Maintaining a tuffhoze

1. Unfasten the metal fittingIf your tuffhoze is leaking at the fittings, try checking the end connections. First, start by simply removing the metal fitting. This will reveal the internals to the tuffhoze. | 2. Check the connectionSecondly, check the connection of your tuffhoze. Try removing the connection and clean out the aquastop connection and the end of your tuffhoze. | 3. Secure the connectionOnce clean, secure the connection in place by pushing the tuffhoze back into the aquastop connector. This will require some force, make sure the connection is tight. | 4. Fasten the metal fittingFinally, tightly fasten the metal fitting back onto the aqua stop connector on your tuffhoze. This 2 minute fix will resolve any leaks that may have occurred. |

Replacement hose
I bought this hose in February 2021 worked perfectly until November then it developed a split about 6 inches from one end I got in touch with hoselock I spoke to a lady called chloe She asked me to send a video of where the hose was damaged within minutes Chloe replied and said they would replace the hose free of charge but as I bought it from Amazon I would have to contact them Chloe said that the window for returns would have closed but said tell Amazon to contact her she would ok the new hose .customer service from hoselock and Amazon was fantastic. I would have given a 5 star rating if the hose never developed this faul
Good hose but……
Good hose but can’t find a suitable reel to store it on .The Hozelock one had the wrong built in hose connector for the hose and was really not easy to click fit together.

THIS IS PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS. I HAVE 3 AND JOIN THEM TOGETHER AS REQUIRED.

This is probably the best hose I have experienced, no twisting, no tangles, a hard wearing and durable.Ideal hose for garden irrigation, connecting to a jet washer and general use -excellent!
Excellent hose.
Having purchased a good100ft extendable hose, I needed a smaller 30ft hose for quick daily use on the patio. I puchased another extendable hose which was useless as it leaked and also would have needed too many modifications to change it to hoselock connections.
I opted to go directly for this hoselock and it is really well made and works brilluantly. Its not extendable but as its only a small hose it wraps around the hanger easily.

When empty of water very lightweight and takes up little space on the reel. An excellent product avoiding the kinking seen in ordinary plastic hoses

A have spent years buying plastic hose pipes that kink, spring leaks and end up a tangled mess.
This one from Hozelock is superb and I wish I brought it years ago.
It doesn’t kink, it rolls up really small and looks really tough for use on my gravel drive.
Comes with quality fittings and mates to my car washer stuff (foam lance)
Cant recommend it enough
