Ich suchte eine Sge fr Alublech, um Formen auszuschneiden, was bisher mit Flex und viel Nacharbeit geschah.Vor dem Kauf der Bandsge ergab die Recherche ein gemischtes Bild – der Hersteller sagt im FAQ “nur fr Holz”, Anwender berichten aber vom Metall-Sgen. Einhell berichtete, man knne bis 0,6 mm dicke Sgebltter benutzen.
Stimmt – die Sge kann sogar mit dem mitgelieferten Blatt 10 mm Alu gut sgen.
Der Reihe nach:
# Verarbeitung – erstaunlich gut, keine klapprige (China-) Qualitt, Blechteile sauber gerundet und lackiert, die Griffe griffig, die Kunststoff-Deckel verwindungssteif, die ganze Konstruktion durchdacht – “Designed in Germany” macht in diesem Fall tatschlich einen Unterschied.
# Aufbau – Das Handbuch gibt sich Mhe, ist aber teils umstndlich, ordnet Schritte falsch oder zeigt falsche Fotos, im Detail:
* Schrauben fr die Fe sind von oben durchzustecken, die Muttern von unten
* Der Verbindungssteg fr die Sgeplatte ist mit den Kanten nach oben zu drehen, so dass man die Flgelmuttern von unten auch festdrehen kann
* Den Sgetisch sollte man erst _nach_ Einbau des Sgeblattes und Justierung aller Schrauben montieren – anstatt ihn dafr noch zwei mal abzuschrauben
* Fr die waagerechte Stellung des Sgetisch muss die kleine Einstell-Schraube in Stufen verstellt und jedesmal mit einem Winkel (/Geo-Dreieck) die Ausrichtung geprft werden.
# Przision – Weniger toll, das Blech am Fu musste nachgebogen, beim Parallelanschlag das Alu (mit Flex) gekrzt werden, und der 0,5 mm Abstand gem Handbuch zwischen Sgeblatt und Fhrungsrollen lies sich partout nicht erreichen – der Verstellbereich ist zu klein.
Ansonsten aber sind die Teile recht genau gefertigt, die Laufrder przise abgedreht und mit einwandfreiem Rundlauf, der Motor ohne Vibrationen, und auch die Sicherheit – mit Anlaufsicherung und Schaltern fr die Tren – durchdacht.
# Sgen
Nach dem Aufbau und Einstellung (wenn auch die Abstnde des Handbuchs nicht erreichbar waren) lief die Sge sauber und vibrationsfrei. Eine 15 mm OSB-Platte lt sich wie Butter sgen, auch Rundungen. mit deutlich weniger Vibration, Gerusch und Sgestaub als mit einer Stichsge. Das liegt auch am nur 0,35 mm dicken Sgeblatt – das Prinzip der Bandsge ist hier berlegen.
Alu – mit dem originalen “universal” Sgeblatt liess sich zu meinem Erstaunen erst 3, dann sogar 10 mm dickes Alu hnlich leicht wie Holz sgen. Etwas schwieriger wurde es bei einem Alurohr 35×2,5 – trotz Parallelanschlag verlief der Schnitt schrg.
Ursache ist die fehlende Gradfhrung des Blattes – wenn im Werkstck (wie einem Rohr) ungleichmige Krfte auftreten, kann sich das Blatt prinzipbedingt verdrehen (Torsion). Das Sgeblatt luft ja, anders als bei einer Stichsge, ohne seitliche Fhrung, es wird nur durch seine Spannung gerade gehalten.
Darauf habe ich ein Metallsgeblatt 1400×0,60 mit 10/14 Zhne montiert (das geht in 2 Minuten inkl. Nachjustieren der Abstnde). ‘Bimetall’ nutzt zwei Stahltypen, eine flexible Sorte fr das Band, und eine harte Sorte (M42) fr die Zhne. Das Band kostet mit 15 E deutlich mehr als ein Holzsgeblatt, das ab 6 E angeboten wird.
Die Alu-Schnitte wurden mit diesem Blatt erst einmal sauberer, allerdings stumpfte das Blatt schnell ab, offenbar ein Produktionsfehler. Mit dem original-Blatt sind Schnitte in Alublech aber weiter mglich.
# Staub – Kleines Problem beim Alu-Sgen: Der Alustaub setzt sich auerhalb und – da das Band nach innen luft – auch im Innern des Sge ab; weshalb der Hersteller die Sge vielleicht auch nicht fr Alu anpreist.
Man kann einen Sauger (der Schlauch eines Krcher passt direkt an den Stutzen) an das Absaugrohr anschliessen, dann landet weniger Staub im Gehuse. Fr regelmige Metallarbeiten sollte man zu dafr ausgelegten Sgen greifen, die allerdings deutlich teurer sind.
# Fazit
Sauber konstruiertes Gert, Przision suboptimal – fr Hobbyzwecke aber okay.
Mit gutem Metall-Sgeblatt gehen auch Alu-Arbeiten locker von der Hand, deutlich einfacher und genauer als mit anderen Werkzeugen.
Fr den Preis ein gutes Angebot.

