The watch was easy to set up, very happy with how any queries I had were dealt with. Unfortunately it just wasn’t to be for my nanny due to her small frame but for someone who is average size or larger this is perfect. Definitely worth a go and if it isn’t to be then customer services are excellent at addressing any issues.

I like the fact it fall over and unable to get up I can summon help by the press of a button, also being able to monitor my heart rate and temperature. I am very pleased with this item.

I bought this for my elderly mother as she was starting to worry about falling and no one being around to known. One day I had just arrived at friend when the watch called me. Mum had fallen and couldn’t get up. I managed to get there whilst calling an ambulance on the way and she was taken to the hospital. It had been a serious fall and if it had not contacted me she would not have got to hospital without further complications. To me it is worth its weight in gold.

We purchased this after my father had a fall and wasn’t able to summon help. For peace of mind, this device is invaluable and allows my father to contact us easily if needed. If the watch detects a fall/sudden drop, then it will ask the wearer if they are okay, if no response then it will send SMS to all the emergency contacts, then attempt to call us in the order we have set up.

Unless you need to monitor pulse and steps, I would suggest turning the device to ‘manual mode’ in the phone app settings to increase battery life. We find the battery is slow to charge (taking several hours), so that’s something to bear in mind as the user won’t be able to wear the watch as it charges. My father charges it in the evening when he is sitting watching TV, as he likes the reassurance of wearing the watch overnight.

With all that said, I do still recommend this watch as I know that it has helped my father maintain his independence and gives both he and us peace of mind. Just be aware to use the watch you will need to pay for the cost of the watch + the ongoing monthly costs (14.99 per month at time of writing).

Having suffered a stroke at a younger age (51) I was searching while waiting to be discharged from hospital for a watch that would provide my family, friends and myself peace of mind that I was doing okay while at home during time on my own. The CPR Guardian watch not only provides this for us all but it gives me a steer on my BPM 24/7 and step count which really supports me informing the medical profession over a period of time how I am recovering. This watch also enables me with the emergency button/SOS contacts to reach out to friends and family as at the moment of my stroke my phone was too complicated for me, so the idea of pushing one button to contact my designated SOS contacts makes me feel safe. I even have the watch with a girlie pink strap which is a bonus ! The team at CPR have been absolutely brilliant, I have emailed and spoken to them several times while ensuring my watch and app was being used to its best potential to support my recovery and their level of understanding and customer service is the best. I have already recommended this watch to others and will continue to do so if you or a family member or friend is in a vulnerable situation. This is what the CPR Guardian is designed for over and above a smart or sports watch and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great product, takes the worry out of leaving partner at home alone. Watch wouldn’t switch on, called customer support, sent it back for investigation and got a new one back in just a few days. Customer support friendly and helpful.

Only had the watch set up for a week, but so easy to set up with SOS contact numbers etc, and having the fall detection is excellent, mum has made a couple of “swift” movements with her arm and its already asked her twice if she is ok fantastic feature.
    Waterproof, comfortable, easy to read.
    So far, so good
    Would highly recommend

We have found the watch is perfect for our elderly mum.
The fact is use GPS is great for those who still get out and about. The button is easy to press. We test the watch regularly, as well as a couple of instances where it has been a real emergency, and it has never let us down.
    Highly recommended

This is a great device which gives peace of mind to relatives. If the person using it is quite old and frail they may struggle to remember charging it. The battery lasts about 24 hours. The fall detection is very good. When my wife could walk I could see from work how many steps she had done and her temperature. The location finder isn’t very accurate though on the app.
All in all, this is cheaper every month than a panic button service which brings peace of mine to myself and wife.

The CPR Guardian III was purchased for my 93 year old mother-in-law who is an avid gardener but not always steady on her feet. We have had one or two false alarms where she dropped the watch accidentally but more importantly, a couple of actual alarms where she had fallen though thankfully without injury. So definitely worth the investment. We had a brief issue where the watch appeared not to be activating after being dropped but CPR were very swift to supply a replacement. So far we are very happy that it does what it says on the tin!

I have been looking for a system for my elderly mother to contact me if she is in trouble, not able to move or fallen over even in the shower. I have studded pull cords and button presses from all kinds of technologies. The Guardian III seemed to have the answer plus I can ring and talk to her if anything seems wrong or not. If you have any queries or problems with the watch the technical support is excellent and when I have rang a tech support engineer Tom is very patient and extremely helpful, this gives me confidence in the system. This is not a cheep answer to the problem but it covers all the gaps in my concerns for my mothers wellbeing and that was a price i was prepared to pay.

The watch is fantastic and has given me peace of mind as far as my mums safety is concerned. My mum feels very reassured wearing it and safe. All the staff are very helpful and supportive and Tom has been a great support . The fact that you can make and receive calls from the watch is fantastic. This is a very positive addition to my mum and her being able to stay in her own home. The battery life is very good and the gps is very accurate

My mother is in her mid-90s and lives alone with her two Shih Tzu’s. She is very independent and manages most things for herself. I go in daily to check she is ok, walk her dogs and get any shopping she may want.
Late one night in January 2021 she got up to let one of the dogs out. It was pouring with rain and after opening the door fell over and broke her hip! She was able to call me from her watch and we called an ambulance to attend. We were able to reassure her whilst driving to her house.
Without the ability to call, she would certainly not have survived lying on the conservatory floor for probably about 8 hours with the door open and rain coming in.
On another occasion she had an intruder break into her house in the early hours. They fled when the security lights came on and the dogs barked, but again she was able to call for help and reassurance.
This year she suffered a mild heart attack and again we were able to call the ambulance without delay.
We upgraded to the Fall Detect watch and although this occasionally gives a false alarm it has been invaluable. We have installed cameras in her bungalow and are able to check she is ok before making a call.
I cannot praise CRP Guardian enough and would recommend the watch to anyone with an elderly or vulnerable relation. It offers complete piece of mind to the wearer and the family.

