It works really well
The only problem I found with this was the same with most power tools, it’s made for a right handed operator, this is the only reason it lost a star, that and no case. Perfect for a right hander I would imagine
Very good saw
Found saw easy to use. Laser gives accurate cutting mitres and makes cutting skirting boards much easier.
My New Favourite Toy
I decided, as a noob DIYer, I wasn’t going to start buying every power tool under the sun. Start small. For cutting this is now my favourite tool, goodbye hand saw. Over the past few days, I have been cutting tonnes of wood, from standard worktops to scaffolding plans and this tool has been awesome and it just keeps going.
Once I figured out where the cutting line was and spent a bit of time getting accustomed to it, I honestly can recommend this mini circular saw. I chose this one over the other popular choices primarily due to the bore size, 9.5mm as opposed to 10mm which seems less common. I also purchased some Dewalt blades to go with this saw, and they work perfectly. This is a powerful little saw, and it just keeps cutting.
The laser, all though a bit gimiccy, is accurate, not cabinate making accurate, but enough to confirm your jig is in the right place. See the attached image, cutting using the jig, you can see the laser is pretty much bang on the cutting line to. Nice.
This is aperfect middle ground between a hand saw and a table saw/circular saw and fits my smaller DIY needs perfectly.
Good value and very useful
The advantage of these mini circular saws is that they are handy. Even so this one will rip through wood very easily. I have cut 4″ x 2″ PAR timbers, a 47mm work top and many sheets of 18mm ply and OSB. I haven’t tried stone, metal or plastic yet. I have a heavy 185mm dia circular saw but I don’t need it with this one in the tool box. Quality is good. Read the instructions and operate it carefully.

Hi it’s great love it easy to use so thank you very much
Perfect for small jobs
This is a nice useful small saw that powers through some quite chunky wood. Decking is handled with ease!
If you have small hands the safety button is a bit of a stretch, but that’s no fault of the product.
It comes with spare blades and so far I can’t complain at all.
I haven’t used the laser yet because of the work we have used it for.
If I could ask for one thing it would be an included case.
Cirular saw honour 750w
I only opened it turn it on lookswill let you no how it goes the pa
Very powe
Use full tool, but be careful.
Very powerful, not so easy to maintain straight line without a solid guide.
Laser is everyone slightly off I think.
My only worry is getting replacement blades, but don’t forsee getting new ones for a long time as the blades seem good quality
excellent produc
Excellent saw. Quite good price. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet though
Great Tool at a great Price
Great tool at a great price, easy to use and very powerful
Great piece of kit for DIY enthusiasts
Ok. Let’s get the cons out of the way first. The main one is the laser, which is pretty useless if you use it outdoors as in good light it’s not visible. However the guide/safety plate does have an accurate notch on its leading edge which you can eye to ensure you’re cutting along your desired line. The other little con is the allen key holder in the heel of the cable insert. It just doesn’t sit well there. Also the bolt holding the ruler guide, it simply screws into the ruler-scale and being metal over time will leave notches. Remedy is simply: put some rubberised glue (Copydex or even Uhu glue) on the tip of this bolt and when it dries and hardens it will minimise any notching.
Now the pros. Where do I start? There’s nothing I could fault. It’s well balanced in the hand, hence easy to guide as you cut, especially stone. Love the fact you have 3 free blades for different materials. Also the ability to bevel cut. I’ve sawn 16ft planks lengthwise with this saw, and the cuts were dead clean!! Love the fact that it’s light enough for you to cut into a post horizontally. It can also do plunge cuts!! Really, what can it not do? It’s one of the best tools I’ve ever used. Fits into your hand so nicely, and it’s done a better job of cutting stone paving slabs better than my DeWalt mini cutter. But be careful though, as with all these tools, of kickbacks if you don’t position the blade well, or stop and restart in mid-cut!
Lovely bit of kit, only enhanceable if it could’ve included a bag as there’re quite a few bits and pieces you’d want to keep together.
Dece
Had to tighten blade after a bit of use but pretty good so fa
It cuts stuff
Excellent mini circular saw. Less fearsome than a full size version, more easily controllable, but still has sharp functional edges so you do have to be careful. I have used mine to bevel long planks and to chop kitchen worktop with complete success. Guide rod & laser really helps with that. 6 blades of 3 various types are provided so I cannot imagine I will ever need to buy more. Only way to improve this kit would be to provide a case with it. Super value!
Great tool for the job
I was looking at circular saws for a while and as I’d only use it now and then I looked at mini saws and I’m glad I did, it works really well, cuts perfectly and at a easier and smaller size to a standard saw. The laser makes it even easier and the extra blades are an extra value so I highly recommend it.
did exactly what i required
Brilliant, did the job I purchased it for perfectly, well worth i
Brilliant Tool
This tool is brilliant, and at a great price. Very easy to use, did exactly what I needed it to, and I now have a brilliant tool to use in the future.
Solid & Powerful
Only used it the once up to now, but did the job very well.
easy to use
perfect for all the jobs it has been used fo
It works very well
Its very controllable, cuts through timber like a hot knife through butter and it comes with a variety of blades. So fa so (very) good!
Just the job
I love a bit of DIY but hate hanging around for a man to do any sawing as I struggle. I have made a garden bench using pallets and have used pallets to make a decking area. This saw made things So Easy. Just the right size , easy to use . Not had to change blade yet so can not comment on how easy they are to get hold of.
circular saw.
great product, not too heavy and easy to use one handed, much better than a jig saw.
highly recommend this product.
