Solidly built, might be more of a challenge than expected.
I’ve now logged about 5-6 sessions on the Egofit so I feel like a have a good knowledge base to review from now.

Build quality seems really solid and no issues have come up for me. Was almost totally ready out of the box. Might be a tad heavy for some to move around but worth it IMO (I’d rather heavy parts than cheap parts).

There’s only a few “warnings” I’d give for this:

1.) It’s definitely not for everyone/all situations. Walking at a 5% incline for any appreciable distance is no joke (something I had somewhat underestimated despite having a fairly extensive gym-going background). I did a day where I was on this about 6 or 6 1/2 hours (working from home at standing desk) and I was pretty much zapped afterwards. Going to have to rethink my strategy to use this “most of the time” while working from home.

2.) I’d recommend hiking boots (I’ve been using my Merrill ankle boots and they’ve been perfect). I feel like I’d be hurting if I tried to log much distance on this with cross trainers.

I think I’ll eventually settle in to using this on some sort of hybrid schedule during the work week. Something like one or two long sessions a week (“long hike/no gym” days) and then aim for a total distance/time goal across the other days (something like 3-4 miles on those light daysenough to feel it but still leave something in the tank for a gym session after work). Setting out to do this “all day/everyday” would make for quite a challenge to then also find the energy to get to the gym afterwards.

The support from the company was grea
I received the Walker in September and had an issue with rattling when I attempted to correct the belt that had slipped slightly . I messaged the company and they responded that night and offered support and advice . My partner was able to correct the issue but I was pleased that the company offered support and were keen to help even after the warrantee period . The Walker has been a life saver – I’m suffering from two slipped discs and I’m considerable pain but this Walker helps me keep moving every day regardless of the weather outside and it ultimately eases the pain. It not inexpensive but I’m really happy with the quality and also the support offered from the company .

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersWe got this solely to use as a second office set up in our family room to get a little more activity since our family is 100% remote work. The size is perfect and so far it seems like it works well for the week we have had it. Will update the review if that changes. It’s pretty quiet as well. The app is OK, it connects fast and allows more options for speed than the remote. Customer service was also extremely fast at responding to our concern about the remote not working. I attached the fix if anyone else struggles with the battery placement like we did. So far so good, it’s a great concept!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Users It got delivered within a week. Its sturdy and small. Im about 5'4 and 150lbs, so its perfect for me. The remote battery is a little tricky. Make sure you lift the little prongs on the right for it to touch the positive side of the battery for it to work.. I'm very pleased:)

Product arrived a week earlier! The size was as expected. I was able to start from the app as the remote did not start it. Not sure if the remote is defective or it needs a new battery which I will buy later. I noticed the belt shifted to the left side and started
to make a noise. Can you pls help how to fix this?

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersExactly what I needed
If you have a standing desk, this is the perfect product to allow you to exercise/hit your daily step count goals while continuing to work. It is small/portable enough you can store it under the desk and then pull it out to use (it has wheels on the front). I found I can type and concentrate on a computer screen while walking at 3km per hour or so. If you are doing something passive like watching a video or attending a zoom meeting it works even better – though if your camera is on people might think you are a bit eccentric (your head bobs up and down as you pace).

Only issue I have is wearables not logging the steps properly if the hand that it is worn on is resting on the desk or mouse. But, you don’t spend all your time like that – and the health benefits are still there of course.

    Excellent After-Sales Service
This treadmill is compact and easy to store, almost silent when running. It comes with tools to make adjustments as needed and two small bottles of silicone oil for lubrication. The five degree slope makes it a challenge, but if I can cope with it, I’m sure anyone can. I had a few teething problems, but the gentleman at Bonita-tech was incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful. He got me sorted out very quickly.

Don’t buy on Amazon, but otherwise good
Apart from the fact that Amazon make it impossible for this product to be delivered to you (I had to buy on eBay in the end to actually receive it), this is a good product. It really is relatively small and light and does what it says on the tin. I haven’t done an extensive review with other treadmills out there, but I did think about it for six months and I am happy with this product thus far. As far as I can tell, there is limited functionality, you get on it and you walk at varying speeds — but honestly, what more do you need

    A Step Up
This is my second underdesk treadmill and gets my recommendation.

It is definitely a step up on the first model I tried, which only lasted 3 months.
(That maker did provide a full refund)

It’s shorter than the first and I can leave in position ready to hop on.
The incline did make it seem like hard work at the beginning but soon adapted and probably does help the workout.
I have used it WFH on and off throughout the day as well as more intense shorter sessions to help hit that daily steps target now back to work.

Maintenance is easy and there are videos on YouTube, as the manual doesn’t explain the lubrication process.

Arrived quickly, and all in all a good experience so far.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersSmall and portable, built like a tank
The remote control is RF so no need to point at the treadmill for it to work, especially useful when it is under your desk where normal remote will not work. The Phone app and Bluetooth connection works well, I can control the speed via my app and there are some classes and virtual walking program to choose from.

If you are into fitness social experiment you can create personal profile and interact with other users via the EGOFIT app, a chance to work out with others who have the same machine. I personally find walking at 3.5km/h the sweet spot for my cardio needs, increase my heart rate enough to burn some calories yet I can concentrate on doing my work on my bench. I do need to raise my work desk to my chest level tho as bending over while walking is uncomfortable.

The motor do make noise when there is no on walking on it, once I step on the only noise is the fiction between the belt and the roller which is not bad at all.

There is no set up needed as this comes fully assembled, all it is needed was adjusting the belt tension until the belt stay in the middle while in use. Tools are included and 2 bottle of silicon oil for future use.

Moving it around is easy with the front roller, just lift the rear and roll it around. I am 6″1 and 93kg and the machine has no problem taking my weight and the belt is smooth throughout all speeds.

