    NO RECIPE/COOKING GUIDE BOOK
Received today, tried 3 recipes from on line, 2 disasters, 1 ok. For me there lies the bug bear, this product does not come with even a basic recipe/cooking book! I am WFPB and I am REALLY struggling to find a decent recipe guide (especially for UK Market) to go along with this Excellent kitchen gadget. I am going to persevere, try adapt tried and tested recipes to make them Instant Pot usable, but I really feel there is a HUGE gap in the market with this machine. If anyone who reads this review knows of a WFBP Instant pot recipe book For UK users, OR Feels they can provide one please do let me know!!

It’s so easy to cook great tasting meals in the instant pot. It’s definitely revolutionised my cooking onboard a boat with a small galley.

    Easy to use and efficie
Have been using this for a month now and got to say that this is really efficient and easy to use. The saut (esp at high) is quite tricky as you need to be there and watch it but otherwise it is more of a load it, close it and forget it kinda prouduct without having to worry about overcooking of not turning it off. I like the fact that the vegetables dont get really mushy and retains the shape even after cooking it and based on the current usage thus far, this is a wonderful and helpful appliance and a definite for all the cooking enthusiasts.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersQuality Pressure Cooke
I’d bought a PKP electric pressure cooker a few years ago that I was initially pleased with but the inner lid was made of aluminium and soon started to come off which concerned me. Trying to find a replacement was impossible too, so I decided it was time to look for something better. After a lot of research I chose this Instant Pot brand Duo Evo Plus 10-in-1 at 5.7 litres which seemed a good quality build and the same size as my old electric pressure cooker. Well on first impressions I have to say this Instant Pot one is a superb quality build compared to my old one. No inner aluminium lid, it’s all stainless steel including the inner pot. The inner pot has handles with silicone on the handles, so it doesn’t spin when you stir, a huge improvement, plus it’s easy to lift out. The lid has a vent slide button, no turning the venting part to closed or open, it even automatically closes when you open the lid for next time so you can’t forget to close it. Then there’s the display. It’s huge, tilted towards you to read easily in bright large LED letters and it’s easy to use, just turn the large silver knob to select your options and press the start button and it shows you pre temperature and then starts the time display when it’s reached temperature. It has a silver float that rises up when the pressure is reached on the lid, you can see the steam come out then it stops when the float rises. It doesn’t steam during cooking.

I’ve tried it on a whole chicken, I put a 3 1/2 lb chicken in, first browning it using the saut button with the lid off before taking it out then adding stock (stir the base to get the bits of base that were stuck there during the browning with butter) then put the trivet in then the chicken and I put it in to pressure cook on high for 30 minutes, with natural venting which took an extra 15 minutes for the pressure to go down (the silver float drops down then it’s safe to open the lid) the chicken was absolutely delicious and as moist as you like, falling off the bone. You can vent the pressure cooker quicker using the clever vent button which is away from the steam, so no hot steam near your fingers. It doesn’t spit hot steam either.

I have yet to try it on making desserts but there’s a spare red silicone lid sealing ring for cooking sweet things as the sealing rings do hang on to strong savoury flavours. It does seem a good appliance with lots of functions including a slow cooker plus automatic options for rice, yoghurt and even sous vide. I’m very happy with my new pressure cooker so far, it comes with basic instructions and a few recipes to get you started but there’s an app for lots more recipes to try. Oh and the whole lid and inner bowl are dishwasher safe, just take out the pressure weight and silicone seal out of the lid before washing and put the lid in the upper tray.

Great machine when working, wouldn’t buy agai
I do not feel my instant pot is safe, sometimes it will not seal and the steam just keeps coming out of the valve. The company sent me a new part for the top but it is still doing the same thing and my wife is now afraid to use it. Great item when working properly.

This product is hands down the most useful thing I have bought for the kitchen in years. The ability to saut meat and onions in the pan and then put it on the slow cook or even the pressure cook function is an incredible time saver and produces really flavoursome food-excellent. Curries, stews, soups, whole chickens- brilliant.

I would absolutely love to see more designs and styles to fit a counter top placement aesthetic rather than feeling like I need to bury this back in my drawer. Ideally would love to see an all black model.

