The SD card that it came with the camera had some issues and didn’t record, I was contacted and sent another replacement card which fixed the issue. Quality is good for the price you pay for it.

I purchased this in December 2022 and worked great for 6 months. However a fault developed. I contacted the supplier with a discription and photograph of the fault. They promptly responded and sent me a replacement with a new guarantee.

This dash cam is smaller than most, easy to fit and has, so far, done every thing I wanted. It sits unobtrusively by my rear view mirror, starts when I start up the engine, and continues until I turn the car off. The built in memory card saved the need for an additional purchase, so good value for the money.
Installed in 2 minutes nice and small to put behind mirror out the way . Seems to be working perfectly great for peace of mind while driving and big plus coming with a 64gb sd
I bought this for my wife as the Garnin camera had given up the ghosts. She loves this one as it switches on straightaway when gets in the car, it has a nice big screen which is nice and clear and switches off when when the car turns off.
I have now bought 3, my total dash cams are 9 + these 3, the 65gig card is more than my other 2 makes and micro card is included in the price, the angle is also wider which will include one extra car in the recording, I ran both cams together to see the difference in quality and these are better, NO NEED to format the card as it is plug and play, I have not set up the time yet but my others LANKA do not hold the time stamp, most important is that these are BRITISH
I used camera but it said low battery could not get it to power up. kept shutting down. faulty? fuse fault not camera, its good.what can i say to make up 100 caracters its just to much some imes
Easy to set up….my only vice is in hot weather i have to take it down otherwise it falls off the screen and sets the alarm off….cooler weather there’s no probs.

Clearly this unit is designed for left hand drive cars due to the way the wiring has to double back for RHD when fitted. However a neat unit. With some cars it won’t turn off with the ignition so the charging unit has to be pulled out to fully disable.
Picture and sound quality not the best on playback on a PC, but acceptable. You can’t knock the price, and comes with an SD card included in the price, so given 4 stars.
I use it as a security video camera, over-writes each day with SanDisk 128GB Ultra microSDXC card.
It is so compact that difficult to pick up without pressing one or other of the buttons but good when in place.
My son loves this and I looking to one of these to even update my own in car camera. The image is Crystal clear image, it comes with a 32Gb Micro SSD, Power cable and can have a 2nd rear camera added (rear camera is sole separately). But this in card dash cam is great price in car camera.

The power cable provided with this dash cam is under 2 meters, so if you want to hide you cables around you front screen, you need to purchase a sperate 3 meter power cable. But these longer power cables are not that expensive to buy.
Liked the size as does not obscure much of the screen and hides behind rear view mirror. Connector in the top could do with being at 90 deg to allow more flexibility as hits the screen when camera angled upwards. Not had to use for evidence yet but happy so far.
This is an excellent camera for the money, comes with its own formatted SD card and you also get a handy tool and cable pads to help conceal the wires

The camera itself is decent. I haven’t tried to put video clips on computer yet tho. However the holder for the camera didnt last too long before it kept falling off. The location to put the cable in is a little awkward.
A little tricky to set up, the instructions could be more clear and buttons were a bit fiddly, but I got there! I have had it a few days now without any issues. I like the size as it is unobtrusive when driving. It comes on straight away when the ignition is switched in and goes off when switching off. I haven’t yet played back any of the recording so can’t comment on its clarity etc.

