Our little vac we have affectionately named Cedric has literally changed my life. I don’t have to vac up anymore…. I set the kids on doing the stairs with our old hand held and Cedric does the rest of the house. My biggest chore is making sure the kids don’t leave cables trailing that Cedric might get stuck in but that’s a small price to pay for having clean floors on a daily basis. He really does pick up the muck and manages our thick pile rug with no problem. I empty him every day which takes about 30seconds. Every couple of days I take him upstairs and he bumbles round doing a great job. Definitely worth the money and nothing negative to say. I was hoping I could connect it to Alexa but this model does not have the option but as the remote is straight forward and I have set him to go for an hour every day before I get home from work the fact he doesn’t connect to Alexa isn’t an issue in the slightest.

Absolutely brilliant. If it’s in an Amazon deal, get it. You’ll never clean your carpet as good.

I love this hoover (possibly more than I love my husband). It is super easy to use and maintain. I love the remote control to set up regular cleans or direct it to tough spots, but mostly I love coming home to the floors cleaned with zero effort.
I would advise making sure you empty the bin every other day to keep it working well. I change the filter after each use (product comes with two filters which you simply rinse and air dry) and we see fab results.

Can do other things while the dust is hoovered around you, keeps the flooring clear of small debris.

Excellent product and superb customer service. I would highly recommend this product and compact to anyone. The robot does have a tendency to bump into the fireplace however it’s bumper system means it doesn’t leave marks or scratches. The robot also works well on our carpet and meaning our flat has never looked cleaner!

I have my mother in law staying with me in lockdown and she has brought her dog which malts more than anything I have seen before.

We have hard floors in the kitchen and hallway (which is where the dog is allowed to tread). We end up with socks covered in hair no matter how often we hoover and just needed a solution quickly.

This hoover has been brilliant. I set it for 5AM and we don’t even hear it. When we come down the floor is spotless.

I also use it in other rooms as well. They all have medium carpets. The great thing is it goes under beds and sofas. These areas rarely get to see the hoover unless we a doing a deep clean. So in reality our house is now cleaner than it ever was before.

The dust box is small (but not smaller than any other robot hoover) so you do have to keep checking to empty it.

You also have to make sure that the floor is cleared of any children’s toys etc to ensure it can do a full clean.

I really didn’t hold out too much hope for this and came at it as a skeptic but in desperation due to our dog hair situation I thought it was worth a punt.

Long and short of it is the Dyson hasn’t been out once and we can use the time for other things as the hoovering is taken care of.

I would definitely recommend the product. If I was buying again I think I would probably go for an app enabled one just so I could ask Alexa to do the hoovering. Ultimate laziness!

I’m now looking at robot lawn mowers which look equally amazing!

What a fantastic tool. It is my first robot vacuum and I regret all the past years when I refused to have one because I thought it may not be efficient. I was wrong. This robovac has a very good suction and the carpets look cleaner than ever. And the program for cleaning sides and corners is very effective. It is easy and fun to operate. There are 2 aspects you need to consider though: you need room for it to work (it cannot move furniture or go under too low furniture) and no bits on the floors ( such as toys, sleepers, newspapers, books). Also, definitely, from time to time, one will need to use the hoover for the spaces robovac cannot reach (in my case under the beds and behind the coaches.)

I ran this straight away and it still filled up form even what I thought was a thoroughly clean floor. Knowing that this is running daily and what extra it picks up is great peace of mind. Its simple to use and great at its job. Never not having a good robot vacuum again and this is a good one

I purchased this in August 2019, and had no problems with it until recently where the Vac would randomly stop hoovering mid cycle. I contacted the automated FAQ/help system at Eufy’s website to try and resolve the issue. A member of the customer service team emailed me the following day to offer her assistance in resolving the problem.

The level of support from Eufy customer service is *excellent* – I cannot praise these people enough. They went through a few items to clarify the issue with my RoboVac, then shipped a replacement unit.

The people at Customer Support are curteous, friendly and super helpful – They really project the image of professionalism and dedication.

I would definitely recommend them as a company to purchase from !

