This light is so nice. Three brightness options. Not harsh on my eyes. Lights up the keyboard (up right acoustic piano) and sheet music very well. Would help if power cord was just a little longer. No regrets!! Try it!! Believe you will like the product!

I bought this after reading a review on use for organ. So far I am very pleased. I like the feature of turning off and on and brightness. It has 3 levels of brightness . Just tap lamp once to turn on then 2 more levels of brightness, and a 3rd tap turns it off. I was concerned about the fact there is no bulb to replace so only leave it on while in use. I bought this July 2018.
Also the height is good as it is tall enough even for sheet music.
This lamp’s brightness is perfect for playing the piano. I especially like the width of the lamp, which allows for easy reading of up to a 5 or 6 page spread. Highly recommend.
This lamp is a great streamlined style that fits well into the small space behind the music rack of my digital keyboard. Even when the lug nut is tightened all the way, the gooseneck still swivels when touched. The touch on/off and dimmer switch is a nice feature.
Purchased this on the “used” prime option. Product came perfectly packaged and the lamp took less than a minute to put together. Excellent lighting includes three options for brightness and can easily turn and change direction of light. I am very pleased with this purchase.
I had found a similar light in a music store that was priced well over $200. I am very pleased with the appearance and 3 light brightness settings. My only disappointment is that the base is very large. I don’t understand why the base needs to be so large for a slim light.
Not sure what sleep mode is but the lamp is beautiful and has a very sleek design. I like the “touch” power button which also allows you to select the brightness from 1 of 3 settings. Provides plenty of light across all of the piano keys and sheet music. Looks very elegant.

The lamp features three brightness levels, but I use it only on the brightest. The light quality is good. I have two minor complaints, but they are due to my particular circumstances. First, the lamp extends only 1 1/2 inches beyond the edge of the base. Due to the design of my piano, which has a fairly massive top and cove molding, I position the base to extend about 1/2 inch beyond the front of the top so as to light the entire page of music. The base is heavy enough that this is of no concern and there’s no danger of it tipping off. Second, the cord measures about 64 inches, which is a little shorter than I need for my situation. That’s easily remedied by a short extension cord. Overall, I like the unit and should have bought it years ago.
I was a bit skeptical to order the lamp as the few poor reviews of the product always make me worry however once I got it I knew I made the right choice. The lamp has a padded bottom to protect our upright piano. I love the fact that it is touch sensitive and offers three different brightness levels. I don’t think it is too tall at all for an upright piano and shines more brightly than the smaller lamps. This is perfect and well made. Definitely order if you’re on the fence!

Just replaced my broken old bulky piano lamp for this slimline LED light. This modern lamp is great! Since it is LED it does not get hot like my old lamp. It has adjustable intensity and can be adjusted to light up in the exact place your music needs to be seen. When we first plugged it in the plug behind the piano I thought it was broken because did not see the switch and thought maybe it was supposed to come on just from being plugged in. I took it to another plug and started looking for the switch and finally touched the right end of the light casing and like magic the light not only came on but became brighter with each touch. I looked at other lights online Which were 4 times the cost. Being an amateur I could not see spending so much. As I opened this i was pleasantly surprised at the fact that the intensity was adjustable and the base was heavy. The only thing that I would change would be tunneling the wiring through the base so it is not noticeable.
After I had this lamp for awhile, I broke the adapter that plugs into the wall when I pushed the piano back against the wall. After contacting the company, Focus Lighting and verifying what kind of plug needed to be replaced they sent me a replacement plug at no charge to me even though I was at fault for breaking it. That is the kind of customer service I like!

After reviewing so many different piano lamps and reviews for the Church accompanist /organist/pianist), I picked one, hoping it would work. It is a very sturdy lamp (heavy so it won’t topple over), and the 3 types of lighting it can give are phenomenal. I need to order this for my personal use to sew with. great choice.
I’m a church organist, the organ is a big one, and the music rack is relatively tall. The main thing I like about this lamp is that there’s sufficient height adjustment to clear the top of the music rack and get light onto the music. Another thing I appreciate is the quality of the light – nice and even and plenty bright, with an easily switched 3 step brightness level. The capacitive touch switch is easily reached to change brightness levels and turn the lamp on and off. This light does the job, and I highly recommend it.

Great light very adjustable but a little flimsy. It’s a little tough to get the light level.
If it would rotate down a little further so that the light was not visible to the pianist it would be perfect.

Great piano lamp! Easy to use. 3 different brightnesses. Easy to adjust the position of the head. Fits nicely on our upright piano.