This bit of kit is easy to use and set up. The only negative thing is that I needed to buy an SD card reader for my laptop. I have another dashcam which came with a laptop adaptor so you could upload straight from the device to the laptop without removing the SD card.
Easy to set up.Just stick the bracket to windscreen with its sucker pad,fit the dashcam to the bracket,connect the cable to the dashcam and plug the cigarette socket in.Only a front camera and night vision from your headlight is ok but not 100%
Product arrived on time. Very easy to install and use. With micro sd card included it is good value. This is an HD camera not 4k so quality is fine and easy to access from the memory card.
This is a pretty good camera.
It is really compact in size ,but works well.
The camera is 1080p Full HD ,which is good.
The camera also has battery inside so it is able to record even when the engine of the car is OFF and the power supply as well.
This makes it good to be used with the motion detection sensor and the parking guard.
The motion sensor is reacting really quick and starts recording.
The camera is able to see well when there is not much light ,but still not completely night vision.
The G-sensor also works well.
I have left the setting on Low as per default and as I accidentally dropped the camera on the dinning table while I was putting the SD card back in – the camera turn itself on and started recording locked video.
Locked video means that the camera is not going to delete it when the camera is used in loop recording and the video will stay on the card until you personally delete it.
The camera comes with 32GB SD card so there is no need to buy a card separately.
The camera comes with really easy to install suction cup and long cable ending with 12V car plug.
The price of this camera is only 38.99 ,which is a great price for what you get.
For the price, this is great. It had been a long time I needed a dash cam but I didn’t want to spend a fortune. This specific dash cam feels like the perfect middle ground: it is affordable and gets the job done.
The main difference between this and an expensive one is probably the image quality and size of the camera itself.
This is slightly bigger than more expensive models, however, it doesn’t obstruct my vision whilst driving. It simply looks a little bit bigger.
The quality of the video is actually fairly good. Everything can be clearly seen during day time. All number plates can be easily read. If recording at night, it is not as good. The image is fairly clear bur it wouldn’t surprise me if some number plates weren’t legible (if maybe dirty or if somebody sped by you, it’d be blurry).
Otherwise, this camera is as good as more expensive ones. It has a good capacity and records over itself after so many hours of driving so you can keep going without issue. It is simple to save clips and they can easily be moved to a PC if necessary.
Overall, a very affordable dash cam. It isn’t perfect but it will get the job done.

Set up was simple cable was more than long enough as it was going i the rear and we have a lighter port in the boot so was easy. So i have now been using it for a few weeks as a rear camera the mount has held really well even over the past few days in the heat its not fallen off once unlike my more expensive front dashcam.
Setting up is simple once charged the enclosed instructions are really easy to read (surprisingly) i have set my camera for 3 min recording and the beauty is once the sad car dis full it automatically records over oldest files.
To transfer to PC its simply remove SD card into a reader or plug in dashcam to pc direct transfer files simple drag and drop no additional software needed. The picture quality is amazing on par with my my more expensive branded dashcam.

Easy to set up and use the dash cam with the green deception of the buttons which are awkwardly on the side. As the camera can tuck neatly behind a mirror due to its size the buttons becomes quite difficult to access. This does depend on the the placement in the car. You should however ensure this does not impede the vision in the car.
Night vision and general recording look good. Would have like auto start on ignition start but still a good camera for use in my wife’s car.
This is my first dash cam and I’d describe myself as a bit of a technophobe.
Installation was pretty straight forward, the suction is solid and I didn’t have any issues concealing the wiring and the cable length was plenty long enough to fit around the car interior in to the charging point.
The camera comes complete with a 32GB MicroSD card so I could use immediately.
Navigating the menus was a bit of a faff and will take a bit of time to get used to all the different settings but I’m getting there.
I’ve left on the recommended settings which is loop recording fir 3 minutes, parking guard and motion detection off.
The image is clear and it gives me piece of mind whilst driving.

The Iiwey Front dash cam has a easy to navigate menu interface, which I went through before installing the camera. The camera does have a built in battery, that lasts around 10 to 15 minutes with a full charge if not connected and powered with The included car charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter. The car charger cable length is approximately 345 cm, Which also comes with 3 adhesive cable tidies. The camera is compact which has four physical buttons and a 2 inch LCD display on the rear. The menu has a variety of options, so that you can set them to your preferences which to be honest I left the majority of them to the default settings. I personally found that a long press on the menu button opened the options for Setting the time and date, auto power off, keypad sound, language, screensaver, format, Light frequency, version and default settings, but if you short press the menu button you have the following options. loop, wide dynamic range, exposure compensation, motion detector, voice recording, timestamp, gravity sensor, parking Guard, but to have some of these options to work correctly you will need the hard wired kit so that the dash cam can record any incident 24 seven. Because as I said previously the camera does come with a built-in battery, Which will only last for a short time with no power. When installing the camera which was easy. I had it powered on and plugged into the cigarette car charger. So that we could stick The suction cup bracket along with the camera, in the ideal filming position. The bracket does allow you to adjust the tilt and direction of the camera to fine-tune it to your optimal position, and we have personally found that the suction cup has stuck very well on the windscreen. When the vehicle is powered on the camera starts up automatically and begins recording. When recording you also can take photographs as well, There is menu options when in this mode as well. The recorded footage can be viewed on the camera and also the Micro SD card can be formatted if necessary all from the menu. Because the camera is compact, it isn’t intrusive when driving. The recorded video quality is very good for insurance purposes. I hope you have found my video and review helpful.