Esta es una sierra que para nada pretende ser profesional.
Nos la compramos por casi 76 euros en el prime day, y por lo que pagamos poco o mas se le puede pedir.
Es una sierra no demasiado potente, pero que para maderas no muy duras cumple dignamente.
La guia lateral una vez ajustada nos da cortes bastante precisos, eso si, que nadie busque en esta sierra acabados profesionales, ya que hay que ser coherentes con lo que se compra y lo que se le le va a exigir a esta sierra.
La base tambin permite el corte en angulo, siendo fcil tambin este ajuste.
Si te gusta mucho el tema del bricolaje y no eres un perfeccionista del milmetro y ests buscado una sierra de cinta, esta mquina de la marca einhel es un producto altamente recomendable.
Muy poco ruidosa, con posibilidad de conexin de aspiracin.
Los acabados son decentes, nada del otro mundo, pasan por cumplir y ser de un uso mas bien espordico, ya que para un uso intensivo, creemos que muchas partes de sus componentes van a acusar mas bien pronto que temprano desgastes que afecten a su uso, ya que el plstico est presente en muchas de sus partes.
Si buscas una sierra de cinta de bricolaje, nosotros te recomendamos esta sin pensarlo, por casi 76 euros que cost poco o mas te van a poder dar en otra marca.
Muy ligera y poco ruidosa
Para trabajos de poca envergadura en bricolaje es ms que suficiente.
Un poco compleja de ajustar para mantener la hoja centrada en las ruedas de arrastre, hay que ir probando hasta dar con el resultado ptimo y en la mayora de veces se resiste. Es el nico inconveniente pero resuelto felizmente
Beim Auspacken der MA sind mir gleich Schrauben und Muttern entgegen gefallen. Die Bedienungsanleitung msste nachgebessert werden. Zum Einstellen fr das Sgeblatt braucht man Sie unbedingt, dauert ca. 15 Minuten, dann luft sie aber sehr gut. Die MA ist beim Lauf sehr leise, angenehm.
Leider vibriert der Sgetisch ordentlich, das nervt mich schon. Die Standfe sind auch nicht das beste, da muss man nachbessern und unterlegen. sonst steht die MA nicht richtig.
Das Sgebild ist recht ordentlich. Fr gelegentliche arbeiten und Hobby ist sie aber ausreichend.

Arrivato nei tempi previsti….servizio Amazon impeccabile, a prima vista sembra tutto perfetto, ma nel dettaglio ci sono dei piccoli graffi nella parte inferiore posteriore nera, NIENTE che non possa far funzionare la macchina….credevo avesse un adattatore a parte, invece a sorpresa ho potuto montare le lame senza pioli ma non si montano facilmente, presto provvedero’ alla sostituzione dei morsetti. I materiali sono di bassa qualit, consiglio di sostituire a bisogno alcuni bulloni …dopo qualche regolazione con squadra e livella.. ho eseguito tagli a mano libera….parlo da neofita quindi che dire sono soddisfatto di questo regalo …fa pi rumore nel taglio….silenziosa nell’accensione e regolazione giri/m …non vibra molto pu stare anche senza essere fissata al piano..aspetto altri lavori e poi sapr dare un giudizio pi diretto
Ho acquistato questo traforo per creare dei lavori in legno artigianali, devo dire che rapporto qualit-prezzo un gran prodotto, mi permette di tagliare vari tipi di legno e ho tagliato uno spessore massimo di 2 cm senza problemi.
Creo articoli in legno con molta facilit.
Per praticit di cambio lama ho tolto la protezione laterale altrimenti il cambio risulta lento.
Spedizione ok nel suo imballo originale.

This is actually a very good machine for the price if you have the means to get around some annoying design flaws. I bought this saw as a replacement for my previous (Rexon) saw when its bearing seized up. I needed something quickly and cheaply while I save up for my dream saw (which is considerably more expensive!). After hunting around, this machine seemed to meet my requirements.
Pros
Variable speed – this works very well, though there is a bit more vibration at higher speeds.
Blade Tensioner at the front – this is brilliant! The best feature on the saw. Fit the blade in the clamps, then lower the tensioner. Instant correctly tensioned blade without any fussy tightening knobs to adjust. I have broken far fewer blades with this machine than with my previous one because it correctly tensions the blade every time.
Quiet running – it is very quiet in general but especially at slower speeds.
Low vibration – there is almost no vibration at low speeds.
Accepts pinless blades – these are the only ones you should use for intricate fretwork.
All controls at the front – no hunting around at the back of the tool!
Soft start – the motor starts gently and gradually comes up to the set speed.
But there are Cons:
The blade clamps that were fitted to my machine were hopeless. They clamped the blade ok but they wouldn’t release – they weren’t springy enough so stayed clamped. Fortunately I was able to use the blade clamps from my old machine and they work fine. If you are thinking about this machine, look into replacing the blade clamps with something better.
Air Blower – I would suggest using an aquarium pump hooked up to the air blower nozzle – this works far more efficiently and they are not expensive.
Side plate – this covers the spinning motor shaft but needs to be removed in order to replace the blade in the bottom clamp. I’ve removed it for this reason because I work alone and am aware of what I’ve done. If there are other people around (especially children) where you are working it would be best to leave it fitted, but it will increase blade change time.
Conclusion
If you can cope with the above cons or adapt the machine as I did then it is a good value, easy-to-use tool. I have been using it recently with 00 pinless blades and it cuts very intricate pieces. If you are new to this hobby, the cons will probably frustrate you, so you should look at other alternatives.
Für den Preis gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
Entgegen der geschriebenen Rezessionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen warum die Anleitung schlecht sein soll, meine Sge war innerhalb 20min einsatzbereit.
Die Sge ist super fr das Sgen von Holz, Aluminium und mit dem entsprechenden Sgeband auch fr Stahl.
Das Sgeband an sich wird mit Passtiften gefhrt was mich bei dem Preis nicht geschockt hat, sie tun Ihren Dienst, das Sgeband fhren.
Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.
la maquina es para su precio fenomenal. el corte de 3 mm plexiglas es preciso y radios estrechos sin problema.
claro no es una maquina profesional como una Hegner. pero en relacin del precio me ha impresionado que buena anda. cmo se comporta cuando se corta madera maciza de 40 mm para puzzle no hemos probado. seguro no se puedo esperar milagros. importante tener buenas hojas de sierra adecuadas de calidad.

s bonne machine pour la coupe droite sur du chne et de la rsine poxy, j’ai coup 3 cms en paisseur maximum. Je l’ai aussi utilis comme une scie chantourner, c’est parfait.
Par contre, le placement et le bon rglage de la lame m’ont pris 2 heures ! en fait il ne faut pas trop tendre la lame et tacher de laisser le volant haut le plus droit possible !

