1. Can the ezviz bc1c single camera system be expanded on?
- BC1C camera can be used alone or work with EZVIZ solar panel. Surely, you can add more BC1C model cameras if you want, there is no limitations of units.
2. Is this compatible with ezviz bc1 2-cam kit security camera outdoor wireless?
- BC1C camera does not compatible with BC1 2-cam kit base. This is a standalone camera and can be used without base.
3. Can it do continuous 24/7 recording?
- BC1C can continuously 24/7 recording. But we do not recommend you use this function, it will decrease the battery usage time after one charge. Motion detection recording is more suitable for this battery camera.
4. Does this work with Sandisk SD card?
- Since the BC1C model has built in 32GB storage, the function is as same as SD card, which can be stored around 7 months based on motion detection recording. The camera could not be put any other SD card.

So far so good, third camera I’ve tried and it’s the best picture quality and motion sensor of all. Very impressed would highly recommend. I’ll probably get another for a separate pert of the house.

Amazing cameras
In the end I bought 8 not using the solar panel at present as the battery’s are really lasting , very easy to set up and such a bonus you don’t have to buy storage , even without the spotlights on at night the picture is so good which I have turned of on a couple !! Best buy !! 🙂

Ezviz battery camera with solar charge
Very impressed with solar panel , as the camera has limted record time segments due to saving power , when changed setting to, plugged in. It will record continuously thus using lots of power from the battery, but in day light hours it’s fine to do so as the solar panel chargers the camera very well and for just over 60 pounds for the set, very good

Easy to set up and change settings. Easy to install. I find the picture quality to be fine, and the camera has proved, so far, to be reliable. Have now purchased and installed another one, and have brought a further one for the rear of the house. My experience so far is that the current two in operation work well, connect to the phone with no issue and respond to movement. Well worth a punt on these.
Very clear footage!
I’m very impressed with this outdoor camera system. I have other Ezviz cameras, however invested in this for a clear front view of my property and extremely glad that i did. The footage is extremely clear, even in the night time, the battery last long (i’m a month in and still no sign of needing to recharge) and it gives accurate alerts of any activity. Would definitely recommend for that extra bit of security and peace of mind.
Very good camera
I have been searching for a outdoor security camera for a while and made a right decision buying this little security camera (Ezviz CB3).
The built of this camera is superb. Picture quality is very clear during days and even during night time it is very good colour quality. Built in alarm and spot lights are good to deter intruders which I like the most.
Two ways talk is very useful to communicate when you are not at home. You can also customise your voice alert on the camera which is useful.
Notifications comes instantly on my phone app and the internet connection hasn’t drop so far. Happy!
It says battery life is 120 days which I assumed it depends on the usesages. After using for more than 2 weeks it is only showing very small percentage drop. So I think battery life will last nearer to 120 days.
I have highly recommended this camera to my friends/families and some of them have purchased this camera which they are very help with it.

Small and compact, good battery lif
Found this to be extremely easy to setup and add to my existing ezviz system, charges quickly and battery life is very good, although I have no installed a the ezviz solar charger to keep it topped up. Image quality is very good and remains good even when zoomed in. Having built in memory means I don’t have to subscribe to ezvizs cloud storage
Brilliant solar camera
I had one put up on each side of my house. So easy no electric wiring as fully solar. No drilling through house required just to attach to outside wall. Battery is still 100% from solar through winter months. Night vision is brilliant. Light flashes as a warning. Very good range & picture is very good. Have since purchased a further 2 for family.
Good camera
A good camera, took a while to set up, the instructions and not the clearest, but once set up and running, have not had a problem with it, no problem with WiFi connection, but it’s only about 5 meters from the router. The only thing i would say, is that I’m going to get nowhere near the battery life stated, its down to 25% after 2 months. Not used the solar charger yet, so can’t comment on its performance. The app could be be better, feels a bit dated, and not as user friendly as could be, but it’s usable once you get used to it.