This camera arrived well packaged and on time. It was easy to setup and get going. It is nice and small with good quality images. Perfect for the car. It has a wide angle and comes with a 32GB SD card. Night vision is also pretty good. Would recommend.
With increased car insurance, I opted to buy a dash cam so I could get a cheaper price on my insurance. I was a bit nervous, but this was really easy to set up. You can clearly see the road and on coming vehicles. It doesn’t annoy me when driving, and does the job.
So far it seems good. Quality wise, it doesn’t feel cheap. I have no idea how long these are meant to last, but I reckon I got a few good years use out of it for sure.

This camera is great value, OK it is only the front camera but you get a free SD Card, not many cameras include that. It’s real easy to install, place passenger side near centre, then cable manage camera with 3 hooks and then power up in cigarette lighter slot. Once installed you can set up, I will say though, I’d turn off the Parking Monitor and Motion Detection or it they drain your battery…
Id set the Loop Recording to 5 Min slots, as if needed it’ll be less to trawl through if needed and Gravity Sensor Low. You can also turn off voice recording unless you want to hear your kids singing along to We Don’t Talk About Bruno! Ha.
Overall this camera set is decent, the price is pretty spot on and you can simply swap for your existing, as the Micro USB is pretty standard.

Until coming across this offering from IIWEY, most dashcams I’ve owned or seen have been relatively large. This dashcam model is the perfect size to hide behind the rear-view mirror without causing distraction or obstructing visibility. It provides decent clarity and strong resolution quality. It’s a neat and compact piece of kit that is straightforward to install and get running. Only took minutes to fit into our car with its suction mount and easily routable long 12v power lead. With a 170 degree angle and wide field of view, it captures the road ahead nicely. Takes memory cards up to 32gb(included) and it’s straightforward to transfer recordings and images to my PC. The motion detection is relatively effective and the night imaging isn’t too bad either.
In summary, this dashcam is more than adequate for my needs and provides simple yet effective recording that doesn’t cost the earth. I’m more than happy to recommend it to anyone that doesn’t need bells and whistles as it’s effective and easy to get along with.

This was a very nice product to test and perfect timing to give to my sister to use in her car as she’s just purchased a new one. This is just your standard dash cam which has a suction cup holding which will attach to any clean and smooth surface. You can connect it to power using both usb and cigarette charger port. Simply then add an SD card and it will record when driving and the rewrite over the sd card when it comes to its limit. Fairly decent picture for the price and easy to transfer / watch back videos when required. Had a lovely wide viewing angle of 170 degrees with built in sensor which detect unusual activity to start recording. These are easy to hardwire into your car electrics too, so it starts and shut off with your ignition. Overall it’s value for money and arrived well packaged with clear instructions for setup.
This diminutive dashcam is surprisingly good considering its size, it has full HD recording (1080p) and a wide 170 degrees shooting angle.
On the back, it even manages to pack in a 2″ inch LCD screen which is sharp and clear.
This dashcam also has nighttime shooting capabilities, it features a WDR inbuilt software to balance out the lighting to give you a clearer image at night.
There are other features like an inbuilt microphone/ speaker, loop recording which deletes old files giving you continuous recording and automatic start-up recording which I find useful. As it automatically starts recording once you turn the ignition on.
What is surprising is that this dash cam actually includes a 32Mb memory card which enables you to use it straight out of the box.