Early days yet, but so far we have been quite impressed with our new kitchen device. So far, we’ve limited our experiments to the Saut and Pressure Cooker functions. However, both of these have been relatively successful, producing tasty stews in a fraction of the time one would normally need.

    Amazing
For quite a long time I toyed with the idea of buying a pressure cooker. Then my slow cooker broke down. After some research I found the instant pot. I could have a slow cooker/pressure cooker/grain cooker in one. Yes a lot of money for a kitchen gadget, but sooo worth it. I have used this nearly every day since I got it. At first I was a little daunted, but the controls are quite intuitive and aren’t nearly as complicated as they may look. I downloaded a few cookbooks. There are lots of special instant pot cookbooks available.
Since then I boiled the best rice. I cooked barley softer and faster than ever. I made pasta and sauce all in one, which is very convenient on a busy work day. I stewed pears, made apple sauce, and cooked beans and legumes in a fraction of the time it usually takes. I also steamed some veg.
    The flavours are great.
The inner pot with handles is great and easily kept clean. I intend do make some sweet baked stuff in it as well but I cannot say anything till I try it. This buy was a wonderful treat during lockdown, when one cannot spend much money, and I reckon I will always want one of these.
There are controls on it which I may never use, such as sous vide and yoghurt as I have a yoghurt maker, but this instant pot is still worth it. Buy it, use it, love it!

I have been using the pressure cooking function most of the time and am impressed. I normally prefer the ‘manual functions’ for any machinery that I use. Great for beef
I’m impressed with this. I wanted the larger model but it was out of stock until April. This is 5.6 litres but that is enough for 3kg of beef so this one will work. It has 10 functions that I’ll never use. The saut function is good for searing meat or softening onions before cooking, then using the pressure cooker is probably all I’ll ever use it for. It makes very tender beef that literally falls apart. 3kg took about an hour and a half to cook. I’m happy with the instant pot for this alone. You can then sterilise it by steaming water in it for cleaning. You need to be careful if you manually release the steam, but that is pretty obvious. It does take up a bit of counter space, but is easy to move for storage.

Easy to clean stainless steel pot but if you use it for thick stews you’ll find the ‘burn’ error come up every time and the base will need to be scrubbed with a scouring pad to get rid of the burnt mess on the bottom.
Very easy to set and use with lots of settings and a delay timer function.
Is it worth twice as much as my Lidl pressure cooker which never burned until the non stick came off after 7 years of regular use? No it’s not but it’s still a good pressure cooker. I have 3 electric pressure cookers.

    Easier to use than expected
I have used the instant pot for the first time after purchasing it months ago, little did I know that the instant pot has a Saute function, so no need to get the pan out before mixing those spices before placng all your main ingredients.

I made butternut squash and lentil curry (credit to rainbow plant life) and it was absolutely amazing, to the point where the food critics (family) were amazed and normally I would hear something is missing, glad I purchased it as the instant pot has taken away the hard work and time out of cooking complex dishes.

Another point to remember is that the instant pot shouldn’t be stored with it’s lid on, I realised this after doing some youtube searches on how to clean, some “things not to do with your instant pot” videos are the obvious, but if using a pressure cooker for the first time, I would reccommend you take a moment just to watch and.

    Definitely reccommend

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGreat, but not a big improvement on the original Duo
We bought a Duo a few years ago and since then it’s become one of our most used kitchen gadgets. When I saw the Duo Evo Plus it looked even better, so I decided to upgrade. Whilst it’s still a great device, I don’t think it really adds anything much to the Duo.

I’d hoped that the increased power would speed up the pre-heating process. Whilst there’s a lot I love about the Instant Pot it’s not exactly… well… instant. However, any time saving is marginal, certainly not enough to notice unless you’re standing there with a stopwatch.

The automatic sealing is a neat trick, but it just reverses the old problem. Instead of remembering to seal when you pressure cook, you now have to remember to take off the seal when cooking without pressure. What would be really useful is a lid that chose the right setting for the program you selected.

The progress indicator feels like a bit of a gimmick. The 48 pre-sets have some pretty obvious omissions (for example, somewhat bizarrely there are two broccoli pre-sets but no other veg). The steam diffuser doesn’t make as much difference as I hoped. The handles are useful, but I never had a problem getting the old pot out without them.

