Incredible sound
I own several branded earbuds, this simply the best, you have to listen to believe, noise cancelling superb, incredible bass and detail, just hifi speakers in your ears.
Enjoying still
Perfect tool for online meetings and listening to music while driving and while exercising
Great earbuds but be careful as they fall out quite easily
Great earbuds, good sound, however they fall out easily and the battery life is not so good.
Looks good, good quality, worth the price
Noise cancelling is best if you use the bigger ear pieces but I found it became uncomfortable after a while, I now use the smallest ear pieces and it’s much more comfortable, however the noise cancelling has taken a minor hit. Still all good and defo worth the price
These headphones were a must for me, I had used Jabra headsets before, in a work environment and normally bought cheap ones from use at home, however when I spotted these ones on a sale I jumped at the chance did I regret it? No, I did not, best thing I have purchased in a while, the fit is so comfortable and at times you actually forget you have them on. Noise cancellation function is pretty special, you can get lost in time. The charge last a good 6-8 hours depending on how they are used. Would I recommend these for use, you bet, they are great, get them and you wont look back.
I have been looking for a long time for some solid earbuds I could use while riding my motorbike, and these work perfectly.
They fit under my helmet without any problem, noise cancellation is very good, and they still sound really good.
They are not the best sounding earbuds, but you’ll struggle to find anything better for riding.
I bought these after accidentally throwing my Elite Active 75t in the washing machine for a 2.5h wash, case and all, which left the earphones functional but the case completely dead. I didn’t want to pay the “I destroyed this product and now I have to buy it again” tax so spent more and bought the new and improved model (don’t ask).
+ Excellent sound quality and a nice equalizer feature in the app;
+ multi-pairing and being able to connect two devices at once (might need a firmware update) makes it fairly fuss-free, it all just works;
+ waterproof, good fit, should be great for workouts;
+ an upgrade from the 75t, both earphones pair with the host, which means if you’re having a call with only one earphone, it can be either the left or the right (with previous model, it had to be the right one);
+ bone conduction microphone; while I don’t think it’s going to magically make you sound like you’re talking from your zen garden while you walk down a busy road, it should be at least decent;
+ battery life should be decent*
~ a side effect of both earphones pairing with the host on their own is that there’s often a half-second delay between one of the earphones starting playback and the other one joining in (no audio sync issues, just this annoying “one earphone comes online before the other one” experience); not a dealbreaker, but marginally annoying;
– the case is incredibly slippery and difficult to open; coming from the 75t, this one is larger, sits on its widest end, and generally feels like a massive downgrade in usability; where I’d open the 75t case one-handed without looking at it, this one required attention and I definitely dropped it at least once while opening it;
– ANC is essentially useless and has an audible background hiss; the headphones isolate sound well, so you probably won’t hate them, but if you’re looking for ANC specifically, this isn’t the product you want;
– no aptX support so no low-latency on Android
*I ended up returning them after the charging case got stuck with the LED on a few times and losing power really quickly. Initially I thought it just lost charge for unknown reasons, but then actually saw it with the LED stuck on, so something was definitely going on. So I returned them, got the Elite Active 75t again (saving 50 quid in the process) and it felt like meeting an old friend after a long time, couldn’t be happier.
By way of conclusion, these are decent earphones overall (assuming you don’t run into the case battery drain issue – I’ve seen some reports on social media about similar experiences), with certain caveats that you want to be aware of. Having said that, depending on how much you need to use your left earphone independently and whether you care about bone conduction microphones, I’d be tempted to say just get the Elite Active 75t, have a cosier experience, and save yourself some money.
I decided to get these jabra elite 7 Pro buds after watching YouTube reviews about the voice clarity and I haven’t had any complaints from anybody I’ve spoken to on the phone and the fact it had physical buttons compared to my Samsung buds was a big positive too when being accurate with button pressed and volume control The ability to toggle ANC hearthrough mode(ambient mode on Samsung buds) with the left bud was convenient too and auto play and pause when you remove and put in the buds was a good feature as Samsung buds you jave to manually play again.
