We love her.
We’ve had her 6 months now. Well worth the investment.
We use on max suction and she cover our whole downs stairs about 60m2 in under 45 mins. We barley use a normal hoover now (we have a dog and toddler)
Moves really well around objects, doesn’t cause any damage and doesn’t bang into anything.
Very easy to clean brushes and empty.
We only have one issue is that she struggles in our kitchen as she mounts the base of our bar stools and gets stuck.
I was skeptical as to how much this little robot could pick up but this particular model packs a punch. I bought this to help me whilst recovering from surgery but he will continue to work and save me so much time even after I’ve recovered. I bought one for my mum and my friend was so impressed, she also bought one.
I was a bit sceptical about this buy, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It does great on the wooden floors and can easily manoeuvre onto the rugs. It gets stuck in between things sometimes but once you figure out where, easy to avoid by placing an obstacle there. Have it on a timer at 6am so it’s finished and back in it’s charging dock before heading to work. Surprised how much it collects each time! Lots of these have things like floor mapping, apps etc. This Eufy doesn’t have that, instead just a remote. To be honest it does a great job without mapping for our house, and it’s simple to use.
I actually didn’t expect much of this given its budget price point. However I’m very pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had to vacuum downstairs (all hard flooring) since we got this a month ago. We set it to go around at 1am every morning, so each day we wake up to perfectly clean floors. I can’t comment on how well it works on carpet as we haven’t tried yet. But on hard floors and rugs, it’s perfect! I would highly recommend and buy again if needed.
Only had for a day so not a long term review. Very small and lightweight, tucks away neatly. Doesn’t map rooms but finds its way around. Full charge can do quite a lot. Picks up loads of dust, pet hairs etc. Haven’t automated a cleaning schedule so don’t know how well that works, but my initial impression of this machine is very good.
Brilliant it does a good job without complaining.
I do have a Dyson as I mentioned in the title, but it’s obvious, now that I would miss bits like under the beds and cupboards, as at first Eufy was collecting a huge amount of dust and dog hairs, etc., now It is only picking up a small amount each outing, I haven’t timed it, but I guess it’s about 2 hours.
I like the way it runs along the skirting boards; it does bump into the legs of chairs and tables etc. but doesn’t do any damage and covers every bit of the floor as far as I can see.
The noise level is acceptable, and most times I switch it on when I go out. The floors have never been so dust, hair and grit free.
Downside, my expensive Dyson is now redundant in the house and only used for doing my car.
I read so many reviews from new owners when I bought this that I decided to wait for a year before making my mind up. This isn’t the only hoover we have in our house – it’s one of 4. But it’s by far the most used!
The app is a bit fiddly and has lost / forgotten the room on occasion and ‘Robby’ as he’s named has eaten a few shoe laces and dragged them around the house but aside from this, it’s been a genuine game changer.
The hoover has a load of great settings from auto clean through to a preset day / time when it tootles off automatically. I switch it on from my phone most days after taking the kids to school and it handles the mix of hard floors and carpet with ease. The mop facility is fairly decent for a light and regular clean but doesn’t replace a regular deep clean.
Everything on the hoover has been kept clean and well services and it’s slotted into our cleaning routine really well, saving me a lot of time.
We call him Bobby, I googled how to set him up but he was all ready, Just plugged him in to charge ( the light goes blue) We have to pick up the rugs as the fringe on the edge gets tangled, The wires from the lamps etc will also get tangled. Apart from that he is amazing, we shut him in a room with his charge station and he gets on with it, under the dresser, beds he does the edges even. It is easy to empty the dust collection bin and a little brush is supplied to clean the filter and cut the dog hair off the roller, all very well designed. We have 4 working dog who live in and we farm but the house has never been so clean. We chose this model as it was basic not much internet in Simonsbath. Would recommend .
This was on offer during the Christmas period so I thought I’d take the plunge and I’m really glad I did.
Whilst it’s still quite expensive the effort it saves is amazing. I used to spend my Saturday mornings going round with the vacuum and targeting key areas like the kitchen and front door area. But using the Uefy (Which I also named Alfred because another reviewer called theirs Alfred after Batmans Butler 😀 ) I can just set it going any time of day using my phone.
The multimap feature is excellent which allows it to work both upstairs and downstairs. They recommend having multiple base-units but they aren’t really needed. I chose where I was going to keep the base unit, then let Alfred map the downstairs first, then moved the base upstairs and let it map upstairs. Once I’d done that, I just leave the base downstairs and always put Alfred in the same starting position whenever I want to clean upstairs, simple!
The mop function isn’t that great. I don’t know what I was expecting but the small canister of water on the back getting dragged round didnt feel that useful or provide a good mopping experience.
