    Great Coffee Machine
Quick to set up and easy to use, and a really decent cup of coffee at the end. Thats all you really need to know.

    Absolute quality
The old saying is correct you only get what you pay for , may have been an expensive purchase but the quality of coffee dispensed is superior to that bought elsewhere

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIf you want to enjoy milk based coffees and choosing your own beans this is for you
Just to provide some insight to people like myself when I was doing my own research. First of all think about which coffee drinker type are you and what you value the most.
    A) you really need convinience and want a decent coffee fast – this would be mostly a nespresso drinker. And if you were worried about capsule waste or just the high cost per capsule now averaging 40 cents there is another option which is a reusable capsule. You need to check which ones would work for your machine.
    B) If you would like to drink coffee from fresh beans and your main drink type is coffee with milk (latte, capuccino, etc) then a bean to cup is definitely for you. This machine is a really good bean to cup. Its pretty easy to use (not as easy as a nespresso one) and gives you good coffee. To get a good coffee will be trial and error until you get the right grind for your beans. We are still trying to learn. With lavazza beans we are around 15 cents per capsule excluding the cost of the milk, so much lower than what we were spending in capsules. Also as some reviews here said, this machine uses a lot of water, when turning on and off but if this is to ensure the inside mechanism is clean I dont see any harm on it. You can save the water and water the plants.
    C) Coffee for you is a hobby and you like to enjoy the full experience from the perfect grind to the pressure, quantity etc then something like a sage oracle would be perfect. It does require more work and more maintenance. But probably thats part of the experience too.

Myself: we drink around 3 coffees in the morning between me and husband. I drink decaff affer lunch. We both have a nespresso for the last 13 years and we were mainly drinking espresso. For us coffee means short ristretto size full of cream and body. In the morning I do like my capuccino. Whereas I love coffee since I can remember the reality is I dont have a lot of time to learn all the settings and clean the machine to keep it spot on. With this in mind Ill summarize below

    Pros:
    1) really easy to use (but worth reading the instructions to setup). Once youve adjusted your settings it will be pretty easy to use on a daily basis. Would recommend a dirty coffee mug when turning on and off the machine.
    2) For those that drink decaf you can use ground coffee for it so you dont have to swap the beans. I normally do a rinsing after I do a decaf to ensure its all clean and ready for the next espresso.
    3) You can do milk based drinks at the touch of a finger. Im still using my aeroccino as I can make the capuccino foam for a single drink without leaving anything in the container and its easier to clean I find.
    4) You get the chance to use fresh beans and find the coffee that suits your taste buds.
    5) The grind settings for this type of machine are not bad at all. We are still trying to learn the best combo between coffee strenght and grind.
    6) pretty straightforward to clean so far and would definitely recommend a water filter to avoid a lot of descaling. I have the delonghi filters but thinking of trying the charcoal stick which I use on my water bottle to see if the machine would cope with it just to avoid plastic waste.

    Cons:
    1) The body / cream levels are more ‘watery’ than a nespresso. To reach this conclusion weve used the same beans on the nespresso (reusable capsule) by using the manual grinder and the eletta and even though they both look really creame the body of the nespresso was better. Theres something quite powerful of using the capsule and all that pressure inside. If only there was a machine that had a really good and compatible reusable capsule it would be fab.
    2) coffee waste – here nothing wrong with the eletta as such as all of the non capsule machines suffer from the same sin. The amount of coffee needed for an espresso is almost 3 times higher than the nespresso even though its a lot cheaper than if you buy the capsules. I just wish this machines could be more efficient with coffee usage. Maybe one day.
    3) Lack of cup warmer – it looks like its there but does nothing. The model above comes with the menu setting which allows to turn this feature on and off. Some people complain about coffee temperature so this would help. What I use instead is the water from turning on the machine and throw it away before taking my coffee. You can also warm your cup in the microwave.