    Love it!
Really love the treadmill. It is excellent quality, quiet, compact and easy to move. It is easy to use and works well with my standing desk. I can connect my laptop to my phone using the Your Phone app in Windows, and then open the FitShow app to control the treadmill using my mouse while I work. The level of customer service I have received has been excellent. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Great product, compact and easy to use, really good workout and lots of calories burnt as you walk up the hill all time. The only thing is once it reaches 1000 steps, it starts counting steps from 1 again, but i have not yet checked if any setting change would solve it. Its also quie

    The Product:
The Egofit is a great walker. I find 3 km/h — 4km/h my most comfortable speed, and the 5% incline really makes you sweat! This way even if I am just in front of the tele taking a break from my digital artwork, I can easily get in my steps for the day. The accuracy of the steps is a little slow at first but catches on. The steps have a step limit of 999 before it goes back to 0 and counts again. This was kind of annoying, but it isn’t much of an issue if you already have a pedometer or just count each 999 steps. Also after 99.59 mins on the treadmill it resets all data and powers down. So be aware of that. Of course you can just start it up again so its not a big issue.

The egofit is easily put away under the bed. The wheels are situated at the heavy end of the walker which makes it easy to lift and wheel barrow it anywhere you want. It is very sturdy yet compact. I really appreciate the design as I live in a small room and wouldn’t be able to buy a full chunky treadmill.
    Seller:
My first egofit died due to a motor error within the first 10 days. The seller got back to me very quickly. They said they could replace it. The communication between myself and the seller was very considerate and informative. They really understood the issue and had no reluctance in helping me out and sending over a new ego fit right away.
During the delivery of my new egofit I was meant to exchange it for the old broken one. However, the team said not to worry and informed me that I have 1 year warrantee guaranteed on this ego fit and that even after the warrantee has expired, they are always there to provide friendly service. This was very reassuring, and professional.
I have to say that the customer service I have experienced with the seller has been one of the best and the most stress-free communication with a seller I have ever experienced!
    Brilliant product and brilliant service.

The treadmill is really great. Small enough to be used in small spaces. However very effective.
I bought it a month ago and I am using it two up to four times per day. Working from home makes my body “lazy” but this treadmill definitely solved the issue.
No need to assembly. Just plug and press the res button.

I chose this treadmill because it is small and compact, easy to move around or store away. It is quiet enough that I can do my workout while watching TV. Probably not one for keen runners as the maximum speed is 5.0km/h, however with its fixed incline still feels like it gives me a good workout while at home. Many thanks.

Golden Review Award: 51 From Our UsersGreat under desk treadmill - very compac
The EgoFit under desk treadmill is an excellent device that is much more compact and portable than anything else on the market.

I work a lot in my office and need to get a bit more exercise and the temptation to work all day usually wins, meaning throughout COVID I have managed to fit very little exercise in to my daily routine.

I looked at under desk treadmills but they are all quite large and not suitable for my compact office. The EgoFit is an exception though, it’s much shorter and more compact while still havi an incredible build quality and durable design. It looks like a set of tank tracks too so has a really cool design.

The functionality is great too. I can pop the desk up and work away comfortable while getting my daily exercise. I currently use it for about an hour a day at 3kmph meaning I’m getting my daily exercise without taking time out of work.

Honestly a great product, a little bit pricey but if your in my situations it’s still justifiable as getting a treadmill you’ll actually use is key. This is great and I really like.

When I bought this machine it had no Amazon UK reviews, but I’m glad I took a chance. No assembly, just plug in the power cord and turn on the belt with the remote (Switch it on using the middle button on the remote and then top button for faster, bottom button for slower). Switching off brings it to a standstill.

I love it and use it every day. No problems at all so far. A reviewer on the Amazon USA site said it goes through remote control batteries fast, but i’m still using the one it came with. I bought a whole batch extra so I’m not caught without.

It is very well made and robust, hence heavy (ish), however very mobile on 2 front wheels. It’s only 96 cm x 54 cm. I have a small, one bed flat and push it into a corner in my living room when not in use and pop a couple of big arty cushions on it (as one of the photos shows). I can watch TV all the way up to about 4.5 kmph, get a brisk walk and even do a jog. I havent tried 5 kmph yet as that would be too fast for a walk for me right now. I get a really good work-out walk at 4-4.5 kmph over about 30- 60 mins duration (depending on how long my tv show is). It’s very quiet and i could probably take a call up to 3 kmph. I was hesitant as I thought it would be too slow for me, but the incline makes it tougher. I can feel it in my glutes, quads and calves. I use this for watching TV, not under my desk. I am really happy with all this machine has to offer . It was a no brainer for the size. My couch has legs that are only 10 cms high and has a leg in the middle of it so I was never going to be able to get a treadmill that just “slides under the couch or bed”. I use it on a yoga mat as I have white floorboards prone to marks.

Update: I get about 7700 steps in 60 mins at 4.0 kmph ( Fitbit stats: 389 calories, 88% cardio)
    Update: 17 March 2021 – I get about 8000 steps in 60 mins at 4.5 kmph (Fitbit stats: 434 calories, 75% peak)

Update: 13 August: Use this machine daily whilst watching TV and totally love it. I have gone through one battery since February 2021 with daily use of approx 35 – 60 minutes.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersSmall & very nearly perfectly formed.
It’s the perfect size & it really is whisper quiet. Only gripes is that one of the wheels was broken from the frame when I got it out of the box but it doesn’t affect the operation. & I think the description was a bit misleading as it implies you can use an app to control it, as well as the remote but I couldn’t find one. Other than that I’m really happy with my purchase.

Nb I have seen videos on YouTube which describe how to apply the oil which is handy.
