Good little coffe/hot chocolate machine
Very easy to use. Although the tank is rather small is quite annoying having to refill all the time, so I advise getting the bigger version. I have this in my room and is quite loud say at 3am, a craving is a craving haha. I only brought this for hot chocolates haha what can I say. But on the other side is alot quicker than a kettle

Okay so this machine does make great coffee, when I first ordered it I hadn’t it for a week or so when I noticed that the tank leaks all over the counters! Underneath the machine was always wet even when I didn’t have it on. So I called for a replacement. Replacement arrived but with a scuff mark on the body, a little bit noisier than the first one and the logo is a bit hazy! So now I know that Delonghi doesn’t really have a stable quality. I thought I should buy Delonghi rather that Krups, but of course I was wrong.

I love it, so good, it’s nice and small and makes great coffee. The pods selection is perfect for a starter pack and you can even sign up to the website to get deals on coffee too. This machine will be a life saver during study and work sessions.

The Cappuccino pods are very addictive, Amricaon and Flat White are a lovely, smooth, change, and the Chocochino is perfect for a night time drink. Can’t think of any faults at all.

Unreal coffee!
Unreal coffee machine, great deal. So many pods various flavours. The box should be labelled more to reflect it must be handled with care as there was a few dents in the box but the coffee machine seemed to be fine. Absolutely worth the money.
Worthwhile Buy
So easy to set up and use. I like the fact that the stand for the cup can be raised, very useful if you are making espresso coffee. The water tank is much easier to clean than my previous model. A worthwhile buy. It is also quick so if you need 2 coffees you are not waiting ages for the second one.

Very easy to use.
This is my second purchase of this machine. I bought my first one about 7 years ago and it was well used. When it wasn’t heating the water to the correct temperature I new it was time to change. I purchased this newer design and I’m very happy with it. You must remember to descale the machine. I do this every couple of months although the manufacturer recommends more often.
Coffee pod dispense
Really pleased with this. My son has a bigger one but you have to switch it off when it has used the correct amount of water. You set this one and just leave it. It has satisfied my longing for a cafe coffee which I’ve been missing since lock down.
Brilliant little machine!
Easy to use, fab price with the added boxes of coffee! Bad reviews saying it’s noisy or vibrates, it does, no more than any other coffee machine though, they all do it a bit.

Bought it as a gift for my son as he always has a coffee from this machine at his Nan’s. Since getting it, we all use it throughout the day and love the variety of coffee/chocolate pods you can use with it. Big thumbs up from our household.

I bought this for my boyfriend as a gift. He was extremely happy with it and still using it daily 6 months later. Check price before purchase as I have noticed it is sold at a reduced price in most shops, often with boxes of pods.

For me the pods will be too expensive to maintain in the long-run. I’ve opted for getting some refillable pods to make americanos and using the genuine pods for when I fancy a different type of drink.

Great machine great starter kit too. Yes the wire is red but its not that in ur face when its behind the machine. Can live with it. Machine slightly loud but its just for seconds as it fills ur mug. Not a big deal at all. Fab machine fab coffee
Buy this coffee machine, you won't be disappointed
This is an excellent coffee machine, loads of different flavours to choose, all very tasty. Easy to use and quick to produce a Costa equivalent drink in no time. Used it every day since purchased also only paid 47 with 6 boxes of coffee as was on offer. Would highly recommend.
Lovely coffee machine for quick breakfast tine
I’ve always loved this brand, got my coffee machine broken and did think to replace it but after 3 days without having it jut buy it once again. The one broken last for 6 years and this replacement hasn’t disappointed me :-), goes faster around 30 seconds to get it ready to prepare your coffee, easy to fill with water and coffee capsules really manageable.The brand offers a wide range of hot coffee products and at a good price, you can find the caps anywhere and at any store which is a big plus. I would recommend it 100%.
A well made coffee machine
This model is identical to the Mini Me sold by Krups and was bought to replace an identical Mini Me that had broken after around 5 or 6 years of daily use. It is made of high quality parts internally and externally and is well designed and durable. The removable plastic water tank might leak after 2 or 3 years of daily use, but it can be replaced inexpensively with a replacement part from Amazon. Descaling might prolong the life of the heating element if you want it to last longer.

I was not going to write a review but all of a sudden today it stopped working. The pod tray is stuck inside and now needs lot of force to pull out or push back in. Went through the cleaning process throughly wondering something might be the cause though looked cleaned and cleaning schedule was followed anyways. Still not going smoothly like before or coming out smoothly. Rang Amazon and put on long hold after asking me to clean the tray again and then stating that the Nescaf is busy. Also noticed that I paid over 60 but now being sold for 50 roughly the same stuff which is understandable as prices go down as model becomes older. After being hold for twenty minutes the line dropped off!