Ho aspettato a recensire queto prodotto per avere la opportunit di provarlo a fondo e devo dire che per scopo amatoriale/ricreativo, come quello da me perseguito ottimo. Certo le struttura e le plastiche dei coperchi sono “leggere”, ma con un po’ di attenzione si usa benissimo. Per i tagli diritti, consigli l’acquisto di una lama pi “spess”, almeno 13mm.
Great saw, one but missing on delivery but procured one to fit. Saw works well and cuts both wood and bones for my dogs. Instructions not that clear for assembly but can work them out.
Buena herramienta
Evidentemente no es una mquina para profesionales sino para aficionados y para maderas blandas sobretodo para marqueteria, despus de hacerle algunos ajustes en el protector de la hoja…el soplador…y quitarle la tapa lateral para acceder fcilmente para cambiar los pelos, para mi es una muy buena compra, tiene algunas taras pero es una buena mquina….yo le hice una pequea base donde el pelo entrara ms o menos justo por que al cortar piezas muy pequeas se me colaban entre el pelo y el patn…algo muy simple de hacer y que aumenta las posibilidades de la mquina….os la recomiendo
Bonne machine, c’est la seconde de cette marque que j’ai achet. Le pied, qui doit normalement tenir la pice en cours de sciage est une bonne innovation mais il est mal plac : Il est impossible de scier en regardant travers le cache en plexiglass qui est tout de suite couvert de sciure. J’ai modifi le pied en relevant le cache plastique de 2 cm si bien que je peux profiter du pied bien pratique (qui n’existait pas sur mon premier modle) . Bon achat mais le fournisseur aurait intrt modifier lgrement son appareil.
Aperta la scatola, montato… e che vedo? Tutte le brugole (Grani a Brugola) piantati stretti a morte. Due di essi tutti spanati, impossibile girarli con nulla, sia quelli piantati che quelli spanati. Anche i grani che non sono spanati sono pero stondati comunque. Mi rivolgo alla locale assistenza che efficientissima ed EINHELL approva immediatamente la riparazione. Dopo questo la macchina PERFETTA!!!!!!!!! Basta avere la pazienza per settarla precisamente e con il piano orizzontale.

Ho comprato questo traforo per un uso hobbystico attratto soprattutto dal basso prezzo.
In generale un buon prodotto ma chiaramente prezzo basso = materiale non di prima qualit.
Il blocchetto della lama mi si spaccato, forse l’ho stretto troppo io ma, non essendo io Hulk, dubito che possa aver forzato pi del dovuto.
Ad ogni modo ho cambiato subito la lama in dotazione con una lama pi stretta e pi precisa, senza pioli. I blocchetti di questo traforo permettono anche l’utilizzo di lame senza pioli, basta stringere bene la lama sopra e sotto.
I risultati sono quelli che vedete nelle foto, considerando che era la mia primissima volta che usavo un traforo, mai usato prima in vita mia.
In conclusione sono soddisfatto per il prezzo pagato ma la qualit, come detto, non eccelsa.
Yo haba hecho una evaluacin negativa antes porque la mquina no ligaba y trat de encontrar un contacto directo con el vendedor y no lo consegu. La nica opcin era hacer la devolucin. En contacto con Amazon sobre intentar hacerla funcionar sin perder la garanta y me dijeron que s.
Me pongo a comprobar las conexiones y despus de comprobar todos los contactos y viendo que todo iva bien, not que el bota de seguridad no estaba siendo accionado cuando la tapa de la mquina se cerraba. Despus de algunos intentos de cambiar la posicin, la mquina volvi a funcionar.
Creo que por lo menos la fbrica debera encender la mquina para saber si funciona antes de enviar al cliente generando trastornos para nosotros y la prdida de dinero para todos.
Mina opinin sobre la mquina
Lo positivo:
1 Bien hecha y acabada
2 La sierra est bien equilibrada y justa
3 Corta una burbuja (madera hiper dura) de 6cm y cort como mantequilla.
Los negativos:
1 La base es de una lata fina y muy torcida. Imposible dejarla realmente nivelada en toda su rea. Para trabajos ligeros de poca precisin funcionar bien, pero para piezas ms pesadas (cuerpo de guitarra por ejemplo) la base se mueve fcil. Voy a tener que hacer otra.
2 la dimensin de la sierra de 1400 no hay muchas opciones. Si la fabrica hiciera de 1425 seria perfecto.
Todava no he trabajado en ella horas para saber si vali la pena la compra, pero por hora es eso. El precio y la calidad me parece justo y he comprado todas las herramientas elctricas de EinHell y hasta ahora slo la lijadora de cinta que no la recomiendo.
Nota: La sierra que viene tiene pocos dientes y si quiere cortes ms acabados compre uno de ms dientes por pulgadas.
Super bandsge fr kleine Hobbys und Anfnger.
Ein stern Abzug da die Bedienungsanleitung zum aufbauen totaler Mll ist. Man kommt damit nicht klar sodass ich es ohne gemacht hab. Das Sgeblatt richtig einstellen Ist auch schwieriger als gedacht, hat aber hingehauen, auch wenn es eine Weile dauerte!
Trotz mieser Anleitung kann ich sie dennoch weiterempfehlen.
Beim Kauf meiner Dekupiersge wollte ich mich von den Bewertungen inspirieren lassen.
Dabei las ich mehrere Kommentare, die mit der Einhell Dekupiersge nicht zufrieden waren und kam etwas ins zweifeln. Kommentare wie, schon beim Aufbau kaputtgegangen”, oder gebrauchte verschmutzte Sge erhalten” brachten mich zum berlegen. Letztendlich habe ich sie doch bestellt.
Als die Sge geliefert wurde, packte ich sie sofort aus. Alle Teile waren sauber verpackt und alles neu. Ich setzte mich hin und las erst einmal in Ruhe die Betriebsanleitung durch. Dann nahm ich sie so in Betrieb, wie es in der Anleitung erklrt war. Siehe da, es ist alles zum Besten. Sie Sge funktioniert tadellos. Jetzt habe ich nur noch ein Problem. ich finde nichts zum meckern.
Fr den Preis ist es eine ausgezeichnete Qualitt.