We have 10 EZVIZ cameras, some wired, a few solar and they work brilliantly on the same network. Would definitely recommend. Easy to set up and use.
Amazing image quality
I own a few ezviz products and installed many others doorbells/security lights but this solar powered camera is probably the best quality yet. I will be ordering more for clients for sure!

Worth buying for a solo cam or even a couple but if building a system then I’d go another route, the battery life is ok although to get the full 270 days it needs to be in a location with little to no motion. I am yet to use the solar panel and it works fine without it. App is not too bad and the camera definitely works as it should. Quality is there too. Overall I’m happy

Simple to install and works great. Has inbuilt memory card
Only has a detection range of 25ft which is not quite enough for what I wanted, however, the image quality is really good both daylight and night.
When watching live feed you can zoom in and out for a closer look however you can not do this with recorded video

Was a little dubious about a battery camera but I already have ezviz which works perfectly and decided that I’d have to go this way where I needed the camera. Pictures are brilliant and night vision perfect. Warns me if anyone gets in the area and battery is still 88% after 3 weeks so all good there. Can’t fault it at the moment.
Fabulous
You realise this is a quality product as soon as you see the box. Open it to reveal a very nice product. Easy to set up through the app downloaded from Google Play. Attached to my rear garden fence using the magnetic fitting which is very strong. Great colour night vision and motion detection pings up on my smartwatch. Superb HD quality images. Amazing battery life too. Will buy two more for front and side of my house.
Battery security camera, very good
A big sceptical when I ordered as the last one said wireless, but it still needed power cable, this camera was so easy to set up which is good, can put it any where in or outside works very well , has a long lasting battery, and large memory card, area setting, high Def Or standard video , very pleased with this camera
Good but some issues
First impressions are very good. Easy setup and very good picture quality. Can’t comment on battery life at the moment or night vision but I will update this review once I’ve been running it for a while. I already have a C3N but need a camera which didn’t need a power supply near by. Only issues so far is that I can’t seem to get push notifications through the app for this camera even though it’s turned on. Activations show in library but no notification. Also, I cant set it to be armed during the night (rather than constantly armed). The end time needs to be later than the start time which isn’t possible as it dosent take into account the end time will be the next morning. Any help with this would be appriciated. 4 stars for now.

Detection very good haven’t had one false alarm. Night vision good and picture quality very good also very a really good feature a magnetic base so camera can removed very easy for charging and Wi-Fi pick up is very good, I bought one to see what it was it was so good bought another.

A brilliant piece of technology that works well in the UK and is reasonably priced. A sturdy piece of equipment I thoroughly recommend it. It is a pity they did not have the combined solar battery with this when I enquired a few months ago for another site. Happy to see progress.

Human AI detection works but is not foolproof as one particular cat seems to trigger a record event every night! Overall a good buy when on a special promotion deal.
My main gripe concerns the negative response I’ve had from Customer Support when I contacted them to purchase an additional Mounting Plate, as I wanted to set up and alternate BC1C between two locations; the BC1C kit is supplied with two mounts (screw and magnetic) but only ONE Mounting Plate. Customer Support via phone / email stated: “we don’t sell accessory separately. please kindly understand” I did try again – same response.
So be wary and don’t break that Mounting Plate!

Good camera
Got a few of these, the app is good but you have to remove the QR code sticker to scan it, that’s not a major problem just a little bit fiddley. Would totally recommend.
This is brilliant!
Easy to set up. You must have WiFi in reach. Use an SD card so you don’t pay for cloud. So once set up it is free to use. Sends messages to you phone when it detects motion. So you need data or WiFi on your phone to see any alerts.
It is easy to set up even if you aren’t technical. Pic quality is amazing. Best buy ever!