The only real benefit to me is that the pot is now induction compatible, which will save us the additional washing up we used to have from transferring to another pot to put on the hob. Not sure that’s worth the extra money alone though, and of course this only applies if you have an induction hob.

As I say, it’s still a great device, but if someone was looking to buy their first Instant Pot, I suggest most people will get the same benefit from the basic Duo model, and I certainly don’t think it will be worth the cost for most people to upgrade from the basic model.

Cooks tough cuts so meltingly tender in a fraction of the time
In the past I’ve tended to buy a kitchen gadget (juicer, food mixer, air fryer to name but 3) use it for a few weeks then put it away and forget about it. This purchase was my first pressure cooker and I was a bit scared to use it at first. Experimented first with butter beans which came out tender very quickly. Then Chinese pork belly, then yogurt, then neck of lamb. It cooks so well and so quickly. There is no mess and leaves the oven free to make other dishes. I absolutely love it.

Such a versatile and easy-to-use multifunction cooke
This has very quickly become one of my all-time favourite kitchen gadgets, alongside my Kenwood Chef, toastie maker, and — of course — the kettle. It’s easily the most versatile kitchen device I own (even allowing for the Chef’s system of attachments), and has easily established itself as one of the most frequently used. This is in use most days of the week. I’d been a little uncertain before buying it — and debated quite a lot between various models. I’m glad I opted for the 6l Duo Evo Plus, as the handles make the liner pot really easy to lift out, and though sizeable it doesn’t completely dominate my kitchen. I bought the 8L Duo Evo for my brother for Christmas (his family includes three kids, and they like to batch cook) and that was huge. For the 4 of us, including my retired parents, the 6L version is a good size.

The Instant Pot isn’t just easy to use: it’s easy to clean. Both the lid and the liner pot go in the dishwasher, so this is pretty much no more hassle than ordinary pots and pans. I haven’t used all of the functions yet, but am generally very pleased with those I have used: pressure cooking, slow cooking, rice cooking, stew making, sauting, steaming, and yogurt making. The pressure cooking function is very simple and makes short work of typically slow-cook items such as lamb neck, brisket, beef skirt, stewing steak, pork ribs (for grilling afterwards), pork belly, and pig’s trotters stock (for the jelly to go in home-made pork pie). Slow-cook stews and casseroles can be expedited via the pressure cooker or not, via the slow cooker. Making my own yogurt has been a bit more experimental with timing needing adjustment — early versions were a bit thin, but when strained through a cheesecloth yielded both a decent runny yogurt and a palatable yogurt drink. More recent attempts, run for longer, have yielded a decent, thick, Greek-style yogurt and a whey by-product that’s usable in bread-making.

I’ve bought an additional liner insert for it (yogurt making in particular is very time consuming, and sometimes I want to shift a batch out mid-process to use one of the other functions), and a set of third party tools including baking trays. So far, everything I’ve made in this tastes good, unlike my old slow cooker which made things taste rather burned. It’s not a small gadget, but it’s such a versatile all-in-one that it well justifies the space it occupies.

I use this at least twice a week. It’ll cook white rice in 3 mins (plus natural release). I used boiling water to help speed up the sealing time. Have make loads of yoghurt too, and used the slow Cook function. Pressure cooking makes ribs fall off the bone in 45 mins and pulled pork in a little over an hour.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersRemember to press the start button!
This has really got me back to cooking after the previous over-dependence on ready meals. It takes longer than chucking something into the microwave and can generate a bit more washing up, but there is a lot more satisfaction and far more tasty, interesting meals. And cheaper. It takes a little time to learn how to use, but is well worth the effort. My usual failure was to forget, after putting in the settings, to press the start button, which resulted in a few meals being a little late

There are lots of menus available online which can be adapted to your own requirements and, in due course, provide the basis of your own culinary inventions. I was surprised by the range of recipes than can be prepared: it really is 21st century technology compared to my early iron-age pressure cooker which has been consigned to the shed.

I would not be without it.

