Good machine, but with a small fault on milk machine.
Makes a lovely cup of coffee. Disappointed with the milk frothing, it is very erratic, sometimes not working at all. Will wait and see if it settles down, if not will be asking for a replacement under the warranty.
Great coffee machine, with one minor annoying poi
I cannot fault the machine – it makes a wide variety of coffee types and works really well. However, why oh why did they decide to put a black cord and plug on this all white machine?

Love the compact size of this machine and the ease of use. Coffee first thing at the touch of a button. A shot of something quick mid morning. Hot chocolate for afternoon warm up. Easy to fill, easy to clean as you go along and a weekly dishwasher blast keeps it running smooth.

I’ve always used the Nespresso capsules but had the simple machine and separate milk blender. Decided to spend a little more and it was so worth it. Makes my life so much easier and the same coffee I used before even tastes better. Do seem to be drinking more now it’s too easy and spending lots on capsules but overall it’s saving me a fortune Vs my normal take out coffee.

A true upgrade to my old machine
This is a sleek and modern looking machine.
Great functionality with great coffee in seconds. Large capacity water tank, efficiently self cleaning and quiet operation. The used pod holder is quite small, but this doesn’t take away from the superb machine.

Hatte offensichtlich eine montagsmaschine erreicht! Nach 14 Tagen erste Strung! Nach Reparatur von nespresso, nicht ber Amazon, weitere 14 Tage, dann gleiche Strung! Bei Nespresso (leider den falschen Techniker, absolut nicht kompetent, erwischt) wurde mir nicht geholfen!
Nachdem ich mich mit dem Support von Amazon in Verbindung gesetzt habe, wurde ich sehr berrascht!
3 Tage spter neue Maschine! Unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, Kompetenz und Verstndnis voll! Besser geht es nicht!
Bei so einer netten Hilfestellung, sieht man leicht ber Mngel eines Produktes hinweg!!!!
Loved it.
Love my new coffee machine, so many options and coffee similar to the coffee shop with foam and delicious. Easy to clean and to use. Just wish the size of cappuccino and other drink could be bigger but I can add water or milk.

Brilliant machine, love having the milk compartment to make milky coffees or hot chocolates. Easy enough to clean and maintain. Does not take up too much counter-top space either.

So far so good
I loved the look of this one but felt the quality and lack of loose parts in the lattissima Pro made it a more quality product. Of the two I chose the gran as it had better preset functions. I’m able to make a cup of tea and a cafe latte with this machine.
I read lots about issues others had with this, but so far i have no complains regarding how it functions. Lovely machine.

Very easy to clean, low maintenance and makes an amazing coffee! I drink about 2 lattes a day plus my friends have coffees after the other.
I haven’t tried the frothy thing but I do the hot milk option and it leaves a foam on top anyways. So if you have any issue with the frothy part of the machine, just press the hot milk button, you’ll get a layer of foam too!