I feel compelled to write a review as this 11C “Robo-Vac” is so good! Its really easy to use the remote, empty its bottom (dirt collection cartridge” and is just a joy! We have an open plan diner/kitchen and a filth wizzard that is our three and a half year old who (you would think) uses the hard wood floor as his dinner plate! Once he’s in bed we set Robo-vac on the prowl and it bumbles about sweeping/hoovering up everything like a drunk eating a kebab! We’ve put it upstairs to trundle abput and hoover the carpets and it NOTICEABLY does a good job, dont get me wrong for a deep clean we’ll still be using our Dyson on carpets but less often know due to Robo-Vac, who’s mission it seems is to bounce about, seeking dust, crumbs and other filth and destroying them, being a fan of sci-fi, i cant help but quote 80’s film quotes when it bounces into something “you have ten seconds to comply!” It really is a great gadget that has taken the burden out of sweeping the kitchen floor everyday, so much so, my mother has seen ours working and know has also bought one specifically for upstairs as it’ll get under all the beds! Thoroughly recommended!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersBecause of my allergies and currently being housebound after a knee operation I need to hoover daily. Because of my knee this is difficult so I thought I’d take the gamble and get this hoover. We are amazed how well it cleans the carpet putting our Dyson DC41 to shame. Pros are very quiet(our dog isn’t bothered by it at all) very efficient(the motor can be heard increasing and decreasing in suction depending on the surface) , deep cleaning, hoovers underneath and behind the sofa without moving having to move it. Cons are can only hold a small amount of dust and dirt(on a 45 minute cycle needs to be emptied 2-3 tymes) and charging time. TBH the cons are so far out weighed by the pros that I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to anyone and especially at the price. Oh and it has massively helped me with my allergies. (the images attached are from a ten minute cycle straight after hoovering with the Dyson)

    Super impressed with this!

Super little device… doesnt miss much quiet, very easy to use. Beware spares particularly filters… you need blue units 147 mm long…for some reason some packs for this model come with white filters about 130 mm long. Brilliant little robot, picks up dog hair well.

No, my love has not come along but I love this gadget. I had given up on having one as I could not justify the expense of something like a Roomba and the cheap ones did not work and the sellers were reluctant to take returns. So when I saw this on special offer and read the reviews about customer service, I decided to give it one more try. So far so good. Picks up more than the others ever did and seems to navigate better. Couldn’t get it to start once but once I had realized that powering it off and on referred to the vacuum and not the charger, I was able to fix the problem. Final test with be tomorrow as I have it programmed to come on at 06:30.

Works a treat, really does a good job on a big wide open ground floor with wood floor and rugs.
Minor quibble is it leaves wheel marks on carpets, but then at least you can see where its been 🙂

Love this. So easy to use and looks very stylish.

I bought this as i have a disability with mobility issues so it’s not easy to get a normal hoover around the house with plugs etc.

Cordless and rechargeable and you can set a schedule to hoover each day and away it goes.

Gets in all the corners you can’t reach which is great. My carpets have never been so clean.

It may seem a little expensive but i got it as a Deal If the Day for 167.99. Well worth it.

Don’t bother buying the same one that’s Alexa enabled and comes with an app. It comes with a remote control anyway that does the same thing.

Unless you want to say ‘Alexa start the hoovering’ for an extra 70 quid. It’s not worth it as this one does the exact same.

Very impressed and quick delivery. I had it the next day.

I bought this on a bit of a late night whim and I’m glad I did. I’m a little bit in love with Euphy. She happily worked on my tiled hallway whilst I hoovered the stairs. I’m finding the places where she gets stuck so I know what I need to block or move for her. Most excited tonight when I discovered she goes under my bed which is a 6ft ottoman so was never going to be moved to clean properly. A great little machine which is really very useful

Actually very impressed with this robo vac, it’s a very rudimentary set up bit produces surprisingly excellent results. I’m on day one still and let the little guy loose on the downstairs of our house twice today that was ready pretty clean. The amount of dog hair, dust and random dirt it picked up was a bit mind bending. It’s clear that it heads off, bumps, adjusts a tad, heads off, bumps, adjusts etc and essentially ping pongs totally randomly, then occasionally selects a wall and follows around an edge to follow, rinse and repeat on auto but it really does seem to cover virtually everywhere after 30 minutes or so. I know the big boys have clever mapping and app controlled settings that make them more efficient but considering the price difference it’s barely worth it. The suction on this model is excellent, we have 2 huskies with free roam of the house so you can imagine the amount of fluff we find everywhere and in 2 spins around today it’s wiped out 95% on our ground floor. My only gripe is that when it needs to ‘go home’. and charge on its dock in the hallway it follows the same logic and just randomly bounces wall to wall until almost by chance it happens to pass in front of the charger and with the shape of our house and obstacles in the way it’s pot luck if it gets back. I expect it will fail to get back every time going forward but we’ll see. Given the way it navigates I’m pretty sure I’m righ