Well made device, some problems pairing it as my router output was dual band and the 5G kept overpowering the required 2.4gh for the camera, instructions did say to switch off the 5gh during instalation, but this ony set up wasn’t very simple, eventually got it to pick up the 2.4gh signal from an extender router and was able to complete the set up succesfully, now working perfectly. Perhaps a little more info on the use and recovery of stored videos on a micro sd card could be made available (it may be that its on the website, which i haven’t interrogated yet. The small quick start booklet has only limited coverage, but of course in umpteen languages 99% superfluous to any one other tban their main tongue.

Perfect for home security
Perfect for home security, indoors and outside. Quality of the picture is quite good, I guess if you paid more money for an advanced camera system then the picture quality would improve. But, the quality of these are pretty good. They work will with the APP, and easy to use and navigate.

Great picture day and night with good motion detection.
Very pleased with this camera. The picture is very clear during daytime use and the night vision with infrared gives a nice black and white picture. Motion detection is great and I especially like the alarm and flashing lights when detecting any motion. The two way sound is a bonus.
Fantastic Quality
This camera is top quality with an extremely sharp image. I always purchase quality equipment and this item doesn’t disappoint and ticks all the boxes. So easy to install & set up. So highly recommended. 2 of my relatives have also purchased on my recommendation and they are also impressed with the quality of this camera. Certainly deserves the 5 star rating. Good value for money.
Easy to set up if you follow the instructions. Had a power cut and would not function until I pressed the reset button (which is small and next to the sim card) and it reset the next day ok. All fine and a good quality camera for the price. Service people very helpful and respond quite quickly. Have bought a second one and both working fine from the app. Plan to add another after some renovation work at the rear of the house is completed.
Second one I have bought. Great Camera
This is the second ezviz camera I have purchased. Fit an SD card in for storage, away we go. Only downside I would mention is that the wires coming out of the camera itself, has quite a large moulded plug for the ethernet cable. Meaning a large hole (approx 22mm) is required. But no bother for my installs.

Very happy with this
Purchased this for the front of my house so I can watch my dogs when I’m not outside. Really pleased with it. The infrared at night time is really good quality. I have downloaded the app on my iPhone and iPad which works great. Easy to set up on my iPhone XR but couldn’t do it on my husbands iPhone which is older than mine. However, linked it using my email and password so all good.
Nice camera
It’s a good camera for the money, notion sensor is a bit sensative and pics up rain even if it’s on the lowest sensitivity. The active alarm will just go off if you set it to work so really Its just recording now and not using all the features as my neighbor’s would probably go mad.

I was looking for a camera to guard my home while I’m away. This little e-Wall like camera really went above my expectations. The soft is really easy to use, the camera itself is very reliable and looks properly built. Thumbs up, I’ll recommend it 100%!

Love these cameras suburb quality, have two up for two years working a treat. Front camera gets full on storms hitting it never fails. Double attenna secures perfect wi-fi connection.
Only issue I have changed my phone and the app won’t work. Phoned their custom care who asked for video of the problem. Week and a half plus resent no reply or acknowledgement as yet !!!!! Here’s hoping
Everything you would want from a camera!
The cameras are perfect!! really pleased. Great quality picture day and night. These cameras give me a 180 view by using two at different angles. Would recommend to anyone really very well made. Easy to set up and even has added alarm features that are absolutely fantastic in the event of a night time uninvited guest. Can even talk through the camera. Even a sound recording. Really happy with everything even the phone app is excellent in its simplicity yet effectiveness.

