Best washer dryer I have ever owned
I am at an age where quality far exceeds any other attributes in products and services that I buy or use!
Having not been familiar with this brand I took a leap of faith and now after owning this for just under a year I feel like I can write a brief review of what I use this machine for and what the results are for me!
Hisense was not a brand that first came to mind when I was thinking about domestic appliances and of course all the big brands were in my brain vying for attention.
Now having had experience with Hisense and been very impressed with the product I chose, I am now actively looking for other products from Hisense to enhance my life.
This is only the second time I have been interested in a washer dryer, the other time was many years ago when they were not very good.
Two years ago I bought what I perceived as a top end washing machine from Hotpoint and I had issues with it from the beginning. It finally broke down in style after several attempts to wash a few shirts and the noises it made were very loud and very annoying.
The Hisense was delivered and after reading all the instructions and operating procedures I set it to work on quite a large load.
The first thing I noticed when it started was how quiet it is and the loudest noise comes from the water going through the valves. Which is admirable.
The more I use this machine the more I learn how to get the best from it and I have tried different detergents and softener products with it and can say that it works great and my laundry has been coming out clean and fresh.
The drying process is also really efficient and things like bedding and sheets and pillowcases come out great and require minimal ironing.
I have not used the re-fresh program yet but when I do I will come back to this review and update it with the details.
Well worth the money
We like the ability to select a 15 minute wash cycle for those light loads. The noise is reasonably low, while you will know that it’s running, it doesn’t stop you from having a conversation next to it or hearing a noise elsewhere in the house.
The controls are not the most intuitive, but once you have a quick glance at the user guide, they are easy enough to remember.
Installation is straight forward and you don’t need specialised skills to do it. The machine is quite heavy though, so you need to be able handle it, if you are to self install it.
I have had this washer dryer just over a week now, i purchased it as it was on offer for 405. I have used it a few times now and it washes and dries clothes brilliantly. On a full load it will say 7hr 53mins to start but i find it usually drops to 6-6:30hrs to wash and dry. The clothes come out very clean and very warm and dry. You can also do a normal wash and then use a dry programme after if you want to cut the time. I paid for the installation and recycle of my old machine and the guys were very good and helpful. The only thing that could be a problem is that the height of the machine says it’s 84-84.5cm high but it is actually about 86cm high so it was very much a squeeze getting it to fit under the counter so just beware and make sure your counter top is 86cm or higher first. Overall i would definitely recommend buying this machine, I’m very happy with my bargain of a purchase.
UPDATE: I’ve been messing about with this and if you want to do a full load quick wash and dry then i recommended putting it on a quick 15 wash, changing the temperature to 40 degrees which then takes it to a 30 minute wash and then putting it on a dry for 3 hours and it cleans and dries clothes with no problems.

Good looking machine, useless instructions
Looks good, instruction useless, I’m sure I’m not using all its features, long wash times but this seems the norm, apart from the 15 minute quickwash for small lightly soiled load. Nice and quiet, large load. Seems good value. I would be 100 percent happy if they had spend 20 minutes on a better user guide.

I use on eco wash as I think overall it’s the cheapest wash to use although it takes 3 hours because of the high spin the clothes don’t take that long to dry. Love the bigger drum that still fits where my old washing machine went. Only issues (and I know it’s a personal problem) is my old dryer had a mark so I knew how much to put in and wasn’t temped to just fill it all the way up. Also wish it had a drying sensor that adjusted the drying times to longer or shorter as needed

Good washing machine but takes a long time with a wash cycle and the quickest wash I’d 15 minutes which I don’t think is long enough, but does state it’s only for washing new item as such.
Good washing machine as long as you can wait a couple of hours.
Nice but noisy
Looks good, washes well but makes a knocking noise almost every wash. I’ve tried putting less in but unless your washing only a pile of hankies it knocks when spinning. As a consequence I can only use during the day as would annoy the neighbours. Yep it’s that loud.
Very happy
So much better than the old one we had. Drum is big enough to do a week’s laundry in one wash, it’s almost silent when on spin, my old one made lots of noise so this is a huge benefit.
Wash and tumble dry cycles are quite long but I like that I can turn it on and leave it while I do other things. Easy to install and use.
Brilliant machine and so quie
First off the machine is so quiet even on the full spin you struggle to hear it. The load capacity is great and the clothes come out cleaner than they went in. The only problem I had with getting the machine is the delivery and installation. I paid for the full delivery, installation and disposal of old machine. The people that turned up refused to disconnect the old machine. A bit odd as they were taking it away with them. Not sure the cable and hose would reach out to their van and they may find it difficult to close the doors of the van with them still going in to my house perhaps they wanted to tow my house along with them. When they tried to fit the new machine they decided to turn the water on whilst the hose was disconnected spraying water everywhere under the sink soaking the electrics for the waste disposal causing it to blow the power in the house. They also tried to fit the machine without the sound proofing fitted and told me that it just sits on top of the machine to catch dust!! Fortunately I had been reading the installation instructions and told them the correct place. Tbh they seemed like nice lads just didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

I use my washer dryer daily, it’s very quiet so perfect for nighttime washing. Great value for money and highly recommend
Excellent machine
Very pleased with this. Looks good, is pretty quiet, and washes well. The auto dispenser for detergent and fabric conditioner is a great feature and means you’re not wasting any. Program variety is good. Drum is massive and can get big loads done, ideal for a family of 4+
Love the larger drum size
Arrived on time. Found it easy to use and love the larger size drum. Washes well, not using as much detergent and softener now thanks to the auto dispensers. Can’t comment on how easy it was to install as I paid for that to be provided, the 2 guys seemed to have it done in no time. If I had a complaint it would be that the wash cycles are longer than I’m used to.