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHad the little feller for a few months and loved coming home to a clean house every day. Saw him as a pet and became a part of the family until one day, inexplicably, his little brushy foot stopped spinning. Contacted eufy customer support and was helped by Lynn who identified that unfortunately it wasn’t fixable so I’d have to put him down 🙁 Lynn then posted a replacement out which was with me within 3 days of my original contact. Amazing customer service! The new lad is now cleaning up a storm and we’re back to the crumbless nirvana we know and love.

This is great for mantaining your house clean without the effort. Easy to empty the dust container and the filter is easy to wash. It does seem to get stuck often and it “insists” on going somewhere when it just got stuck there, so I don’t think it “learns” like some robots do. It also takes ages to find its way back to the dock once the battery is out. If you leave it running when you leave for work, you will usually need to search around the house for it half the times when you come back.

Love eufy vacuum. This has much better suction power than my previous hoover. It is great on hard floors and particularly carpets. I use it on carpets as per guidance and it does wonders, the actual room feels so much cleaner as well as looks cleaner. I couldnt believe how much dust it picked up. O now plan to purchase a second one to keep/use upstairs.

I knew that they tend to go over and over to the same spots creating their plan . But sometimes I’m worried that it’s going to suck the laminated floor and end up at my neighbor’s flat as it keeps hoovering the same spots for minutes .

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe bought this 5 months ago, and so have some experience to form a view on it. It works really well. We programmed it to start its work at the same time each day, which it then does, faithfully rolling out of its charging point at the specified time. It seems to pick up a surprising amount of dust, etc, each day…It tailed off a bit with time, but it still seems to pick up a respectable amount. Despite its sensors, it can still get stuck under certain low items of furniture…we’ve largely addressed this now. It also seems to get confused when coming to an area of floor with patches of very bright sunshine…I think the sensors preventing it falling down stairs are perhaps mistaking the change in brightness for a stair or something (this was easily resolved by changing its schedule for a time with less sunshine). But both these niggles do not detract much from its overall very effective design.

After a few months, our unit developed a fault with one of the rotating brushes, resulting in it becoming noisier and (the brush) intermittently not rotating. While this clearly wasn’t ideal, the helpful and friendly customer service was exemplary…It truly couldn’t be improved upon. After some super easy diagnostic checks, the unit was replaced, with us being kept fully informed as to the prompt shipping/delivery status of the replacement. Really, really good.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA couple months ago I saw the Eufy 11s on sale for 120, thought what a bargain and immediately got it especially with the good reviews. While waiting for it to arrive I found “Vacuum Wars” on YouTube, a channel which reviews all the robot vacuums out there and the eufy came out very well. After a very speedy delivery time of 2 days I was very excited to try it out. After a couple hours on the dock the robot was full charged and ready to go. The suction power is brilliant, all rugs even the big fluffy ones were well taken care of, never even knew there was so much dust in them! An app would be nice but not necessary the remote is very good on its own, got loads of functions and you can programme the vacuum to run at a certain time each day. The robot has depth sensors so it won’t fall off the stairs, well placed sweepers so can even get the dust out from corners and slim size so can get under furniture. Have cats and rabbits that roam the house and the vacuum has no problem getting all the fur from anywhere. Overall a very efficient and effective little vacuum, especially for the price. Have recently ordered the 11s MAX to give to my family, super happy with both purchases and can’t stop recommending to friends.

So far this has worked really well. It operates at night and can’t be heard upstairs. It may not be programmable for a set route but seems to cover two rooms pretty well. With a dog and cream wool rug which sheds fibres this little vacuum has made a great improvement to the living room.