I found this dash cam very easy to use and to install, I really liked how it uses a suction cup rather than a sticky adhesive, it just makes it much more cleaner and easier to adjust. It comes with an extremely long car charger and a 32gb Micro SD so I could pretty use it straight out of the box.
The image quality was ok it’s not as crisp as I’d liked but it will do a decent job at recording your surroundings. The dash cam does cover a wide angle which is very good but it has a weird fish eye look to it which I’m not fond of.
It has some great inbuilt features from loop recording, motion sensor, the ability to record sounds or not which was very handy.
Overall, I think it’s handy dash cam, it simple, it works well and has everything I need so that it works straight out of the box.

This dashcam was actually better than I thought it would be for the cheapish price and small screen. The dashcam is a nice design, it feels and looks well made, durable and sturdy. I like the compact size, as it doesn’t distract you, nor take up much room either. This is roughly 5.5cm x 5.5cm x 2.5cm.
You have a 300cm long cable, with some adhesive cable attachments to keep it tidy, which charges the dashcam somewhat, so if your car is hit, or motion is detected, this will record for however long you set it to.
There are only 3 little buttons, so it’s fairly easy to navigate your way through the dashcam. You have a large, wide view, which is very clear, no distortions, you can see quite a distance forward and sideways, it’s better than I thought it would be anyway and when plugged into a pc, to check the videos, the image is fantastic and with the dashcam having white balance, all of the colours are nice and vibrant. You have date and time on the videos too. There is anti shake on the camera, so it won’t record a ‘wobble’ as such.
You have motion detection and parking monitor, so if someone is near or hits your car, it will record. This I thought was brilliant, it worked quite well when we tried to fake a ‘bang’.
You have a gravity sensor, which if it works like my old one, if you were to have a big impact, these videos are truly saved differently, so they’re nice and safe and can’t accidentally be deleted vie the main function.
There is also loop recording, you can change this to 1 minute, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes when recording videos.
This was definitely better than I thought it would be. It works well, easy to use and it seems well made, other than the small screen, I quite like it. I would recommend it. Good for the price.
I was expecting this to be ok but nothing special for the price, how wrong was I it records footage at least as good as my year-old big named 1080p dashcam and pretty much has all the same features too like the g sensor for impact recording saving and 24-hour monitoring for parking impacts, I like the size too it’s nice and small so easy to mount discreetly just bellow my interior mirror which makes this hard to spot for potential thieves too, it even comes with a 32gb card, all in all, for the price an amazing little dashcam.
My first impressions are a compact dash cam the won’t detract from the drivers view of the road. Very easy to set up, the micro SD card is supplied inserted into the camera, the date was slightly wrong so I had to set the time date stamp. The various modes and settings are changed by pressing the buttons on the side of the camera and using the menu, this is very simple to do.
Then it was a just the case of inserting the suction mount which just slides in and clicks and plug in the lead to a power socket in the car. The power lead is long enough to wrap around the dashboard in my car as I didn’t want to remove the dashboard to hide it.
Five minutes and the camera was ready to work.

it was easy to set up, you need to remember to set date/time and the SD card comes pre installed, i am not known for being the best with technology but i found it very easy to use, the suction cup is easy to use and strong so no fears of it dropping off the windscreen and the little stick on clips keep the wire out of the way, the size is good, doesn’t block vision or annoy you while driving i mounted it at the top side of windscreen and the wide angle lens covered all of the road in front and to the sides, the picture is clear i have not used at night/in the dark yet so can’t comment on the night vision but other reviews say it is good
I liked the user interface, it’s simple and easy to use. Very quick set up. It’s ready to use in a minute, just set the time. Well, for the money very good image i can say. Comes with a sd card which is a plus. Smaller than other cams so doesn’t block your view. Enough for insurance purposes.

Great little camera that is very easy to set up & use, the size of the camera makes it perfectly discreet & does not obstruct your view whilst you’re driving.
It automatically records once an impact has been detected even whilst you’re parked, you can also download your recorded footage should you ever have an incident that requires this for evidence or insurance purposes.

