It is what it is cuts OK but a bit slow
Lightweight chainsaw, and easy to use. Battery lasts about 35 minutes.
Some reviews say about the instructions. I’ve seen better but if you can’t put it together then perhaps you shouldn’t be using it. Its definitely not a toy. It works. Would recommend it .
Got this as a second no bar which was a shame but I had one from anther saw. Great little thing but no kick back lock. I’d only recommend to someone with strong wrists incase it did kick back
Needed a chainsaw that was portable and didn’t want to go down the petrol route.
I use a mains electric chainsaw for my major log cutting but this one is great for breaking up pieces to transport home.
Usual cuts are into about 25cm trunks so far. It bites well and makes steady progress on this type of thickness.
No issues with kickback etc, but it’s a chainsaw though it may not feel like it…usual precautions advised.
Cercavo una motosega a batteria leggera e non impegnativa. Subito dopo l’acquisto ha potato drasticamente un centinaio di olivi, che volevo ribassare: nessuna difficolt, anche se necessario un po’ pi di impegno, con tronchi del diametro di 20 cm, qualcuno anche 30. Leggera e maneggevole. Se devo trovarle un difetto, un po’ ingorda di olio, ma anche vero che quando la uso tendo a “tirarle il collo”. Speriamo duri cos.

Have a small woodland, which sometimes needs a bit of tidying.
Having this battery powered chainsaw for smallish jobs is brilliant.
Pull it out the tool shed, pop the battery and oil in and away you go.
Unlike struggling to get the petrol one going after sitting unused for months.
Look, it is a small chainsaw so you are not going to tackle big jobs, having said that it makes short work of preparing firewood for the camp fire.
Recent storm damage had me pushing it a bit tackling a little too large fallen tree trunks.
And as I have 3 batteries probably ran it too long doing more than it was designed for, so burnt the motor out. My fault not the units.
But immediately odered another.
Good value for money I would say, just appreciate it’s limitations.

Wasn’t sure about this after reading mixed reviews but I already have the cordless lawn mower and strimmer which are the best things ones I’ve ever had! Anyway we recently had a log burner installed and this is ideal for average sized logs – I’d say up to about 6 inches?? We like to go forage in the local woods for fallen branches etc and this is perfect for the job! Battery has a good life and are all interchangable so I was able to buy saw only
Ich nutze die Sge fr Arbeiten im Gartenbereich und bin sehr zufrieden.
Il prodotto arriva con la lama da montare cosa molto semplice e veloce senza l’uso di attrezzi, fate attenzione al senso della catena.
L’elettrosega molto semplice nel suo insieme, non ci sono l’ineruttore di sicurezza in caso di contraccolpo e la rotazione della catena non si ferma immediatamente quando si rilascia l’interruttore, quindi sempre necessario fare molta attenzione e tagliare i tronchi sempre in postazioni stabili. Ho avuto modo di tagliare tronchi caduti a terra di diametro fino a 40 cm senza alcun problema chiaramente sempre assecondando la potenza dell’apparecchiatura. Nel complesso funziona molto bene e sono soddisfatto, unica nota il consumo dell’olio lubrificante per la catena mi pare eccessivo rispetto ad un’altra sege elettrica Bosch e alla moto sega, in oltre il serbatoio poco capiente quindi consigliabile portarsi l’olio appresso, la durata delle batterie oltre le aspettative.
Initially I put the chain on the wrong way round. I didn’t know there was a right way and a wrong way. Then it worked great. But the battery does not last very long. The largest branches I was cutting were maybe 3″ across and it went through these fine.

I have been very reluctant to own a chain saw. I believe that most DIY chainsaws are unnecessarily long and as a result it is far too easy to hurt yourself. When I saw that Greenworks offer a saw with a 12″ blade I decided to buy as I all ready have the batteries.

refermez le tout et appliquer de l’huile sur la chaine pour commencer et actionner la machine
Dieses Sge macht was sie soll,, nmlich sgen. Was mir nicht so gut gefllt ist dass es kein handstop gibt das heit geht man vom Gas runter luft dieses Sge noch etwas nach.
Sie ist meiner Meinung nach genauso laut wie eigentlich alle anderen elektrischen Motorsgen, manche schreiben hier sie ist super leise da kann man am Sonntag damit arbeiten, also Sonntag darf man auch mit einer elektrischen Motorsge genauso wie mit dem Rasenmher nicht arbeiten. Aber sie ist jetzt nicht extrem leise aber sie ist auch nicht extrem laut. Ich vergleiche es mit meiner 15 Jahren alten Dolmar elektrische Kettensge da muss ich sagen ist von Geruschpegel kein Unterschied. Was halt wirklich klasse ist dass man jetzt kein Kabel mitziehen muss um mal irgendwo ein Stck Holz zu sgen. Ansonsten ist die Verarbeitung genau wie bei allen greenworks Gerten super. Zum Gewicht der Sge ist zu sagen es ist gut zu hndeln.