The watch is enabling my husband to live a fuller and more independent life, whilst giving family peace of mind. The GPS, the easy to use phone and the fall detector are great. The heart monitor recently saved valuable time by being able to share data with the doctor. The temperature gives reassuring data. My husband goes for independent walks knowing family have peace of mind and know his location.

We bought the CPR Guardian for my mum with dementia. It allowed us to track her when she was alone and especially early days when she was leaving the house. The best part of the watch (as apposed to a phone tracker) is that when you have it on the arm, you know it is with them. (my mum sometimes forgot her phone). We got into the routine of charging the watch at night time so the battery always lasted the full day. Gave great assurance of your loved ones location, and on one occasion allerted us that mum had got lost while driving. Helped us “rescue her” and sadly it was the end of her driving.

After researching the many different types of monitoring aid’s and apps my choice could not have been better. It is a stylish normal looking watch with the many many features. The app is also so good and as the administrator you control all features and access to tracking etc. The monthly payment of 15.00 to include unlimited calls and 24/7 monitoring is one of the most competitive. CPR Monitoring are also helpful and I would recommend the whole package. The fact that the one off payment to purchase the unit and app means no annoying monthly rentals and includes the pre loaded SIM card. The 15.00 covers all call costs and the phone features built-in to the unit are easy and very good quality.

Bisher sehr guter Handyempfang.

Bought for my father who is in his mid-80’s and still tries to be fiercely independent.
Looked at many alternatives available, but some popular models weren’t waterproof and others were just prohibitively expensive and too complicated for a non-tech octogenarian!
This option appears to be the best balanced option of features, functionality, ease of use and cost.
I’ve had to contact the help desk for help a couple of times and they’ve been responsive and able to answer my question.
My father says that it’s very comfortable to wear.
Pleasantly surprising and worth a special call out, is that my father has hearing aids for both ears, but I can hold a conversation with him using this watch, as easily and clearly as his house phone. I was in honesty, not expecting this.
Scoring 5 stars as it’s exceeding expectations. We’ve only had it a couple of weeks, but so far so good.

Upgraded Dad from CPR2 to now CPR3 which works the same, but now has temperature tracking and also the important fall detection mode ( not tested falls – yet) but all working as it should. Great product and thank also to Tom and all at the CPR hekpdesk. Quick 2 min phone call and we were up and running with new app. Just a great product as enables Dad to wear what looks like a watch but with phone included (and easy to call and receive calls from listed contacts) and has tracking functions to ensure he stays safe and we have peace of mind he’s OK. A really useful stop gap before more longer term care needs to be considered and enables him to keep his full independence – just that his sons can track his position and health as required. Purchase price totally fair and contact cost a snip of care costs otherwise. Great product and great value for money.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe watch works well but the wearer needs to press a button on the side of the watch to tell the time or do what ever
Problem is this is for dementia patient watch and can’t remember how to switch it on
The clock face is confusing him with lack of numbers and moving second hand
You will need to charge it every day
Our experience is get the grandkids to present it as. Present and they will be delighted to wear it
But its not simplified enough for dementia sufferers

My wife has Alzheimer’s, and I was looking for a wearable device for her which would allow me to find her as she has recently developed a tendency to “wander”. This watch appeared to meet my requirements, but the most important feature from my point of view was the ability to set a geo-fenced zone so that I would know immediately if she left our garden. So, before I purchased the device, I spoke to the sales team at the company, and I asked several questions, including about geo-fencing, and specifically the minimum diameter of the geo-zone I could define I needed it to be 50 metres or less).. Unfortunately, due I think to a simple misunderstanding, I was told it could be set to 50 metres. So, I ordered the watch, and it arrived here in Spain in less than 24 hours! Unfortunately, as I started to set up the watch, it became clear that the minimum geo-zone that could be create was 300 metres, which is far too large. This was confirmed in a chat with their technical support team. So I reluctantly had to return the watch for a refund, especially as in all other respects it did meet my requirements, and had a particularly good tracking function. I must say that right through the process, even when I decided to return the watch, the customer service from Guardian has been really fantastic. Pity that there was just the one item where it didn’t meet my specific requirement.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersCouldn’t recommend this watch enough. My father had recently suffered short term memory loss and we were concerned this would become a regular issue. The watch gave us peace of mind that we could monitor his heart rate from the app and also locate him should he forget where he was; by using the gps tracker. I had notifications for when he would leave and return to the home address, and how much battery life was left so I could nag him to put it on charge! His heart rate was stored on the app, which was extremely useful as we could share this data with his GP. She was also impressed with this feature. 5stars.