    We love this hoover.
    Easy to empty & clean.
It cleans for around an hour and a half then takes itself back to the charging base when the battery is low.
Sometimes gets lost going back to the base. Sometimes gets stuck under our chairs going round in circles.
Quite loud – especially on full suction – but still quieter than a regular vacuum.
    Overall a useful device.
Just say to Alexa ‘ask robovac to start cleaning’ and it starts instantly.
    Would recommend.

We haven’t had our ‘Colin’ long, but I do love him. When I first freed him from his home and he went roaming round downstairs, I couldn’t help but keep watching him. Whilst he does occasionally miss the odd bit of stuck on fluff, he does a very good job. Of course, the dog hates him and is constantly shouting ‘stop’, ‘go away you don’t live here’, but then gives up with a sulk and finds another room until Colin discovers his hiding hole. Didn’t trust it not to fall down the stairs so placed a large plastic box in its way. Unfortunately, the box was booted all the way downstairs, so I have to find something a little heavier. All in all, I think it is brilliant. My daughter bought one first and she loves it, hence my choice for this one. I decided against a wifi one as I have quite a few items linked and sometimes have had trouble connecting. The remote is a much easier option and just lives in a drawer near Colin’s home under a table in the hall. It is also much easier to explain to my husband how to use it rather than telling him to shout at Alexa. It is so much quieter than I imagined and just goes about its business quietly and efficiently. Don’t know how I managed without one – oh, yes I remember, it used to be my husband’s job to vacuum!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersMy Daughter convinced me to buy this as we have two dogs and are constantly vacuuming. I was a bit sceptical but read the reviews and took the plunge. We decided to call him Bob. I have no idea how Bob manages to navigate his way round the house, he almost seems alive lol. We have him programmed to come on at 10am and he just leaves his home in the hall and goes on his merry way all round the downstairs picking up dust and hair. When he’s finished he goes home for a sleep. We need to empty the dust container every day which literally takes 30 seconds. I have also washed the filter a couple of times, he comes with a spare and the other drys overnight. The brush is easy to remove and he comes with a cutting tool to enable you to remove any tangled hair. The only area he can’t manage is two very long pile rugs in my Daughter’s bedroom. You also have to be careful to tie up cables, but that wasn’t a big deal as he came with cable ties. I often have him trundling around the kitchen in the evening when I’m making dinner. If he touches your foot he politely stops and takes a different direction. We did have an incident where he accidentally came across my dogs tail as she was eagerly waiting for food to appear. He then got dragged across the floor by her but fortunately no harm came to either. He is great at what he does, we are now not constantly having to drag the vacuum out and I would highly recommend.

Now had this device for over 6 weeks and its a life changer. I’m getting old and using a traditional vacuum cleaner was becoming a real chore. Now my floors and carpets are cleaner than they have ever been with only the stairs needing to be done manually or with a carpet sweeper. I only let it loose about twice a week in downstairs kichen , living room and hall and also upstairs in two bedrooms, landing, and bathroom and it has been better than a home help!. Also occasionally control it remotely to clean up crumbs and scraps as they are seen. Its also very easy to empty dust collector.

I was dubious about buying a robotic vacuum cleaner,it’s fantastic.I have two cats and wooden, ceramic, laminate and mats on the floors and the hoover copes with all of them.I did not realise how much dust and cat hair there is.
The vacuum is bit as noisy as an ordinary vacuum cleaner.

It’s perfect for my dorm room, which is relatively small and can get it looking spotless in moments, it has a couple of issues with the corners, and can struggle with chairs and cables but that’s expected, it can also struggle with perfect coverages when it comes to larger rooms but it just depends how long you’re willing to run it for. but other than that I can’t fault it, I’m really happy I bought this!

his product is great for every kind of flooring except carpet. So far it’s been a really good purchase, I save loads of time.

You can leave it running on the automatic program and it’ll all be clean when you come back home, the 30min program is great for quick clean.

In the interests of full disclosure, I have never owned a RoboVac before, so this is my first exposure and I may not actually know what ‘good’ is. But, if they’re all as good as this, I will be surprised.

Bought this on a whim (it was on sale) and I could not have been happier with the purchase. Arrived well packaged and with instructions that were written by someone who knows how to write; they were clear, concise and relevant.