The video quality provided is in excellent resolution & covers a wide 170 degree angle which is suitable enough to cover each lane of the road.

Purchased this as it included the micro sd card and based on the couple of reviews saying it was good. Easy to set up and install. Cable long enough and tucks away in trim (Corsa) without impeding the side airbags.

Only had running for a few days so not reviewed any recordings yet, but now have peace of mind when driving. Although small, it tucks in well behind mirror so it isn’t a distraction.
Only downsides are that the buttons are on the side of the camera, so not so convenient when trying to set motion and parking settings. Would be good if it automatically started, but this is reflected in its price.
This Mini Dash Cam is full HD resolution which means it gives a very smooth and sharo image. It was very easy to install and came with a 32gb which is perfect for recording long journey videos.

It was easy to install this little dash cam in my car and conceal the included power cable behind the car interior. Three self-adhesive cable clips are also included to make cable routing neat.
Setting the angle of the dashcam once mounted is made easy with the adjustment wheel on the mount. You can easily get the correct angle by moving the camera up or down and left or right, you can then lock it in place with the little thumbwheel.
The menu system is very intuitive and changing the various settings can be done easily. I left most of the settings in the recommended defaults except for the exposure which I adjusted to – 2 from the “0” position, and the screen saver which is not on by default, which I changed to two minutes. The time and date will also have to be adjusted.
The HD 1920x1080p Video quality looks good, although there is some lens distortion at the edge of the frame, but perfectly acceptable for a dash cam. I would like to have seen a higher frame rate as the 30fps on this camera is not the smoothest compared with other dashcams I have seen, but it is certainly not jerky.
Low light and night recordings made on this dashcam are very good too, with detailed, sharp clear images and no noticeable noise.
I like this dashcam and have decided to purchase the hardwire kit to get the most out of this feature-packed little camera.
This Dash Cam is great, it comes well packaged and is very straight forward to install.
The included SD card came already installed in the camera so all I needed to do to get up and running was to attach the suction cup and plug the charger into the cars 12v charging port.
The included suction cup attaches very strongly to the window although this made it difficult to move as I installed it in the wrong place at first. I have only been using it for a short time but I don’t think it is going to fall off after a while of use as it still feels just as sturdy as when I first installed it and doesn’t seem to have any movement at all.
The screen on the camera, although a bit small, is good enough to be able to easily see the picture of what is recording making it easy to see what the camera sees making it easy to point at the correct angle when setting it up. The screen isn’t the greatest quality and as I said it is a bit small but any bigger it would have taken up too much room on the windscreen.
The size is perfect making it barely noticeable when driving and doesn’t block vision of the road at all.
The cable included is very long making it easy to run around the edge of the window to the power outlet, I have quite a large car and I had wire to spare which I ended up leaving in the glove compartment.

Clearly this unit is designed for left hand drive cars due to the way the wiring has to double back for RHD when fitted. However a neat unit. With some cars it won’t turn off with the ignition so the charging unit has to be pulled out to fully disable.

I use it as a security video camera, over-writes each day with SanDisk 128GB Ultra microSDXC card.
It is so compact that difficult to pick up without pressing one or other of the buttons but good when in place.
Note
The power cable provided with this dash cam is under 2 meters, so if you want to hide you cables around you front screen, you need to purchase a sperate 3 meter power cable. But these longer power cables are not that expensive to buy.
Liked the size as does not obscure much of the screen and hides behind rear view mirror. Connector in the top could do with being at 90 deg to allow more flexibility as hits the screen when camera angled upwards. Not had to use for evidence yet but happy so far.

The camera itself is decent. I haven’t tried to put video clips on computer yet tho. However the holder for the camera didnt last too long before it kept falling off. The location to put the cable in is a little awkward.

