I bought this hoover because my dyson died a few days before we were having visitors, I needed a vacuum cleaner and thought for the price it probably would cost more to have my cleaner repaired. Since using it I find that it goes into the corners a lot better than my more expensive dyson and it cleans the stairs easily and picks up well. I would recommend this hoover to anyone.
I brought this vacuum after returning two other brands. It works very well. I can be awkward on the steps but it has wonderful suction and brought back the fluff in my carpet and rugs. Well done Hoover.
The hoover is light and easy to pick up, cleans well, only niggle is hose storage but a super vac at a good price

I had tried the cordless hoovers and found them lacking so have gone back to a corded one and have found this hoover to be real value for money, I can’t comment on its ability on stairs as I live in a bungalow but judging by the way it seems to work well any where else I would imagine it would have no problem
Like this Hoover for the suction power length of hose and yet so light weight.
Love the ease of use and lightweight design. Excellent suction power even picks up dog hairs. Cannot comment on stair usage as I live in a flat but looks easy to attach tools.
It picks up everything effortlessly, it is easy to use, the extentions are also easy to use. Overall would recommend go others.

I moved from a cheap vaccum to this and I am very satisfied. The first time I used it the bin topped up! Very good for carpets as well. It is not loud, just below an average vacuum.
It is a bit large so it does not manoeuvre very easily around furniture, but its suction power and effectiveness, as well as the strech hose, more than make up for it. I would definately recommend this.
It has good suction and hoovers extremely well.
Its light and easy to manouvere, the big bonus is the length of the plug cable, which allows me to hoover the whole apartment from one plug socket.
I have no stairs, but the hose has fabulous suction. I have a newfoundland dog and 3 cats… hairy home yes! Clean floors yes I do with this hoover, I killed the last one used it for everything, its theconly hoover that picks up the dogs fine mid length hair, leaves nothing behind, that’s the reason I am having another one. I would recommend highly.

This vacuum cleaner for the price is brilliant. It sucks up all the dog hair with ease and zooms round the house picking everything up well. I deliberated on which one to buy for ages but I’m very glad I choose this one. It’s brilliant!
Had a Hoover vacuum before this but after many years it died (god rest it’s sole) it was the model before this 1 and all I wanted was a new hoover that did the same job as my old 1. Not an all singing and dancing vaccine that costs a small fortune. I am NOT disappointed. This is a great vacuum for the price it’s not too heavy and easy to push, has several height settings which are great for different surfaces. The small attachment for pet hair on furniture is a good addition (I have the most hair cat in creation) yet it picked all her hair up no problem from both the carpets, sofa and laminate. I’d definitely recommend this vacuum if you like me just want a vacuum that works well and doesn’t cost the earth.
Only fault is the weight to lift when moving it downstairs

Juat got this today and already I love this hoover. It was easy to put together, it’s lightweight and easy to use and my rug hasn’t looked so good in ages! Can’t say about stairs as I don’t have any but for everything else I’m really pleased with it and it wasn’t expensive either!

I could not find the vacuum cleaner I purchased a few years ago on line but whilst perusing the internet I stumbled on this one. I am really glad I did because its so light to use being elderly picks up bits easily and empties out no problem. If I ever needed another replacement I would definitely choose this one.
Bought for holiday cottage, great auction power and really notice the difference between this and the old vacuum. Can’t comment on use for stairs as the cottage is a bungalow but with few and far between sockets this vacuum is ideal, great cord and hose length. Tempted to buy another for my own place!

I was gob smacked at how well this vac performs. First it’s actually very lite and so easy for all to use. Next it performs above its wattage rate 350 and does a very good job of carpet cleaning. The brush gives the carpets a good buff. Tools are standard and work well. Where it struggles is on edges.

Bought this for a friend with mobility problems. She didn’t want a hoover which had a swivel head as it affected her balance. This has a fixed head and gives her more confidence when cleaning independently.
I don’t have any stairs so am unable to comment on that. Brilliant throughout rest of property though. Pain going back to having to plug in when using but have got what I paid for.