Ill be honest here, if there were really good reusable capsules out there I would have kept the nespresso longer as the espresso has more body. But overall for the coffee user I’m happy (my husband is not as he drinks more espresso than me).

So hope this review is helpful to you.

Lovely machine although takes a fair while to work out. Don’t agree about temperature as there’s a dial to change that. It’s more the ‘ordering’ that’s harder if you want to variate. However machine basically cleans itself and tells you what it needs

    Good coffee machine
Very pleased with our bean to cup coffee machine, we bought it as our Christmas present to each other!. It’s been lovely having nice coffee every morning. Especially as at the moment we can’t have coffee out.
The grinder is a little noisy but don’t see how they’d make that quieter, makes a smaller cup than we are used to but I sometime just have 2 cups. You can adjust a lot of things, we haven’t got used to all of them as yet. For those who find the coffee is not hot enough, you can turn the setting up to high and I find it’s best to run some hot water into the cup to warm it before you begin.

    Brilliant machine
This coffee machine is fabulous! It is our first bean to cup machine and what a difference it makes!…

It is easy to get it up and running. You have a choice of different coffees which the machine will make for you. We tend to use the cafe macchiato option most. It is just the press of a button and it does the whole lot for you. There is no button on ours for a flat white. This doesn’t really bother us – but it might some people. It is an easy process to change strength and size etc…. My 9 year old likes to use the milk dispenser to make herself frothy hot chocolates – this is a good option for her as although it is warm – it isn’t burning hot!…

All in all, this machine produces coffee which tastes great and rivals anything you would buy in a coffee shop. Fiddle around with the settings and you will get it just how you like it. As with all coffee machines – it does depend on the quality of the coffee you purchase!

    Would recommend.

Wonderful coffee, even better than Nespresso!
Really pleased. Had Nespresso machine for many years but was fed up with the ever increasing cost and waste aluminium. This machine produces coffee every bit as good but with a lot more control over the end result. Needs a bit of getting through the instructions but very straight forward once you’ve worked through them once. Don’t get put off by the huge amount of instruction manuals, you get a full set for every conceivable language! Looks great in the kitchen and produces wonderful coffee

    Wonderful coffee, goodbye pods
This machine is wonderful, makes a very tasty and creamy coffee, and a very frothy cappuccino. It is very easy to use and to clean. It’s all you need to say bye bye to the expensive pods, saving the environment while saving money in the long run.
It is also very easy to costumize, which allows you to set your own ratio of milk to coffee on your drinks, or set how large your “long coffee” is.

For those who say the drink is not hot enough, follow the manual and increase temperature on the menu, it comes from factory set to 2/4. Don’t warm up the milk as it makes it your drink less frothy and less tasty, and you won’t be able to store it again on the fridge.
As good as this machine is, if you feel it’s still not quite like the coffee from your favourite coffee shop, there’s a reason those machines cost 15 grand. Get real because this is a very good quality domestic machine and makes excellent coffee.

    A decent coffee machine
I’d like that it is one touch coffee machine, makes great coffee so long as you have good quality beans. You don’t have to do rinsing or cleaning in between cups if you are making multiple cups. We were unlucky, unfortunately ours was a faulty product. We had to return it even though we liked it. Customer Support was excellent. We were refunded straightaway. However, since we liked the machine and want to re-purchase, we should have been given a replacement option rather than paying current price. We had a good deal on our original purchase and are disappointed that we can’t get the same product for the same price even though it was a faulty item. Back to choosing coffee machine again.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExcellent little machine
Great little machine. My previous machine was twice the price but the result is the same. This machine gives great coffee with a good thick crema. Just love foaming the milk for my cappuccinos. It takes a bit of time to master the technic but it’s worth the effort as, done right, it gives a really silky thick sweet foam. Only down side to the machine compared to my previous top of the range Krups is that it’s a bit slower and a bit noisy. Overall I’m really pleased with my Eletta. Would recommend it.

Good choice but things could be improved
This is my first professional coffee maker and I feel that this was a good choice. However, there is few things which I feel could been improved in this machine.