This is a pretty good camera.
It is really compact in size ,but works well.
The camera is 1080p Full HD ,which is good.
The camera also has battery inside so it is able to record even when the engine of the car is OFF and the power supply as well.
This makes it good to be used with the motion detection sensor and the parking guard.
The motion sensor is reacting really quick and starts recording.
The camera is able to see well when there is not much light ,but still not completely night vision.
The G-sensor also works well.
I have left the setting on Low as per default and as I accidentally dropped the camera on the dinning table while I was putting the SD card back in – the camera turn itself on and started recording locked video.
Locked video means that the camera is not going to delete it when the camera is used in loop recording and the video will stay on the card until you personally delete it.
The camera comes with 32GB SD card so there is no need to buy a card separately.
The camera comes with really easy to install suction cup and long cable ending with 12V car plug.
The price of this camera is only 38.99 ,which is a great price for what you get.

The main difference between this and an expensive one is probably the image quality and size of the camera itself.
This is slightly bigger than more expensive models, however, it doesn’t obstruct my vision whilst driving. It simply looks a little bit bigger.
The quality of the video is actually fairly good. Everything can be clearly seen during day time. All number plates can be easily read. If recording at night, it is not as good. The image is fairly clear bur it wouldn’t surprise me if some number plates weren’t legible (if maybe dirty or if somebody sped by you, it’d be blurry).
Otherwise, this camera is as good as more expensive ones. It has a good capacity and records over itself after so many hours of driving so you can keep going without issue. It is simple to save clips and they can easily be moved to a PC if necessary.
Overall, a very affordable dash cam. It isn’t perfect but it will get the job done.
This appears to be easy to use, certainly very straight forward to put in and is of good quality at the right price.
I got this as a rear camera for my family car.
It arrives in the branded box shown, on removing your meet with a nice compact lightweight camera, a mount and cable and 32gb micro se card (bonus)
Set up was simple cable was more than long enough as it was going i the rear and we have a lighter port in the boot so was easy. So i have now been using it for a few weeks as a rear camera the mount has held really well even over the past few days in the heat its not fallen off once unlike my more expensive front dashcam.
Setting up is simple once charged the enclosed instructions are really easy to read (surprisingly) i have set my camera for 3 min recording and the beauty is once the sad car dis full it automatically records over oldest files.
To transfer to PC its simply remove SD card into a reader or plug in dashcam to pc direct transfer files simple drag and drop no additional software needed. The picture quality is amazing on par with my my more expensive branded dashcam.
Over all im very happy and at 38.99 (at time of review) its not a bad price happy to recommend as a main dashcam or extra for rea

Easy to set up and use the dash cam with the green deception of the buttons which are awkwardly on the side. As the camera can tuck neatly behind a mirror due to its size the buttons becomes quite difficult to access. This does depend on the the placement in the car. You should however ensure this does not impede the vision in the car.
Night vision and general recording look good. Would have like auto start on ignition start but still a good camera for use in my wife’s car.
This is my first dash cam and I’d describe myself as a bit of a technophobe.
Installation was pretty straight forward, the suction is solid and I didn’t have any issues concealing the wiring and the cable length was plenty long enough to fit around the car interior in to the charging point.
The camera comes complete with a 32GB MicroSD card so I could use immediately.
Navigating the menus was a bit of a faff and will take a bit of time to get used to all the different settings but I’m getting there.
I’ve left on the recommended settings which is loop recording fir 3 minutes, parking guard and motion detection off.
The image is clear and it gives me piece of mind whilst driving.
A fair price – would recommend!

This camera arrived well packaged and on time. It was easy to setup and get going. It is nice and small with good quality images. Perfect for the car. It has a wide angle and comes with a 32GB SD card. Night vision is also pretty good. Would recommend.
So far it seems good. Quality wise, it doesn’t feel cheap. I have no idea how long these are meant to last, but I reckon I got a few good years use out of it for sure.

This camera is great value, OK it is only the front camera but you get a free SD Card, not many cameras include that. It’s real easy to install, place passenger side near centre, then cable manage camera with 3 hooks and then power up in cigarette lighter slot. Once installed you can set up, I will say though, I’d turn off the Parking Monitor and Motion Detection or it they drain your battery…
Id set the Loop Recording to 5 Min slots, as if needed it’ll be less to trawl through if needed and Gravity Sensor Low. You can also turn off voice recording unless you want to hear your kids singing along to We Don’t Talk About Bruno! Ha.
Overall this camera set is decent, the price is pretty spot on and you can simply swap for your existing, as the Micro USB is pretty standard.
Recommended.
For under thirty quid this is a bargain.

