I have only just started to use this product so I am still getting used to it. The instructions are poor but a lot more information can be found online. There are a number of reviews and tutorials on youtube, which are useful, particularly about mode 3 and the phone app set up using blue tooth. It gives the head a good work out and can be disconcerting almost leading to panic when experiencing some of the pressures generated by the air bags around the temples and eyes. The various air bags around the eyes give the skin around the eyes a good kneading and with the added heat it can get a bit steamy when looking through the cut outs for the eyes. My partner looked red almost bruised beneath her eyes and the skin looked slightly puffed up too which made us laugh at first but she is reluctant to use it again. I will say at this point that I was using the app and going through all settings so may have set it too intense for her. I am not yet sure about the head massager and as others have said it can feel mildly painful. The greatest problem for me is trying to use the app in time with wearing the massager as it needs to be on before connecting to the app, you cant wear glasses while it is on and it is more difficult to see the app properly while wearing it but I will persevere as I so believe it will be useful and it certainly has a positive effect on me after wearing it. Note also that the eye section with its air bags is removeable although I havnt used it without it yet as I like the feel with it fitted.

Super fast delivery. I have been working from home for two years now. Not sure why I didn’t purchase this amazing head massager earlier, saved me from zoom call headaches.

The massager is exactly what I have been looking for. It can greatly relieve my headache and it can also massage around eyes. A good product for people using computers. I have purchased several products of the same brand from this seller. The seller is very reliable and promptly replies my concerns.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGot to say, it’s not the cheapest thing ever but, my lord its worth every penny. The stimulating effect is something out of this world to be honets. I had to convince my wife to put it on but once she did, she’s sold ;). My and my wife have different shape heads obviously but it does equally well for both, all points are well done and massaged se way. The unit isn’t super light but extra weight helps to put the pressure on I guess extremely comfortable and just works magic. Best thing I bought this year, honestly. Definitely 5 stars product. Well pleased. P. S. App is quite handy and the music is really relaxing, we never actually turn it off.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersYes Yes Yes. Initially was reluctant wondered if the unit would be too heavy and cause more discomfort. Not the case. This head unit uses air compression over the maxillary and frontal sinus area, temples and occiput. Added bonus is the heat.

Very relaxing. Especially after a long day at work.
There is a built in speaker and music, however I think it would be a nice touch to be able to add own music or stream from mobile to the unit.

The app syncs perfectly with the device and the different options including increasing strength can all be operated using the device. The goggles are see through albeit with a brown.

If your unsure and think this is a gimmick it really is not. Try it, thank me late

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI compared the specification with cheaper versions, typically 1/3rd the price. I eventually took the plunge with this as the main feature appeared better implemented and it had a safety mark (something important to me with lithium batteries close to your head and heater elements above your eyes!). I don’t regret the choice.

It does four things, three of which I find pretty useless while the forth is excellent. It’s because I slightly resent paying for 3 of the 4 features that I’ve reduced it to 4 stars.

I’ll start with what I find less useful. It has a scalp/head massager. I find this hurts after a few seconds – possibly because my hair is thinning but I’m really not convinced – I switch this off every time now.
It has a heated pad which warms the eyes. I don’t really need this and I find it causes sweat to form. I switch this off as well.
It has music. Even if you initially like the tune, it soon gets irritating so I switch this off as well! There is (apparently) an option to send music from your phone, either through the device’s speakers or using an earphone (supplied) that connects to the device – why not just put the earphones into your phone?
Finally the instructions are terrible! (but what’s new?).

Now what it does well – it has a number of pressure points inflated by air from an internal motor (it cycles each set on and off semi-randomly). The intensity of each of three groups of pressure points can be set (from a phone but read on…). This mode is VERY relaxing and has soothed away a couple of bad, stressy headaches. I suppose it’s similar to a human hand massage but certainly not the same. It’s neither better or worse though and a brilliant way to de-stress.

The unit has a control button which has two settings, neither of which I like as I find them harsh or even painful. In order to control it properly, you need to download the App. The first few days I used the App, it didn’t work properly (you had to work out and remember a particular order for the settings or it reverted to default) and I almost sent it back. Then on the next occasion it worked fine and has done since; maybe my phone updated but I don’t remember doing it. Although the App control means the unit is entirely portable with no wires, it’s difficult to see your phone’s display with the unit on your head (especially if you wear glasses, which you can’t while using it) so you can’t set it by how it feels but have to guess, try it, and if not right, take it off and try again. I have now noted the settings I like and use them all the time.

At one point (when new) the battery wouldn’t charge (and I’ve seen a review likewise). The solution is to run the unit fully down – it will then accept a charge. Since doing that once, it works fine. If left unused for a time, you may need to run it down again before charging as the charge level appears to be calculated rather than measured.

Like another reviewer, I did find it reacted with my sinuses the first few uses. I believe the other reviewer found this a positive. I didn’t find it either good or bad but have noted it here in case it’s a plus or minus point with the reader.

In summary, it’s very therapeutic when you have a stressy headache (although not nearly as nice when you haven’t, so wait until you have one before deciding if you like it). My recommended settings are to switch everything off except the pneumatic massage. On the App there are three bars (on the massage bit) – I set the top on full (right), the centre one on low / medium and the bottom one on low (but not fully off).

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersIt’s ok however to my great dismay I discovered that the soundtrack involves a Japanese lady talking throughout non stop. You can NOT change the language or turn the dialect off. It’s either music with foreign ramblings or no sound at all which ruins the entire experience. Albeit it’s a quick fix, all you need do is pair the devise via Bluetooth and you can play anything you have ! I’m so grateful for that bloothooth feature and the heating pad part of the helmet especially. Overall it’s a brilliant + efficient product, it personally reminds me of some otherworldly, dystopian-fiction machinery; it petrified my cat but I received a more positive response from the rest of my family. Well done !