Overall it keeps the dust levels low and means that if you ever need to get the main vacuum out its for a very specific reason. Highly recommended!
So far I have had no major issues with the hoover. It hoovers fairly well without me having to do a thing, which is pretty great.
That being said, however, I must point out that it often misses dirt on the floor. It also often seems confused about here to go and can stay in one place for quite some time, unable to find its way out. The other day, it was hoovering my kitchen for about ten minutes, even though it is a VERY small kitchen. I needed to help navigate it to find its way out, otherwise it wouldn’t have left.
Overall, I am happy with the hoover and have no regrets purchasing it. It does save me quite a but of manual work.
I am a widow so therefore there is a lot for me to do keeping the house and garden up together. Well what can I say is that I am so impressed with its performance. I was shocked to see how much it picks up. I do vacuum regularly and thought it won’t have much to pick up. I set the machine up and just left it to do the job. This allows me to go out and tidy the garden and not worry about things getting on top of me. I bought this make Eufy because I bought an Eufy outside security camera for the back of the house and I am so pleased with it. Well it certainly is not going to be returned as I thought it might. Its cheaper than employing a ‘daily’ to come in and help be being I am 80 years old.
Well my new friend dirt, dirt Dastardley is the bee’s knees, thank you for making me pick up after myself, whilst hiding every wire in my home. I love you Dirt!
If you have dogs and solid floors this is a must have device.
Hours of endless fun too as the dogs chase it around.
What an addition to the family! Quietly goes around, brilliant at picking up dog hairs, can go over any surface and I love the way it goes back to bed when tired and needs recharging.
Had an issue with our first one due to a slippy top stair, customer service were great and promptly resolved the issue, very happy with the outcome. These robots are so handy for keeping our carpets free of dog hair!
I liked that the vacuum can go right to the edges of the room. Cleans under the bed with ease and picks up dust so swiftly. Pleasantly surprised! Glad I took a chance and bought it.
Pros:
Easy and quick to empty and clean.
Cleans really well, better than my old proper vacuum and gets under things I couldn’t get the vacuum under.
The remote’s fine, I don’t miss not having a wi-fi one, the remote does everything needed.
It’s hilarious watching the cat interact with it.
The ‘random’ movement is fine, it cleans everywhere it can reach well.
Well built, feels like it’s worth the money.
Cons: Not really a fault of the machine but I do need to own another vacuum too for doing stairs and some hard to reach places.
Really good suction. Charges well and lasts long enough to do all the areas required.
The only downside is that it occasionally does its own thing no matter what button I press!
A vac with a personality and its own agenda!!
I do have pets at home and not much time to spare cleaning the house everyday (or the patience!). I had a cleaning robot before, and it did a decent job cleaning hard floor – but I had no idea if it would work properly on carpet. I was pleasantly surprised after the first cleaning round – I don’t think I’ve ever achieved the same level of cleanliness when using a normal vaccum cleaner and with so little effort. Its not too noisy even with the turbo mode on. Now I simply turn it on every 2-3 days and can keep my focus on work or anything else – while it perfectly cleans around.
Have the robot vacuum running twice a day in addition to a weekly deep clean, and every day it fills with dust, fluff and pet hair – brilliant.
Works well, but the battery died after 18 months, which seemed a bit short really, hence 4 stars instead of 5. The manufacturer (Anker) wouldn’t replace it as it was out of warranty. Fair enough I guess, but beware that you’ll need to spend a few quid on a new battery every other year.
Like others I was unsure about getting a robotic vacuum cleaner – partly because I didn’t think it would be very effective and I’d still have to hoover to get it done properly. I was so very wrong. This has been life changing! I haven’t hoovered since and my house has never been cleaner. I highly recommend this and now cannot imagine being without one. As others have said you just put him on and he gets on with it – diligently, without complaint or fuss – I am in love and just wish he had come into my life earlier!
I cant tell you how much I love this little hoover. We actually got given a voucher Christmas 2020 & bought him really for a bit of fun & to see what the fuss was about with robot vacuums. The first time I saw this vac meander under the bed I knew I was in love – no more for me sprottling on my hands & knees to hoover under furniture. I actually told my Husband if the vac lasted a month I was more than satisfied, but who would have thought it, here we are exactly a year later & still together! As an add on I am more clutter free so ‘Frank’ can get around ok & in return he kindly doubles up as a pet toy & lets me put treats on top of him so the Cat can chase after him!