Havent bolted it to the bench yet as havent needed to. Ive had 3 in a year and this is the best. Not perfect but gojd enough for my small workshop.
I looked an numerous makes of scroll saw before opting for this one, mainly because of throat and power rating. However, I was a little anxious about thicknesses of material it would deal with as some reviews were suggesting it would struggle with more than hardboard! The instruction manual is basic, but does warn about blade breakage as a novice gets used to this machine. Fortunately, the original blade is still intact. What I have found i that it will cut through 22mm thickness American Oak to cut a profile to go wound a skirting board (at least a cut of 18 cms. Mind-you, it has to be taken very slowly and feed rate is a snail pace to allow the blade to cut. So-far I don’t regret the 100 quid.

Acquistato dopo aver valutato le recensioni che mi sono state molto utili, non sono un esperto del legno ma per chi alle prime esperienze come me lo vedo pi che buono, impeccabile la spedizione arrivata in anticipo ed integra, riguardo i lati negativi, al momento ho notato che il soffiatore inadeguato, la protezione in plexiglass quando si lavora protegge bene ma molto rumorosa ed infine il taglio impreciso sul diritto tende a curvare da solo facendo continue correzioni…cosa che non succede nei lavori con curve. Vale quanto costa lo ricomprerei, lo consiglio per uso hobbystico

la consiglio per chi alle prime armi vuole comprarsi un attrezzo da banco fisso. a parte la fastidiose vibrazioni che ti costringono a tenere ben saldo il pezzo, il taglio pulito senza scatti, fluido e omogeneo.
detto questo io non sono un professionista, ovviamente ho gi utilizzato prodotti complementari, come seghetti alternativi, seghe circolari e altro, devo dire che molto versatile e divertente. se si dei professionisti forse conviene spendere di pi. qualit prezzo da 5/5
La sierra de cinta tiene un buen acabado en general. El motor es bastante silencioso y con potencia para trabajar con maderas blandas. Yo que trabaj con madera de palets, tiene potencia ms que suficiente. Tambin es capaz de cortar maderas ms duras, pero hay que ir a un ritmo ms contenido. Para uso a nivel bricolaje, es una mquina perfecta. La recomiendo. El libro de instrucciones esta bien y no induce a error como he podido leer en algn comentario.
Hi. Habe mir vor ein paar Tagen diese Sge zugelegt. Kann sagen, sie ist ganz gut. Die Bauanleitung sollte berarbeitet werden! Da ist einfach keine Ordnung drin. Wenn man es geschafft hat sie zusammen zu bauen und sie auszurichten dann ist sie super. Einfach den Kopf anstrengen und die Bedienungsanleitung dazu dann klappt das schon. Es gibt hier eine Rezession, wo drin steht das man den sgeschutz abnehmen muss. Das muss man nicht! Eine “kleine” se Sge die so vor sich hersgt. Find ich klasse!

Would be 5 stars if it could take unpinned blades. Einhell customer services strangely unwilling to answer my query about the blade adaptors they list in their website. (2 part numbers – do I need one of each? And it does not actually state that they convert from pinned to pinless, or that they fit my model scrollsaw. They are only 3something each so I’ve taken a punt and ordered 2 (at that price, surely they could throw a pair in with the saw)
Carping aside – it is pretty good for the price. I’ve tried it out on 1/2 inch ply and it cuts a nice clean tight curve, much tighter and cleaner than my jigsaw or band saw could manage , and at slow speed it cuts similar thickness nylon without the cut edges melting, and recombining behind the blade.
That variable speed feature really was the clincher for me. All the buyers guides tell you that the right blade and the right speed are both crucial (odd then that the top ten value for money list I found had nonvariable speed models in first 2 places!)
Vibration has been mentioned as an issue at top speed. I haven’t had that problem. It does have rubber top hats for the feet (if you can visualize that mixed image) and you could bolt it down through them.
Ottimo oggetto come rapporto qualit prezzo. Adatto esclusivamente ad uso hobbistico. Utile pel fare tagli lineari su pezzi piccoli (con la sega circolare molto difficile) e chiaramente per i tagli curvi. Io l’ho fissata sul tavolo anzich montare i piedini, secondo me meglio.

La macchina funziona molto bene . sufficientemente potente e permette di fare tagli alti senza svincoli di lama che anche molto semplice da sostituire . Naturalmente la distanza della lama dall’alzata, non permette di fare tagli grandi in larghezza , ma ci non pregiudica pi di tanto l esercizio di macchina . Pienamente soddisfatto dell’acquisto .

