I am at an age where quality far exceeds any other attributes in products and services that I buy or use!
Having not been familiar with this brand I took a leap of faith and now after owning this for just under a year I feel like I can write a brief review of what I use this machine for and what the results are for me!
Hisense was not a brand that first came to mind when I was thinking about domestic appliances and of course all the big brands were in my brain vying for attention.
Now having had experience with Hisense and been very impressed with the product I chose, I am now actively looking for other products from Hisense to enhance my life.
This is only the second time I have been interested in a washer dryer, the other time was many years ago when they were not very good.
Two years ago I bought what I perceived as a top end washing machine from Hotpoint and I had issues with it from the beginning. It finally broke down in style after several attempts to wash a few shirts and the noises it made were very loud and very annoying.
The Hisense was delivered and after reading all the instructions and operating procedures I set it to work on quite a large load.
The first thing I noticed when it started was how quiet it is and the loudest noise comes from the water going through the valves. Which is admirable.
The more I use this machine the more I learn how to get the best from it and I have tried different detergents and softener products with it and can say that it works great and my laundry has been coming out clean and fresh.
The drying process is also really efficient and things like bedding and sheets and pillowcases come out great and require minimal ironing.
I have not used the re-fresh program yet but when I do I will come back to this review and update it with the details.
We like the ability to select a 15 minute wash cycle for those light loads. The noise is reasonably low, while you will know that it’s running, it doesn’t stop you from having a conversation next to it or hearing a noise elsewhere in the house.
The controls are not the most intuitive, but once you have a quick glance at the user guide, they are easy enough to remember.
Installation is straight forward and you don’t need specialised skills to do it. The machine is quite heavy though, so you need to be able handle it, if you are to self install it.
UPDATE: I’ve been messing about with this and if you want to do a full load quick wash and dry then i recommended putting it on a quick 15 wash, changing the temperature to 40 degrees which then takes it to a 30 minute wash and then putting it on a dry for 3 hours and it cleans and dries clothes with no problems.
Love all the different options for washing, weighs the clothes so gives the best clean and always dry ready to put away after the dry function. Even cleans really well on the 15 minute wash. Nice and quiet too. Love i
Washes and dries very well, however don’t have the option to reduce the time duration for this.

Looks good, instruction useless, I’m sure I’m not using all its features, long wash times but this seems the norm, apart from the 15 minute quickwash for small lightly soiled load. Nice and quiet, large load. Seems good value. I would be 100 percent happy if they had spend 20 minutes on a better user guide.
So quiet – technically advanced – more like a machine that is double the price
I use on eco wash as I think overall it’s the cheapest wash to use although it takes 3 hours because of the high spin the clothes don’t take that long to dry. Love the bigger drum that still fits where my old washing machine went. Only issues (and I know it’s a personal problem) is my old dryer had a mark so I knew how much to put in and wasn’t temped to just fill it all the way up. Also wish it had a drying sensor that adjusted the drying times to longer or shorter as needed
Good washing machine but takes a long time with a wash cycle and the quickest wash I’d 15 minutes which I don’t think is long enough, but does state it’s only for washing new item as such.

Looks good, washes well but makes a knocking noise almost every wash. I’ve tried putting less in but unless your washing only a pile of hankies it knocks when spinning. As a consequence I can only use during the day as would annoy the neighbours. Yep it’s that loud.
So much better than the old one we had. Drum is big enough to do a week’s laundry in one wash, it’s almost silent when on spin, my old one made lots of noise so this is a huge benefit.
Wash and tumble dry cycles are quite long but I like that I can turn it on and leave it while I do other things. Easy to install and use.
I use my washer dryer daily, it’s very quiet so perfect for nighttime washing. Great value for money and highly recommend

As a family of 6 we have a lot of laundry and this machine is amazing, washes and dries clothes really quickly and efficiently, the 10kg drum is a real bonus and the machine is so quiet compared to the last one we had I kept checking to see if it was working.

It’s a brand new machine, so as expected , clothes are clean & lovely & fresh, when done. The thing that really stands out for us, is how, so very quiet it is, in all its functions.
The best decision I’ve made ever for a washer, so quiet and allows me to customise wash to my load. I love the ease of the operating system, even my husband can work it unlike my old machine. Not bashing Hoover I just love this machine for its performance and features.

There is also a child lock to stop kids pressing buttons while it is in use, excellent. The 10 minute spin cycle is essential. I use this after the wash cycle, it gives an extra squeeze and shakes out a few more creases. Add to wash really useful for those escapees
I had heard a lot of other washer dryers didn’t dry properly, so I didn’t expect it to be as good as it it is. I love it it washes perfectly and my clothes come out dry and smelling lovely.
Machine is easy to use even my 3 year old can use it. This is where the child safety lock works well.

Muy buena relacin calidad-precio. Bonita por fuera. Con bastante capacidad. Por otro lado los programas son bastante largos. Van de las casi dos horas a las tres horas y media (el programa rpido s que slo dura 15 minutos). Pero ni tanto ni tan poco. La secadora podra ser ms potente. Bien en lineas generales.
La parte del secado me ha encantado, todo sale perfectamente seco, claro est, si mantienes el limite de los kilos de ropa para cada funcin.