It’s an amazing little gadget . I take it to the rooms I need vacuuming, close the door and leave it to do it’s thing then empty waste and put back on charge . Granted , it can’t reach everywhere but it’s good to use for general cleans when you don’t need to pull all the furniture out . Definitely recommend , I couldn’t be without it now
I have wanted a robovac for some time and I heard that the EUFY had a good reputation. I took advantage of a great deal on Black Friday and bought this vac. I decided that I didn’t need Alexa, or room mapping, or an App. I have a small house, with an open plan downstairs and a couple of bedrooms up. I set Robbo (as he is named) to vac downstairs during the night and in the morning, he’s fully charged again so I empty him and pop him at the top of the stairs and set him off. First of all, I am very impressed at the vac strength. He has impressive suction, even on my 5 year old flattened down living room carpet. He is small enough to get under my tv cabinet and fits between the legs of my dining room chairs so good coverage there. He managed over my thick, odd shaped living room rug and manages to vac the door mat in the kitchen without displacing it. He bops around for about 1.5 hours in his random pattern in and out of the kitchen area, dining area and living room and it is very noticeable in the morning by the tracks in the carpet pile and lack of grit and crumbs that he has been around. I was setting out the Christmas decorations and there was a fair bit of glitter and tinsel around the floor which was all gone in the morning. I leave the bedroom and bathroom doors open when I pop him upstairs and he bops around there too, for an 1.5 hours. Obviously he can’t go back to his own base because of the stairs so I just fetch him after I’ve had breakfast and walked the dog, which takes around that amount of time, and he’s showing the orange light. I put him back on the floor in the living room and he makes his own way to charge. He manages to pick up dog hair fine and he copes with my long hair. He comes with a tool and when I empty him, I brush the filter and check the brush. Once every few days I remove the brush bar (an easy job) and use the supplied tool to cut and comb out the hair and fluff. I took him to my friend’s house, she has two short haired dogs which molt and he coped well with their hair too. I imagine he would need to do smaller areas and be emptied between each due to the amount of hair he was picking up. Her dogs are scared of the vacuum but they were not bothered by Robbo, he really is quiet.
In short it has been one of my better buys and I am getting rid of my big upright Dyson as I don’t need it now. This robovac and my little handheld vac (for the car and stairs) is all I need!
Absolutely changed our lifes
We had one bourght for us as a house warming present .
I’ve set the scheduler to automatically start at 9pm
After about 2 hours it finds his way home and recharges its self .maybe once or twice a week I pop it in a bedroom and close the door
I bourght a small hand held vacuum cleaner for the stairs
Honestly the house has never been cleaner
And other than doing the stairs once a week I haven’t vacuumed for 4 months
Fantastic
I watched the You Tube review videos, and decided that the base-level Eufy 11S Max would suit my needs just fine, as well as being far more affordable than the ones that use GPS tracking to learn about your house so they know what to do in the master bedroom next time. You can YT the review videos using the name.
Prep the room: get all the wires off the ground, and I put small items of furniture on couch / bed. (I went round and used wire ties to lift a lot of wires off the floor. Which of course I should have done anyway.)
There are two basic modes:
a) you put the cleaner in a room, set it off, close the door and get on with something else somewhere else
b) you let it do the vacuuming, and go round with the damp cloth wiping down surfaces and skirting boards
Admit it, did you wipe down the skirting boards when you vacuumed? Thought so.
That’s the productivity bit: you can do something else while it does the chore.
It can sense when it’s on carpet and turns the vacuuming up a notch, and it can sense it’s about to run out of landing, stop and turnaround. It doesn’t fall downstairs.
Don’t be control-freaky, it wanders about and eventually covers everywhere it can reach. You do have to get into the corners, but you probably missed those when vacuuming and had to do them specially. It has an ‘edges’ mode where it will go round the walls.
Empty the tray at the end of each session.
Admire your new cleaner digs.
This robovac does what it says on the tin. The suction was good and noise level isn’t too loud. However, it does get confused in more complex landscape and often get itself stuck in places. Can’t always find itself back to base when battery is low – if it has gone further away from the base. This is where mapping ability would have been useful to know where it had been and which area had been cleaned. But, for the price of this during sale, it is worth the money.
The machine works very well, and is excellent at pet hair on smooth and carpeted surfaces. The magnetic strips which are supposed to repel the machine do not work well. It is not very noisy, easy to manage and clean, and worth the price. BUT ONE CANNOT BUT REPLACEMENT BATTERIES FOR IT IN COUNTRIES WHICH DO NOT HAVE EUFY DISTRIBUTORS. THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU THIS.
I love this, does a good job. Does leave lines in the carpet but these do go during few days. There is something endearing about it – I’ve even given it a name !!!!!
The only problem it does not map your house so sometimes trying to vacuum same place over and over again.
I also bought one of these for my mum who is 86 in order to help her with cleaning, she has been able to get to grips with it easily and uses the remote control more than I do which is ideal when you are not very mobile. I find it useful to use mid week when I’m busy with other things and can just put it on.