A great tool that is quite safe to use and practice on. Good for those with small workshops like myself. I have a larger one that has a cutting depth 3x the size at just under 6 inches, yet I use this more due to its ease of use and cheap blades.
Ich habe jetzt schon einiges damit ausgesgt und ich muss sagen, ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Beim auspacken, habe ich auch wie einige hier zuerst gedacht, da es eine gebrauchte Maschine ist. Nach einigen analysieren, ist mir aufgefallen, da der fu mit beton beschwert ist, damit sie einen festeren stand hat, was die Maschine gebraucht wirken lsst. Durch das befllen mit Beton wirkt sie ein wenig gebraucht, was aber nicht der Fall ist. Wrde ich als Laie sagen. Das sgeblatt lt sich nicht ganz so einfach wechseln. Aber mit ein wenig bung gelingt auch das ganz gut. Also fr ein Einsteigermodell sicher gut zu gebrauchen. Ich wollte schon jahre so eine Maschine fr Holzsgearbeiten haben. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Ich bin ein technisches Genie… eher das Gegenteil. Aber mit dieser Dekupiersge komme sogar ich bestens klar – ob Schrgstellung des Sgetisches oder Hhenverstellung des Kopfteiles. Und sie sgt einfach alles: Bretter, Holzkltze und sogar Knochen (Schienbein vom Rind). Unkompliziert zu bedienen, standfest und solide verarbeitet.
I wasn’t Expecting this to be the Best Bench top Bandsaw, only intending it for small Boatbuilding Parts, ie Breast hooks, Stern Knees, and Station Moulds, BUT, I was Pleasantly surprised, after the assembly, which was Quick and Painless, I was Impressed with the overall Quality of the Saw, Parts fit was very good, and as with even the most Expensive Bandsaws they do benefit from a Proper post Transit Setup, having said that, in Operation the Saw is exceptionally Quiet and accurate, being able to Produce Consistent & Uniform 1mm Veneer cuts, making Straight or curved cuts was both Fast and Easy.
There are a couple of let-downs though.
1: the table is made of rather thin Pressed Steel, and does have some Flex, also, there is no Provision for the use of a Mitre Guide, in fact there IS no Mitre Guide, (although upon closer inspection it Appears that replacing the pressed steel Table with a 20mm Machined Billet Aluminium one is a simple and worthwhile Upgrade)
2: The Table Insert was a Poor fit, in that there was a step that the ends of wood can catch on (again a replacement Table, or, some Fettling of the Insert will address this)
3: the Fence, while Sturdy, can be inadvertently knocked out of true, owing to the use of bare Pressed Steel Locking Components in the Ends.
Drawbacks aside, Overall for a sub 150 Tool, I’m really Pleased with the Performance of the Saw, and would heartily recommend it for the small Hobby workshop
NB the saw was Advertised as having a Euro style Plug, but the one i received had a UK Plug already Fitted!

I have some high quality blades that I will get around to trying, but for now OK. I have sawn pine, oak (English), mahogany and birch so far all with excellent results. I would certainly recommend the saw fo the hobbyist, I don’t know how it would stand up under the rough and tumble of commercial use.

The blades can be a bit awkward to change, but for the money it does the job!
my first scroll saw so I can only say this suits my needs really well. I like the way you can use pinned and unpinned blades
with no issues what so ever. The variable speed makes it easy to cut all types of wood hard and soft. as well as MDF
plywood hardboard or fibreboard. as well as plastics and soft metals.
Me ha parecido muy buena en lo que la he utilizado perfecta, corta con una limoieza increible un corte superfino y con grosores importantes. Puedes hacer todo tipo de cortes curvos, rectos, ovalados etc. Contento con la compra.

io faccio piccolissimi lavori di hobbistica ,e per l’uso che ne faccio io! risulta molto silenziosa e funziona bene , le lame costano il giusto
e per tagliare mdf compensato ecc.. funziona. Ha un piano un pochino piccolo , corredata anche da un ottima protezione per non tagliarsi abbassando con il pomello il coprilama.
Occupa pochissimo spazio consigliatissima ….

J’ai reu ma machine en temps et en heure et dans un parfait tat. Excellente pour la dcoupe de contreplaqu et mme de fresne.
Machine silencieuse et efficace, je dplore seulement la protection plexi pas terrible.
Et pour les dtracteurs disant que cette scie ne coupe rien, je tiens a dire que cet appareil est muni d’un variateur. Ceci n’est pas une dco, il faut l’utiliser.
J’ai dcouper une dco chien-chat en contreplaqu de 10 mm sans prob. je montre sur la photo que j’ai aussi decoup du contreplaqu de 15 et du bois de 25 mm.
Il faut prendre son temps pour faire ces choses l. Imputer toujours la faute l’appareil est facile. Comme dit le proverbe, qui veut noyer son chien dit qu’il a la rage.