Now the best kitchen gadget I own.
Mum’s know best……. that’s what my mum said. Well she was correct when I told her I had bought an Instant Pot cooker.
This is so easy to use, and there are so many websites, youtubes and other site for recipes to try. Everything from Risotto, Coq au Vin to curry’s come out perfectly in the Instant Pot.
I have now started converting my own recipes into Instant Pot recipes, all with complete success.
Using the various preset functions make it so easy. I made soup the other day, just perfect homemade soup in a few minutes.
Enables you to get cheaper cuts of meat and cook them to perfection, succulent tasty meals.
I convert most recipes down to a two serving size. I was worried about the size of this as it states it’s good for family sized meals. But I have had no issues with reducing the recipes I have found.
I have even cooked a couple of really nice vegan dishes in the Instant Pot.
If you have Kindle Unlimited, there are so many cook books you can skim through and choose the ones you like.
One of the best things about the instant Pot is, it’s do easy to clean, alway a massive bonus!
If you are in any doubt if you should buy one, just go for it, I don’t think you will regret it!

Best Pressure Cooker I've Bought So Fa
This Evo Plus is an excellent pressure cooker with many settings and adjustability. Build quality feels quite good.
The biggest factor for me in its favour is the aluminium pot which is less susceptible to damage (nicks from bones, acidic foods etc.) and easy to clean without having to worry about damaging a flimsy non-stick (possibly toxic) coating.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLet's be honest, this is an 8-in-1 cooker, but that's still 3 more modes than I'll ever need!
I will update this with a more detailed review once I’ve used all of the features properly. So far I’ve only used this as a basic pressure cooker, and it appears to function as expected. I would repeat the warnings of other reviewers that you need to make sure there is at least 250 mls of water in it to cook anything properly, certainly in the low pressure setting. (Unless you like your rice on the crunchy side?!)

Something it has reminded me is that these things are not always the quickest way to cook everything! Yes it is very versatile, and has some great conveniences, like the slow cooker, and as mentioned will do stews and curries in a hurry, but just because something is possible doesn’t mean it is best.

The thing I’m most interested in trying out is the sous-vide function and slow cooking (with the handy delay start timer), but overall so far so good.

Finally I would just add, if you’re new to pressure cooking, beware that they can vent a lot of steam out of the top (if you’re in a hurry to get at your food after the cooking cycle is finished), so just bear that in mind if you plan to use it underneath an overhanging cupboard, especially one with veneers, because it will steam them off in fairly short order!

One of my best purchases ever.
The Instant Pot is a superbly made piece of kit which has thoroughbred thinking, design and manufacture. This quality means it isn’t light. The safety features are very reassuring indeed.

It will do all the things it says. I use the pressure cooker most which is excellent, no shrieks of steam, or rattling on the heat. just a simple easy read control panel and it does the job quietly. Extraordinary range of settings.and invites trying new methods, recipes and learning more about cooking.

You need to get a recipe book as it takes time to learn as the brochure is basic.

It opens the door to new ways of cooking.

It’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

I bought this to make soup, curry and Japanese rice for sushi! I recently bought the lid and the stainless steel pot accessories. If you’re looking to cook Japanese rice, I strongly recommend you to get the stainless steel pot. Both accessories can be washed in the dishwasher.

I’ve been cooking with this constantly since it arrived and love it. Especially now it’s getting colder as it’s great for making soups and stews but It’s also great for cooking meat. There’s still loads of functions I haven’t tried yet but I highly recommend buying one of these. Even the pan is such a good quality nothing sticks to it at all and is really easy to clean.

This is a must have item!
I don’t understand how I lived before without Instant Pot, without pressure cooker :D. Kitchen life is now much easier. 2 lb pork is tender and falling apart in 1 hour, instead of regular oven which takes 4-5 hours to make it how I want. A lot of pre-set programs which can be used also, but everything can be set manually. There are a lot recipes on internet. We are family of 5, so 6 qt might be a little bit small if you want to make something for 2 days, for example. First impression was- oh God, its so small, but after all its okay, because I don’t need to spend so much time in the kitchen and now I can make food every day and it doesn’t take so much time which it would be without the Instant Pot.
I ordered IP in Amazon packaging and it came in a thick cardboard box and it was original IP packaging. This was good because IP was kept safe and didn’t have any scratches nor did it have any dents in it. It was in perfect condition.

    So far so good
It offers a lot of options. So far I have used the soup, porridge and the saute function. Pleased to know that I can pan fry the food with the saute option. It was a bit confusing for me to work out the buttons but so far it has been very safe to use this cooker. It can take a relatively longer time to have the pressure naturally released from the cooker if you are cooking a lot of vegetables in soup.

