I’m still not really sure how these work! They can pull off a wall with no damage to the surface, then stick like glue to the next thing.

Does the job perfectly
I had used these strips successfully before, so when I had some pictures reframed – and had to rehang – I naturally chose these again.
They are very easy to use if you follow the instructions properly. The adhesive quality is amazing although I tend to use a few more strips than recommended just to be ‘safe’. My main reason for using strips instead of normal picture hooks is to keep my walls intact. The frames are very quick and easy to remove – again if you follow the instructions properly – and leave walls completely unblemished.

I was dubious about using these as I didn’t want any of my lovely items to drop and break. I tried first, with very small lightweight picture frames, and they held without problem. I used multiple pairs on heavier, larger items and left the lock section on the wall to adhere before hanging the item, and I have had no problems at all. It can be quite a pricey way of hanging things, particularly heavier ones, but I think it’s worth it, saving on wall/paint damage.
Good quality hanging strips
These are a repurchase as I love command strips. Every year I hang my outdoor christmas wreath, it never moves despite the weather and comes off easily when I want to take it down.
I’ve have had one holding a hook on my door outside for over three years and it’s still holding firm.

We have a 28kg whiteboard purchased for our office. The office is a Regus kind of a place so putting holes in the wall is not allowed unless by the resident engineer at a cost. So… command stips.
We did the maths. 4 of these strips can support 7kg so we used 18 (two for luck) and mounted the GLASS whiteboard on our office wall.
So far no death or injury. 🙂
Very good produc
Bought these to put up about 30 frames on a chimney breast. Very good adhesive, I can’t say if they work when pulling them off, I have only just put them up. The individual sizes are bigger than I thought, not that it isn’t clear in the listing, just that I’m useless at anything that includes measurements

Command strips are aces.
They are so easy to work with and simple to use.
They avoid the unsightly holes that other frame hangings leave and they’re mega easy to remove.
Make sure you do it properly though & don’t make my mistake and hang multiple items and not level them all out .
They hold varying weights depending on the size you get.
Pretty hard to go wrong with these.

The product arrived and is as described, but it arrived out of the packet. The cardboard sleeve from the back of the packaging was there, along with the strips and everything needed, but they were opened. Not quite what I would expect.

I have purchased this item before in the shops so I had an idea of what I should be getting. I like having two different sizes in the same packet and have now used the small and medium sizes and the adhesion was excellent and the pictures look great on the wall!

They’ve held small and medium frames for me and even a large canvas. Easy to apply and can move them about if you don’t get it right first time. The adhesive still works perfectly. Had pics up for about a year and they’ve been totally fine.

They work so well for putting up pictures and even securing a window planter. I use about 2 stickers for a framed A4 print and they have stayed up for weeks so looks good so far! Much better than using nails for smaller things.

I wasn’t sure about using these to hold a frame on the wall but they stick on and hold really well. When I removed them to replace it doesn’t leave a mark on the wall. Highly recommend these rather than drilling holes in the wall.

Where have these been all my life?
I absolutely love these. They are so easy to use and appear to do a brilliant job. I can’t comment on the ease of removal as they are all still up and holding pictures in place without the need for nails.
Just what I wanted
I had bought a different brand previously but they were a total disaster but these worked so well. I wanted them for a gallery wall set of photos so purchased the mixed sizes and they were perfect so easy to use and get into place and have stayed in place exactly with no movement. I can’t comment on ease of removal as I haven’t needed to remove them yet. Would definitely recommend and repurchase myself again.

These are really easy to use. I’ve hung pictures/ paintings of various weights and have worked well.
I’m impressed because my wife actually recommended these. Usually, I put photos up on the wall all wobbly and lob sided. Then I have to fill in hole, repaint and then re drill. This was easy as peas! Put these on the back of the frame, peel back the tape and plonk them on the wall. Easy peasy lemon squeezey… done in 60 seconds! My wife is now in may good books.

I’ve used these repeatedly around my home for the vast majority of my pictures. Haven’t used them for anything bigger than A4 size, but have previously used for a full length mirror and worked brilliant.

They stick really well,I’ve used the medium ones to stick a utensil rack to my kitchen wall and that’s well and truly stick to the wall, my son has used some to stick a mirror to his wall , please make sure you put the strips correctly on the item your hanging unlike my son who didn’t look at the instructions and now has a wonky mirror and cannot get it off the wall lol but he uses these for all his canvas pictures and they come off the wall easy when applied correctly.