I have been thinking about buying a pod coffee machine from r a while but have always been put off for one reason or another, so glad I bought this as it is easy to use, small sized and does not take up too much space on my counter, and most important the Nespresso coffee pods are lovely.
AT LAST A DECENT CUPPA AT HOME
Brilliant machine. I like a large cup of coffee so allow extra hot water to pump in. My machine came with a lot of different pods which was a chance to experiment with different flavours. Very happy with it and the speedy transaction. Far quicker than expected.

I am so glad i got this machine its easy to use just the right size for me and the hot chocolate drinks which is all i use it for eg galaxy + light, milky way, mars and so on are the best tasting they mix well and had a frothy head which looks good i have not had a bad one although i was not keen on the chococino one. overall i would recommend this machine to anyone looking for something easy to use and drinks that taste good.

I’ve so far had 3 drinks from it and I can say it is like having a ‘nice’ coffee at Costa or Starbucks because you know your never going to get a bad coffee at them places.
the taste is devine! the drinks are also very creamy! it’s goodbye to your average cuppa you used to make yourself, it’s pure quality coffee/hot chocolate.
best thing is, it’s no mess no fuss! it’s simple, fill compartment with water, attach it on, pop in your pod, set the bar level (I’ve noticed with this, it’s a little inaccurate, going by the pod recommendations as the cup doesn’t fill to the top but you can easily press the lever again to get more out of it) and boom, press the lever to hot and your away! lovely coffee or hot chocolate in seconds!
i am so satisfied with this and I’m so glad i did pay what I did for it as i caught it when it had gone back up in price but it is definitely well worth the money!

Nice little machine but dont like the power cable
Love my little coffee machine as it’s so easy to use and you can have a coffee ready in a couple of minutes. The only thing I dont like is that it comes with a an orangy red cable.which doesn’t go with my kitchen. I got it at a reduced price so decided to keep it but I would probably have returned it if it had been at full price. Hence my overall rating of 4 stars.

Good starter pack
Good value – easy to use and lots of free coffee to try. Most of the milky varieties are too sweet – need more zero sweetener choices. Also very disappointing selection of decaff coffees.
Amazing deal
The product is incredible, it’s been the talk of the house on xmas day, and we are so impressed with it.

Great coffee machine!
This is a great machine and the whole kit is simply amazing. I came beautifully and safely packed, with 6 different flavour packs to try. I find them decent for the price, not the most excuisite coffee but great for a quick hot drink. I am very happy with this purchase, I would recommend the product. It is easy to use, was to clean and it simply makes life easier 🙂
It does come with a red cable though, as mentioned in previous reviews. I will never understand why on earth they picked red…

Maybe use fresh milk as opposed to powder pods if you want a better taste for relevant coffees – do a taste test compare.

It is super easy to prepare a cup of coffee. if you do not have time to make coffee in the morning, this would be the easiest and quickest way. Some people claim that they do not like the coffee pods, but if you buy good brands’ coffee pods you’ll never complaint about it. Starbucks and Nescafe’s coffee pods are really nice.

This is a lot better than I expected and seems great value especially with the 6 boxes of coffee that comes with. Compact unit and worth having if you just fancy a better coffee. In my opinion no need to spend anymore on an expensive machine. I am not a coffee connessuir but to me it tastes pretty damn good.

Updated version of my well loved machine that had broken through much use. Very easy to use and newer version has levels on the lever that match the levels on the pods so the drink is as near to perfect as possible. Lever is more manouverable than before but 2 things were more disappointing. The water tank was harder to remove and replace and the on off switch is now in the lever. I thought it was better on the side.

This is the first time I’ve used this model and it’s as simple to use as turning a tap on it’s that simple it’s good value for money and with the six boxes of coffee that comes with it and 4 out of the 6 flavours as I have not as yet tried 2 so I’m happy

Unfortunately the first machine leaked and had to be returned but the replacement is great. Easy and quick to use and makes a good cup of coffee. The variety packs give you a chance to select your favourites.

Love it, I brought it as I’d tried it at a family members home and really liked it. I chose to buy it with all the different drinks so that I could try them all and now know which ones I prefer and which ones not to buy, its easy to use and heats up very quickly and I would recommend this product.

Really love this coffee machine, and you can buy lots of different flavour pods. Easy to use , coffee always nice and hot and tasty. My only gripe like most coffee machines , the designs never hold enough in the water container, I can get two coffee cups out of this machine, but do not let it put you off as it is a top choice.