I bought this to go in my new shed, seen as i have a lot of expensive tools. Im very impressed with day time picture quality and the camera takes pics when i enter the shed, (when i forget to disarm it). Ive now bought the colour night time cameras for outside the house and will def buy more if needed.
Brilliant CCTV
I brought two of these cameras and they were easy to setup after reading the instructions. The picture quality is fantastic. Using the on the mobile phone, you can zoom in very easily and you can get a decent image. You do need a good WiFi connection though. It has helped a few times with different incidents. The price for using the cloud storage isn’t that much and you get a lot of recordings for the price. I would recommend to friends and family if they asked.
Good but could be bette
This works well and is relatively easy to use. However I use it wirelessly so did not need the Etherley cable that hangs beneath it with no weatherproof cap on it. Why not may that something that could be directly plugged into the camera if needed. The same with power cable whybonly approx 11 inches of cable. Sure would be better and more practical if a few meters long so can be put through a wall so all connectors internal and not out in all weathers when not weatherproofing to joints?
A very good camera that could be outstanding if few niggle points addressed. Also it does not recognise any memory card. A friend’s also has the same issue. Perhaps done so you have to purchase the cloud storage?

Great item. Wasn’t too sure on buying something like this online but best camera we’ve bought. Works perfectly with night vision and picks up any movement so you know if somethings/someone is nearby. Pretty easy to install too. Had this for months with terrible weather outside and it’s still going so definitely a good buy
Very easy to set up and use. Picture quality is good but there is no zoom facility. My only complaint with it is even with the sensor on the lowest setting it still picks up rain, mist and I would guess snow. This causes it to record continuously. Because of this I turned of the notification option as it would go off constantly. For the money I paid, I’m quite happy with it.
Great value
Great for the money. Does exactly what you need it to do. Only issue I have found is that that I can’t get the zoning feature to work. The feature should enable you to blank off areas of detection, in my case the main rd. However it doesn’t seem to work so I get a notification Evey time a car passes. Apart from that exceptional value for money.

I’ve tried 3 different cameras from Amazon. None have been as good as this one. I used to install security cameras for a living so I know the what works and what doesn’t. This is by far the best I’ve tried so far. Easy to set up (including setting the app up). Easily installed on my partners phone too. Good night vision, motion detection and playback.
If you are mounting this in an exposed position it may be worth constructing a hood to guard the front as rain drops will distort the picture.
I highly recommend this camera.

This is a brilliant security camera. The only problem (and it isn’t really a problem!) is that even when the detection setting is on low it picks up rain and I have to switch my notifications off when it’s raining heavy.
Outdoor Camera
Use this make of cameras inside our home to keep an eye on our dog while we are out and they are great. Recently added this outdoor camera to keep an eye on our rabbits and it’s fab. Works well day and night no issues. Records good sound quality and added benefit of an alarm you can activate from app if needed.

This is a great product and well worth the financial layout. Picture quality is excellent and the siren is loud! Also the talk facility is a big bonus if your having something delivered for instance when your not in. Motion detection is very good and can be adjusted to suit. All in all an excellent product. Will be buying more!

So loved this bit of kit, it was for my mothers property, she has had some unwelcome characters in and around her property late at night. My son found it on amazon, great price for piece of mind, we bought two such good value x

It’s brilliant! I use it to keep an eye on my dog when I’m working, I can move it around the room from my phone remotely and speak to him.
I like it so much I brought one for the front porch and one for my daughter to keep an eye on her dog

If anyone is having trouble with connecting this to the app because of wifi being 5ghz instead of 2ghz then put your phone into airplane mode, turn wifi on and move away until wifi signal drops…. the camera will then install and set up on EZVIZ app !
Get a big memory card for it and you wont need to use cloud.
I now have 4 Ezviz cams. 2 outdoors and 2 indoors. Can view all on the app. Can keep an eye on front and back of house, my dog and my conures.. Absolutely love it !

Great wee gadgets
These cameras are really impressive for the price. To be honest i wasnt expecting them to be as good as they are.I would highly recommend them. The delivery was very fast too.