I guess the only way to get better cleaning is with more expensive and really top of the line models or brands. For this price range, I thought this was a great purchase. I still have not seen how it is to clean it. I say that because my last hoover was a nightmare to clean and it ended up smelling bad, despite emptying the bin all the time, and it was a lot of work to get it to smell good again. It would actually give the carpet a bad smell as it cleaned! I hope this one is easier to clean and no odors inside.

Heavy to use, complicated on-board tools. I had to keep putting the crevice tool back on the pipe. Did a good job, but I am old and decrepit and it wore me out a bit.
Looks cheap, works on my carpet with the cat and dog hair. Like I said, meh.

Lightweight and perfect to whizz around my flat. Suction is spot on, and my forever casting hair is lifted off carpets and flooring in no time. Great lightweight hoover at decent price.
I had a wireless hoover that just didn’t cut it so I went for a Bobby basic model this time. However I was not disappointed after having issue after issue with my old model I was a bit worried about this one but it never looses power it has different settings for each floor type. Can only say the hose attachment is a little loose and keeps slipping off.

It’s a little annoying having to dismantle to use the hose for the tools hose. Construction could have been friendlier for those who are physically challenged. Too much faffing around for something that should be simple
I did not dislike the product it self i expected it to be made in the uk not china i was going to buy other products but have now changed my mind sorry.
The brush belt has a tendency to come off. The pet hair attachment and special setting for attachments is very effective. The hose is a good length.
This hoover is very light (which I like). The suction power is ok, no complaints. The stair hose is a great plus.
Hose will not fit onto machine when used as carpet / floor vacum due extra length as is longer for stairs so has to be stored separately.
Compared with my previous vacuum cleaner (Vax 604) this Hoover Breeze Evo is an absolute joy to use. It moves so much easier and is much quieter than my old one. It has a good length of hose so I can now attach the little brush and reach the top of the sofa etc. It’s also so much better for my dodgy back. Vacuuming has now become a Breeze! Ha ha.
This is a nice cheaper Vacuum cleaner. It’s suction is brilliant works amazingly with pet fur as I have a large Akita who likes to shed fair faster than a speeding car. Yes it feels cheap once out the box but don’t let that device you it’s brilliant on all types of floor. Only downside is stair auction isn’t as good but still does the job if you go over same spot a few more times. I’m impressed so I recommend it.
First time I have had a bag-less vacuum, so much better than my old one. Certainly better cleaning power, even though it has less wattage. The storage bin works well but I am finding that it is a bit fiddly to put back together to get the right orientation of the cannister lid to fit it back into the body of the vac. Would recommend some better alignment markings to assist with that. Taking the fine filter apart is also a bit fiddly but the filter cloth will slide off its cradle with care – don’t use much force as the cradle is not that strong. Similarly to put it back together needs a bit of care too. Not washed it yet – it is easy enough to brush off any dust carefully to regain a clean filter cloth.
Powerful machine, my last machine was a hoover as well it was very good at the stairs and so is this one just a better reach.
Brilliant hoover long pipe for the stairs greta value for money was due to be delivered Friday and came early on the Wednesday
So easy to put together (I watched the video) hardly any noise which is a god send,.picks up cat hairs my daughter’s hair and anything else left on the floor, its amazing on carpet and and the suction is powerful,very easy on vinyl very impressed and well worth the money
Very light easy to move which comes in very handy as i have authritus in my spine all so easy to empty bin. The only assembly was to attach the handle. 9/10
Lightweight, markedly less noisy than Dyson, low power makes it economical without reducing effectiveness. Lots of settings to work on many different floor coverings. I can even vac my turtle mats which I couldn’t do with the Dyson. It is also easier to empty, with the Dyson I had to wriggle my fingers in to remove all the dog hair, with this Hoover the dirt just drops out when opened. Altogether I am really pleased.
The only minor down sides and reasons for only 4 stars:
the extension tube is not long enough, could to with an additional extension. My back is painful after bending so low to use it;
the power lead is not quite long enough to get all the way round my flat from a central power socket but a short extension lead has solved this problem.
But I wanted it lighter and more manageable. Absolutely nothing wrong with the product itself.
Although it’s not used on stairs in our house, (it’s a bungalow) it does a good job all round, neat little tool for upholstery, just one problem if you put the Flexi hose on it comes off quite easily and annoys so we took it off and put it in a cupboard it defeats the object a bit but it does do a good job
For the price it’s very good value its long hose and attachment head is a wizz on stairs, it’s nt heavy like my old hoover, I’ve three dogs so dog hair can be a problem but not a problem with this upright as it picks all dog hair from my rugs, very pleased, as good as lots higher priced uprights
Very impressed with this Hoover. Quite light, powerful suction, good edge to edge cleaning, long hose for the stairs, and doesn’t topple over so easily as the Vax did! (How I used to curse that thing…).
Smaller dust collection tube than other cleaners, so do check that if you want more capacity, but its plenty to do a few rooms at a time.
The stair brush works well, tool storage is good. It is fairly quiet in operation. Quality does feel quite low end, but I think it should be judged on it’s performance on not how it feels; and it does a good job.
At this price I’m pleased with it – seems good value for money – so no reason not to give it five stars.
I don’t like you have to attach the additional hose if you want to clean the edges etc., waste of time. Otherwise good, great suction and light ish.
The dust collector is difficult to empty. Would much prefer the older style Hoover vacuum cleaner such as the Turbo Power which unfortunately is no longer available