It really is easy to use and easy to clean but is not what I was expecting for. If you are a coffee addict like me just invest in a espresso machine with ground coffee, you can’t compare the smell and the taste of a fresh made coffee with the capsules. It’s for starters not for me.
Unfortunately wasn’t my lucky day. I’d been waiting a long time to get this promotio and the machine has a leakin. The box was broken (as you can see in the photo), the coffee pod box was also opened, and we couldn’t find what was the issue with the machine to be leaking like the way it was.
Also disappointed that Ive received 2 boxes of the same coffee pods. (It was supposed to be 2 different types of Americano)
Update 1: We’ve agreed with a replacement and it will be arriving tomorrow.
Final update: they have sent a replacement and the new machine is great, working fine until now. 🙂

good product use it every morning. I’m not such a coffee snob that I need a big old proper coffee machine, this does the job just fine. the only downside is that you don’t get to choose the pods that you receive in this package, its pot luck and you might get stuck with a load that you hate.
So happy I purchased this!
Working from home I miss out on my coffee shop trips, but get much more satisfaction waking up and using my little machine, the pods taste great to me and means I do not have to worry about making myself a ‘bad coffee’. I’m now trying to convert my parents from the sachets they buy, my dad approves so far, and it is great as I can adjust the measurement to make the perfect blend for each individual. Very easy to operate but must warn it isn’t a silent machine when in use!

Love it! Had a manual version of this machine for (at least) last 5 years, so decided to upgrade during lockdown when a yummy coffee was the highlight of very long days working from home while teaching the kids! Looked round at so many different ones, decided on this eventually and so glad I did. Easy use, clean& wide range of pods available to suit everyone. Would certainly recommend.

Brilliant price , this replaces one from 4 years ago and that was excellent but this has changed slightly and with changes also incredibly improved plus the six packs of pods are a offer you could not let go.

The machine makes a noise when it makes drinks, but nothing unbearable. The pods that fit the machine aren’t too expensive and you get 6 boxes with your machine for free, which I think is an excellent deal. The coffee tastes really good and the machine is super easy to clean. You can remove the water tank at the back to refill, which clips on and off easily. The water tank holds enough for 2 or maybe 3 drinks and then needs to be refilled, but that’s no problem to me because I rarely make more than 2 drinks at a time. Overall, I think it’s a good deal for the money 🙂

Good value
Having had one of these machines before, I knew it would be good value, especially with the offer of free pods. The six free boxes were amazing and gave me the chance to taste other flavours which I wouldn’t have tried otherwise . For me personally I would like the coffee flavour of the Americano Intenso to be a little stronger, but otherwise it is fine. This new machine produces hotter coffee than my old one which is an improvement. Altogether it is a good buy and doesn’t take up much room as opposed to some other coffee makers.

I bought this for my husband & he has been using it daily. I love that it comes with boxes of pods and it’s quick & easy to use. It was also really easy to put together. It only takes a minute to clean which we tend to do once every week or two. It’s small so doesn’t take up loads of room on the worktop.
Great machine
I have not drank coffee since 1997 but thought i would buy one of these as family members have hyped them. All i can say is i wasnt disappointed! The machine is amazing and the coffee pods taste great.
If you love coffee, get one of these.

The only issue l do have with it the pods do not empty so what l do before l throw them in the bin l cut them open tip the water it to the drink l have made them recycle the pod, and no liquid in the bin. Hence only 4 stars.

You pop your pod in, you pull the lever, you get your coffee, you drink your coffee — the machine delivers it at an almost-drinkable temperature, I hardly have to wait for it to cool.
If you’re used to instant and you use ordinary mugs, you may be surprised by how little coffee the machine seems to produce. Some of the drinks only half-fill your mug. But quality tends to equal less quantity with coffee, and once you actually start drinking, you’ll realise it’s the perfect amount.

just loved the style of this coffee machine and the price with pods is superb…ive had a Dolce gusto machines but this is lovely….easy to use and clean….would definitely recommend this seller and this product…will be buying one as a gift for a Christmas box

Once you get used to the process the machine is easy to use but does produce quite small cups of coffee if you are used to a ‘bucket’ from your local cafe.
All in all a very good deal considering the coffee packs included. I hope Nescaf can find an alternative manufacturing process soon, that means at home recycling can be achieved, but at least they provide a scheme.

