Does the hard work for you
I’ve used this a few times now. What I like about it is its lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. It comes with a 10 metre cord so all you need to remember is pick a dry day. Simple!

Good cut and lightweight but I have cut the cord twice, I did not do this with any other cutter, I think it is to do with the flexibility of the cord and the exit point or it could be old age and stupidity.

Whilst I love this hedger trimmer as it cuts through hedges and large shrubs like a knife through butter it also slices through the cable with ease!
Sadly this device lasted a mere 15 mins before I sliced clean through the cable, I was being super careful as well which is annoying as I’m now down 36 (prime day deal) because I didn’t take out the protection cover which usually I do
Ive since bought a cheap hedge trimmer locally which is nowhere near as good as this one but I needed to get the job finished the same day and couldn’t wait for a delivery.
So be warned, don’t be a fool like me and add on that protection cover for accidental damage. The clue is is the name easicut!

The extra hand-gripping options on the 610XT are just what I was seeking as it provides that extra bit of reach available. I was getting too old to reach out so far with old fashioned shears when trimming the varied bushes that make up my front hedge and it all got a bit out of hand in the end. Along comes the 610XT and the problem has been solved – and relatively promptly I may add. It works a treat and I had the hedge back as I like it before my cup of tea had gone cold. I don’t do any of that lark with squared-off hedges that display 90 degree angles, as nature – to me – didn’t want stuff that way. So, I just trim the shrubs up so that they look natural but neat. I can thoroughly recommend this trimmer and didn’t want a cordless device because recharging batteries that have run down can be such a faff when all you want to do is get on with the job.

Took down 2 gardens worth of bushes and plants whilst renovating home. Has plenty of power and goes through some pretty thick branches. Only had to get a saw out for a few large branches

Well it was good whilst bit lasted, all my fault. 5 days after purchase I cut through the wire lol. Cut throught my brambles and even cut through tree branches just under 1 inch.

Didnt need a cordless one , only got 2 small bushes.
Keep that cable looped over your shoulder though , same with all cables they seem to get in the way every now and then.

Impressive and Lightweight.
Cuts well and gets through reasonably thick branches quickly for its size. It’s the clearing up afterwards that takes the time.

Excellent hedge trimmer ! Cut through my very overgrown hedge like a knife through butter. Well packaged, lightweight and very easy to use. Plug and go. Highly recommended.
Overall, the product works well, does exactly what you would expect and no problems so far in the few months I’ve had it.
My only issue is, and I fully understand it is a safety feature is I would have preferred if you didn’t have to have 2 hands on the device at all times to operate (it has two buttons in different places that have to both be pressed for it to operate). It limits the range of the device ultimately in terms of how far you can reach.
Effective but heavy
Does pretty much what I expected. Bought to manage large hedges, shrubs and trees in a small garden and performs pretty much as expected. It’s quite heavy and requires some strength to use, particularly on a stretch and up a ladder.

I like the way it is easy to handle and lightweight enough for me a women to use. also the longer cable is a plus. it makes short work of trimming shrubs and and most hedge work. For me it is a great tool and it takes a lot less effort than using hedge clippers

I got this for my Husband as our one was out of the ark and heavy. He made light work of the privets with it. It has a long cutting blade which helps a lot. I would recommend this product.

Makes cutting across top of wide hedge much easier, once I have got up the ladder. Do have an extending cutter but this makes a better job and I like to rake off the cuttings so get up ladder anyway. Is quite heavy and unwieldy for sides so would not use on small bit of hedge, but I have a lot.

This is a very cheap hedge trimmer and it does a fantastic job. A very generous blade length and a powerful motor made short work of two bushes an ornamental tree and a large hedge. It easily cut through some thicker stalks and everything looking very smart and tidy. As always with wired tools, be careful of the cable, they always seem to be attracted to the blades. A great buy.
At last!
Finally the hedge at the front of my house looks like all the others. It has been so embarrassing until I bought this product. So easy to use and the finish is professional. I am no gardener but my hedge looks the business now.

This is a fab wee gadget, I’ve always cut my hedges/bushes by hand, it took forever. I’m in hedge cutting heaven now as it’s all done very neatly, quickly and easily with this great lightweight hedge trimmer. Would highly recommend to all but especially us girls who don’t have the strength to handle the larger models. Speedy delivery and good packaging are a bonus

I don’t have a lot of heavy cutting to do but the shrub and Budlea that I have between my neighbour’s garden and mine has been a hard border to cut for the past few years. I had a Bosch cordless but it seemed weak and lost battery life in 20 mins so this flymo is brilliant.

Beats my old cordless Bosch which didn’t last even two years (had to be fixed under guarantee in year 1 too). Superb cutting, long blade with wide teeth and not too heavy even when held above my head to cut my 10ft ivy hedge. Brilliant value with the current discount. Hopefully it will last longer than the Bosch!