This was a very nice product to test and perfect timing to give to my sister to use in her car as she’s just purchased a new one. This is just your standard dash cam which has a suction cup holding which will attach to any clean and smooth surface. You can connect it to power using both usb and cigarette charger port. Simply then add an SD card and it will record when driving and the rewrite over the sd card when it comes to its limit. Fairly decent picture for the price and easy to transfer / watch back videos when required. Had a lovely wide viewing angle of 170 degrees with built in sensor which detect unusual activity to start recording. These are easy to hardwire into your car electrics too, so it starts and shut off with your ignition. Overall it’s value for money and arrived well packaged with clear instructions for setup.
On the back, it even manages to pack in a 2″ inch LCD screen which is sharp and clear.
This dashcam also has nighttime shooting capabilities, it features a WDR inbuilt software to balance out the lighting to give you a clearer image at night.
There are other features like an inbuilt microphone/ speaker, loop recording which deletes old files giving you continuous recording and automatic start-up recording which I find useful. As it automatically starts recording once you turn the ignition on.
What is surprising is that this dash cam actually includes a 32Mb memory card which enables you to use it straight out of the box.
Definitely a good start.
The image quality was ok it’s not as crisp as I’d liked but it will do a decent job at recording your surroundings. The dash cam does cover a wide angle which is very good but it has a weird fish eye look to it which I’m not fond of.
It has some great inbuilt features from loop recording, motion sensor, the ability to record sounds or not which was very handy.
Overall, I think it’s handy dash cam, it simple, it works well and has everything I need so that it works straight out of the box.

Mini dash cam
I was sent this in return for my honest opinion on it.
This dashcam was actually better than I thought it would be for the cheapish price and small screen. The dashcam is a nice design, it feels and looks well made, durable and sturdy. I like the compact size, as it doesn’t distract you, nor take up much room either. This is roughly 5.5cm x 5.5cm x 2.5cm.
You have a 300cm long cable, with some adhesive cable attachments to keep it tidy, which charges the dashcam somewhat, so if your car is hit, or motion is detected, this will record for however long you set it to.
There are only 3 little buttons, so it’s fairly easy to navigate your way through the dashcam. You have a large, wide view, which is very clear, no distortions, you can see quite a distance forward and sideways, it’s better than I thought it would be anyway and when plugged into a pc, to check the videos, the image is fantastic and with the dashcam having white balance, all of the colours are nice and vibrant. You have date and time on the videos too. There is anti shake on the camera, so it won’t record a ‘wobble’ as such.
You have motion detection and parking monitor, so if someone is near or hits your car, it will record. This I thought was brilliant, it worked quite well when we tried to fake a ‘bang’.
You have a gravity sensor, which if it works like my old one, if you were to have a big impact, these videos are truly saved differently, so they’re nice and safe and can’t accidentally be deleted vie the main function.
There is also loop recording, you can change this to 1 minute, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes when recording videos.
This was definitely better than I thought it would be. It works well, easy to use and it seems well made, other than the small screen, I quite like it. I would recommend it. Good for the price.
I was expecting this to be ok but nothing special for the price, how wrong was I it records footage at least as good as my year-old big named 1080p dashcam and pretty much has all the same features too like the g sensor for impact recording saving and 24-hour monitoring for parking impacts, I like the size too it’s nice and small so easy to mount discreetly just bellow my interior mirror which makes this hard to spot for potential thieves too, it even comes with a 32gb card, all in all, for the price an amazing little dashcam.
My first impressions are a compact dash cam the won’t detract from the drivers view of the road. Very easy to set up, the micro SD card is supplied inserted into the camera, the date was slightly wrong so I had to set the time date stamp. The various modes and settings are changed by pressing the buttons on the side of the camera and using the menu, this is very simple to do.
Then it was a just the case of inserting the suction mount which just slides in and clicks and plug in the lead to a power socket in the car. The power lead is long enough to wrap around the dashboard in my car as I didn’t want to remove the dashboard to hide it.
Five minutes and the camera was ready to work.