This is our second robovac from Eufy. We have all hard flooring in an open plan apartment and the suction is brilliant. Goofy pootles about going backwards and forwards very industriously changing from open floor to edge to edge of his own accord in Auto mode. Although the dust box isn’t huge, it easily cleans a 5 room apartment. I empty him after each clean through which works well for me. Also ideal for doing a quick whizz round after meals picking up crumbs in the kitchen. A robotic won’t replace your full sized vacuum dies make it so you don’t use it as often. Goofy doesn’t like trailing wires or clothes on the floor. He gets very distressed when he gets tangled up. Find it hilarious when he stops and reverses back from a step or patch of sunlight. He’s one of the family. I have been known to follow him round switching lights on so he can see better! He lives tucked under a unit in the spare room so isn’t ‘on show’.
Bought fae ma pal, he’s stoatin watchin Betsy shcoot aboot the place sweepin away the dog hair an all the pesh too.
It’s the dogs, ah tell ye
This machine arrived quickly and was easy to unbox and assemble. Time setting and cleaning setting was really easy. As to it’s work capability, it really does a great job every day. Has to be said that occasionally, I have to go and rescue it, if it gets stuck but that is very rare. I did have one hiccup when I thought it had broken down but it transpired that when I had picked it up, I had accidentally switched it off underneath. Overall we are so pleased with it, picks up cat fur and all the bits on all surfaces, luckily we live in a bungalow, so it goes everywhere. I don’t often reccomend anything but this machine is exceptional. Buy one, you will not regret it.
I had been contemplating a robovac for quite a while but having a labrador and a husky in the house I dismissed the idea. I didn’t think a machine like this could cope. I thought it would fill up in minutes, get jammed and break in no time at all. Well some might, but this machine is just amazing. Every day 30 minutes downstairs and 30 minutes upstairs. Empty after each 30 monute session and, if needed, clean the roller. The house has never been cleaner! I would highly recommend this product.
Got mine a few days ago. I thought our hard floors were fairly clean so was surprised how much dust and pet hair it managed to collect on the first run. Since then I’ve had it vacuum every day and still it picks up loads! It is quiet and small enough to fit under furniture. It uses a random ping-pong algorithm to clean, so it bounces around all over the place, but by the end I find it has always done a thorough job. It cleans my living room, hall, dining room and kitchen in about 90 minutes.
I love it! The best bit – the price! A perfect little budget robot vacuum, would definitely recommend.
I echo all the other positive reviews. My daily routine is that I set my Eufy to vacuum downstairs while I’m out at work (via the remote). By the time I get home it’s fully recharged and I set it off upstairs. A quick empty and a clean and a new filter every other day is pretty low maintenance. I’m still fascinated by how much it picks up and how it covers the whole space, in its own haphazard way. I was most impressed at how it vaccummed up wiry, thick dog hair that was woven into the rug and that no amount of vaccuming with my old cleaner even made a dent in.
Very pleased.. there was a dead fly by skirting board, which, I thought, I would have to remove, but was pleasantly surprised to see the Robovac had dealt with it. Would recommend.
Really impressed with this hoover very thorough does a great job
This Hoover works much better than I could even imagine ; I bought as my dog looses hair constantly , all day everyday.I can’t believe how Eufy hoovers, I can’t see a single hair !children love it and so do I.It’s perfect.I do have it on a few times a day , but does the work quickly so no need to be on for anymore than 10 mins each time .
I wish I had bought it a couple of years ago .
Got up this morning to a clean floor. Very quiet, slots itself back in the charging station. Would recommend. Haven’t had it long enough to comment on battery life.
What an amazing cleaner! Only had it a fortnight but can’t imagine life before our Eufy. Must have very strong suction to pick up the dirt and cat hair that it does, power lasts long enough to do at least 4 rooms, easy to use the remote and what I like most is that it’s very light to carry upstairs. The carpets have never looked better as I set it going every day. I’ve not used the auto timer yet. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.
We have had our Eufy about a week and we love it! We use it only on the ground floor of our house which is all laminate floor with a couple of door mats and one rug. The hoover effortlessly cleans these floors. The 90ish minute standard clean does the whole of the ground floor which consists a lounge, kitchen-diner, utility room, bathroom and hallway. We have pets and use it daily to keep the floors clear of pet hair. We wouldn’t be without it now.