I used these to hang my pictures on my studio wall. Worked a treat and I have ordered another packet of them to hang more pictures. All of the pictures are canvases or canvas boards and are not that heavy and so I have only used two fixings to each picture which works perfectly well. Highly recommended.

I do wish Command would come up with replacement glue tabs – so you could take it of bu re-use the hook or velcro pads. Would save an awful lot of unnecessary waste!! Otherwise – I think they are great. Want to do a gallery wall using them but think that might work out too expensive

Sticky/velcro pads for holding picture frames on the wall. We have our toilet roll holder + roll stuck to cabinet door so holds 4lbs or more. Once pulled off the wall it does loose its stickiness though.

It’s been about 5-6 months since I put up my picture frames and they’re perfectly attached. The weight of my frames weary from 500-1000 grams. I used 2-4 tapes per frame, depending on weight.

I really love command strips. It makes putting a picture up so much easier, give a strong hold and leave no damage to walls when removed.

Managed to hang my 3 frames up with absolute ease. Im absolutly rubbish with hammers, nails, drills and screws, these are so very simple to use with the same desired effect without holes in the walls.

We have just started hanging lots of different frames and canvasses on the walls, these are ideal and have held up well so far.
They remind of velcro but much stronger. I have had to take a couple of the frames down to to redecorate them and it was so easy, just pull the frame from the bottom away from the wall and it comes off the wall leaving the wall attachment there. Once I was done I just pressed it back into place and it was all good.
I did need to remove one entirely as I changed my mind on what was going in that space, easy to remove the frame and easy to remove the wall attachments leaving no trace on the wall – that is the bit I absolutely love!
Damage free walls
Not the first time purchased these they are great. We don’t bother using nails for picture frames any more. Easy to put up. A little care is needed taking them off ( if you need to).

However, it get 4 stars because it peeled my pain off when I followed the instructions and removed them. The room was painted 9 weeks before hand. I would say that if it had of been on an older wall, I would not have had a problem. I used them to hang some lightweight party decorations for one day. The paint was a hardwearing well known brand that I have used many times before. I have used similar products without an issue in the past.

Great solution for no damage to wall
I love that you can use these without permanently damaging the wall as you do with nails. It’s a shame that when you come to remove them it makes the part that’s stuck to the wall redundant. I also find them too wide for some of my picture frames — so have had to cut them down the middle and use in two places instead — but still seems to work.
VERY strong!
So first things first, this product definitely does what it claims to do and it’s great with strong adhesion. However, I have a couple of things that make me unlikely to use it again.
One of the steps to apply this and make sure it stays on the wall is to gently remove the picture frame so that half the strips stay on the wall while the others remain on the frame. I literally couldn’t figure out how to do it. I was ok with that and assumed that if I leave the frames as they are instead of removing and then replacing them as instructed, I should just be ready for them to fall off eventually.
Except when I attempted to remove one of the frames (that had been on the wall for less than the suggested 30 seconds!), not only did the strips not stay on the wall, one of them also took some of the paint along. I got very concerned and removed all my frames, and I can confirm when removed properly (by pulling the little tab) these didn’t damage the wall, so I can’t fault them. Only when removing the frame itself as advised (by gently peeling it off) did this happen.
Do the job well
Used for many tasks. The picture hooks were used to hand 17 frames of differing sizes. Frames were narrower than the tabs so I cute them in half longwise and it worked well

I was not sure that these would/could work as advertised but I am now a convert. Easy to install and the pictures are all still up on the wall. Have since bought other sizes/formats.

Easy to Use - No Mess

I always use Command – very easy to use and no mess.
Brilliant.
Simply brilliant. Used these on quite a few items around the house now. Prevents making holes in the walls and enables flush mounting against the wall. Used them up so need to buy some more.
Perfect for hanging posters.
Used to hang some heavy posters on newly painted walls. Stuck perfectly and the Velcro allows for small adjustments to be made after installation.

Really good quality. So happy with it. Used them to hold up the balloons for a baby shower. It held really well.
So easy and damage free hanging
I have used this particular set to hang some (lightweight) pictures above my toddler daughter’s bed. I didn’t want to use nails in case they bounce around in the bedroom and she caught herself on one. These are easy to use and from previous experience we know they remove easily without damaging the paint. I have used various sizes around my house (even to hang the cordless hoover) and I’m always impressed. Note that I never tried on painted walls with lining paper, so can’t comment on damage there.

Worked well for smaller pictures
Hung all my pictures in the living room. Worked really well for smaller pictures and do not mark my wall when I removed to change position. It didn’t work when I tried a heavier picture.