Es increble el poder comprar una sierra de cinta a este precio. Es fcil de montar y solo hay que perder un poco de tiempo en ajustarla correctamente. Las instrucciones no son muy claras en el aspecto de ajuste, por lo que es recomendable buscarlo por Youtube. Como es normal vibra un poco cuando se usa, es lo habitual en herramientas de este precio, fijala bien a la mesa o banco de trabajo y solucionado. En general un buen acierto.
Mi sono regalato un nuovo strumento che desideravo avere nel mio laboratorio e la mia scelta caduta su questo prodotto non solo per l’ottimo prezzo di acquisto ma anche per alcuni particolarit specifiche di questa piccola macchina.
La struttura portante della sega a nastro si presenta robusta e ben costruita. La realizzazione dei particolari abbastanza curata pur essendo una produzione “cinese” non ho trovato grandi difetti che non potessero essere o eliminati o messi a punto.
Il piano in alluminio pur non essendo molto grande riesce a sopperire alla maggior parte delle nostre lavorazioni. Le regolazioni permettono un’ottima messa a punto rispetto alla perpendicolarit del piano con la lama. E’ ovviamente possibile inclinarlo cos come tutte le altre macchine della categoria.
La potenza del motore 250W forse una delle maggiori pecche che sono state implementate e che inizialmente mi avevano fatto storcere un po il naso. Una volta provata sul campo per ho constatato con grande soddisfazione che se il legno da tagliare non supera i 40mm di spessore e non si ha necessit di tagliare essenze dure come per esempio rovere, la velocit di taglio risulta ancora del tutto accettabile anche con un essenza come il faggio. Per i legni di betulla o altre essenze meno dure come multistrati o semilavorati invece quella potenza, ho constatato che, non risulta essere un problema.
La regolazione sia del cuscinetto che dei perni del guida lama risulta facile e immediata. Unica nota sul cuscinetto posteriore che preferivo fosse stato leggermente pi grande per evitare un eccessivo allungamento del perno di supporto. Anche in questo caso per ho trovato la soluzione installando dei cuscinetti leggermente pi grandi senza troppe modifiche significative.
La regolazione della lama facilissima e del tutto affidabile, i volani non presentano giochi di nessun genere. Quest’ ultimi sono dotati di una banda in plastica che ne garantisce sia la silenziosit che la buona direzionalit della lama stessa
La macchina implementa switch di sicurezza che evitano di poter aprire gli sportelli laterali quando il motore acceso.
In dotazione viene fornito sia uno spingipezzo in plastica che una riga laterale per i tagli paralleli. Quest’ultima per non molto stabile una volta fissata sul piano pertanto il suo utilizzo presenta troppe tolleranze per effettuare dei tagli precisi.
Il prezzo ottimo se paragonato ad altre proposte della stessa categoria di altri brand. Con poco pi di 100 comunque ci si puci dotare di una piccola macchina che se utilizzata nel modo giusto puo essere un valido ausilio nelle nostre lavorazioni e progetti
Concludendo, sono globalmente soddisfatto di questo acquisto pur considerando tutti i limiti di una macchina come questa di fascia economica. La sto utilizzando con successo e per adesso non sento la necessit di passare ad un prodotto di fascia pi elevata
Mi rendo conto di non aver detto tutto su questa sega a nastro ma mi sono limitato ad illustrare le particolarit che a mio avviso fossero le pi significative e degne di nota. Decent machine, I have cut 10mm thick aluminium with this, and some seriously hard woods with good results. The motor is very powerful for its size, no problem with power. I only have issues are with the blower which doesn’t work, it never has. I have noticed quite a few people mention this.
The self contained unit makes it fairly difficult to clean up inside when particles get inside, if you have an air compressor, this is not an issue but I can see it being so for others.

Macht auf den ersten Blick einen gnstigen Eindruck und auch die Anleitung berwltigt nicht aber nach dem Aufbau, der trotzdem mit einem Minimum an Geschick sehr schnell und einfach geht, ist die Funktion gut und es macht Spa mit ihr zu sgen.
Extra zur Anleitung: Parallelanschlag mit einem Winkel berprfen, genauso Winkel zwischen Sgeband und Bauplatte anpassen.
die Reihenfolge der Anleitung ist nicht ganz optimal da z.B. der Tisch sollte am Schluss erst montiert werden.
Fazit fr diesen Preis eine Maschine mit der man in einer Hobbywerkstatt gut was anfangen kann ist super.

Premettendo che il prezzo sicuramente il suo punto di forza in rapporto alla qualit che viene proposta, ho ricevuto il pacco nei tempi prestabiliti e senza alcuna problematica; disimballando il tutto ho estratto il corpo macchina e i suoi pezzi da montare (la U nera della base e il piano d’appoggio con relativa squadra): tempo totale: circa 40 minuti. E’ stato rilassante e alla fine tutto funzionava perfettamente.
Ho provato anche a regolare la lama ed il sistema per ora regge correttamente.
Fatto delle prove di taglio su lungo vena con squadra e a mano libera per creazione profili personalizzati (ad esempio ho creato un paio di spingipezzo partendo da un paio di assi ricavati da bancali) tutto perfetto, veloce e preciso. Ottimo anche per fare incastri di vario tipo.
Do 5 stelle perch il rapporto qualit prezzo impeccabile, proprio quello che mi serviva e con essa posso avere un valido aiuto per i miei lavori ebanistici. Unica pecca che sul piano di lavoro manca una scalanatura per poter eventualmente montare una squadra/goniometro o qualsiasi altro accessorio fatto in casa, ma considerando il prezzo non posso lamentarmi!
C’est une bonne machine pour dcouper des petites plaques de bois. Je fabrique des mangeoires pour mes oiseaux de jardin et cette scie me permet de rendre ces mangeoires plus sympathiques d’aspect. Seul dtail qui reste gnant, la protection en plastique transparent qui ne sert rien, ainsi que la soufflette. Ne pas oublier que la lame ne scie que sur des “aller-retour” de 15 mm de course, je ne vois pas o il puisse y avoir un vrai danger, moins d’tre bourr…
Un ottimo prodotto entry level per chi non ha grosse pretese, la lama tagli il legno come il burro, bisogna stare molto attenti. Sono soddisfatto del prodotto, buoni i materiali, non troppo rumorosa. Il libretto di istruzioni un po vago, montarla non stato semplice, mi sono affidato all’intuito. Qualche graffio qui e li che all’inizio mi avevano fatto pensare che fosse gi stata usata, per no, credo sia pi una questione di poca attenzione durante la fabbricazione dei pezzi. L’imballaggio era praticamente inesistente, arrivata nella sua scatola originale, senza nessun tipo di protezione esterna e infatti la scatola era tutta ammaccata e in diversi punti presentava strappi. Ottimo prodotto entry level, consigliata per piccoli lavoretti amatoriali di bricolage e modellismo.

L’articolo arrivato alla data prevista in un buon imballaggio senza che abbia subito eccessivi strapazzi durante il trasporto. La macchina mi pare ben costruita (anche se in Cina) ma sembra garantita dalla ditta tedesca. E’ una macchina non adatta per uso professionale o per lavori gravosi ma dal punto di vista hobbistico ritengo che possa svolgere egregiamente il suo lavoro.
E’ una sega ben fatta, ho riscontrato pochissime vibrazioni per la sua categoria, anche la lama abbastanza robusta. L’ho utilizzata per fare gi diversi tagli, sono risultati abbastanza precisi anche se da ripassare poi con carta vetrata, ma nel complesso a livello hobbistico un’ottimo strumento, proprio quello che mancava al mio laboratorio.

