Love this fridge freezer, great layout generally and like that it has cooler and warmer sides. Bought some bottle stacking devices as needed something to tidy up wine/beer storage which works a treat. Yes, it does mark very easily but as it’s no big deal to wipe down once a day who cares. I’ve given this five stars as it really is a great product especially at the price (cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else). However, whoever designed the water cooler gizmo needs a good slapping. Brute force is the only way to remove it which isn’t a very nice thing to do to a new member of the kitchen family. It does however click back easily into place. We have had this for nearly a couple of months and still pleased overall with purchase.

Digital touch not responsive
great fridge freezer, lots of space. The only problem I found is that the digital touch buttons did not respond, at first, I thought I had a faulty product. The instruction booklet is not complicated and explained very clearly what to do in a few steps. But it did not work. So, I kept my finger of the face button icon until it started flashing, then I was able to press the other -/+ buttons and they started to change, but not in the proper order. So, overall good fridge, but the button settings are fidgety. Glad I don’t need to change them often.

First off must say this and it has nothing to do with the fridge but the delivery person where very very unhelpful. That being said the fridge/freezer is awesome bought as a replacement for 1fridge and 2 freezers and I managed to get everything in the one fridge/freezer so I’m happy. Top notch kitchen upgrade!
I didn’t know how much I needed this until I got one!
This has been the best kitchen upgrade we have ever made. Having a fridge and freezer in same room for us is a first as our freezer was in a separate room.
When we took delivery of this item it was to big to make it through our UPVC front door. We had to unpack it outside to allow it to fit through.
The unit is definitely a 2 able person lift.
Removing from packing was not easy as it is sat in a tray that needs to lifted from in order to be able to use the handy castors that are under this unit.
Once inside the house it glides easily with one person moving. – that being said when We had it set in place you do need to use the adjustable feet under to take contact on floor even if it is already perfectly level. If you don’t use the feet, when opening the door the unit will roll forward.
The stainless finish on the front is lush and looks great and is actually easy to keep clean. The sides of you refer to my photo above. Are not stainless but a textured painted surface.
Storage is impressive but slight niggle that I can not get 2 milk cartons wide in the shelves. A minor annoyance but thought worth mentioning.
Also storage in freezer compartments is ample but only just fits a regular frozen pizza box in and no more due to the width of the drawers.
Having great lighting in the fridge and freezer compartments is amazing it’s new to me to have such a well lit device when looking for food stuffs.
Both freezer compartments can be set to different temperatures making it ideal to keep ice creams at ideal frozen temp while keeping raw meats even colder in other side of freezer.
Energy saving having a holiday mode is a nice touch, as is an alarm of a door is left open longer than 2 min. It’s not very loud but definitely makes you aware when in the same room.
Item was extremely well packaged and took a long time to remove every bit of tape holding in every shelve and compartments in the unit.
The frost free feature is great also. Been using for 3 weeks now and not the slightest sign of ice forming inside or on frozen foods.
Water dispenser is a nice novelty and doesn’t actually take up that much space internally.
Overall this really has been the upgrade we’ve made to our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier.
Fridge/freeze
I like it, is got more space for foods and drinks only little downside it’s when I make a cake put in cake canister it’s doesn’t fit it, oh I forgot to tell you the delivery guy was very helpful, at first he couldn’t bring inside my house, because of the boxes, and I ask him take the boxes of the fridge and bring in my home, he warn me that it’s might be damage and can’t take it back, but told him no I will take it that my responsibility coz I gave you a permission, yes he did it, it’s was no problem

I already own a Hisense larder fridge which I really like so I am familiar with this brand. I have always wanted a large American style fridge/freezer and if you have the room, this is a decent size. I like to cook and buy lots of fresh vegetables, berries, yogurt etc, etc so I need a large fridge. The fridge part of the appliance is bigger & roomier than the freezer section. There are 2 baskets at the bottom for vegetables and 3 shelves for inside the doors and these can be adjusted to suit. I found the shelves handy for cartons of milk, fruit juice, jars of jam etc etc. there is also a container inside one door which can be filled with water which is then dispensed through the front of the door. I must admit I haven’t bothered to try this yet. As I have said, the freezer section is smaller than the fridge. It contains 6 pull out drawers which I filled up very quickly. I also have a small freezer which I will probably continue to use as a back up for additional frozen goods. Overall I liked this fridge/freezer. It looks good in my kitchen and is roomy enough for most of my needs. I was a bit surprised at its low energy grading. I am not really sure how this is calculated so don’t understand why its rating is low. However, this was not enough of a problem to put me off and I would still buy it in spite of its rating.
Super buy. Great compromise between an ordinary sized fridge and an American style one. Check the packing dimensions though. The Courier had to leave it outside as it wouldn’t fit through the door with the packaging on. It was fine once the packaging had been removed.
I can’t tell how much we love our fridge freeze. its keeping fresh everything for longer time then other fridge. My daugter was so happy when see ice cube maker in freezer, we had always problem before because the ice was stuck in the plastic but this one is perfect. Also light in freezer is a big help to see whats in the drawers. No water fall, no ice all food are fresh. love it especially as I only need to open half of fridge or freezer. Having humidity control on fruit and veg drawers is really good, really impressed at how long my fresh fruit and veg last. When you open both doors of fridge, it’s so easy to see what you have without having to move thing around. I didn’t have much fresh food waste before this purchase but that has reduced even further. I’m glad I chose this product.

The fridge is a great size, plenty of storage space for a family, both fridge and freezer department very large despite not being a full size American fridge freezer, I haven’t been able to fill it yet. massive amounts of storage for beer and steak.