    Pros/Features:
    – Does excellent coffee and fluffs milk well
    – Burr grinder allows to choose fineness level of your coffee
    – You can use pre-grounded coffee too, and machine remembers this setting
    – You can set water temperature
    – You can crudely customize levels of water and milk in your favourite coffees (more on that later)
    – You can create your own coffee recipe (only one)
    – It can give you just coffee/water/milk so you can get rid of your old kettle

    Cons/Useful usage tips:
    – Grinding adjustment (little dial inside coffee beans container) can be adjusted ONLY when mill is in operation! Meaning, when coffee is about to be grinded, be ready, have a lid open and adjust quickly when mill starts to operate. I feel that this has not been emphasized enough and explained in the manual. Do not force the dial, it won’t move when mill is not in use, you may break it!

    – There is few coffee types available in this machine: Cappuccino (Max. milk froth setting), Macchiatto/Flat White (Min. froth setting) and Caffelatte (No froth). You have to adjust froth level manually before making coffee. Make sure you remember these settings, otherwise you are not making coffee as designed. Manual should have these settings explained in some more prominent place.

    – You can customize and adjust amounts of water and milk in your favourite coffees by doing “live” example, which machine will remember: Press button for milk to start, when done press again to stop, then water with coffee will go and you press button again to stop water. This is very unreliable and not precise, because it solely relies on your measurement each time. Also, you can’t customize coffee beans amount at all, just water and milk. Temperature cannot be set per coffee also, setting is for all coffees. For example, you feel that you want to remove 20ml of milk or add 20ml of water to your favourite coffee? No chance, you have to make a coffee from the scratch and machine will remember what you did again. By doing it again “live”, you changing both milk and coffee values and each time you destroy that perfect amount of ingredient you may have achieved previously.

    So far so great!
I used to have a manual Delonghi which broke down after 12 years, decided to treat myself to one of these. Been having 2 coffees a day for two months and no complaints.

    Pros:
+ Same coffee does taste better
+ Can customise one coffee, the rest of options are good too
+ Feel solid and has a reassuring click when you put it together
+ Price is good when I sale (I bought near half price, 480)

    Slight cons:
    – Arrow buttons are too close to the other ones, as it’s touch screen you could touch a wrong button (no issues as you can cancel any operations with click of any buttons)
    – The while paint can come off so gotta be careful smashing things to it
    – Milk temperature is good, just can’t be customised

Will give an update if any issues arise.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersFirst time with a bean to cup machine? - read this
I had been thinking about buying a bean to cup coffee machine for some time and when this particular machine was on offer, about a month ago, I decided to take the plunge. Never having owned one before I didn’t know what it would be like owning one, so if you are in the same position, read on. Although this relates specifically to the De Longhi machine I have, I suspect most of the points I am making will apply to all of them to a greater or lesser degree.

These machines are quite needy, like a high maintenance wife (or should I say partner of either gender or none), you love them, and want to keep them, but they are a bit of a pain in the neck:

    1. The water tank will need filling up regularly, at least once a day, (if you have a family all using it 3 or 4 times a day) – it holds about a litre I would say at a guess, but if you think that you will get a litre of coffee from that you would be very mistaken. When you switch on the machine it warms up by flushing warm water through the machine, and when you switch it off it does the same. So that uses a lot of water.

    2. Don’t expect it to make Starbucks or Costa size lattes etc. my machine doesn’t and I doubt any other one does either. Mine dispenses small, Italian sized, lattes/cappuccinos, by default. Now it is true that this machine allows you to vary the amount of milk that gets dispensed and the amount of coffee too. So the first thing that I did was program the cappuccino button to give me a big mug full. The problem with that is that the amount of coffee grains is the same it just runs more boiling water through them so that by the end it’s quite weak. So it sort of works, but i didn’t think it was great. It might be ok if you like fairly weak coffee, but if you are an extra shot type of person it probably won’t do. At the moment i find it easier to just put two small cappucinos into one mug as it tastes better but obviously takes a bit longer to sort out.