For the price this camera is perfect. Motion detention is very sensitive to bugs & birds when on leave home mode. So if you put it on leave home mode it alerts pretty much all the time if you live in an area / or have camera in location with lots of bird/ animal motion activity. This doesn’t change despite changing sensitivity levels. Good quality night and day vision, but could like anything be better. Covers large visual area. App only allows one main person to log in and have control of settings, leave/ arrive home mode etc which cannot be accessed if you are sharing cameras on different devices. Links with other EZVIZ cameras you may have in your home. (We have 3 internal normal cameras too so easy to monitor all)
Excellent buy, easy to use
Excellent value for money, bought these for my mam so she could feel a bit more safe. Very easy to install and set up, well worth the money.. Also gives the option of saving footage to the cloud(for a fee) or via sd card. Will be buying more in future as these cameras are excellent quality.
Adequate but not great for the price
Used as a security camera for front of house. Picture quality could be better but it is 720 not 1080. Instructions could be better e.g. not clear about viewing on pc. Should state that you can install Ezviz Studio but what about encrption? Sound is quite clear. Needs a good internet speed to make all the features run smoothly, otherwise the operation is somewhat intermittent.

I install on my kitchen table …I’m so glad I did.
As I found it difficult…I was using IPad app. Ok I get it connected tested ok wanted to use a memory card.
Waited for the memory card .
Again took a good hour…was it because I was using an iPad?

Genuinely blown away by this product. Didn’t quite know how to set my expectations after reading some of the bad reviews but for the price it’s awesome. Does everything I was hoping for and more. Placed it outside by the garage so had a little issue with WiFi signal but after I bought a WiFi booster it’s been perfect. Picture quality is great and the motion sensor seems to pick up the right things. Can’t ask for any more at this price. Setting up was breeze as well. Just download the app and follow the walk through steps and it’s done in under ten minutes. Definitely recommend.
Great camera
So far this camera is perfect, I saw it in a well known high street shop for 99 and then found it for much less on Amazon, it does just as it says on the box and I’m hoping it will stand the rest of time. Still playing around with the app and finding my way around but so far I am very impressed.
The camera itself is well made and very solid, the sound function is very clear and it was very quick and easy to set up. I would highly recommend, this is our first camera and a choice I am glad I made.

We’ve just been on holiday and could check in on this from Turkey, using 4G.
We use this with an internal camera and their door bell. All together on the Ezviz app and it is very reassuring.
Fantastic value - does the job
Great value and easy to set up does the job you want it to and the app is easy to use and manoeuvre. You can blank out any areas you dont want to trigger the motion sensors. My only negative is the motion sensor sensitivity. Its difficult to get the right balance at times. All in all would recommend it for anyone who wants a good security camera without the big brand budgets.
EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY
Added another one of these to our home so having 4 in total now we have full 360 degrees 24 hour surveillance of our home and all enabled on our mobile Phones.. The picture quality is extremely good and with the siren which can be deactivated if required its certainly a deterrent..
Great value for money and picture perfec
Easy to install. Quality product for the money, once I got used to all the settings I was able to narrow the field for motion sensor and how sensitive it is. Found the happy medium for security and the odd false alarm caused by a fly or shadow off a bird flying over the deck of my barge.
Great camera for price.
I really love this camera. It has great clarity for a 720p. Very easy to setup and easy to format the sd card, just make sure your broadband is operating at 2.4GHz and not 5GHz. It has great area coverage and I love the fact it has two options for I am at home, so records movement but does not send you a alarm message. Then you have I am not at home, so when camera detects movement it will record and send you a message. Really good asset to have for peace of mind. Go for it buy it cheaply priced.