When I decided I wanted a robot vacuum, I didn’t want to have to faff about with phone apps so I bought the stupidest one I could find. This one doesn’t connect to the internet, doesn’t make maps of your home, etc. It just vacuums! It’s brilliant and I love it. It takes a few hours to charge fully but will run for about an hour and a half on one charge. The vacuuming itself is really effective. It works perfectly well on my black slate kitchen floor as well as on the wooden flooring and carpets elsewhere in the house. It climbs on and off rugs with no bother at all and it persistently finds its way round obstacles. Controlling it is very straightforward – the ‘spot clean’ is useful for clearing up a localised mess, but otherwise I mostly just turn on the main power and let it do its own thing. Cleaning it is dead easy – you just empty the dust collector after each session of vacuuming (takes 5 seconds), clean the roller (takes maybe 30 seconds, but you only have to do it every few days), and take out the filter and rinse it under the tap once a week. I would never be without this machine now.
Update – April 2022 – still going strong!!!! I thought the battery was diring but it just needed a spring clean to clean the charger points
Just can’t do without my robot hoover, bought to replace another one which I have raved about but unfortunately didn’t last long….. so far so good not noisy gets under all the cupboards in the nooks and crannies. Picks up LOTS, best feature with this one is that it hasn’t fallen down the stairs… just live these little guys and up to now this one is fab
So convenient- she does her thing while I am working. You just need to plan a little and move things out of her way but just grea
Why did I not buy this sooner! It’s made my life so much easier.
It is extremely easy to set up. Just make sure that the side brushes are firmly fixed on as they will come off if not done so properly. I like that the back of the remote control says what each button is for. The battery lasts almost 2 hours which for me is enough to clean the whole house.
This is definitely worth purchasing.
The RoboVac is my new best friend called Robert, he does his job without complaint, he is no trouble, he just gets on with the cleaning… My Flat has never been so clean…. For everyday vacuuming RoboVac is the perfect answer, I can do so much more while he is working….
Been wondering if robot vacuum cleaners worked so this Eufy boost IQ was a pleasant surprise. Worked after charging really well and it seems to have mapped out our open plan downstairs after just three days. Including operating on our lounge and hall carpeting and the composite kitchen flooring without any fuss. Great product and a real time and effort saver. Well worth the money.
at 70 years old and my cleaner not being allowed in due to me having to shield i bought the EUFY Robovac .what a lifesaver this has been, it is everything that was advertised and more . i’m delighted with it so far, really impressed !!!
This product is the bees knees fantastic quality and brilliant at vacuuming up
Reviewing after 5 months of usage:
Amazing robo-vacuum cleaner.
Pros:
1. Perfect suction capability
2. Good across wooden and carpet floorings
3. Good battery life
4. Ease of charging – zero intervention
5. Ease of cleaning up the vacuum cleaner – easy to empty the bin inside the equipment
Cons:
1. Remote could have had more functionalities
2. For the price range, flexibility with wet floors might have been better
Disclaimer- not sure about pet hair suction etc
What more can I say? It works. Best 180 quids I’ve ever spent.
Liked: Slim, well made, cleverer than some people make out, quiet, effective. it will even track around walls to clean close to the edge. The remote is also useful.
Disliked: nothing really.
It would be useful if it had the ability to identify magnetic ‘no-go’ strips, or whatever they’re called. But this is no major problem.
I had a very basic robovac before, but this is better on every level.
We use this just in an area of the house with laminate floors. We have two cats and two dogs, and there’s permanently animal hair to pick up.
The Eufy whizzes around two rooms each day – normally we have to empty it each day but this is no hassle and takes seconds. I’m reassured by the amount that it picks up – and it’s unphased by the animal hair.
I’d recommend this.
[We’ve not tried it in a room with carpet, so no idea how well it would work upstairs in our house.]
Great item. Gets a bit lost sometimes & has been known to wedge itself under the sofa in the quest to get that last dust bunny, however well worth the money.
If you have a pet or kids it will change your life. We were hoovering every day with two boys and a dog. Now this is to set to come on every morning and we Hoover once a week. It will not replace a regular hoover as you still need to do corners, skirtings, stairs etc but is is brilliant!
– It has a hard time dealing with IKEA chair legs like in the photo.
– Its sweeping brushes often detach.
– Also gets caught up on rugs even when you fold in the tassels as recommended in the instructions.
+ Great for dog hair although it kind of freaks out my dog.
+ Can be set to run for 30 minutes which is enough to clean most rooms. Then it navigates back to charging station.
I was very sceptical at first but now I use it everyday. Very useful on the ground floor with the wood flooring. Surprised how much dirt it’s picks up.
The product itself is really good – it does its job just fine, every day. Great the way it returns to the dock to charge. Easy to change out the filters, brushes, etc. As a gold plated bonus though: the customer service is superb. We had an issue with our first robot vacuum (don’t worry, it wasn’t a design fault), and after a few emails to and fro with a very helpful person, the issue was sorted. Would definitely buy more products from this manufacturer.
It has been 4 months since I bought the product. I bought this brand after my sister’s suggestion. She is the user of old Eufy model for 3-4 years. So, I am not surprised that this model is good as well. Cleaning performance is great.