    3. The milk container is pretty good, but you obviously have to store it in the fridge between making drinks. Also after you have finished making your drink, or drinks, you have to set the dial on the milk dispenser to “clean”, which flushes hot water through the milk container pipes – this uses even more water in the tank (see 1 above). You also need to clean the milk container manually every day or two.

    4. specific to this machine, other people have mentioned that the metal drip tray cover scratches – and it does. if that is going to freak you out this might not be the machine for you. True you could buy glass mugs with a smooth bottom, but most of those can’t be put in the dishwasher. Also putting the milk container on and pushing the water tank in place also marks the drip tray cover and there is nothing you can do about that. Somebody said that it’s made of plastic with silver paint, but to me it looks, feels and sounds like solid metal so I don’t think it will ever look too bad – even with the scratches.

    5. All the water from rinses and cleaning the milk container tubes has to go somewhere. By default it will got into the drip tray. The drip tray isn’t that big so if you allowed that to happen you would be emptying the drip tray a lot. I put a plastic tray over the trip tray to catch the water because it’s easier to empty this rather than keep pulling the drip tray out and emptying it.

    6. The used coffee grounds go into an area behind the drip tray – you will need to empty this every few days depending on use.

    7. The manual recommends you give the internal gubbins a full clean fairly regularly – I haven’t tried that yet. You have to descale the inside too – I have’t done that either yet, and they recommend a water filter is fitted and replaced at regular intervals. I don’t know how much the descaling fluid and filters cost

So in conclusion, I love the coffee and don’t regret buying this machine, but it is needy. It bleeps when it wants more water, it bleeps for you to empty the drip tray, it bleeps when the coffee grounds need emptying, it bleeps when it wants more coffee beans – so it does a lot of bleeping! If you want a machine that you just switch on and forget, while it dispenses cup after cup of coffee with no input from you then this (or I suspect any other) bean to cup machine is not for you.

Great coffee machine. Requires a bit of learning to suit your taste but well worth it.
Has been a solid machine over the past year, had no troubles. Has handled all bean types great. Don’t use the finest grind as can struggle with some bean types, but have experienced no taste consequence. Every program customizable for volume. Would say machine is designed more for smaller coffess rather than larger (can’t adjust how much coffee is ground only amount of water used), but can use ‘double coffee’ portions if you want larger coffees. Requires fairly regular cleaning of the milk container to avoid milk turning bad, but this is to be expected. Use britta filtered water in it in a very hard water area and no issues as of yet, with periodic decalcification.

I love this machine! First venture into the Bean2Cup machines and wish I had done it earlier. Its just so easy to make great coffee everytime. Only feature I would like is to plumb it into a water supply, but git into routine of filling up water, empty tray and grounds at night to avoid the morning stress.

    Great coffee & options
I’m glad I spent a bit more than originally planned when looking for a Bean to Cup.
I read reviews saying it’s hard to setup and it’s not hot enough but I disagree. It was fairly self explanatory to setup as is the digital menu. The coffee is hot and you can adjust it up or down to suit your liking. You can also change the coffee strength and volumes to suit your taste and cup sizes. Water tank is a fair size, the front loading makes life easier too as this machine is on a worktop underneath wall units. The Cup warming plate is another good feature But you need to set the auto on timer if you want warm cups in the morning. I use the same Lavazza beans I use in my machine at my office (which was almost twice the price!) and I find the result even better with this DeLonghi!

A fine machine, plenty hot enough
I was slightly worried about reviews saying the coffee was not hot enough. This is definitely not a real issue. It is plenty hot enough. I did increase the default temp by one click but am completely happy on that front. I like the ability to customise each drink. After a bit of practice I find it easy to use and like what it turns out.

