen nach was besserem zu schauen.

Super Gert hlt was die Werbung verspricht,leider ist mir der Deckel -Untersetzer vom Mixbecher zerbrochen,hier gibt es keine Ersatzteile.Da nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich habe dieses Produkt zu Weihnachten verschenkt.
Heute habe ich mir dir Meinung zum Braun MQ 5137 Sauce Plus Stabmixer Identity eingeholt.
Pluspunkte sind, dass alle Aufstze einfach zu handhaben sind und exzellente Ergebnisse erzielen.
Bis auf den Kartoffelstampfer, bei dem der Kartoffelbrei naturgem gern auch hngen bleibt, lassen sich alle Aufstze sehr leicht reinigen.
Shakes werden von der Konsistenz fast wie in professionellen Gerten im Fitnessstudio. Sahne lsst sich einfach steif schlagen und durch die Regelung der Geschwindigkeit am Rad, lsst sich der Stabmixer wunderbar bedienen.
Der Stabmixer ist nun ein Teil der Kchenausstattung und darf nicht mehr fehlen. 5 Sterne!

Hatte das Vorgngermodell mit 500 Watt und ohne Stampfaufsatz. Hat 15 Jahre lang gehalten und wrde noch immer funktionieren, wenn es mir nicht aus der Hand gefallen wre. Das ist mir zwar schon mehrmals passiert, diesmal war aber irgendetwas ‘Wichtiges’ abgesplittert. Funktionierte jedenfalls nicht mehr.
Aufgrund meiner Zufriedenheit habe ich mich wieder fr Braun entschieden und es nicht bereut. Hochwertige Verarbeitung, anwenderfreundlich, fairer Preis. Was will man mehr.

Ein wirklich sehr guter Mixer! Hat selbst Haselnusskerne wunderbar klein bekommen. Lsst sich sehr gut reinigen, hat Power und tut genau das, was er soll. Ich benutze ihn sehr viel fr Soen, Dips, Eintpfe, etc. Durch den Metallfu ist er nicht nur optisch toll, auch die Reinigung ist sehr einfach und es verfrbt sich nichts, sodass er nicht gleich nach dem ersten Curry-Gericht schmuddelig aussieht.
Estoy muy contento con el a las 24 h de realizar el pedido ya lo tena en casa.

Motor muy potente, silencioso con un brazo de acero inoxidable, antisalpicaduras, muy fcil de lavar y antihuellas.
Lo mejor de todo es tener una rueda con un botn independiente, para escoger una velocidad de triturado desde 1 a 21, ideal para montar claras hacer mayonesas o salsas muy especiales. de las que necesitas una velocidad exacta.
Luego dispone de otro botn independiente de mxima velocidad.
La nica contra que le veo y es por comentar algo es su peso, se nota que el motor es de calidad pues pesa un poco, con esto evitamos y mucho el tener que hacer mucha fuerza hacia abajo para triturar los alimentos. Vamos que al final es una ventaja.
Viene con 2 cuchillas de acero que dan la sensacin de resistentes y fuertes.

il est un peu cher, mais on en a pour son argent !
le produit est efficace, puissant, et facile a nettoyer (pas de rainure aux endroits qui se salissent)
Seul point ngatif, il est encombrant a ranger, et au moins dans cette version, il ne propose pas de kit de rangement pour viter que les pices ne basculent ou s’parpille

Es macht super gut priert, optimale Haltung. Was mich leider etwas strt, dass es das Teil manchmal langsam runterrutscht, wie zum Beispiel fester Brei da muss man etwas schwerer hochziehen und da rutscht untere Teil (Messer) etwas runter, msste man wieder festmachen und halten. Naja aber sonst macht es guter Arbeit.
Habe mich richtig entschieden. Wrde mich wieder fr Braun entscheiden. Einfach zu besttigen und zu reinigen.
Leicht zusammenzustellen. Auch gengend Watt.
Ich hatte bis dahin nur niedrig preisige Stabmixer. Die waren schon OK. Als sich der letzte anfngt sich aufzulsen, habe ich mich um einen neuen Stabmixer gekmmert. Nach Recherchen bin auf den Braun gekommen. Er ist sehr hochtourig und leise (was der Alte Stabmixer alles nicht war). Gute Qualitt und der Kartoffelmixer ist einfach genial. Auch das verstellen der Geschwindigkeit geht sehr einfach mit dem Daumen. Ich wrde direkt wieder kaufen.