I got fed up of nails in my walls and having to refill and paint over so when I redecorated, I chose these. First time using them, and very happy. They are basically like adhesive velcro strips. Works out much more expensive than a nail or humble picture hooks but worth it! I found them easy to use, very easy to peel off the backing and stick in place. Just follow the instructions properly and you’ll be golden. Really happy and will definitely buy more and use again. The pack I purchased was just enough to hang everything you see in the picture I’ve posted.
Works well, but requires more strips than you'd think
I’ve only just bought and used these, and they seem to work well. I haven’t removed them yet, so have put 4 stars for removal, but I’ve obviously made that up.
The one thing I would note about these strips, which I wish I’d known when ordering them, is that I assumed when it states pairs of strips, I assumed one pair is one picture, but you need at least 2 pairs, per picture, and 4 pairs if it’s on the heavier side. Therefore, 8 pairs doesn’t cover 8 pictures, it is only enough for 4.
Amazing Product !
Cracking ! Hung eight canvases in no time at all. Removed an old command strip from a painted wall before using these and not a single trace of it to be seen. Fantastic for renters or if you dont want to put nails in a wall. Recommend without hesitation. Do it !

These are so easy to use. We have a new build house and the walls are quite thin. We use these where ever we can and they are brilliant. And if you remove correctly they don’t even leave a mark on the walls. Great invention.
No problems with them
Was a bit skeptical given the other reviews, and even more so when they arrived as shown in the picture with just a cardboard insert and the straps loose inside a jiffy bag. But I had no problems getting the backing off the strips. Followed the instructions and they worked perfectly.
Had them in a previous house and if you leave them on for over a year they do tend to pull a bit of the paintwork of. The ones I had up for under that left no marks whatsoever.
Perfect For Hanging A Canvas
Used these to hang a canvas on our lounge wall. The canvass remained in place for over 4 years until I recently removed it to decorate. Easy to remove with no damage to original paint and new set stuck perfectly.

I rent a room from a private landlord who doesn’t allow me to drill holes into the wall and would charge for any damage or marks on the wall if it needed repainting. As a result, I went looking for an alternative to the usual nails to put various pictures up on the wall and found these handy Command Strips. I bought a value pack which contained 8 medium and 10 small strips, as I figured that more would always come in handy and there was the possibility of me ruining a few on my first try. On the contrary, they are very simple to use and effective. You simply separate them and attach them until they click and then remove the paper to get to the sticky part. If you see my photos, the picture is roughly bigger than A4 size and the wooden frame is relatively light, and I used 3 pairs of small strips and have had no problems.
One thing – I would recommend measuring out or preparing where you want to stick your pictures first, as once stuck and then removed these do seem to lose their effectiveness.

Worked so well we ordered some more. Newly decorated room and we didn’t want to put holes on the beautifully painted walls. This product worked on heavy pictures
A total faff to use
Work brilliantly but the problem is that because they are stretchy it’s extremely difficult to get them into position behind whatever you’re hanging on the wall. Managed it in the end with a fair bit of swearing.

One of those items where you think “Why have I never used these before?”!!! These are great – hung a large canvas in the kids room within minutes. As you can position these on all corners there’s no chance of pictures getting knocked and hanging lop sided – they stay fixed & very secure. Going to purchase some of the smaller ones for small frames as part of a large picture wall. Command items are great!
easy to use
Its advertised as rental friendly as it supposedly doesn’t damage paintwork. luckily I own my property because despite careful removal (and following the instructions) of one of my frames it did take the paint with it. it has only happened with one of my frames so it may have just been loose paint anyways. they are easy to use and can be put anywhere. it really is important to pay attention to the weight limit of each strip as they are there for a reason and you don’t want smashed frames. I have even hung a frame with these in my bathroom and so far so good the steam hasn’t seemed to affect the adhesion.
So easy to use
These strips are fantastic for putting up photos on the wall, very easy to remove and no mess, no paint removed would definitely recommend. I had previously used them but after having a burst pipe in our house and having to move out we had taken the photos down so the workmen were able to paint the walls, can’t wait to get them back up.

Where have I been?! I’ve only learnt about these command strips recently and I absolutely love them! I’ve used them to hang 12 canvas pictures in my lounge and they have stayed up with no problems. Highly recommended for ease of use without the need for nails!

Once you get the knack of how to use these they are in fact a very clever invention.
You know you get the stick on hooks that never work for longer than 2 days, stick one of these underneath it and you can literally hang your coat from it, I do and they’ve never fallen off agai