Very quiet and I love the function of adding all the detergent and softer to fill the tray and it auto doses for you so you don’t have to fill every time you use the machine.

As a family of 6 we have a lot of laundry and this machine is amazing, washes and dries clothes really quickly and efficiently, the 10kg drum is a real bonus and the machine is so quiet compared to the last one we had I kept checking to see if it was working.

Amazing value!
It is a quiet, well working and good looking machine. I washed my bedding in it on a steam cycle and I done remember it feeling so nice before! Only got it today, but so far so good and would definitely recommend!
I bought it in January 2022 for 367.99 and got it delivered to Northern Ireland within days with Arrow XL. Delivery was on time, fast and the guy was friendly. Assembly was easy enough – just follow the instructions and definitely install the pad on the bottom for extra sound muffling.
Fantastic washing machine
Very pleased with this washing machine, I have to go next to it to hear if is working because it is so low the noise. Living on the first floor is exactly what I needed so I don’t disturb the neighbours downstairs.

The best decision I’ve made ever for a washer, so quiet and allows me to customise wash to my load. I love the ease of the operating system, even my husband can work it unlike my old machine. Not bashing Hoover I just love this machine for its performance and features.

I have researched for weeks to make sure i had the right washer dryer, and I’m glad i chose this one, very quite, multiple program, great value and design.

Van de las casi dos horas a las tres horas y media (el programa rpido s que slo dura 15 minutos). Pero ni tanto ni tan poco. La secadora podra ser ms potente. Bien en lineas generales.
This is a fantastic example of a washing machine done right, it looks great, it is pretty quiet once you’ve got it levelled to the floor, it’s very simple to use and packed with features. It comes well-packed and protected for delivery and arrived without a blemish. Depending on your flooring where you are placing this machine you may have to level the feet, I didn’t have to adjust the feet, and it was fine right out of the box for me, but adjusting the feet is simple enough if you have a second person handy.
The automatic detergent and softener dispenser is incredible, and you can leave it on automatic or change the level of each used per wash if you like. Basically every single setting can be modified and saved to a set of favourite wash profiles using the touch panel on the front of the machine. I would honestly be happy enough even with just the default profiles provided as it covers the entire range of a typical household when it comes to washing clothes, the ability to fully customize and adjust every little step is just the icing on the cake really. So this machine is more than suitable for both types of people, those who love to tinker and customize to get that perfect wash and those who just want to chuck everything in and press a button to go.
The machine does run for a bit longer per wash in an effort to reduce energy costs, which is fine if you aren’t in a hurry. If you are in a hurry though then you can run the machine at the less optimal speeds to get a load of washing done quicker, the 15-minute quick wash is able to handle a 1KG load and have it cleaned in 15 minutes and this works well if you need something on short notice.
I’m surprised by the difference that the steam and allergy functions make as well as someone that suffers from chronic allergies, the extra steps really do make a difference. The steam also helps to reduce the amount of effort ironing takes as larger items like bedding come out much smoother than they did with my old machine to the point that they often don’t even need a run over with the iron.
Overall, this is a great machine for the money, it has many advanced features and functions and is very capable of handling almost anything you can throw at a washing machine. If you are looking for a high capacity machine with lots of options and control, then this is an excellent choice, and I have no problems recommending this.

I really like how quite this machine is even with a load of jeans it is still very quite.
The auto dosing feature is really good too, you just fill up the two compartments with soap and fabric softener and the machine will use the correct dose each time, I had so far done many many washes and have not had to fill it up yet, very handy when you are in a rush.
There are many programme to choose from when starting your wash, you can choose from allergy, baby, dark or eco to name just a few.
The large 10kg drum means you can wash clothes for the whole family and it is still quite with a full load.
The run time are rather long but there are time saver buttons which will save you a few minutes.
Overall this is a great washing machine to a busy family home
Absolutely love this washing machine. It looks fantastic and works exactly as it was described. I like the size of the machine with a massive 10kg load capacity. I have used however has been the mixed, darks and sportswear. The clothes have come out superbly clean and surprisingly dry. Great performance, extremely quiet throughout the whole of the wash and spin cycles. So far so good with this product.

Quizs eche de menos alguno de 30 o 45 minutos para lavados ms ligeros pero como todo es organizarse. Con 1400 revoluciones apenas hace ruido ni se mueve.
La parte del secado me ha encantado, todo sale perfectamente seco, claro est, si mantienes el limite de los kilos de ropa para cada funcin.

Very good, quiet machine. The design is so great. I tried already to wash my laundry and I must say I was impressed by how quiet it was and overall it washed clothes perfectly. I have been using almost non stop for a while now and it is amazing washer.
Drum size and ease of use. With loads of different cycles, machines like this usually fry my brain. But this is easy to setup the right cycle for whatever you are washing in it. The auto wash cycle is great for getting a load washed if you are in a hurry.
It’s really quiet to, We had to keep checking it was still on! so if you want to do a long wash cycle overnight, you won’t wake up the neighbours, kids or yourself (just make sure it’s leveled out properly so it doesn’t bounce around all over the place and you’ll forget its running – even when on a full spin).
with a family of 5 adults it has its work cut out for it and it certainly does the job. I’m very happy with this purchase. We have got already HISENSE fridge freezer and none of both items made me unhappy.
My only disapointment is that there are no program guides so a lot of the washes are by trial and error.
Other than that a super machine.