On the other hand, I should say that my criteria was not that high. I was looking for a cheap and good enough product with a good suction power. So, I was not looking for a complicated model like having WiFi, Alexa connection etc. So, this 11SMax is good enough for my expectation. Two of my struggle: first it does not jump up my very slim carpet. But can jump up the tick carpet. Still not such a big problem. Second, it catches hairs and stuck in the roll. So, be ready to pull them out regularly. But this is the problem for many brand and model as far as I read from the other’s comment.
So overall good for the price. I bought it while it was on deal.
Edit: I am here to add one more comment. Two days ago at midnight it started to work itself altough I did not set daily cleaning schedule. This made me bit scary on that day. This happened yesterday midnight again. Probably it set a cleaning schedule for itself although I did not. I read before that some other people experienced this as well and unfortunately this started to happen to me.
Edit 2: My husband noticed that we opened the scheduled cleaning function on the remote control by mistake. So, this was not fault of the product but mine. I felt sorry about my comment and I am revising it now. So, press the schedule button a couple of second to make sure you cancelled the scheduled cleaning.
I liked the product, suction power was fine, the remote control is easy to use, I received it 5th December, it worked really well, until recently, it was making a hell of a racket, I sent it back, I think I was just unlucky, I will be buying another one, I can’t do with out a robot vacuum, it made my life easier.
I absolutely love my Robovac, I have a large downstairs tiled area which is quite hard work to keep hoovering myself so a few times a week I can sit back and let Eufy do it for me definitely recommend
It has been a few months and we are very happy with the results. Since it is roaming randomly it sometimes misses some spots but you can fix that with the remote. Clears low carpets very good and it is a good choice for the low price range.
This robot has gone beyond all my expectations. Good price and amazing performance. Totally recommended.
Is just amazing as a first robotic vacuum, has a strong suction system, cleans amazing in every corner
Is a delight to our kitten too ,
A funny very unbelievable helpful device for those who hate hoovering
No wi-fi connection, my brother has one with wi-fi and comparing this 2 , this eufy has such o strong suction power , cost 100 less and does the same job
Was sceptical but desperate as I have a home and a shop and simply didn’t get around to all the vacuuming. Bought through Amazon fully expecting to be disappointed but it’s efficient and simply amazing. My floors have never been so clean. My home is old Victorian cottage and has nooks crannies rugs and various floor levels. It navigates all this beautifully. It takes me 5 mins to clean her ,I’ve named her Irene, out and cut hair and threads from her brushes. She does upstairs in one day and downstairs the next while I’m at work. Now I need one for my shop!!!
I love this vac but the description is wrong, you can not control this model with the EufyHome app, it isn’t in there. Another downside is that it goes off on its own occasionally but I can put up with that, just push the button and it goes back to its base. Come on eufy put this model on your app
Possibly the best thing I’ve ever bought
We have a light carpet and a black cat and it drives me mad having to get the hoover out every day so decided to take a chance on this as it’s a fairly lower cost option to some. Set up was incredibly easy, remote control was clear to use and it works far better than I expected… in 2 weeks we haven’t actually had to get the hoover out at all because this little fella gets it all!
I empty him after every other use because the dust storage isn’t huge, but it’s decent enough. Gets around the edges better than my full vacuum and is fantastic upstairs even though I panic everytime it gets to the top of the stairs but it always stops and redirects. It doesn’t have smart mapping so it bounces around the place aimlessly but it does cover all the space in its own time.
The only negative for me is that I find the side brushes do flick off fairly easily if they get caught on something. It isn’t wi fi enabled so you can’t link it to alexa but that doesnt really bother me. I just wish it could do the stairs!
After owning Eufy for 13 months the indicator light on the top of the machine would turn red after charging was complete. I emailed customer service and they indicated the issue could be the battery pack. Even though the warranty had expired by one month they sent me a replacement battery free of charge which solved the problem.

Absolutely amazing!!! cleans the carpet so much better than our usual vacuum. can’t recommend it enough!
The suction power is less than expected. Does a great job for superficial general cleaning. I am using it on carpet only. Great for picking up hair. In order to make sure it picks it all up, I need to use the remote control and direct it to areas which need additional cleaning.
Everything about it is brilliant. Set time for it to hoover why im in bed or shopping or work even school run. Fantastic little Hoover.
