WARM TIPS
1. Please check the power requirements of your appliances before use, the total power of the connected appliances is not allowed to exceed the rated power 3250W.
2. The speed of USB will be slower when using all 4 USB ports at the meantime. USB port might stop working if the output of all devices is overload more than 3.4 A.
3. We do not recommend to use high wattage appliances with this power extender, likes air conditioner, microwave oven, heater.
4. Do not use the extension cord in the wet and humid environment or touch it with wet hands.

Looks good, lots of outlets & nice size
This extension lead is great. It is really neat and compact so it looks good. It has 8 sockets plus 3 USB and one C USB socket so I can charge my phone and my watch and have other stuff plugged in, all at the same time. There’s an on/off switch on the top so if you’re not charging anything you can turn it off for safety. The only problem I have is I keep forgetting to switch it on when I put something on to charge 🙂 I have mine in the bedroom but I’m ordering another one for the living room.
Tidy way to plug in!
It is very sturdy and helps to tidy up all the leads. Only problem is some of our plugs are larger than normal plugs so a little juggling round was needed to fit them in. The usb points are along one side at the bottom I would have preferred them to have been on the top as it can be fiddly to connect to them with the plugs above.
USB C DOES NOT WORK
I have brought 2 of these and they USB C does not work ok either of them. Reading the reviews this seems to be a all round problem. Find this disappointing but happy I’ve been able to tidy up my cables
Brillia
This is the best Tower Extension I have had. Our home was built in the 1950’s so hardly any sockets at all so I feel very safe with this box. X
Small & perfectly designed
This is great, it sits on the top, provides the power to a range of gadgets by plug or USB, and the best bit, is that there is a button on the top that turns of everything in one press. Total control, small & very effective.
This Hulker 6 gang tower extension seems good.
OK, I’m fussy about the quality of what I plug my gear into. Some gear is costly right, so why plug it into some cheap rubbish extension ?
Well, it’s fair to say that our uk 240v system is about as good as you would find anywhere in the world but there is always a chance of spikes and/or the odd surge. If you’re just plugging in some cheap Christmas lights or something then you might not give two monkeys but hey, laptops, keyboards, audio gear or anything else susceptible to glitches from spikes, I’d say it’s good to ebb on the side of caution. Better to damage a 25 quid extension tower than a 400 quid plus unit right.
So, you could spend more if it were more important but at this price I think the Hulker power extensions offer a decent robust unit. I have two different products from them and I’m happy with them both.
A couple of the sockets are tight to plug/unplug but not ridiculously so. I find the 4 USB sockets very useful too.
Overall a winner.
Works fine
This tower extension lead with usb is great! quality is fine and works fine! I like this because it has a usb cable outlet so if you dont have an adaptor you can still use it to charge your phone using only the cable! Good value for money
Good produc
Nice compact, works got just one switch which means you can turn off the whole unit with one switch which is a good thing, plenty of sockets and USB ports.
Great seller and produc
First product I got turned on but didn’t work, no power was getting to any of the ports.
I messaged the seller and they responded quickly, sending me a new one. This one has worked flawlessly. Great idea having usb ports as well. The plugs being adjacent to each other means that the bigger plugs can fit beside each other rather than you having to pick and choose what gets charged!
Great towe
This is a good extension cord for everyday light use like plugging in a lamp and electronics. I like the tower shape of the plug because it leaves the other socket opened for use without getting in the way like traditional plugs tend to. The USB ports at the bottom eliminates the need for charging heads, just need the usb cable.
Space saving plug towe
This is a really useful extension cable, with a number of additional plug sockets, 8 in total and 4 USB sockets. As it stands upright, it can therefore take up less floorspace, which is useful, particularly if you have this on a desk, like I do. Seems well made and just works well. Impressed!
Great, modern desig
I haven’t had a tower extension lead before, I’ve always used the typical normal type of extension lead.
This tower type for me personally is a much better design as it saves a lot of space under my work desk. Going up means it takes up a lot less floor space. The previous traditional extension lead would take up a lot more floor space under my desk. I’m now been able to store some folders in the space I now have available.
The plugs all work without any problems and the USB sockets are a huge bonus in this day and age where so many items I own have USB connections.
I like the overload protection button at the top, as any pocket cuts or surges won’t mean any damage to devices I have plugged in.
The cord is nice and long so gives a lot of options in terms of where I want to place the tower.
I’d certainly recommend.
Perfect for space saving
I needed a safe solution for my computer setup and this plug literally saved me. I love its design. 90 degrees plug placement is perfect for space saving.
The only improvement could be placement of the usb plugs. I wish they had been placed on top of the plug near the on/off button for ease of use.