I bought this for my mum as she needed a lightweight vacuum cleaner as she’s frail and can’t lift heavy items, so all in all great buy for her.
I love this hoover! Does what I need it to do , I have a flat with med pile carpets and a 2 year old so crumbs are not my friend and this gets rid of everything . I’d recommend!
Both my husband and I are very pleased with this vacuum. It’s very well designed, with all the attachments having a clearly dedicated spot on the machine. It has a wonderfully small footprint compared to it’s versatility and suction power, which is fantastic as we live in a small space. The machine got stuff out of our carpet we didn’t even know was there (and which the previous one obviously wasn’t powerful enough to grab). Has no problem at all with cathair, either. All comes out easily. Easy to whip out and just clean bits. The attachments help you get at hard to reach places. My husband does most of our vacuuming and was very happy and impressed with the quality. Nicely nice reservoir size also. However, the very best about it, at least for me, is that I can use it without pain. It’s quite light and moves easily. I’m chronically ill and usually cannot vacuum because it’s exhausting and excruciating, but with this vacuum I can do little bits of cleanup when needed without either hurting or tiring myself too much, and that is a true blessing as it’s one more thing I can do to help my husband out without making myself more ill! Would heartily recommend!
Like everything these days moving towards in the use of plastic, but at least with Hoover they’ve made this one with powerful enough suction to remove most dirt & dust from your floors. Also, the added benefit of the add-on attachments making it easier to clean upholstery & curtains too.
Yes, it is quite light weight by making it easier to move around, but at the same it still feels robust enough for long term use with a very long power cable too, as to avoid re-plugging the mains plug while going around the home to much.
I don’t understand why others are complaining about attachments falling off the Hoover while not in use during vacuuming, as I found once seated & routed properly they remain fixed to the Hoover with no problems. I guess some people are not accustom to the earlier vacuum machines having to switch one from attachment to another when needed while properly seating the one not used I assume?
Anyway, this Hoover vacuum machine is better than I expected to me for the price quoted which was a good surprise to me, and remember it comes with a slide in rubber strip which must inserted along the edge of the base of the vacuum unit which helps to allow it glide over hardwood flooring, etc, as it wasn’t fitted I guess for personal user’s preferences I assume but I attached it anyway with no problems given gliding over carpets & hardwood flooring.
Unlike previous vacuum cleaners the weight is the first thing to notice , making it easier to use. There are various suction settings for different situations. the clear plastic dust container helps to see when its time to empty and also when to wash the filters.
I like the that it pick up the dirt form both the carpet and the hard wood floors, you can see the dirt you are picking up.
This is my favourite vacuum cleaner. Easy to use, maintain, move and the suction is powerful. I have been using it for more than a year and it’s like I bought is yesterday.
This vacuum cleaner has great suction power and is very handy for the stairs due to it’s extra long hose. It has a good long cable and all the attachments fit well on the machine. I wouldn’t advise it for anyone who isn’t very fit and active because it does take a bit of effort to push round due it’s strong suction. Hoover provide a ten year parts guarantee, which I feel may be a tad optimistic, because some of the parts are a bit cheap and plasticy. Summing up, I like it, it does what it says on the tin without any gimmicks at a very reasonable price.
Wanted a light vac for use due to arthritis making previous vac difficult to use. This proved to be perfect. Had borrowed same from a neighbour prior to ordering and have not been disappointed since it arrived.
A light weight powerful hoover, well worth the money. However, the tubular extensions take a bit of getting use to and their fixing and fitting could be easier, the lightness and general use out weighs this minor problem.
One minor negative would be there’s no real instructions on how to use it and the power pedal is awkward.