This is the fifth robovac I have owned. In the past I have generally bought more expensive “intelligent” models but have become disillusioned with them as, even if well maintained with new batteries and filters fitted at regular intervals, no robovac I have purchased has lasted more than two years before giving up the ghost. Paying 500 to 1,500 for an appliance with such a short working life is just too expensive. Consequently, I decided to go downmarket and pay less on the understanding I would have to replace the item within two years. I purchased Eufy on this basis with few expectations for performance. That being said I have been blown away having used it for a little over a week now. Indeed, I would rank Eufy as superior to every other robovac I have owned, some costing four or five times as much (although to be fair this is to compare 2020 technology with that of 2015 or 2019 which may not be entirely fair).
There are two areas in which Eufy excels.
Firstly it is far quieter than every other device I have owned. Whereas the other robovacs were about as loud as, well, a vacuum cleaner, Eufy sounds like an extractor fan or oven with the fan on. It is quite possible to hold a conversation, make a telephone call or listen to the radio with Eufy in the room – something that was impossible with the others.
Secondly, my robovac needs to clean about 100 square metres of open plan living area laid to tile (no carpeting) including kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Huge suction is not important but the ability to get into corners and sweep along walls is. This is where Eufy excels for two reasons. Firstly its’ low profile means it can fit under the lower edge of cupboard doors and so forth and get close to the edges and corners. Secondly, it has exceptionally long external brushes which sweep up an incredible amount of dirt. With every other robovac I have had, I have had to use a brush or vacuum to get the dirt away from edges and corners after the robot has finished. Eufy leaves them clean.
Some potential drawbacks I have not been able to evaluate include the following.
The dust receptacle is pretty small compared with other models. This has not proved to be a problem so far but on days where the doors are open and a lot of leaves and dust blow in from outside I may need to empty the bin several times.
Unlike other robovacs such as Neato, Eufy does not map out the room and plan its cleaning strategy. It is smart enough to follow a wall or clean around a chair leg but otherwise will simply bounce around the room randomly until its battery runs low. This has advantages but means that every clean takes 100 minutes as Eufy will criss-cross the same area multiple times before finishing. It is impossible to say that Eufy has “finished” in any particular area until the whole clean is complete.
I have not used the remote control yet – pressing the start button and waiting is pretty much all you need to do – so cannot comment on its quality.
This is my third eufy, and although i was pleased with the previous ones until they died, this one is slicker, sexier, stronger and easier to use than it’s predecessors, and i don’t ever want to live without i
Amazing how much it picks up. An essential if you have pets.
Really surprised how good it is. I have hardwood floors throughout so don’t know how it would be on carpet, but in my opinion it would be just as good.
I would definitely recommend it.
It cleans my carpets really well and is also very good on my ceramic floor tiles. Really pleased with it.
Absolutely fantastic! Very impressed on how it manoeuvres around furniture & dining chairs etc. We are a family with 3 children so I have to Hoover/sweep every day. It’s interesting to see how much extra this collects!
We have hard flooring downstairs, it keeps this tip top. Upstairs we have thick carpets and I would say it struggled a bit, so I will continue hoovering that myself.
I would recommend this for hard floors & low pile carpets. One of my favourite purchases!
Fantastic carpet clean, automatica, save time.
Remove all thr hair of carpets.
Programming function.
Autonomous since it starts and go back to charge station by itself.
Of course you must not leave wires and cables on the floor, because they will roll into the weels.
If you want to prevent it to enter in the toilet or any other room where can be water you neee to close the door, same if you do not want it to jump from balcony.
You need to empty the deposit container periodically.
with remot control you can drive it,stop it and programm it.
This item is worth every penny. Gutted I ordered before the current offers that have been on. I thought my carpet was clean, but this thing we’ve named NooNoo after teletubbies, is excellent. Can’t believe how much additional dirt it’s picked up. Going under sofas and beds too, which we normally wouldn’t do. It’s excellent. Switch it on and let it go.
I have 3 vacuum robots. 2 of them I just bought on the Prime day just gone so saved me some pennies. This Eufy comes with 1 set of spare brushes and spare filter. So I put them both to the test straight away.
This one goes upstairs because it says suitable for medium pile carpet and hard flooring.
I haven’t used the remote control yet, just pressed the button once it was fully charged (took about 2 hours to charge). Compared to my old iLife this one is very quiet. It is also quieter than my new Ecovacs Deebot which is housed downstairs.
It does avoid bumping into walls, but still bumps into thin chair legs or other thin obstacles, however no way near as bad as my old iLife. Compared to the Deebot, the Eufy seems to bump into things bit more!
What is amazing is the suction power. It really does a good job especially on the carpeted area where my iLife struggles a bit (watch the video!), it made me embarrassed to see how dirty my carpet was.
As I am disabled I am truly grateful for the advancement in the robot technology. Really makes life a lot easier and saves money that would’ve gone to paying for regular cleaning.