The range to connect to WiFi is not good so i have had to buy a wifi booster as my router is down stairs in the front room and the camera is on the back wall and cannot connect to the router so i have had to temporarily move the camera as you see in the pictures will look at changing the stars when my wifi booster comes. But the picture quality is really good and the sound is too but the alarm is not as loud i though it would be and the app is really great now moved as got boster and is amazing very easy to install and to setup
Brilliant worth every penny
This camera is great. Easy to install the app is simple. You can have it set to sound and its so clear hearing birds and people speaking. The alarm is plenty loud enough. We bought a memory card sd128 is plenty big enough rather than paying for cloud which you don’t really need. You can set how sensitive you want it it will even pick up rain falling. I like the fact you can speak through the app to someone thats on your property. I have highly recommended this to all my friends and am getting one for the back garde
These Are Brilliant... And Necessary!!
I bought a couple of the indoor ones for my flat and I thought this was great, reasonably easy to set up. Where my home is situated the lockdown has brought out very unsavoury characters (junkies and drug dealers), unfortunately they are running rampant.
My partner spotted a special promotion on Amazon for these so I purchased 3 of them. I actually installed 2 of these myself on either side of my driveway (the third one I am still undecided where to place it). The mobile app is pretty impressive as the HD and night pictures are very good quality. Configuration is reasonably easy on the mobile app settings, I have set it up for other family members can also check any activity remotely on their mobiles and PC.
Thoroughly recommend these.
A good security camera but ...
….. the power cable is way too short. The camera is an outdoor one and the cable is only about two foot long! How is that going to be fed into the house to a socket. (it wouldn’t even reach an outdoor socket). You can probably buy another cable but shouldn’t have to. I would have given five stars if a proper cable length was supplied.
Brilliantly simple security system. I installed 2 cameras and the App on my phone in 45 minutes. We now have coverage for the whole of our property. No messing around with wires or complex recording systems. If simple solution with great results.
I’ve got 2 indoor cameras from this make and wanted a good outdoor camera aswell, this has not disappointed me at all! its a great camera and the alarm and flashing lights are great for intruders, and also very loud very easy to set up with others if you have them.

Awesome. Simple to install, WiFi version literally just plug and go. Would recommend this all day long costs just under 4 a month to store to cloud.

Great product alarm and siren are ok great for front door etc ,used with Alex for hands-free viewing on Alexa show and Alexa kindle fire 8, great picture alerts are quick via all all in all 9/10,and only be used had to buy extra lead for power supply(although got one with previous purchase of similar set up without alarm festure?) could have used extension lead but was relatively cheap for genuine Davis lead.

I have 6 of these cameras and can honestly say they are absolutely brilliant. The quality of recording is excellent, day & night vision is superb. I operate on the SD card as a back up and cloud play and both systems are brilliant. The Alarm function on the camera has come in very handy when my home was being burgled l set off all the cctv Alarms and woke the neighborhood and sent the would be burglars running. The whole system is simply brilliant, l highly recommend it, 5 star rating AAAAA
Great camera, cables too short though. Otherwise, value for money!
Great little camera. The only downside is that the cables attached and the supply cable are way to short, unless you are right next to an existing socket and if you want to use the network cable.
Ideal Security Camera.
Excellent product . Really easy to set up and use. Does exactly what it says, it will do at a great price.Easy to operate but you really need a good enet connection to set it up. Very good picture quality at day and night mode. I’m very pleased with it.
I have tried s 128gb micro SD card it wouldn’t initiate so I looked into and it was a class 1.
I have bought s 128 GB class 10 which was recommended by other customers and that won’t initiate eaghter can you please advise

2) insert card out of the out of the packet.
3)switch camera on leave for 5 minutes .
4)on your phone go into ezviz app select storage and click on initiate.
5)when it as finished it’s initiating and formatting it’s ready just click on picture as normal.

Camera functions ok during daylight, although movement by wind to trees or bushes ect, will cause alarms,
giving motion detected alarm.
However camera detects rain as motion especially at night with IR enhancement on again giving constant alarms.
Contacted EZVIZ about this and their solution to this problem was;
1 Disable alarm
2 Omit area where its raining i.e. all the area covered by camera
3 Reduce sensitivity i.e. no motion detected
Any or all of these solutions defeat the object of the camera as through the night or away from property no notifications would be received. Leaving any on, means constant alarms and no sleep or peace while away,
otherwise a great little camera for the price.