This is an excellent product with not many faults. The only issue we got is to try and make the fine beans set a level one where the machine does not cry and any beans but left to level three or above then it works perfectly fine.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersBeen thinking about getting this machine for a while....so glad I did.
This machine is a godsend. I used to spend a lot of money on high street coffee and when the shops closed due to Covid, I finally decided to purchase a bean-to-cup machine.
Every option is customisable so if you’re not happy with the default amounts of milk and coffee, they can be adjusted independently.

To those concerned about the temperature of milk produced, I would say the machine makes warm, ready to drink milk coffees – Italians just don’t do extra hot milk coffee drinks! If you like your coffee UK-coffee-chain-hot, or usually like your coffee extra hot, I suggest you froth the milk manually using the wand. This is what my hubby likes to do (he likes his coffee scaldingly hot), I froth my dairy free milk using the jug and this works a treat for us.

We like Lavazza Rosso beans and use setting nr.r 3 on the grinder. If you’ve been thinking of buying a bean to cup coffee machine, you won’t be disappointed. Makes delicious coffee and will save money in the long run.

Incredible machine with a couple of minor faults
Everything about this machine is amazing bar a couple of things which I’ve not been able to rectify myself – these may be user error but I don’t think so. Dont let the below stop you from buying, it is a top quality machine.
Firstly, the bean container doesn’t tell when it needs to be refilled, but will still attempt to make a coffee even if empty or almost empty. Its not the end of the world but means you have to throw out a coffee once in 50 maybe.
Secondly, the drip tray being full doesn’t trigger a notification to empty the drip tray – I’ve had this a few months now and it has never told me when to empty – more often than not it ends up overflowing and moving it to the sink while full inevitably leads to water all over the floor. The fix is just to empty it more frequently but its not something I think about and I feel a machine of this caliber should give fair warning. Everything else about this machine is perfect, it makes a flawless cup every single time – needs to be descaled about once per month, and filter change (hard water area) about once every 2 months.

Now that’s an upgraded coffee!! but also brews a perfect tea.
Our old delonghi bean to cup died after 4 and a half years of heavy use so it was time for an upgrade. This is superb perfect choice of bean strength a great selection of coffees and I no longer have to mess about failing at frothing my milk. One thing I didn’t realise is this brews a perfect cup of tea with the hot water tea tap so for my wife that was an absolute winner as the tap comes out at the core edge speed to brew a proper cuppa. All in all very happy and something that is defo worth the purchase in these strange times of working from home. Top work delinghi.

Outstanding machine! Nearly 100 cups made and a brilliant machine, researched these more than I should have and I haven’t been disappointed! Depends on which coffee bean you use though and my flavour of choice at the moment is Kimbo coffee, we moved recently leaving behind an integrated Seimens coffee mach which was good and considerably more expensive than the Delonghi, however the coffee I’m enjoying now is far better than in the previous machine, no hesitation in recommending this machine to others!

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersDoes the job well but a few irritating design flaws
This model was my second attempt at buying a serious coffee machine. The first was a Sage that proved not to work and therefore had to be sent back. For the past month I’ve been learning about this model, its benefits and flaws.

On flaws: it was immediately apparent that by comparison the DeLonghi Eletta had a couple of design features that were less convenient, notably an integrated coffee bean hopper so you could not easily swap beans out (particularly annoying since my partner drinks decaf and I need my caffeine!) Also, it uses the same nozzle to attach the water dispenser and milk frother, so they have to be swapped around. Final beef is that it reminds you to empty the coffee grounds drawer when it is only 25% full!

That apart, this machine is relatively simple and intuitive to use, makes decent coffee and looks the part. It’s reliable and does the job, the most you can ask of any machine!

Good machine, lacks sufficient personalisation of presets.
Coffee tastes great. Easy to clean and use.

I would like more adjustment of the pre sets. You can change the amount of coffee poured but if you choose more it just makes it watery. I can’t see how you can change the strength or length of the pre set coffees (Is Cappacino or Flat White).

Additionally it always produces milk first when creating the presets. But a flat white should have milk added to coffee.