Great hoover, good power..easy to maneuver. Only thing the is where the extension pipe is stored, keeps on coming off when you use the hoover. It’s a bit annoying!
The Hoover was assembled in no time and looks lovely! The suction is amazing (I can’t believe what was hidden in the depths of my carpets!!) and incredibly easy to empty. Moderately lightweight makes it easy to carry upstairs. I am so pleased with my purchase and can’t recommend it highly enough.
he vac is ok , but haveing to change hoses for nossel is a bit of a pain , very good suction but very noisey , not one of the better vacs , but also not the worst , will do the job , but wouldn`t buy again .
I love hoovering! Do it at least once a day..And have tried Dyson & Shark in the past, they are good too, but I can’t see what they are 4 time’s the price!!! Especially as they’ve gone all hand held.. I like an upright!

Perfect hoover for what we wanted. We needed a variable height brush bar for different carpets in our home and this means the hoover has great suction on all of them including easily dealing with the hair of two cats a dog! Yes it’s a bit plasticy feeling but it’s a cheap hoover and it doesn’t affect its ability to do a good job. The attachments are easy to use and everything is stored neatly on the hoover. It’s a breeze to empty and really easy to manoeuvre on wood flooring and at the right height, on carpet too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Came a day early, what’s not to like. For something that is not at the high end of the price range it is a powerful machine that has a really good long chord and extension hose for stairs cleaning. No complaints at the moment and just a small bit of putting together when unboxing

We have had this particular make & model previously & only replaced our old one coz it was about 6 yrs old & the motor burnt out.
Only thing I’ve paid out for is belts but that’s fine.

Once I worked out what goes where and what attaches to what I found it a decent weight and good at getting the awkward bits of fluff off the carpet. Although I am not the greatest fan of the Hoover brand it is better than some of my previous brands of vacuum cleaner. I would buy it again (but not for quite some time I hope!).
The hose is extremely long, although I’ll hardly use it as I have a small cordless, too.
The cable is very long, so I hardly have to stop at all to change sockets.
The Hoover looks great and does what it says on the box. Was also delivered on time. Delivery guy was very confused though. The parcel had my name and address on it but the delivery man insisted that it was for a neighbours who wasn’t in and asked if I’d take it in.
I’ve since received an email from Amazon saying that my parcel has been left with a neighbour with my name at my address. A very confused neighbour popped round a few hours later wondering what was going on because she hadn’t ordered anything from Amazon.
But like I say, arrived on time (somehow) and works to find so all good.