Ok tool for general use and diy. Alignment and accuracy not great so be aware
It’s fairly ok and seems to be cutting well enough but the angle adjustment on the vertical axis has a little too much movement when trying to lock into 90 deg. Also the laser sight while useful seems to be out of alignment slightly and no way I can see to correct it. That said if you use a fence/runner to keep it straight it’s not a problem I guess. One last slight issue is the extraction hose attachment makes a very loud whistling noise in use which is bearable but not great for long periods of use. This tool is good for general work and odd jobs but for acurracy I’d probably look at another brand.
Recommended for kitchen worries outside jobs etc
Excellent product, cuts straight as a die if you are capable of making it do so. It’s robust, powerful and easy to use although it is quite heavy but you get what you pay for!
This is all you need for DIY
This is a fantastic hand saw, it cuts through wood like butter and is very powerful. It is very comfortable in the hand and the laser guide is very accurate, i like the idea of angle cuts and adjustable depths, also the suction hose is a fantastic addition and it really works, i would definitely buy another one of these if it packed up but judging by the build quality it won’t be happening for a long time. Great for cutting old wood for projects. I haven’t used the metal cutting or concrete cutting blades yet but they are top quality blades
Excellent tool for every case
Bought for wall chasing with the diamond blade, it does a reasonable job however far better suited to wood.
Plenty of power so can tackle masonry if you need. The tool to add and remove the blades is straightforward. This along with a multitool is a necessity in all toolboxes
Easy to use
I have no experience but it was easy to put together and operate. It is loud but that is expected.
Powerful tool
Good quality good delivery nice tool great for all wood cutting
Works as described, good value, would recommend
Works as described, good value, would recommend. However the wood saw blade is a bit rough, it leaves a slightly jagged edge on most wood and melamine. I would have thought that they ought to include a blade with finer teeth as well. Otherwise easy to hold, very powerful, works well, reasonably easy to guide in a straight line. Very good price.
Easy to use
Really good can hold this saw comfortably not too heavy
but it wont replace my larger saw.
have used it to rip up some 12mm MDF and worked a treat although i feel it would struggle on power for longer cuts if i was ripping up thicker MDF
on wood it handled 18mm ply wood without a problem
the cut on both was very clean using the blades supplied – even on the ply
there is a bigger kick than expected when the motor engages so be prepared but after that it has a really smooth cutting motion and the blade guard lifts without any snagging. adjusting the depth and angle for cutting is a breeze with handy fob screws rather than having to use an Allen key like on other models in this price range
for the occasional DIYer or a novice this is a nice starter saw before using a full sized circular saw – for the master craftsman you might find it a bit low in power but useful for smaller cuts
i dont normally use the lazer function on tools as they dont tend to be that accurate – however this one seemed to be calibrated to the saw quite well. used on smaller cut where i didn’t use a fence and it did help me make sure i was cutting straight – but there is no beating using your own mice pies
the on negative i have is that is doesn’t come with a case – but i just ordered one for 7.99 so no biggie
if you search amazon Topstools CS12024T these are good replacement blades at a reasonable price there are also LG which look really cheap and Workx blades that are really expensive but i haven’t tried eithe
Husband happy
Husband is very happy with saw, it’s easy to use and the laser guide helps keeping you in a straight line. Comes with different saws depending on material your cutting.
My husband loves it its so easy for cutting tiles well worth the money
A wonderful tool and a good price the only down side it’s a bit heavy but then again I’m 73 so it could be tha
Good allrounde
You can buy replacement disks for this item online from “lionsgate” home and loving not to expensive eithe
Sometimes you want a power tool to help you cut something but the circular saw is just too big and the jigsaw is too fiddly. This mini circular saw is just the job! It can cut to 42mm which is sufficient for most jobs, even some worktops. It feels good in the hands, with soft grips and it is well balanced too, with the back end weighing the same as the front. You can operate this one handed unlike a bigger circular saw. My only criticism is the laser isn’t very bright, you can’t see it when cutting outdoors. But I don’t need it anyway so it doesn’t affect me. The machine comes with 3 blades, wood metal and a grinding disc. Not sure how well the grinding disc will work at 3500rpm, grinders usually work at about 11000rpm. The wood disc certainly works well, it’s like cutting butter! Recommended tool, great for diyers.
Delivered day after ordering. Great value saw for the price. Comes with three different cutting discs aswell. Very happy with the overall purchase.
Can’t fault this bit of kit really, really solid built, comes with a great selection of blades out of the box, laser guide is accurate, even the dust extraction worked well (even though it looked a bit flimsy when fitting and had to tape it to my Henry Hoover nozzle to fit properly). All in all this a remarkable addition to my tool kit array for the price, handy, versatile and great value
I haven’t got it or used it yet. It’s a present from my wife. Even when I do get it I don’t see any problems with it. I reviewed many saws of this type and preferred this one
I could not find any replacement blades, I emailed ginour and they put me onto TECCPO 115mm x10mm and hey presto 2 new blades
I hope that this helps anyone who is in the same position I was
Very impressed with this so far. Looks nicely made, good sturdy quality and a powerful motor. One reviewer below had complained the blade retaining bolt is very tight, he had not realised the bolt is a left hand thread and loosens be turning clockwise, not anti-clockwise. Having looked for 10mm arbor disks, they do seem hard to find. However 20mm disks are around and you can get arbor reducing rings from 20 to 10 from a few places for a couple of quid. I don’t know if these would be successful but I will give it a try when I need too.
Only down side is there is no solid box for the produc
Does not come with a carry case so I made one.
This is a really robust machine. Easily adjustable and is powerful enough for most jobs.
Does The Job
Seems to be well made feals good and does the job
Good value for money, works very well, bit heavy for small, delicate work.
Find the guard awkward on shallow cuts etc, no way to hold it out of way to see clearly.
Power saw
The ease of handling only got it on Monday and used it on Tuesday cannot find a negative at the mome
It did exactly what I expected. Perfect for the jobs I had plans for.