Having said that, there’s not a lot to do (the fact that there wasn’t ‘yet another app to install’ was a big part of the attraction for me), we plugged it in, let it charge and set it free. And it found every part of the house that wasn’t RoboVac friendly. But that was to be expected and, after a little re-arrangement (moving cables, tweaking the angle of furniture etc.) the RoboVac (or ‘Dave’ as he is now known) was off and working.

And boy, does he work; under the sofa, over the rug and into places that (shamefully) don’t often get the cleaning-love that they deserve.

And we couldn’t be more impressed. Living, as we do, in a house that has both cats and dogs, it’s remarkable to see what Dave manages to collect from what appears to be, on the face of it, a ‘clean’ room.

I’m not an expert on either RoboVacs, or cleaning, but Dave does an excellent job and he does it quietly, effectively and efficiently and has not yet failed to find his way back home.

We love Dave and we hope that you will too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have wanted a robot cleaner for years but they are v expensive. I read the reviews of this product and thought it was a very good price. I took a leap of faith AND I AM SO GLAD I DID. I have a natural slate floor in my kitchen which is black and it isn’t v practical for that reason. It has permanent dandruff! I have mislaid the instructions somewhere in the house after the chaos of Christmas and when I was playing with the remote I managed to set it to go around midnight. It cleans for a good hour and manages to do the hall and TV room as well. MY KITCHEN FLOOR IS AMAZING NOW and when I come down in the morning I cannot believe how much fluff is in the collecting trap. It sits close to the floor and vacuums places I rarely clean….I am absolutely delighted with this purchase, thank you.

So far so good!!! Absolutely love this, for someone with cream carpets it’s a lifesaver. It’s not perfect – he sometimes gets stuck and a few times has stopped at edge of the stairs and sits there beeping till you move him. I wouldn’t turn it on and leave the house in case there is an issue but if I’m at home I’ll just put him either upstairs or downstairs and let him do his job. Suction seems to be really good and it’s slightly scary the amount of fluff he picks up (and coins if you have any lying around ). He can’t see smaller obstacles like chair legs but with the bumper it doesn’t do any damage when he does bump into things (plus he hardly travels at great speed anyways!!). Very quiet for a vacuum too.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis robot vacuum cleaner is a great buddy if you are busy doing other things, or find housework exhausting for whatever reason, and it’s a godsend if you want a nice quiet machine which does a decent job. The remote control is useful. You do need to turn the robot itself off at the switch underneath after use, as it may sometimes decide to start cleaning of its own accord otherwise – bit of a startler in the middle of the night. I’d not use the robot vac unless I was home to keep an eye on it every so often because it can get stuck on a cable or under very low furniture unless you ensure such things are tidied away or blocked off. You will have to give the brushes and filter a clean, and empty the dust out of the pan, after going round your home once – but that’s because it has efficiently picked up all this hair, fluff and so on. The job doesn’t take ages. Do read your little manual before using the machine, it’s necessary and useful.

This vac is great, only thing I would say is be careful not to put it on the edge cleaning mode when its on the landing. in this mode the sensor that prevents it falling down stairs is turned off. Other than that I would highly recommend.

If you are thinking about buying one you won’t regret it but buy the most powerful version 2000

For my is great, I’m using for sections at home, And always be around, the cables around home must be tidying before leave it working by itself, the tank capacity is enough and you could use 3 different levels of suction. For the price is excellent I’m so glad with my purchase

Our house has never been so clean! I wish we could train it to pick up clothes and put them away!
We have a dog and own horses and it copes remarkably with dog and horse hair. Works on both laminate and carpets and is far more enthusiastic than I ever am when it comes to hovering! It gets in all the corners and under most things.
We were worried that the box would be too small – but we only need empty it daily when it’s finished.
Would recommend this to anyone who has multiple rooms on 1 level. It does travel over small rises – but can’t open doors or travel up and down stairs! When that function is added along with the pick up clothes and put away function – this hover will be perfect in every way! 😉
Seriously though – a great hover.

    Great product.

On short pile carpet it does the job very well, it then transfers to hard flooring effortlessly.

I havent been worried about suction power or its ability to pick certain bits up. You do have to do a 2 minute “sweep” of the area picking up larger bits of debris (I’d say anything larger than a 50p coin), but this is worth it for the time saved. Some reviews mention that it doesnt always pick bits up, over the course of a whole ‘cycle’ the Hoover passes over the same area more than once, allowing it to pick up any missed bits. I have never had it fail to pick up debris when left to do its thing.

