Easy set up and easy to use, most of all it gets the job done with ease, very happy.
Bought to use on my suits, jackets, coats, and jumpers. Works well, easy to use. Ideal for freshening up and getting the creases out of all the above.
Brought to uncrease bridesmaid dresses done with out a problem
Very happy with this product. First use was on a tulle bridal gown, worked like a dream. Simply fill the water tank, switch on and your good to go.

It get all creases out of evening gowns and bridal wear. Heats up quickly and very easy to use. I would recommend.
Great device, quick steam generation, however use in a ventilated area, or smoke alarms will activate, continuously generates steam would benefit from a switch to stop steam, quickly fills a non ventilated room with steam! But very easily takes out creases in fabrics.
I’ve tried this on linen trousers, denim jeans and cotton shirts and have concluded that it probably works better on slightly crumpled items and manmade fabric. Heavier stuff needs stretching out with one hand while “ironing” with the other and this makes the whole contraption wobble quite a bit. Think I was expecting too much. I will use it again because it’s already set up in a spare room and has a smaller footprint than the ironing board, but it’s not a replacement for an iron. And the dry clothes I tried it on were damp afterwards.
Fantastic product. Very easy to assemble and use. It makes life much easier for me! I would highly recommend this product.

El vaporizador va muy bien, elimina las arrugas de la ropa, no es para planchar, solo quita las arrugas, lo recomiendo.
Ideal para prendas delicadas o del diario. Rpida de usar y de puesta en marcha. Lo que menos me gusta es el sistema de llenado de la caldera, siempre queda un charco en la base a pesar de estar el depsito vaco, con lo que toca secar muy bien para evitar que se estanque el agua.
And amazing steamer to iron clothes very fast. The only thing I would like to add is if they had a trigger on the handle rather than steaming continuously into the house
Very effective product. Hand tool accessories are not so good. The texture brush for example was misshapen after the first use, the crease accessory is flimsy and the mitt is awkward to use at any great speed. All said, the steamer is very good value for the price and I would definitely buy again, even with the shoddy hand tools.

a slightly longer steam hose and an additional coat hanger holder as using the fixed hanger that is supplied makes it difficult to steam polo shirts. other than that a very good product.

It’s perfect for most of my clothes, especially ones with a lot of folds and pleats. It’s not quite a steady stream of steam, more like long bursts followed by a rest of a few seconds to build up the pressure again.
It’s not a sturdy and robust as a high end steamer, the poles can be a little fiddly at times.
But over all it’s a great value little steamer.

Have also used this to steam clean matresses and so on. Could do with a carry handle on base to make it easier to take up and down the stairs. Extendable poles could be a bit more sturdy. The wheel design for easy mobility also really doesn’t work. Iron pad that was included snapped straight away. Great that it heats up so quickly and simple to use.
My summary is that it is a good little steamer for the money and does what it says on the tin. If they made this product more sturdy and included a carry handle, it would have got 5 stars.