it was easy to set up, you need to remember to set date/time and the SD card comes pre installed, i am not known for being the best with technology but i found it very easy to use, the suction cup is easy to use and strong so no fears of it dropping off the windscreen and the little stick on clips keep the wire out of the way, the size is good, doesn’t block vision or annoy you while driving i mounted it at the top side of windscreen and the wide angle lens covered all of the road in front and to the sides, the picture is clear i have not used at night/in the dark yet so can’t comment on the night vision but other reviews say it is good
Had an expensive dash cam that stopped working so bought this one as a replacement. I plugged it in and was surprised about the quality. The video is 1080p and very clear. Even at night which is actually clearer than my old one. Why would you pay a load of money when this one is perfect. Easy to record and save video by touching the menu button. Great little camera that is very easy to set up & use, the size of the camera makes it perfectly discreet & does not obstruct your view whilst you’re driving.
It automatically records once an impact has been detected even whilst you’re parked, you can also download your recorded footage should you ever have an incident that requires this for evidence or insurance purposes.
An SD card is included in the box so you can start using your new dash cam as soon as you’ve installed it.
The video quality provided is in excellent resolution & covers a wide 170 degree angle which is suitable enough to cover each lane of the road.

As our population continually grows exponentially it feels like our roads are less safe, I think that devices such as these will become a necessity in future for your own protection.
Instructions clear which makes a change.
Only had running for a few days so not reviewed any recordings yet, but now have peace of mind when driving. Although small, it tucks in well behind mirror so it isn’t a distraction.
Only downsides are that the buttons are on the side of the camera, so not so convenient when trying to set motion and parking settings. Would be good if it automatically started, but this is reflected in its price.
All in all, a good entry level dash cam.

This Mini Dash Cam is full HD resolution which means it gives a very smooth and sharo image. It was very easy to install and came with a 32gb which is perfect for recording long journey videos.
I think a dashcam is a wonderful way for securing yourself against any unfortunate incidents.
The mini camera is perfect for your windscreen as it wont block your view of the road.
It is very good value for money and for this price the quality if this camera is unbeatable.
Setting the angle of the dashcam once mounted is made easy with the adjustment wheel on the mount. You can easily get the correct angle by moving the camera up or down and left or right, you can then lock it in place with the little thumbwheel.
The menu system is very intuitive and changing the various settings can be done easily. I left most of the settings in the recommended defaults except for the exposure which I adjusted to – 2 from the “0” position, and the screen saver which is not on by default, which I changed to two minutes. The time and date will also have to be adjusted.
The HD 1920x1080p Video quality looks good, although there is some lens distortion at the edge of the frame, but perfectly acceptable for a dash cam. I would like to have seen a higher frame rate as the 30fps on this camera is not the smoothest compared with other dashcams I have seen, but it is certainly not jerky.
Low light and night recordings made on this dashcam are very good too, with detailed, sharp clear images and no noticeable noise.
I like this dashcam and have decided to purchase the hardwire kit to get the most out of this feature-packed little camera.
The included SD card came already installed in the camera so all I needed to do to get up and running was to attach the suction cup and plug the charger into the cars 12v charging port.
The included suction cup attaches very strongly to the window although this made it difficult to move as I installed it in the wrong place at first. I have only been using it for a short time but I don’t think it is going to fall off after a while of use as it still feels just as sturdy as when I first installed it and doesn’t seem to have any movement at all.
The screen on the camera, although a bit small, is good enough to be able to easily see the picture of what is recording making it easy to see what the camera sees making it easy to point at the correct angle when setting it up. The screen isn’t the greatest quality and as I said it is a bit small but any bigger it would have taken up too much room on the windscreen.
The size is perfect making it barely noticeable when driving and doesn’t block vision of the road at all.
The cable included is very long making it easy to run around the edge of the window to the power outlet, I have quite a large car and I had wire to spare which I ended up leaving in the glove compartment.
Overall, I would highly recommend this dash cam.