Easy to empty and clean. Overall, my home gets cleaned alot more regularly and saves me time.

Absolutely love this. I have no time or energy for housework and my teenage daughters just grunt when I ask them. I can leave this running and it does a better job than a human operated vacuum. It is a bit random the way it works the room but it does a thorough job if you leave it to do its thing. I have guinea pigs indoors, a cat and horses and it seems to cope with hay, mud and hair very well. I don’t have Alexa so couldn’t test that feature.

Eufy has changed my life, it keeps the house clean and allows me to get on with other things whilst it potters around doing it’s thing. I like to use the edge mode first and the the automatic mode for rest of the room.

I put Eufy on every day and I am always so surprised at how much dust it manages to pick up on a daily basis. It’s fair to say my house has never looked so clean since getting Eufy.

I would say that I’ll probably still need to hoover some of the hard to reach places which Eufy can’t quite get to, but I’d probably say 1-2 times a month, and spending less than half the time I used to.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersPROS:
    – Excellent, sturdy build quality and well thought-out design.
    – Clear & detailed user manual in good English.
    – Remote control functions are simple and easy to use – no apps or WiFi required (on this model)
    – Very quiet for a vacuum, even on high power mode.
    – Decent suction: picks up most small debris and hair- not yet on par with an upright vacuum for performance though.
    – Handles going from hard floors to thin & medium pile carpets and rugs pretty well.
    – Onboard battery is replaceable and located behind an easy access hatch, just like you’d find on a laptop.
    – Drop sensors seem very reliable at preventing expensive stair-fall mishaps, provided you keep the sensors clean.
    – Spare filter and two spare rotating brushes are included, along with a tool for safely cutting tangled hair- you’ll need it! (more on this below)
    – Ships with a fully charged battery so it’s ready to go out of the box.

    CONS:
    – No matter how expensive your robot vacuum you’ll still have to hoover the stairs yourself, unless you live in a bungalow!
    – No room mapping capability at this price point.
    – Random/illogical cleaning pattern wastes valuable battery time: It gets the job done…but eventually.
    – Takes around 5 hours to fully charge the battery from low charge – annoying if it’s still got the upstairs to clean!
    – Long hair seems to quickly entangle the brushes & bearings and requires quite a bit of regular maintenance to remove. If you don’t, the cleaning performance and battery run-time will definitely suffer.

    CONCLUSION:
No VSLAM or LIDAR room mapping capability at this price point means the full potential of a robot vacuum to clean individual rooms on request (and more importantly to know when to stop cleaning after a room has been done!), is not possible. If you can afford a more expensive robot vacuum with room mapping, the increased capabilities and efficiency that this function offers will make for a far more serious replacement to a traditional upright machine. However, for a budget robot with basic functionality this one is a pretty decent
all-rounder – but it’s not quite a ‘game changer’ at this price point. Just don’t skimp on the maintenance if anyone in your house has long hair!

Golden Review Award: 67 From Our UsersI am delighted with Eufy, our little helper. Yes she takes a bit of a random route around the house, yes she’ll drag Christmas presents out from under the tree in her quest for clean carpets, but there is something cheerful about the way she trundles around, dutifully vacuuming and returning to “bed” when she’s ready for a charge. The kids enjoy seeing how many toys they can balance on her back as she whizzes round. We have an open plan kitchen diner, hall and utility with hard floors going through to carpet in the living room and her nightly 30 minute clean means I haven’t had to get our Dyson cordless out once. She manages the change from hard floor to carpet easily, and although she works in a bit of an inefficient/random way she does get the whole area done. I might add that she’s a she because as the only woman in my household I wanted some female company. She deals with the bedrooms while I clean the bathrooms and then we both head to the kitchen for a well deserved cup of tea. On a practical note, the brush roller is easy to clean and comes with a handy tool for cutting away long hairs. The dustbin is emptied each time and I am amazed how much she finds. The side brushes and edge mode mean that the floor is cleaned right up to the skirting and cupboards. We recently had an oven explosion, and after sweeping up what we thought was all the glass, we set our little robot buddy off and she managed to find lots of tiny shards that we missed. The remote control is basic but that’s what I was looking for so I’m happy with that. I’ve recommended to friends and family and I think this will be at the top of many a Christmas list.