Overall happy. You get more personalisation from more expensive machines but it is the main downside of this one.

Easy, clean, slightly slow; good coffee
This was purchased as a replacement for a De’Longhi EC860 ‘pump expresso’ machine.
    Comparison:
    Pro’s
This machine is much cleaner and more convenient being a full beans-to-cup model

    Clear, simple menu for operation

Alerts for water level, beans, grounds bin. I used to get concerned at the old machine running a dry pump when water ran out

    Stylish modern clean looks

Good coffee when you have set it up for personal taste

    Cons :

    It’s large.

Compulsory Automatic rinsing at switch on / off is a bit of a pain, unless you want to clean drip tray frequently you need a container under the dispenser

It’s a bit slow from start to finish

It doesn’t make as good coffee as the old machine and uses more of it per cup. I think our usage has risen about 30%.

    Conclusion

I miss the coffee quality of the old machine, but tbh there’s not much in it. The cleanliness and convenience of this machine outweigh any negatives. Just hope it lasts as many cycles as the old one

    Best coffee I’ve ever had!
    What a fantastic machine!
When it arrived my mother exclaimed, “what on earth is that!” After a lot of explaining and quite a bit of pulling and unwrapping the machine was in our kitchen. Much to my mother and father amazement it fit under the kitchen cabinets, the scepticism was part due to the sheer size of the box this beast comes in.

A fantastic machine and so easy to set up and use! It seems daunting at first, however when you realise what you have to do it’s so simple and intuitive.

Press “milk menu” and “ok” for a scrumptious Latte! Or simply press one of the pre programmed buttons and it whirs into action!

I will warn you all now, at first this mammoth machine did make me jump out of my skin! When you first set it up there is air in the “professional quality pump” this pump tries to push the air out and suck in water. During this process the sound is the equivalent to a jack hammer at close range. However this is only during the initial set up! And after that you get used to the whirs and clicks it makes.

All in all a fabulous machine that makes gorgeous coffee!

One year on and still dishing out perfect coffee
First a big thank you to everyone who posted reviews before mine which helped me a lot in making the decision to buy this as last year’s Christmas present for my mother in law.

No regrets and I’ll tell you why:

    – 45% discount on the RRP
    – I personally like hot coffee and as long as you prewarm the coffee cup using the hot plate on top (I prefer just to pour in some hot water from the kettle as it’s quicker), you can get a perfectly hot cup of coffee every time.
The quality of the milk foam is really a special feature of this machine and I love the fact that the amount of foam is adjustable. I use the middle amount for my cappuccinos.
    – Cleaning is not too problematic
    – The ease of maintenance. The self rinsing feature for both the coffee and milk spouts. Everything is easily accessible and easy to clean.
    – It can be setup as to the amount and flavour strength of coffee, milk, total beverage amount so that it is a true one button machine for your favourite coffee and mug. It’s so satisfying to see the machine fill up your favourite mug right to the top with one button press.

    The cons:
-For best results you have to keep stocked up on the filters which are special Delonghi ones.
-Some say this machine doesn’t make a proper flat white. None of us drink this type of coffee really so we wouldn’t have noticed but I’d still imagine people who want a strong two shot coffee would still enjoy this option.
    – The coffee machine we bought off amazon uk did not have Polish as a language option but my mother in law has been able to cope fine with that.

A couple of tips for other users...
We got a bit confused at the beginning with all the rinsing and cleaning this machine does. Don’t get me wrong it’s great, but the manual could do with a complete rewrite.

Ultimately though, the ease with which one presses a button and gets a marvellous cup of coffee is amazing. I’ve had flawless cappuccinos and lattes and am a pretty happy customer.

    Tips for others:
    – even with low fat milk, a bit of cream will get stuck in the milk carafe pipe and upper mechanism. A gentle dunk in warm water usually sorts this out (never any detergent!).
    – if you find steam instead of milk froth coming out of the carafe insert the steam spout and draw a cup of hot water. This usually sorts out the air block.

