Used in a commercial setting, this product serves us well.
I wanted a milk frother that I could use for both coffee and hot chocolate. After debating for a while I brought this. Six months in gets used four times a day, gives amazing froth ( just don’t overfill) easy to clean and looks smart next to my coffee machine. Yes you can only do one mug of coffee a time but takes around 60 seconds. No complaints and would definitely recommend

Froths milk really well and is very easy to use. You can use it to heat milk and froth cold or hot milk. It only takes a couple of minutes. One downside. I found that if you heat some milk then put another lot on to froth immediately afterwards, it doesn’t froth so well.

In search for an eco-friendly cappicino I selected this combined with Dualit’s Express-Auto Coffee and Tea machine and Ecopress aluminium capsule recycler purchased direct from Dualit (sorry to nasty Amazon) and loving the taste of good coffee and frothed milk.
It does exactly what it says it will do and is simple and easy to use.
This a fantastic milk frother and warmer quick and easy to use also easy to clean, makes beautiful milk froth for coffee and hot chocolate, all in all a nice good solid quality I just love it.
I love the froth you get but it’s not hot enough, so I put my coffee in the microwave for two seconds and then it’s perfect. I’m so glad I didn’t get the hotel chocolate one.

Used for making lattes. This works well and is fine as a home unit. It is not quite up to the standard of products used in specialised coffee shops but I did not expect it to be of quite that standard. This is a compact unit, froths well and is very easy to clean. I am well satisfied with it.

Good froth, clever mechanism. Would be five stars but for poor pouring. Like many fritters, this needs a piece of kitchen towel handy to mop up spills.
This milk foamed/heater works really well. It is big enough to be able to make multiple drinks in one go too.

Great product, I use it in line with my nespresso machine, warms and whisks milk brilliantly, very frothy just like coffee shops. Downside is can only do enough for 1 cup at a time, annoyingly you have to wait for it to cool before sound a 2nd cup, great for single coffee, not so if you want to make friends one at same time.
For the perfect “Frothy Coffee”, this kitchen aid is a must.

No need to go to any of the high street coffee shops now, all this can be achieved from home.
Cleaning is simple, remove the blade and run under a cool running tap, leave to air dry. The unit itself can be rinsed and wiped clean. The whole cleaning process takes but a few minutes.
Buy one, you won’t regret it.
I like it and I use with plant based milks. It is the only one that actually froths the plant based milk. And it is even better if you can find barista or professional milk, then you can have great super fluffy foam over your drink.
I have read the reviews that are less than complementary about this product. I have had two of them over the course of about 4 years. I believe that the cause of many people’s problems with theirs is that they don’t clean them properly. The metal whisk itself needs cleaning regularly and soaking in boiling water to help remove deposits. The Teflon coating inside the whisk needs to be kept spotless and cleaned properly after use with a non-abrasive wipe. If these rules aren’t followed then the thing won’t work properly and the magnetic operation of the whisk will be compromised. Eventually however, the Teflon will wear out and a new unit purchased.
I think it is a really product and my family use ours about 6 times a day.

Great looking, well made, has a innovative frothing system, very easy to clean, simple to use.
This is a fab product. The milk froth is great. Really excellent. Hint – remove as soon as it’s finished frothing and pour into cup otherwise it sticks in the dualit and is hard to remove without using a spoon.

Great for frothing (once you get the hang of using it!). Making a variety of lovely coffees at home now. Reasonable quantity in one go.
So after seeing my sisters velvetiser by hotel chocolate I thought I would like one. However was not going to pay 100 for one.
So after a bit of investigating I discovered the velvetiser is made by dualit.
Well this is pretty much exactly the same but in my opinion better.
You can still do the hot chocolate in it exactly the same as the velvetiser with the hotel chocolate sachets. But what gives this the edge over the velvetiser is the fact you can also do cold frothed milk in so you can make milkshakes as well. But on top of that it’s half the price of the velvetiser.
I for one and my wife are very happy with it.

Lasted nearly 3 years. I’m not complaining as I used it a lot, so i definitely got my monies worth.
I bought a cheaper one from a supermarket middle which was less than half price and lasted 2month.

Looks good and easy to use however does not really heat the milk just warms it a bit. Not as good as I expected.
later review: actually improved a great deal when i read the book more, best runs when using full fat milk not semi as advised and fill to capacity, then it heats quite well, ready to drink temperature. it must be washed out immediately after use but it cleans easily.

Well I’ve had this ages now, I need still works well although I’m careful not to get water in the start button when I clean it. Are use it mostly oat milk Every morning and sometimes multiple times each day and it makes a really nice latte