The overall product is very good a little loud but not louder than your average coffee machine, the coffee tastes good and instructions are very clear. The only thing is the capsules can be quite expensive and a for a mug of coffee youd likely use two capsules even on the biggest amount but there is lots of sales which can get you good deals on them so definitely will continue to use and buy

The capsules you can buy for it come clearly marked with the water level setting to use, and I’ve found these to be reliable and consistent. The warm up time before use is less than a minute, so if you press the button to start heating before getting your pods and glass/mug out, it will be ready by the time you’ve put everything in place.
If you prefer more control over your daily brew, or a cheaper alternative, you can also use refillable pods and your own choice of coffee. These are easily found by searching amazon, as long as you make sure the pods are for dolce gusto machines (not nespresso or other competing systems). You should also make sure to choose espresso grind, or whole beans and use your own grinder. I personally use my own pods a lot of the time for environmental and cost saving reasons.
The only slight knocks against it, and the reasons I can’t recommend it for larger households is that the tank and drip tray are both fairly small capacity. You’ll find yourself having to refill/empty them as appropriate on a very regular basis if more than a couple of people are using it. I would estimate a full tank to be enough for 3-4 drinks before requiring a refill. It’s also strongly recommended to let spent pods drain on the drip tray before disposing of them, otherwise you can end up with them leaking in your bin. As long as you keep these in mind though, it really is a great machine.

Life changing at home
WE LOVE IT! We used to expend so much money in coffee going to work, we love a good nice coffee. And this machine really does the job in our coffee addicted house. We buy the nescafe pods or even Starbucks one. The kids love the chococino! It is fast and easy to use. Even buying the pods the money we spent doesn’t get close to what we use to in the cafes.

I absolutely love this machine. We had to do with instant coffee in the first few weeks of the quarantine, so had to find a solution. I was thinking between this or a Nespresso machine but Nespresso was way more expensive especially if you want the ability to make cappuccino, etc., so decided to get this one instead. Best purchase I’ve made in my life for below 100! The quality is very good, there is a wide range of pods and styles available, can’t fault the machine either, doing it’s job as supposed to. Read some reviews about short shelf life but I hadn’t had this issue. All the pods have around a year on them still. The tray is also adjustable, so you can set it up based on the cup size, so there is no mess.

his one is perfect , makes a great cup of coffee and hot chocolate , unlike the first one which leaked from the water tank . this one the tank clicks into place the first one it just flopped about

This is a fantastic little machine…makes great tasting coffee…reminds me when I was younger and the teachers used to sit reading a story with the strong coffee smells…my only issue is the machine is very loud…that is my only complaint…if they was anyway I could make it quieter I would defo rate this a 10…other than that I would say you need one in your life!!!

I was very pleased with this machine. The pods can be had for 3 a box at the moment so it is not the best value for money but extremely convenient.
The tank will do about 3 to 4 coffees.
I will get my money back when I go back to work as I normally stop on the way to get a nice latte. This will save me a bit of money then.
Not too sure why Nescaf have not included a free recycling bag for the pods. You need to buy pods from them directly to get one. I am a bit concerned by how easy it will be to recycle the pods.
After reading tons of reviews, I was a bit afraid to order this coffee machine but I did it anyway! Contrarily to what many complained about, the expiration date of our capsules was very long – until 2021 so plenty of time to use them. Also, yes you need to top up the water tank after 3 drinks but for us is not a problem since it takes 2 minutes to do it!
Overall, is a great coffee machine! Takes little space, makes great coffee – the foam is really good for the cappuccino and the 6 boxes of pods that come with it are great. Go for it!
I got the machine while was low price and with offer of pods oncluded. I bought it mainly because of the lockdown and miss the coffee shop although it’s not the same as coffee shop it’s a good substitute at the moment.

It’s just arrived and it is much better than expected for the price. It is a really decent size, takes only 5 minutes to set up and comes with a really great range of free pods to use that would cost a lot no doubt in Tesco etc. We’ve made a few coffees and they’ve all been delicious! fits a wide range of mug/desired drink sizes too! highly recommended
Very well design and compact. My old machine was a Krups and lasted 8 years. This machine is straight forward and easy to use. Each pod is designed with set amount of water to make the perfect drink which I agree with other reviews give a teacup size drink. I sometimes use two pods and if its strong coffee I add more water afterwards to give me larger drink. I’m disabled and I have found my independence with these machines. My husband fills the tank before going to work and I can make a hot drink on my own which is totally invaluable.

This is the best machine ever, it’s automatic and make amazing coffee, tea etc. And have huge variations of capsules for that machine, amazing! I recommend this coffee machine to all coffee lovers!
Frankly speaking, I was a bit sceptical at first reading all the negative reviews saying the drinks taste bad, the water isn’t hot, the sound is too loud and da da da.
But apparently I just bought it after being positive to myself and praying and hoping that it’s good. And indeed it is! It’s so worth the money! And the drinks taste great! The water tank? What do you expect? It’s called Mini Me because it’s mini btw. But still, it can fit up to 3 drinks which is not bad. I love it sooo much! Even my 4yo son can make his own drink nowadays.
And yes. The water is freaking hot. I’m not sure for those whose saying the water isn’t hot. Are you Thor or what? Hahahaha. I’m beyond satisfied! Still experimenting all the flavours with my husband! We love it!