We got this extension lead to use in our conservatory as it only has two sockets in there. The advantage of this one is that it has switched sockets so we are able to individually have one or all the sockets on.
The reason for going for this one was with all today’s technology and the kids wanting everything charging the 4 usb sockets along with the 4 sockets means they can plug in their phones and iPads without having to unplug things we need left plugged in.
It has a 2mtr cord which is quite heavy duty and a moulded plug. It is very good quality and the kids are now not arguing over who can charge their phones first.
Great extension lead
A nice extension lead that is set as a tower rather than a longboard. There are 4 sides, and each side has 2 sockets making 8 leads can be plugged in. There are also 4 USB sockets to plug USB powered accessories direct rather than relying on a plug. Things like power to a USB drive, Firestick etc. There is a power switch on the top to isolate the power for all sockets. I like this extension, I will probably get more for around the different systems I have.
Smart, functional extension lead
This is a good tower extension lead with 8 plug sockets and 4 USB sockets which are so useful as everything seems to charge via USB.My daughter is use this in her room with gaming console and everything that goes with it and can also charge phone.Smart functional extension lead with safety cut out.
This is a huge improvement aesthetically over the old fashioned cube type electrical adapters.
As you can see, it’s reasonably neat.
I’m hoping there is a safety bonus as well with the overload protection. It’s nice to be able to have the integrated USB charger.
I can’t comment on charging times for USB devices but if it seems to be noticeably laggy or particularly speedy I will update this review.
Very useful.
This tower is simply amazing, it is so well made, sturdy and safe. I am really happy with it.
It has 12 plugs and 4 USB ports, making it super useful for places such as near the tv where you generally have a lot of plugs!
Highly recommend.
Works perfec
I have been replacing all my old extension leads to ones which contain USB ports as so much is powered this way these days for charging.
This is a 8 way 4 USB port extension lead with a power button on the top and a little red reset button due to it being overload protected.
I have been using this non stop for the last few days and have so far had no issues, Its a nice little design and takes up no room compared to ones I have had in the past.
Overall I am very happy with this product.
Loving the desig
Super nice design and a power switch to make it even more effective is brilliant. With 4 usb port makes plugging external device a breeze. The device chip that determines how much V your device needs is why this is a must have and has a permanent place in this home. Great product.Follow me on here daily reviews and/or answering questions on the products reviewed
Really good power extension lead with USB sockets and an on/off switch
The cord is flexible and long enough to reach behind most chairs or selves and bring multi sockets to where you can reach them without putting your back out. The USB outputs seem to deliver a decent amount of power to charge your phone or light a lamp. The sockets are spaced such that even if you are using a transformer you shouldn’t have any problems using the socket next door. I particularly like the fact that there is a power switch on the top so that when not in use you can isolate both the sockets and the USB outputs. Highly recommended.
Handy and organised
Great little tower not to big fits 8 plugs 2 in each side without them getting in the way of each other. The bottom of the tower has 4 USB ports in which is the handiest part as everything comes with a USB charger now. It has a main power button on the top of the tower if you press that the full tower turns off there is a small red button on the top also which is the reset button which I’m guessing comes into play if there’s a power cut or power serge overall a neat handy little setup
I got this as i wanted to upgrade the older one i had by my bed with one that had usb charging built in, this one charges at about 3.5a so pretty good, other than that works well, has a nice little dim blue power led to show when its on, much nicer than the normal orange light you get on these normally.
Convenient and sma
Perfect for our compact kitchen as it doesn’t take up space. No more fighting over plug sockets to charge phones or use the kettle. Hope it lasts but so far, so good! Would recommend
This small compact unit hold 8 full UK AC power outlets and 4 USB ports and is rated to draw 3250W at 13A. The USB sockets can supply 3.4A to all sockets at once, making this a very versatile unit that can be neatly hidden away, while providing power and charging to up to 12 separate electrical items. It has a one click power toggle switch at the top of the unit, for easy powering off of all connected devices at once, but unlike some extension lands, you cannot power down individual sockets separately – the unit is cool in operation, but should not be covered to prevent overheating. It carries overload protection circuitry and claims CE and RoHS safety accreditation. It comes with a built in two meter power cable.
What an excellent product.
I bought a power surge extension lead cable after a house in ky terrace was hit by lightning and it blew our electrics and cremated an iPod speaker. Better safe than sorry. My current cable is the black one. Worked well but with only four plugs and no USB points, it was pretty limiting.
Enter this beauty. A small tower with eight, yes eight plug points, 4 USB points, an on/off switch, and a surge protector. Plenty enough for me and with the surge protector, it’s very safe.
The tower takes up less space than my current extension lead and can sit, quite comfortably, on my desk. And it looks good.