Best thing I’ve ever bought. Usually only leave reviews when I’m not happy. As we all do. Can’t tell you how great it is to see the floor clean without effort. Yes that’s right I can tell it been done. Bargain. Few little querks like knowing where it may get stuck but hey ho. All sorted
Use this all over downstairs as we are disabled and hoover to heavy. It is brilliant, just right for our needs
Our Eufy 11s stopped charging properly after 7 months. Customer service were superb. Another battery was delivered and Eufy doing a wonderful job again. We have a 2nd Eufy upstairs – awesome gadgets!
Love it. Delighted I bought robot eufy hoover – calling her: Vicky Vacuum
This has been a life changer! Best thing we’ve bought. We’ve set Mr Sucky to go off at midday and he goes all round the flat until he needs to go to bed and recharge. Small enough to get under the sofa, bed and cupboards. Powerful enough to suck up all the fur our cat leaves. Fantastic
Adore it!!! Best purchase for the house!!! Have a “Beam” style vacuum system which only gets used for cleaning the car or my thick bedroom carpet now!! Can be programmed to work when ur out or in bed! Great for picking up dog hair.
Absolutely fantastic. Cleans the house while I sit with my feet up having a coffee. Does a really good clean daily. Just need to purchase a mop version and my life will be complete.
Great product. Easy to use and setup. Cleans hardwood floors well. Move wires out of was. Easy to clean.
I absolutely love this hoover, how did I manage to live all these years without it. I tend to pop her in a room and shut the door so I know where she’s been, allows me to dust while the hoovering gets done. Picks up well even on thick carpet , I keep the dust box emptied and the filter clean. I haven’t got the room to meet the requirements for the docking station to recharge her so when she runs low on power I find her wandering around aimlessly and pick her up and take her to the docking station and just pop her on, easy. Love her, well worth trying.
The little eufy vacuum is not without problems, it can get stuck on cables, and on certain types of chair legs and run out of batteries, it can drag little bits of paper around but overall it does a brilliant job of day to day cleaning.
You will still have to clean stairs, skirting boards and ceilings yourself but otherwise the vacuum robot will randomly wander about leaving even fairly large multi-room spaces clean and return to it’s charger so it’s ready to do the next floor. I liked it so much I bought one for my mum who struggles carrying a heavy vacuum up and down stairs. She’s also very pleased with hers.
It’s extremely quiet. I’m very impressed…not sure about the logistiics It goes from one room to another and then returns to finish that room ,because of this I’ve named HIM Fred. Early days yet but I’m sure we are going to get along fine. Final point we have a Tibetan dog who is fascinated with Fred.
It’s keeping my studio nice and clean. Took some trial and error to make sure it didn’t kill itself. Had an issue with the bumper which I fixed with a screwdriver. All in all, very happy with it. My laminated floors are nice and shiny now.
We love this Eufy, we cannot believe how much it picks up even when its being used every day. We have also bought this for our elderly parents where the big hoover wasn’t coming out very often as too heavy and bulky for them. We set it up on an auto cycle and it hoovers every day before they get up, they love it and can manage the remote even tough they are not technology minded. The tiled kitchen and bathroom looks like its been polished has a shine to it when finished. My Niece and Sister have both bought one after seeing it in action. Buy one you wont regret it.
This was our second Eufy Robovac purchase. Our first was the 11S which after owning for 6 months we didn’t know how we’d lived without it and needed a second one for upstairs! We opted for the 11S MAX as our upstairs rooms are mostly carpeted and thought the extra suction would do us well.
Eufy have made several improvements with this model over the 11S. The suction is excellent, and it is still a fairly quiet machine. The biggest quality of life improvement is the air filter, which is now very easy to remove and replace and is also washable, which greatly extends its lifetime over the disposable filters of the 11S.
We encountered our first problem with this machine. Whether or not this was a problem of our own making is unclear, but one of the side brushes started to make a loud grinding/clicking noise and was not rotating consistently any more. I reached out to Eufy’s support and they were very quick to get back to me. They offered to send a replacement side-motor assuming I was comfortable with taking the machine apart and putting it back together (if I wasn’t prepared to do that they were going to replace the whole unit). I got the part and followed the videos they provided, successfully repairing the machine.
Not only was I pleased that they are offering a self-repair option to reduce e-waste, their customer service was very quick and straight forward. No arguments, just focussed on fixing things for me. They even followed up after sending the part out to check how I’d got on and whether there was anything else I could help with.
Will definitely continue to buy Eufy and Anker products owing to both quality and customer service.
This is my second Eufy robot vacuum. Sadly the first one became faulty after a few years. I was pleased to find this one on special offer. It seems to be a better model. I’m really pleased with it so far.
I have this little helper for some time and is great . Does the job I have 3 kids and was continue hoovering because I hate to get staff on my feet but not more . I hoover one every 2 weeks. I love i