Hi, I’ve purchased Evo Duo for my own birthday. I understand it a new model an feel excited to discover the function. Only one thing of my current concern is some cooking smell of the lid even after washing. I would like to find a way to keep the lid smell free.

    Brilliant cannot fault this.
Its my third pressure cooker and my second Instant Pot. I have a Tower one I now use for soup etc. I have the duo that mainly gets used for deserts, but this is by far and away the best of the lot. The handles on the pot make life so much easier to remove from the base even just after cooking. Its so easy to program. Pressure release is much less scary for her in doors as well. I think this and the Vortex with a microwave is all you need in the kitchen.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersDon’t get the hype.
It’s OK, but honesty, I think anyone who has even a passing interest in cooking will find it fairly limiting

I got on on treasure truck for 80, and it’s ok. For 130 I would have been disappointed.

The headline cook times for things are impressive (eg 4 mins for rice), but by the time you’ve added a 10 minute warm up, it’s not generally that much faster than the hob.

Most of the recipes in the app include jar sauces, or other pre-prepared items.

I will probably try pressure / water canning at some point, but that’s the only this it does that I couldn’t do before.

If I could only keep one of this and my cast iron pan, it would be the cast iron every day.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNot exactly 'instant' but still very useful
I bought this pot primarily in preparation for the inevitable second lockdown. It’s fantastic for pressure cooking dried beans – even without soaking you can get good results in less than an hour. It also works well as a spare hob with the saute function.

Although the pressurised cook times are faster than boiling, you still need to factor in the preheat (which can take several minutes depending on how much you have in the pot) and the depressurisation period. For some recipes this can last over 20 minutes if using the quick vent isn’t recommended. For foods that don’t expand or splutter, the quick vent works well and shortens the depressurisation time considerably.

The included stainless steel pot feels high quality and the handles are a great addition for safely removing and cleaning the pot.

The interface is very clear and easy to use. The screen is large – perfect for seeing the status of your food from down the hall, and also ideal for people with visual impairment.

Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but it isn’t quite the instant cooking solution it’s marketed as – you still need to pre plan appropriately.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersKitchen game changer!
I’m totally in love with my Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus! I haven’t had it long but have already used it to make stews, korma, thai curry, mashed potato, bone broth and more.

It’s such a time saver as it cooks food in a fraction of the time it would take if I were to use the hob or the oven.

The saut function is really handy for browning meat and onions before pressure cooking and also for reducing sauces.

The stainless steel pot is easy to clean and the heatproof handles make it super easy to move around (I don’t know how people ever managed with the handle free version on the older models!)

The new style steam vent seal and release system was a real selling point for me that has lived up to my expectations. As you twist the lid to close, it automatically switches the vent to ‘seal’ which is handy for someone that is as forgetful as me! This is currently the only Instant Pot model that has a dedicated quick release switch which is situated away from the steam vent. This means you can quickly vent the steam from the pressurised pot without having to put your hand anywhere near the steam. It makes it so much less scary to use than an old style pressure cooker!

Another plus is that it has a much smaller footprint than I was expecting so it doesn’t take up too much of the already limited space I have on my kitchen counter. Even so, the internal pot is still a really good size so batch cooking isn’t an issue.

It has way more settings on it than I’m ever likely to use but the menu is easy to navigate and it’s nice to have the options available.

I really am very impressed with this fantastic device and I’m pleased, after much researching, that I settled on this particular make and model.

What can I say? Add a bit of water, a whole chicken; then come back to a cooked chicken that’s falling off of the bone!

I contemplated buying this against Sage’s “fast slow pro” and the Ninja Foodi.

I rulled the Ninja out as I didn’t think messing with dual lids and greasy air frying to be an actual benefit.

Personally I think the sage looks 100x better and it’s auto steam release is attractive, but ultimately reviews of non-stick coatings peeling off and and a cheap plastic control front spoiled it.

Instapot’s stainless steel pot (which can be used on a stove) and extras for sale sold it for me.

Cleaning is easy but there is a teeny tiny silicone cap to the pressure seal that would easily fit down our sink! I’m surprised they give you 2 large lid seals (one for sweets /savory) and none of these small cap seals?