Con madera de 15 mm tienes que tener mas paciensia y darle menor velocidad pero se pueden crear cosas chulas

Buon rapporto qualit prezzo, richiede qualche regolazione ed un p di conoscenza per ottenere una buona precisione, ma fa quello che deve fare. Come per qualsiasi utensile per hobbistica comsiglio come prima cosa di sostituire le lame in dotazione con lame “serie” e subito la macchina cambia aspetto. Il soffiante soffia poco o niente, ma per quel che mi riguarda non un problema, l’ho del tutto eliminato.
Come primo lavoro ho realizzato i “Sedici Animali” di Enzo Mari e lavorando su massello di abete da 30mm con lama sottile da 7, in 4 ore circa me sono cavata. La macchina non ha dato cenni di affaticamento e con 2 lame ho finito il lavoro.
Allego alcune foto, questo secondo me il massimo che pu fare, oltre la vedo dura.
Mit einer Bandsge aus einer Schreinerei hat das Gert nichts gemeinsam. Es ist mehr der groe Bruder einer Dekopiersge. Allerdings habe ich fr 99 Euro auch nicht ein Profigert erwartet. Weichholz 20mm geht problemlos. Schnittkante muss nchbearbeitet werden. und kerzengerade Lngsschnitte erfordern viel bung. Abzge weil die Bandfhrung nicht genau justiert werden kann. Verndert man die Hhe vom Kopf, verschiebt sich alles und die Bandfhrung stimmt nicht mehr. Man kann aber damit gut kleinere Sachen schneiden, wo die Kreissge zu gefhrlich wird. Ich behalte das Gert, weil ich keinen Platz fr etwas Greres habe. Wer Platz hat, sollte um die 300 Euro investieren, da beginnt es Spass zu machen.
Il prodotto impressiona per quanto pesa. Pesa talmente da mettere in crisi i polistiroli del suo imballo. Complessivamente vale tutti i soldi spesi e pu essere considerato in apparecchio di buona fattura anche se mostra qualche imprecisione. La protezione in plexliglas risulta di notevole impaccio ed stata subito rimossa. Il sistema di aggancio lame richiede un po’ di pratica (soprattutto la parte inferiore). Scordatevi la possibilit di lavorare spessori elevati a meno che non siano legnami molto teneri. Una tavoletta di acero di poco pi di un centimetro di spessore stata lavorata con notevole difficolt. Vero che l’acero un legno particolarmente duro, ma credevo che una lama cosi sottile lo trattasse molto pi facilmente. Per il compensato di 4-5mm nessun problema…..lo taglia come il burro. Il soffiatore integrato molto comodo ma richiede un posizionamento non particolarmente comodo. La rumorosit tutto sommato molto contenuta a meno di non eccedere in velocit e spessore.
Buona la regolazione della velocit, e precisi gli interruttori on/off.
Praticamente inutile, secondo me, la possibilit di inclinare il piano per effettuare tagli ad angolo. A causa della naturale flessibilit della lama penso sia impossibile effettuare dei tagli a “quarto buono” che possano combaciare esattamente. Mentre sarebbe stata gradita una spalletta regolabile per guidare in tagli diritti.
Bon rapport qualité/prix
Livre complte, cette scie est pratique et efficace. Elle permet des dcoupes franches et nettes et autorise un usage intensif.
Bien que manquant un peu de puissance parfois, un peu de patience compensera ce manque de pche.
Le variateur est utile et assez prcis. La soufflette ncessite d’tre bien place pour tre vraiment efficace.
Bref, un produit qui m’a apport satisfaction et qui correspond a mes attentes pour un prix raisonnable.

Die Bewertungen hier sind teilweise wirklich seltsam, als ob andere nutzer ein anderes Gert bekommen htten. Die Sge ist sehr przise, Sgeblatt wechsel ist etwas fummelarbeitf, gelingt aber nach etws bung, die bentigten Sgebltter sind mit 130 mm gut gewhlt, da diese auch im Baumarkt zukaufen sind…
Ich habe mit der Sge wirklich schon vieles gesgt, auch lngere Arbeiten gelingen ohne berhitzung des Motors! Die Saugvorrichtung funktionierte bei mir leider nicht, Anschluss war unterbrochen und musste zusammengeschraubt werden. Jetzt klappt es!
Ansonsten muss ich sagen das die Maschine wirklich ziemlich leise ist und auch die Vibration ist sehr gering. Ich wrde die Maschine definitiv nicht fest montieren, dann wird sie lauter und vibriert mehr…

Sono un artigiano neofita e ho deciso di acquistare questa macchina per iniziare. Fin dai primi utilizzi si rivelata molto utile; se dovete lavorare il compensato di (max 15mm di spessore) perfetta se pensate di lavorare spessori pi elevati o legno massello da pi di 10mm vi consiglio una sega a nastro. Ci nonostante si lavora bene anche il legno massello di max 10 mm come si pu vedere dal video non fa fatica.
Ora le noti dolenti:
– il soffia trucioli non funziona, ho controllato che non fosse ostruita, ma soffiando l’aria passa….Difetto di fabbrica???
– il ferma pezzo ho dovuto imbottirlo con della gomma perch ammaccava il legno alla lavorazione
– ho tolto SUBITO la protezione della lama…fa tanto rumore per niente
– la bocchetta in basso a sinistra per l’aspirazione non c’….ma non importante visto che non fa molta segatura
Normalerweise habe ich immer Glck, wenn es um gnstige Gerte geht. Sie funktionieren meist tadellos.

Ich habe selber einen Fehler gemacht und das Teil NICHT zurckgesendet. Ich war der Meinung, ich kann das Gert schon richten.
Und ich wollte es gleich verwenden. Zustzlich bestellte ich mir bei der Lieferfirma einen neuen Exzenter mit der Hoffnung, da die Sache dann rund luft.
(der eingebaute Exzenter war schief gebohrt) – leider wurde es mit dem neuen nicht viel besser – und das Gert vibriert noch immer zu stark.