I can now have more than four items plugged in, which I did find limiting and had to choose from computer, tablet, battery charger, camera battery charger, light, external hard drive fighting for the fours plug points. And with the four USB points, I can charge even more.
The tower also has smart IC charging techno9logy so will only charge an iPhone at its maximum rate of 18W and my android phone at 20W. The box does say, however, that it charges at 3.4 A so if you are using above that level then it will charge shower. No big deal.
I just received this Hulker extension lead this afternoon and it has already been put to good use. Plugs on the opposite side of my kitchen are always in use. One has the cordless phone always plugged in and its neighbouring socket has a twin usb and power-through plug permanently in place for charging mobile phones tablets and Kindle Paperwhite e-readers. It is always in demand as we each have these devices. Plugs on the opposite side, at one particular end of the kitchen, provide power for the toaster, somtimes the coffee grinder, my tablet, my mobile phone and my Kindle Paperwhite (which I can charge by a dedicated Kindle plug or by a proper Kindle USB lead.) The microwave has a dedicated plug of its own in the same corner. When too many devices need charged at the one time I find that my devices have been detached in favour of others and perhaps the portable tv or toaster have been switched out and cant be used without swapping out devices again. If you live in a household with many devices which require charging you will begin to understand the frustration and also the confusion of cables which end up like tangled knitting. That is why I requested this Hulker Tower Extension. As you will hopefully see from the photos, it has a very small footprint, taking up less space than a long, flat extension cable with multiple sockets so it fits neatly into a small space. It has 8 sockets so most plugs can find a permanent home: no more swapping out; less tangles! It has a safety overload cut out and an illuminated on/off switch. The sockets are well spaced so plugs of various sizes do not interfere with the ability of one another to be fitted. If not many plugs are needed, you can start by plugging them in at the rear first where they will be hidden. It also provides you with nomless than 4 USB sockets which is a real bonus. This is a very attractive and modern looking tower and a great idea. This may not be the last location where this is utilised as it is so useful and neat, but for now it is staying put!! It seems very well made and nicely streamlined and, as you will have gathered already, I am delighted with it and at such a great price, I am really happy to be able to wholeheartedly recommend it to you.
OK (but how sure can we be of safety?)
I like the idea of these kind of extension blocks. Whilst old style on-the-floor ones are hidden away and unobtrusive, they can be a pain in the backside when you want to plug/unplug something and have to crawl under the desk. What you lose with aesthetics here you gain with convenience.
I have a similar item from another manufacturer but the plugs on this are better arranged than my other one – the 8 3-pin plugs all go in the same direction going round the tower which reduces ‘conflict’ between plugs and cables getting in each others’ way, and the USB ports are located on the bottom ‘plinth’ completely out of the way of any 3-pin cables.
It should be noted that the USB ports will not provide fast charging for your phones and other devices. They are rated at max 2.4A each and it notes that if the total current drawn across all 4 USB ports exceeds 3.4A they may stop working, so there is some limitation here.
There is a single power button on top which controls power to all sockets. Whilst there is a certain amount of convenience to this, there may be situations where you might want to control one group of sockets with a switch, rather than all-or-nothing. Also on the top is a small red reset button, presumably required after there is a power surge and it trips.
It’s difficult to know with all these items from unknown brands just how safe they are. The legend on the top which reads “OVERLAOD [sic] PROTECTION” perhaps does not inspire confidence…
Able to run 8 devices such as monitors / printers as well as charge up 4 USB devices
This is a fantastic mains extension block. I was a bit dubious about it initially because I’ve had a few of these in the past and it hasn’t been possible to put two “wall warts” alongside one another into any row. I can confirm though that I have had eight mains plugs connected at once, with four of them being adapters to output 5V 3A, and they have all worked perfectly. I can’t fit two of my Meross plugs in alongside one another, but that’s because Meross make their plugs so stupidly huge!
The ability to also have four USB devices plugged in as well, all of which can run an iPad, is a real plus.
In summary, great extension board and USB power adapter and very much recommended
Well designed
This plug tower takes up very little room, but allows lots of things to be plugged in, with separate USB ports at the bottom. It’s really handy if you want to tidy up your electrical tangle. Recommended.
8 plugs and 4 USB.
I’ve had various extension brackets over the years. This one is different in that it is upright and has room for 8 plugs. As a bonus there are 4 USB outlets. There is a light on top to tell you the unit is connected to the mains and alongside a press button to switch it on. We are told that it detects what is plugged in and delivers the maximum power. I like it very much as a neater way of connecting different items and takes up less room than a normal flat extension.
Feels well made and the main cord is a heavier weight than normal to handle the required current.
Very useful for charging your devices
You can plug 8 items into this but the main reason I like it is because it has 4 USB sockets so you can charge all your phones/tablets at the same time. Brilliant.