Only been using for about 10 days, but pretty happy so far.

I like the automation; it doesn’t increase your Barista skills but it does make a wonderful Latte. Keeps you on the ball with cleaning and maintenance and makes of lot of money for De Longhi with filter replacements and cleaning fluid. Whatever negatives; they are all cancelled out by a wonderful end product. I use much more coffee now because I’ve now given up instant and the wife drinks more because she can have an extra mild standard instead of my long and strong. If you’re flush it’s well worth it.

Love this machine. Wish I waited a month as it reduced90 for Black Friday. The only gripe I have is the drip tray scratches with the cups and the milk container. After a month it is looking well used. Otherwise brilliant lovely coffee easy to use and clea

Technical issues takes shine off otherwise excellent coffee machine. But see last paragraph.
The main reason for writing this review is to outline a recurrent issue I’ve had. I have owned the coffee machine for one week under two years so still under warranty. It has just today been returned to Delonghi for the third time with an identical fault. What happens each time is that the frother refuses to work after making just one coffee, after that no milk just steam. Delonghi say it’s the main control board which has already been changed twice and looks like it’s going to be changed again. That’s pretty unsatisfactory. I can understand one board failing but three suggests there is an inherent design issue. This isn’t too bad just inconvenient whilst under warranty but will be very annoying if it keeps happening when out of warranty although I’m hopeful delonghi see there’s an issue here and take remedial action.

Other than that love the coffee. I only use decaf Lavazza ground coffee although my daughter uses beens. Always add the milk separately. Seems to need descaling quite regularly (about every 2 or 3 weeks). Tend to warm my mug up with boiling water and the milk jug. This ensures the hottest coffee possible.

If it wasn’t for the technical problems would be straight 5 stars.

24 November 2019. Further to the above review I’m very pleased to report that Delonghi have actually replaced my machine with a brand new machine with a fresh 2 year guarantee. One couldn’t have asked for a better service than that. I have increased the rating to 4 stars from 3, still having to knock off one star because of the problems with machine one. Hopefully machine two won’t have similar issues.

Love the sound of my cappuccino being made.
Makes a great cappuccino. Fun trying different coffee beans in order to find the one that we liked the most. There is trial and error in the beginning with this machine.

    Stunning coffee
This machine is stunning in the way it produces a coffee Just as good, if not better than from a coffee shop. I adore this machine and hope it lasts forever & ever.

I’m struggling to see how some reviews on the net regard this as a good entry level machine, I’m no expert but I think it deserves better than to be regarded as entry level. Maybe I’m being naive or perhaps the reviews are by coffee snobs? Who knows.
It’s a win win for me anyway.

    Game change
We absolutely Love this coffee machine. It has exceeded our expectations. Makes an amazing frothy cappuccino although it still taking me a little while to adjust the other settings to how we like. The grinder is as noisy as would be expected and I would absolutely buy it again I could not be without it now.

    Fantastic machine
I used to think I was happy using pods in my lavazza machine but how wrong was I,this machine using coffee beans is a whole different taste.Easy machine to use, loads of different coffees to choose from and automatically cleans itself before and after every time the machines used.Cant speak highly enough about this machine and the seller.Highly recommend,no more Costa fortunes coffees for me this machine makes better lattes and cappuccinos. Delighted buyer!!

    Impressive coffee machine
Very pleased with this machine. It is simple to use and makes a really good cup of coffee. Plenty of options for different types, strengths and lengths of coffee.

The hot water option makes it ideal for a cup of tea too. The temperature of the coffee is also plenty hot enough, so often a problem with these machines. It really does not take very long to heat up ready to brew.

The milk container being easy to detach and store in the fridge makes life so much easier.

It is quiet enough, though you can certainly hear it when grinding.

If the coffee is not to your liking, you can even customise the milk to coffee ratio, and store it for your convenience.

And top it all off, it looks pretty stylish too.