Look forward to using it more.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI LOVE my instant pot!
This item arrived quickly, well packaged and not knocks or dents.
Price was Ok, I shopped about and 129.99 seemed the average. I had amazon gift vouchers for a gift so spent them on this and I couldn’t of been more delighted.
I am new to instant pot, this was my first time using one, I had seem many great recipes using one and wanted to have a go. I was not disappointed, creme brulee was the first thing we made, then ribs the next day, it just went on and on and it is taking over the use of the hob, things cook so quickly in it and you can put potatoes, meat loaf and vegetables in there and cook it all at once, with a quick release in between to put the vegetables in at the end.
Hand thing about this version is the self sealing, and the yogurt function – used for yogurt and proofing bread in half the time. All parts go in the dishwasher too to my other halfs delight!

Great Item, don’t hesitate! Fast and reliable selle

I cannot for the life of me figure out how anyone used these before they put the handles on the insert.
This being my first pressure cooker and only having it three weeks I can’t really give an informed review but I can say it is safe, reliable, easy to use and easy to clean.
I’ve made cake, pudding, yogurt, porridge, stews, rice, grains, pot roasts and curries all with success. And when we were unable to obtain bbq charcoal a very acceptable pulled pork in 2 hours flat, that made me seriously reassess the expedience of supervising a stinky smoker for 10 hours on a Saturday.
I suggest purchasing a legitimate cookbook, there are some really dodgy video ‘cooks’ on YouTube who time after time open the lid to something that makes me feel nauseous and wonder if they are sponsored by the cornflour industry. I personally can recommend Pitre and Weinstein/Scarborough both who never ask for 1 ml more of water than is necessary and as such are conspicuously absent of post cooking thickeners, but I’m sure there are other good authors as well.

This is an upgrade to my Duo and I love it! Handles on the inner pot are great, not only for lifting the liner in and out, they also stop the liner swivelling in saut mode. The vent automatically goes to sealing, so no more accidental failing to reach pressure because the operator left it on venting! Love the new display and vastly increased functionality – especially the sous vide function, it works amazingly well, holding the temperature of the water bath accurately for the whole cooking time. The stainless steel liner is absolutely fine but I prefer ceramic so it will be great when that becomes available, liners from earlier models are not compatible.

My new Instant Pot looks that part and is full of promise. The safety instructions are easy to read and digest. Two problems: firstly, the instructions for use are minimal and there is no recipe booklet included. fir most models it would seem several items are included, such as a measuring cup and paddles, neither of these were included in my package.
The most important issue for me is the lack of recipes to get one started. I’ve searched online, but cannot find much from the UK, almost all YouTube videos and recipe books originate from the US and tastes and ingredients readily available differ between countries. Even an ‘authorised’ book has been adapted from the US version, with weights and measures converted to metric, but there are several errors made, apparently. With the price of this purchase, I would have thought a small recipe book could have been included for the first time user. Disappointing, hence 4 stars.

I recently upgraded from the Duo 60 to the (COstco only) SV model. When the Evo Plus was announced I decided there were enough improvements to be worth upgrading again, even though I’d only had the SV for a couple of months.

Before I got the Evo Plus I was perfectly happy with my old Instant Pot. It was worth the upgrade.

I can’t believe that I could find the Evo Plus so much better, but I do. I really do.

I love it. I love everything. I love the easier to read display. I like the fact that the id is easier to get on and is marked to show you where it goes . I like that it automatically locks. I Love the dial to choose my options and to set the timer (it’s really quick to do). I love that I can see EXACTLY where it is in the process. I love the easier way of venting the ressure, and I love the new diffuser.

Best of all, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new inner pot. We always use our inner pot on the hob, eg when making pasta, but this one HAS HANDLES!! The handles mean that when you are sauteeing in the pot, it doesn’t rotate.

If you’re humming and hawing about it, just DO IT!!

Golden Review Award: 41 From Our UsersI should have it years ago.
No word can explain how much I love this gadget. It is easy to use and maintain. Firstly, I tried to cook cottage pie and even my picky husband said it was pretty good. Then I cooked eggs with the pre- setting and they came out perfectly. I also cooked Chinese type of soup which normally take two/three hours of boiling, now only take half an hour. So wonder why I didn’t have it years ago. The only thing is the cable was not long due to safety reason. And my nearest socket is quite far from the fan extractor. Anyway, I still give it a 5 star.
