Heavy - I'd be afraid to drop it.
Nothing wrong with this sprayer. A good replacement to the old yellow Hoselock hose. However its much heavier than its predessor due to the mainly metal construction and is very robost. Bit I’m afraid of dropping it as I think it may break easy and crack the plastic.

Took a bunch of washers to stop it leaking (which it came with), and then it’s just fine – although the function to lock it ‘on’ doesn’t work since it just flips back off. Otherwise feels pretty sturdy.

Hoselock fittings
If it won’t lock as the brass fitting is a little short and pops off when the water is turned on just fit an extra washer and this works!
Sturdy
This hose head has survived a summer of watering the garden and washing the car. I have a few hose heads and whilst this isn’t my favourite it’s reasonably comfortable to hold and can be clipped into the ‘ON’ position to take the strain off your wrist when using for a long time (although this isn’t the quickest and easiest mechanism). The range of spray patterns pretty much cover anything you need and are easy to select by twisting the rim. The metal fitting is nice and solid but do be aware that although it looks like a Hozelock fitting it isn’t compatible and just pops off once you turn the water on so you do need a hose with the appropriate brass fittings not plastic.

This gun is ok. Looks good. Has plenty of spray options. Had a bit of trouble shutting it off due to the clip that holds it open being a bit out of line. But worked ok after I removed it . All these guns are basically use for a year and then get a new one. So this is perfectly fine for that.
Feels well made and functions well
This feels like it will last and it performs very well. Very impressive range of spray options but I would guess there are only two or three you will use on a regular basis. Be warned – the ‘jet’ spray provided a very unexpected range that nearly soaked a couple of people walking along the path behind our garden!

This replaced a plastic sprayer which had broken. So far it has been very good.
Handy, solid spray gun, easy to use, leak proof, 10 modes, daily use
– The spray gun is made up of a combination of zinc alloy and abs plastic, rubber coating for strong gripping and brass connector with appropriate finishing for leak proof connection and usage.
– The gun is simple to connect with the hose via the brass connector. Compatibile with most of the hoses, and comes with 3 rubber washers along with the pack, good thickeness.
– Usage is simple with 10 spraying modes to choose from whether for gardening, washing vehicles, spraying on plants, washing the floor etc. It has mutlipurpose usage to wash and clean according to the various start modes. Quick and smooth to switch between modes on the head by rotating the nozzle. The pressure is strong and that helps in effective cleaning especially my car and other garden areas where there are tough mud and stains to remove.
– The locking mechanism at the top of the handle keeps the water flowing without applying pressure. This is effective if you want to continuously spray water on something. Ease in user experience.
– The body is light weighted, handy, corrosion resistant. Good usage for long term and for the price under 10, it’s a reasonable spray gun for daily use.

Excellent product except for the delicate wire clip which holds the trigger open as it would not lock in position. This was solved by a couple if judicious taps with a hammer so no problem.

The spray gun arrived safely, and it comes well packaged in a box along with three spare O ring washers.
I’m pleased with the quality of the spray gun, it seems well made, its nice and weighty, the nozzle adjustment works flawlessly, and the most important parts like the handle are made from metal, so it seems to be very durable. If it gets dragged across the floor then the plastic around the nozzle will wear out (which I have already done) but with care it should last a while.
The nozzle attaches to both of my hose pipes which are from different brands, and it works great with no leaks, so I didn’t have to use the spare O rings which are included. The trigger has a good amount of resistance to it but thanks to the built-in trigger lock you can just flip it down and the trigger stays open.
There are 10 different spray patterns you can select by twisting the nozzle and they go from just a light mist to a full-on jet spray so you can use it in a wide variety of applications.
Overall, I think this is a good quality, durable, highly usable spray gun and I feel it represents good value for money for around 13. With care it should last for a decent amount of time, and it doesn’t look or feel cheap. A product I’m more than happy to recommend and I feel it’s worth the full five stars!