Thrilled with the latest addition to our busy family

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis was a replacement/upgrade for the less powerful RoboVac stablemate, and I have to say that I’m impressed. The enhanced vacuum ability picks up pretty much all the dried mud and grit the dog brings in, along with the fluff the cat and the dog both contribute! I have a combination of stone, bare wood and rugs, and it copes with all of them very well.

For anyone considering purchasing this, I would say that probably the biggest challenge is the realisation that it must be installed against a wall with three metres clear in front and one metre to each side! That’s a lot of wall space, and unless you live in a vast loft you probably won’t have it. In the event it seems to be happy enough where it is.

This does not integrate with Alexa or other systems, but honestly I suspect that’s not a big loss. I’ve set mine to do its thing once a day: yesterday it managed to clean up all the dirty dog footprints on my hard floors as well as the pale coloured rugs, and I really was impressed by that. I was sceptical but have been converted!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI bought this robot hoover to replace our aging other robot hoover that we bought which was a Eufy too.

The hoover itself has strong suction and does everthing you would expect a robot hoover to do. I like that this model is more powerful than that of our previous hoovers.

My ONLY negative comment would be that they have now decided to put the power switch underneath the hoover rather than on the side like it’s older models. This wouldn’t be an issue, but we have had times when the hoover just decided to automatically come to life and start hoovering regardless that we never put a timer on it to do so. The only way to ensure this doesn’t happen is to turn it off using the switch underneath it. If this was put on the side like other models it would be easier to do.

    Overall I love this hoover!!

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersI love my Eufy. This is the 3rd robovac I’ve owned but the previous two (different makes) weren’t great. I was struggling with asthma and wanted help with the vacuuming but I was reluctant to invest in another machine as the previous ones couldn’t cope with the fringes on the rugs, or even climbing on and off the rugs themselves. After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance on Eufy and am so glad I did. She has no problem with the rugs and has only got caught up in the fringes once. She not only climbs onto the rugs with ease I think she makes a better job of vacuuming them than the main (Miele) vacuum does. With that, I have to reduce the suction and struggle to push and pull the cleaning head backwards and forwards. Eufy just trundles around and I’m shocked by how much cat hair and fluff she manages to suck up. I also think she is kinder to the wood floors as she hasn’t caused any scratches, unlike the Miele when small stones or cat litter have got caught on the cleaner head. The cat wasn’t impressed however when Eufy bumped into him and just turned away without an apology. Unlike the Miele, he doesn’t find her scary though. He just looks at her like she’s an interloper. I would definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our Users**Just wanted to update as I the hoover developed a fault after 11 months. Contacted Eufy/Anker and I have to say they have been amazing at sorting it out. Great customer services and sent me out a new device quickly – didn’t even ask me to send the old one back. I’ve always liked Anker as a brand and they have continued to impress. Very happy!

I love this hoover so much, my house has never looked cleaner! It’s not perfect – it couldn’t be the only hoover in my house – but it just saves me so much time and effort and because it is so easy, i find myself hoovering 3-4 times a week, just because i can! I simply stick it on in the morning when I am home and let it work its magic. I haven’t scheduled it to run when i’m not here because I do find that sometimes it gets stuck or tangled in something, but usually it can work it’s way around and toddle back to it’s charging station all by itself. It will go round solid things (and under the sofa which is fab) so I simply pick up leaves or odd socks or cables etc so they don’t get in the way. It’s fantastic on hard floors but I find when it’s on my carpet it actually picks up so much hair and fluff that it gets quite full and then leave little clumps of fluff here and there. So what I do now is just stop and empty it half way round and then set it off again.

I’ve called mine Robbie (and if you get one you absolutely will end up naming it)! It’s like having another pet in the house as it potters around. It freaked my dogs and cats out on day one, but they are ambivalent about it now. Oh and it’s really quiet too – you can kind of hear it in the background but it is not intrusive in any way. I haven’t had to contact Anker who make this hoover but they’ve always been fantastic whenever I have spoken to them about other products, so I’m confident that I’ve bought the right brand. Really happy, such a great bit of kit.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersThe product is amazing, and has reduced our once or twice vacuuming down to when our cats do what cats do. It picks up on all surfaces but has trouble with our long haired rug. However I already beat that rather then attempting to vacuum it.