2. Ergnzung – ich habe gestern ein neues Gert zugeschickt bekommen – es ist kein Vergleich zum anderen Gert, es luft ruhig und man kann sehr gut damit arbeiten – ich erhhe die Sterne auf von drei auf fnf – Danke fr den guten Service!
Achtung: es knnen nur Sgebltter mit Stift verwendet werden. Zuerst war ich etwas enttuscht, da es keine/kaum Rundsgebltter mit Stift gibt. Allerdings habe ich gleich mit der Sge auch das Sgeblattset von Einhell mitgekauft. Mit den dort vorhandenen feinen Sgeblttern geht das Sgen auch von kleinen Rundungen perfekt. Die Sge funktioniert einwandfrei. Die stufenlose Einstellung der Geschwindigkeit gestattet problemloses Sgen bei verschiedenen Aufgaben. Der Schnellspanner hlt bei mir auch nach diversen Spannen noch sehr gut. Das Geblse ist allerdings in der Tat eher Show. Sobald man etwas schneller sgt, schafft das Geblse es nicht mehr (deshalb ein Stern Abzug). Trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes Gert zu einem gnstigen Preis.
Ich wollte kleine Laubsgearbeiten mit Sperrholz (4 mm) durchfhren, bin in dem Bereich aber eher Amateur. Bisher habe ich alles mit der Laubsge gemacht und habe entsprechend nach einer Dekupiersge fr Einsteiger unter 100 EUR gesucht. Durch ein wenig Internetrecherche kam ich auf die Einhell TH-SS 405 E. Die entsprechenden Links fhrten hier bei Amazon jedoch auf die TC-SS 405 E, was mir jedoch erst nach der Bestellung aufgefallen ist … Im Gegensatz zur TH-SS 405 E fehlt bei der TC-SS 405 der Staubsaugeranschluss. Finde ich aber nicht schlimm, da ich eh in der Garage mit Mundschutz und Schutzbrille arbeite. Leider wird kein Adapter zum Einspannen von Laubsgeblttern mitgeliefert. Stattdessen sind zwei Sgebltter mit Stift im Lieferumfang. Zum Thema Lautstrke und Vibrationen: die Sge luft erstaunlich ruhig. Bearbeite ich meine Werkstcke (Birke) ist sie in etwa so laut wie eine Nhmaschine. Auerdem ist sie sehr vibrationsarm. Liegt vermutlich auch am Verschrauben mit der Arbeitsplatte und den Standfen aus Gummi. Fazit: meine Erwartungen wurden bertroffen. So schnell nehme ich keine Laubsge mehr in die Hand.
Good machine but adaptors for plain end blades no longer included
The Einhell TC-SS 405 E no longer comes with adaptors for plain end blades so unless you buy an adaptor you have to use pin end blades. The related question and answer dating from July 2014 is no longer true. This hobbyist scroll saw works well on thin material (6mm MDF) but not yet tried on thicker stock. With care, quite tight curves can be cut.
I contacted the seller (1 Tool Shop) about this and they immediately offered a full refund because of the misdescription, but I declined and decided to keep the saw. Excellent customer service.
Se ve robusta de un tamao muy adecuado y la ventaja de poder utilizar seguetas con ella. Tiene adems un regulador de velocidad que va muy bien segn el material a cortar. No trae prensa para sujetar la madera y que no salte hacia arriba. Yo me la hice de acero inox ya que es algo muy sencillo aprovechando la columna que utiliza el soplador de aire de limpieza.

Excellent bit of kit, sturdy and quiet. Cutting limit is about 1cm pine if you want to turn it but with spiral blade and some <1cm wood you will be hard pressed to find a better tool!

Leggendo le varie opinioni ero indeciso sull’acquisto, devo dire invece che, considerato il costo, decisamente un buon prodotto.
Per quanto riguarda le vibrazioni sono ben smorzate, si sentono un po’ a velocit intermedia e probabilmente migliorabile agendo sul contrappeso sull’albero del motore ma gi cos non per niente male, il rumore lo definirei ovattato ai bassi e medi regimi, ovviamente alla massima velocit aumenta.
il soffiatore opportunamente orientato e leggermente allungato fa il suo dovere e il cambio lama facile e veloce.
Sicuramente visto il prezzo fa parte di quei prodotti che non godono di molta attenzione nell’assemblaggio e finitura, quindi pu uscirne il pezzo fortunato e pure quello problematico, direi per che anche nel caso di problemi con un minimo di manualit si sistema tutto.

I am happy with the scroll saw, I wished I taken more care before ordering as it only takes 127mm scroll saw blades and are difficult to fine , they are very expensive compared to 130mm.

a tough little tool, well made and virtually vibration free. I gave it a good going over on delivery, a lubrication of all moving parts never goes amiss, and I fitted olhson blades as they are a favourite of mine, I can see this giving years of good service, might even outlast me!!

I bought this just a few days ago, to replace an old one I’d been given. Though, I’m turned seventy I have managed to cut out a few simple designs, improving every time.
However, my wife bought me a book (from Amazon) Scroll Saw for the first time, by Dirk Boelman.and one of the first thing I learned was that I was using the wrong type of blade, ‘Skip Tooth’ and ‘Reverse Tooth’ were best for the scroll saw.
Then I discovered that pin end blades were restrictive in choice, compared to plain end blades. Scroll saw conversion kits, enabling most machines to use both types of blades. may not work for mine.
Then I discovered that the pair of blade holder attachments that came with my Einhell, described as suitable for coping saw blades, were described online, as fret saw blade holders!!!!!
They took only minutes to fit, and will take even less time, now I know the routine.
This machine can use, plain, or pin end blades, and has a variable speed function – I love it!