Good quality for the price works better than the one i got with my hose pipe, It has lots of settings on it for garden or cleaning windows or your car i would recommend.
Some useful spray patterns as well as some useless ones.
I’ve owned quite a few hose end sprayers over the years. I usually forget to bring them in over the winter and the frost freezes the water inside and cracks them open. So I tend to go for inexpensive ones from Wilko because I know I’ll only get a year or two’s use out of it.
This doesn’t seem especially better or worse than many I’ve owned.
I find I need, and use frequently: spray (endless watering can), jet (to reach pots that I can’t get to easily), and mist (for watering seedlings). So more than that doesn’t really matter very much to me – other than that clicking between them through a load of unwanted settings can become tedious if the ones I use frequently are not close together.
This spray has ten spray patterns. One that looks like it might get a good bit of use is a slightly narrower spray that only comes out of the central area, because it is narrower it throws a good bit further. The mist is especially fine and gentle. The bubbly dribbly one looks good for soaking my feet. The broad green band that you grip to change the spray pattern has clear spray diagrams so it is easy to see the pattern that you are selecting if the hose is off.
The thing that is common to most of these hand trigger sprayers is the silly metal clip that holds the handle open to give you a continuous spray without having to hold the trigger down. This one is no different, and while it works it’s ok, but if it breaks or falls out, then an easy job becomes hard work because this trigger offers a fair bit of resistance to holding open and if you have a weak grip you may find it difficult to operate.
The shiny parts are metal castings and so inherently more fragile than they look. The screw behind the trigger that allows you to vary the trigger opening and, therefore, the operating pressure, makes little difference and may as well not exist.
The brass hose connector seems good quality and there is a good seal at the base of the unit. I’ve had these leaking here from new on other sprayers.
All in all it’s ok for what it is. It has some useful spray patterns, and isn’t a bad price.

Sturdy
I got this as our expandable hose came with one similar and wanted one for the shorter length of rigid hose we use from filling buckets and hosing down dogs. It’s chiefly made of metal , with a fairly comfortable grip. It has ten spray patterns, but we chiefly only use 3 of them- one using the narrowest, ‘hardest’ spray for filling buckets, a gentle sort of mist for cooling down the Newfies on hot days, and one a bit stronger that is suitable for washing them off after a bimble in the park.

This is a good quality watering spray gun, with 10 spray patterns, it will cover all garden requirements with ease.
Easy fit to an existing garden hose with no leaks, and a solid ‘click’ for pattern change, and can be locked on to use without having to grip the handle.
Metal casing had a couple of sharp edges that I managed to file down, and price isn’t the most competitive, hence the 4 stars.
Overall: Good quality and straightforward fit for most common hose brands, could be cheaper however.

The hose spray gun is well made, construction seems to be metal with a plastic outside with rubber handle. It’s very comfortable to hold and use. Also give a nice premium feel to it, certainly feels a lot better than the all plastic spray which it is replacing.
It didn’t leak whilst I was using it, but they seem to include 3 spare washers should you need them in the future. I like the fact the adaptor at the bottom is all metal.
There are 10 different spray patterns which should cover everything you could ever want from a spray gun.
Priced at around 12, I think this offers good value for money for such a solid feeling spray gun.
Excellent spray gu
A great spray gun, fits easily onto my hose. 10 different setting from a fine spray for delicate plants, to a more powerful one for washing the car etc.
I was fed up continually refilling my watering can to water all my plants in the garden and containers, this has made it so much easier. My husband was impressed when he used it on our car, said it did a much better job than just the hose pipe.