The customer service really deserves a mention here. The packaging was damaged. These people did everything they could to help us out, were incredibly patient, were helpful on their own initiative, and gave the best customer service experience I’ve ever had from an Amazon seller. That last bit is why I’ll be coming back to shop with them. Even scrutinising the email exchange, there is nothing they could have done better, and they did it all without me asking.

Immensely happy with the product, shocked at how good their service is. 10/10 would recommend.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI bought “Robbie” the Eufy 11s Max for my mum and she absolutely loves it. She didn’t want an app controlled vac, so this one with a simple remote is exactly what she needs. Living in a small house, the random vacuum function (rather than mapping like more expensive vacs) is great and the IQ Boost when it switches to Max suction on thicker rugs is so clever. Having two spinning sweepers which flick little bits of dust or fluff into the middle is very effective. Love the spot clean and edge cleaning functions too. No need for the big vac anymore as we’ve set this on a timer and every morning it goes to work! After it’s done it heads back to the dock to recharge. Once fully charged I just take it upstairs (it’s very small and light) and hit the Auto button and it cleans the upstairs floor too. Love how it hurtles towards the top of the steps and then stops, sensing the edge. It corrects itself, vacs the top step and never falls down. The box came with a spare washable dust filter and 2 spare spinning brushes plus cleaning brush for the roller. The roller is simple to take out and the dust box empties easily. The 11s Max is great. I should have bought one years ago!

I love this vacuum. It picks up everything. It does like to beach itself on various things, and emits a pitiful beep when it does, so I tend to run it when I’m home. But here’s the reason you should buy it. I had mine for about 6 months and it started making a strange knocking noise. Normally that would mean having to buy a whole new one and throwing it out (which is really wasteful) – but Eufy support is the best ever. I had a patient and wonderful rep who helped me troubleshoot and when it was determined that it was probably not fixable by me, they replaced it for me and made it incredibly easy to do so. I’d buy another one if I had a bigger place, tbh. You hear so many horrible stories about companies with terrible customer service? never fear, this company is AMAZING.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve only had mine for a few days but I love it more than I thought for a second I would! I’m disabled and using a standard vacuum cleaner (cylinder, upright or even stick) still requires a great deal of effort but the Eufy is just a question of pressing a button and away it goes. It can be preset to start at a designated time and I can see that being incredibly useful for people with busy lives. It cleans very well and seems incredibly thorough. I put cables out of the way with clips provided and lift mats from hard floor becaue Eufy doesn’t like them very much as they can tangle. I’m super impressed that I can still watch TV without the vacuuming noise being an issue and the carpets and hard floor are as clean, if not cleaner than they ever were with all the effort from me. Emptying the collected dust is a breeze and I think I’d better stop now or I never will! Simply amazing thank you Eufy

After waiting until the price dropped – it was worth the wait! What a great but of kit which is a game changer in home cleaning. As with all anker items it comes well packaged and is easy to set up with the quick start guide. All you have to do is find a clear wall area on which to site the docking station. Once it’s plugged in and has a charge you can set it off with the remote and away it goes. It’s path looks random but I’m sure there’s a method to its madness as it seems to cover everywhere effortlessly. Set it for a daily clean and it goes for about an hour negotiating objects with ease….Just keep cables out of the way! Watching it return to base is rather clever and when you open up the dust box you will be amazed how much it collects. Overall for the price this is a fantastic home helper and will work away without you having to break out a sweat!

Having always thought these machines were a bit of a gimmick – I was very surprised to find that it is quite a solid high quality looking machine (about the size of wall clock). Very easy to use straight from the box. After a charge on its base It potters around exploring and vacuuming for over an hour (if you leave doors open it will go and explore other rooms) and then takes itself to bed on its base when it feels tired. The amount of dust it collected in the dustbox (easy to access and empty) is amazing – particularly as the areas had been vacuumed with a conventional machine too. It slides under the sofa, beds, etc. – and seems to ‘learn’ its way round rooms so that it gives even coverage rather than just moving around randomly – so the second time it was used it seemed to have remembered.
It is also very quiet. Its like having a pet that cleans up.
