The extension options are on the left side, mid way port. Hence, standard issue for vacuum cleaners. Very nice.

Powerful but heavy cleane
The hoover has great suction power and an incredibly long power cable. It is very easy to manoeuvre around furniture but I found it much heavier than my old cleaner so not so convenient on the stairs

Excellent vacuum cleaner, not really lightweight when the hoses and attachments are in storage on the machine!, but with them set aside when not in use its impressive easy to use and performs well i a house with dogs. i recommend this as 9/10

I have 3 Newfoundland dogs, and this hover is actually the one that survived more than 3 weeks. I had several hovers before, including Dyson and Shark, but this one has beaten them all.
it works
light and easy to use but tends to veere to the right when using on carpet which can start to hurt one wrist if the person has arthritis, also hose extension a little hard to clip into retaining fixtures and can see a future problem of them breaking if to much fore is used.plenty of electric cable with out keep moving the plug.

Lovely vacuum, has super long pipe for stairs and sucks like boss. A bit on the heavy side, but a very good cleaner… I’m happy with it.

Pick up well on carpets or floors. Plenty of suction for stairs or furniture, only drawback it is quite a heavy machine.

Not lightweight but prefere to have a heavier cleaner. Live in a bungalow so the stars for stairs are based on the weight. I loke the long cable.

What a piece of &£@&
First off, the specs are wrong. This weights in excess of 14kg, it’s like dragging a small car around the house. The upholstery cleaner is rubbish, the carpet roller spends its life chained in hair etc, and you better get used to trying to get the hose attachment plugged into the side of you want to use any of the nozzles. DO NOT BUY

Best ever vacuum purchased so far. Very very efficient everywhere in the home. I am disabled but so easy to use and manoeuvres round the furniture thoroughly.
fantastic with pet hair!
I bought this to replace our 15 yr old dyson. I wanted a vacuum cleaner that would cope with pet hair but also has HEPA filters. This ticks both boxes. we have a German Shepherd who sheds constantly and this Hoover tackles the fur, dust and crumbs with ease. It is very manoeuvrable and not too heavy (I have arthritis). I am really glad I opted for this Hoover.
Good but a heavy cleane
I bought the product because my 10 year old daughter is allergic to dust. It was quite good until one day the carpet cleaning mech inside stopped working. Thank god Amazon made a replacement.
The cleaner itself is good but it is heavy in load.
Bought for carava
Bought for caravan and as we already had one for home which we liked it was a no-brainer. Bit heavy with attachments attached but take them off and it is lightweight.

Then when checking fore spares find you have dropped the cost of machine by 50. Not a good sign for the future.

A good buy
I like that the cable is really long so I can do the stairs. It is quite powerful and has easily picked up all the dog hair. Brings the pile up well.

Really powerful suctio
I am really pleased with this hoover. Had it 2 months now and not had a problem. Suction is really powerful. I have really short pile carpet but long pile rugs and it handles both brilliantly. Has a really long lead so I don’t have to keep unplugging it as I go around the house. Also has long tube so I can leave the hoover at the bottom of the stairs and hoover 11 stairs easily. Definitely recommend.

Good vacuum
Brilliant vacuum um. Just a shame there is only one attachment for hose. Light and easy to use, much quieter than a Dyson.
It works just fine
This is a first class hover.I can’t believe how different the carpet s look after just one clean. It is a little bit on the heavy side ,but you soon get used to it and is very easy to use with it unique steering action. I was a little bit disappointed with brushes for the stair cleaner.

Bought as a valentines present for my good lady (only joking ) was bought to replace our previous vacuum which had broken the cable, which you would of thought would be just a case of replacement. Not designed to be disassembled & reassembled inbuilt obsolescence.

This is a great vacuum cleaner, suction is really good, my only gripe is that the release button for the container is at the bottom and once released the dust can’t help but get stuck to it and all around the bottom half of it. Having the release button at the top which pushes it open would be better.
Pipe is long and the super long cable is great, plug it into the right wall socket I can vacuum the whole ground floor of my house and also upstairs.

Love this Vacuum Cleaner, it does everything right. The only things I didn’t like, was that it was a lot heavier than I expected & because now the new E.U. rules, are that the Motors inside them are far less powerful, which is a shame

The plug lead is long so I don’t have to keep plugging it in every time I move to a different room, the suction is really good; I have a lot of long hair & it gets everywhere; this hoover has it under control. It’s not to heavy to push and it looks good as well.
The only criticism is that none of the tools were in the box, although Amazon dealt with that quickly and fairly.

A good performance produc
This hoover has proven to be a very good buy. We keep it upstairs so we don’t have to lift our trusty Dyson DC33 up and down. However, this hoover has performed equally as well as the Dyson with excellent adjustable suction coupled with good manoeuvrability. It feels a well built and solid product at a very competitive price.
For years I have used a Dyson animal (I have quite a few hairy dogs), but decided to try a new brand, and I’m glad I did. On the down side, following the written instructions is a bit of a trial as they are not as clear as they might be, and assembly was as much guess work as following them, and I am still working out where most of them fit and how they are used. The hose is almost independent of the hoover, hangs on the side and needs to be attached if it is to be used. The bin is small and requires emptying more often, and has to be taken apart from the top if there is excess dog hair which doesn’t fall out when the cylinder is opened – a real pain. However, the hoover has fantastic suction and is capable of lifting small rugs, and does an really great job of cleaning. It is lighter than a Dyson, is very manoeuverable, goes right to the edges, leaving a really clean carpet, and did the job in half time of my old hoover. Seriously impressed with my purchase in spite of the little annoyances.

Almost excelle
This is a great vacuum and has excellent suction, functionality, etc. However, my only complaint is simply that the handle is loose. Unfortunately, the way the vacuum is designed means a loose handle prevents you from being able to properly adjust how long the handle is extended. The handle moves in and out as you move it across the floor unless you turn down the suction.

The electric cord has to be unwound one loop at a time, the upper hook does not twist to allow the wire to fall off in one pull. the hoover has a ball effect that allows the head to get into the corners, but the handle and cylinder tend to lean to the right and is heavy to maintain a straight line. The cover on the top of the handle keeps opening and has fallen off when the machine is in use.

Stairs not Applicable
Had Dyson before. Dyson losing suction power only really showed up after using hoover. my only gripe is attachments not as easy to connect as Dyson & dust storage smaller but overall very Pleased. As regards to being heavy to push .Leave the scraper/wiper blade off.

Will do the job
It a good hoover,but it is a bit heavy on the resists.i have tiles,wooden floor and carpet and it does a great job on them all.its got a carpet function which works good on my mats and makes them soft.for the stair the attachment makes is easy work to do the stairs .