Replacement for other smaller plastic model this outperforms more comfortable bigger with half trigger lock so you don’t have to keep turning both hands the easy to use flow control on back easy to use. Extra sprinkler settings are handy like cloud really fine for smaller plants The different nozzles have very different spray patterns
Useful garden tool
It’s good product and does the job, that’s most important. Water gun is well made, feels comfortable in hand. I like that there is plenty water settings to choose from so I can use it for wide variety of things, from washing the car, removing dirt on spot, watering lawn and flowers in beds, misting the leaves, etc. The settings changes easy by turning the green ‘wheel’ on the head of spray gun. There are images of setting so we can easier find the right one. Click sound let’s us know that setting is on position.
By the top of the handle is metal laver to lock the handle so we dont need to keep holding it tight to water something. It helps to relax our hand, useful thing though.
Hose gun connects easy to pipe connector so we can start our job right away.
It’s useful garden tool and pretty robust. I like it and can recommend.
Sturdy, high quality but a bit fiddly to lock in constant flow
This hose pipe gun is a really great quality product, and a vast improvement on the cheap plastic one I was using before. It’s hefty, substantial and has a great weight to it – it feels great in the hand and the water comes out so easily, no drizzling or leaking. It fits my hose pipe easily and there’s no leakage around the connection. It makes watering the garden much quicker as the spray is high powered and has a great range. The only downside is how fiddly it is to put the lock on it when you want a constant flow – the metal gun requires a fair bit of force, probably not suited to someone who has issues with their hands, such as arthritis for example. The lock mechanism that would resolve this by keeping the water flow on is a tiny wire inside the top part of the handle and it’s quite hard to move it inside the little hole it sits in. Other than that, it’s a really great product and I’m really happy with what high quality it is.

Hose pipe spray gun seems like it’s made well used it to water the plants and wash the cars so far so good. It has a nice selection of spray patterns the mist option is my favourite. You can’t go wrong with the price good product made out of metal and strong materials not alot of plastic so it should last a few years highly recommend.
if you have a plain hose end you might need a push fit adapte

We had to push it on to a hose adapter which we luckily already had.
You can just see the top of our adapter in the photo (its the red bit) , that bit didnt come with the spray gun so if you are going to have to push fit it on your hose, you might need to get a push fit adapter.
This has a good big nozzle with a twist outer band.
All the spray patterns are on the outer band.
The trigger is strongly sprung, it feels like you are using a good bit of kit.
We use this outside hose for cleaning off the bikes and washing out the wheelie bins so the sprayer will see good use.
It worked flawlessly on all the settings when we tried it.
The mist is a really good fine mist. I think it would work well for misting in your greenhouse as it isnt at all harsh .

A VERY GOOD SPRAY GUN
This has to be one of the best spray guns that I have used. It was very easy to connect to the hose and there were no leaks.
Having a variety of spray options on the gun has meant that it can be used for a wide range of watering functions.
Brilliant Hose Head with Fittings
This is a brilliant hose gun with all the fittings.
I particular like the fact the gun has a brass fitting.
Brass will out live plastic fittings all day.

Good build-quality with a good range of spray patterns
This is a worthy spray gun that will serve you well. Close examination exposes it’s definitely built to a budget, but also built for comfortable use over a broad range of applications.
The different nozzles have very different spray patterns, and range from a solid jet of water, to an ultra-fine mist. The two “shower” jet patters are particularly useful for applying a lot of water without a lot of splash-back, while the angled jet is useful for rinsing the underside of a car. The spray patterns are not named, but represented by symbols, which I don’t much like, but it’s easy enough to see which pattern is selected.
There a quite a few similar hose-pipe spray guns about at the moment, so it’s worth shopping about to get the spray gun that suits your needs and your budget, but you certainly won’t be disappointed with this one.
Good spray hose gun.
A good spray gun for your garden hose and very power spray with 10 settings, the trigger is a little thin and flimsy I cannot see this lasting long before the rivets brake. Other than that this is a nice addition to your garden hose kit. Price is about right maybe 9.99 in my opinion.
Seems pretty good to me
Very good nozzle, I am using it to water a 20′ wide commercial poly tunnel using only the pressure from our natural spring. The centre setting happily reaches right across the poly tunnel to water the far side with a good strong stream, something a more expensive unit struggled to do. This saves me a lot of time. This is a well designed and well made spray head. It is comfortable to hold whilst watering our very large garden and the choice of spray patterns, while mostly nothing more than a novelty, do work well. You get a few rubber washers included in the pack to ensure that you get a good watertight connection. It will be interesting to see how it lasts as it will be used at the very least on a daily basis. It feels very well put together though so I have high hopes.