What I wasn’t happy about is that with the jabra elite 7 Pro buds you can only play and pause music with the right bud so even though they can play with just one bud you jave to use the right to control the play pause function and that’s not convenient at all. The app is only really useful for the equalizer and making little tweets like how you answer calls etc I was supposed it didn’t have a feature like other buds Samsung apple that from the app if you have misplaced a bud in the house you can remotely make it play a sound so you can locate where it is.
For the price it is there is alot more cheaper alternatives that have the same type of sound quality, I couldn’t tell a difference between the jabra elite 7 pros compared to my previous Samsung buds and Samsung buds plus and you can get them for a lot cheaper than these. At a cheaper price and with the feature added to locate bids with a sound then these would be my number one choice but I’m still using my Samsung buds as well which shows they are not overall better than older models of earbuds.
Initially had trouble with the fit but then tried the smallest buds which worked perfect. The bass is wicked providing it’s a good source & sound quality is generally good, bass might be a bit too heavy for some but with the app there’s plenty of adjustment, the ‘hear through’ is excellent & adjustable as is the ANC which easily cuts out about 90% of background noise – my only issue is the Bluetooth, as with most devices source needs to be close or not near any metal objects for perfect reception (right earbud picks up signal & used to keep phone in left trouser sidepocket which kept cutting out) now use top right jacket pocket when out & about works perfect! Battery life is also very good.
Very good buds and the options available via the app are excellent. Charging case gives good battery life and can connect to two devices simultaneously.
These have an excellent quality sound with good noise cancelling ANC. Previously I was using Samsung Buds Pro, and before those I had the Jabra Elite 65T. These new 85T buds fit better than the Samsung, are easier to operate and have better noise cancelling. I like the way that I can quickly flip between full noise cancelling, to hear-through – so I can hear people talking to me or be more aware of traffic when I’m crossing the road – or OFF (neither ANC nor hear through – saves power). I prefer having physical buttons to press – on the Samsung buds I’d touch the buds to press them in tighter and being touch sensitive I’d end up unwittingly skipping tracks. I don’t do energetic workouts so I can’t offer a rating for that; I do a fair bit of walking and some floor exercises and certainly the buds never budge or threaten to fall out, and they are water/sweat resistant. The buds connect to and remember 2 devices but often I need to pair with a 3rd device and it is really easy to get them to do this compared with the Samsung ones.
My primary reason for switching away from the Samsung ones was because some people, me included, have a kind of allergy to the actual materials used in the Samsung ones (not the tips but the actual buds) and after prolonged use of the Samsung ones my inner ears started to feel like they were burning and the inside skin began to peel and become very irritated.
I have no such problem nor any other problems with the Jabra Elite 85T buds.
Comfortable and stay put. I struggle with some earbuds falling out of one of my ears.
I run on hard dirt roads and the impact doesn’t loosen them. Although one feels slightly looser than the other, these Jabra Elite Active 75t buds stay in the ear and produce a decent quality sound.
I love the hear through feature, allowing me to hear everything from bird song to approaching vehicles without compromising the music I’m listening to.
It’s early days yet so I can’t comment on battery lifespan, but so far, I love them!

The Jabra Elite 7 Pro headphone are a game changer and the best headphones I’ve owned. I bought them as my old headphones were failing every now and then.
Upon receiving them I was really surprised at the quality of the charging/carry box. Unlike other brands with is made of a nice brushed metal. Solid in your hand and reassuring that if it’s in your backpack, handbag or in the car that any knocks are going to keep your headphones safe. They were easy to set up via Bluetooth which uses the latest Bluetooth 5.2.
As normal headphones they are amazing in terms of sounds quality whether using them as mono or stereo headphones the clarity of the songs from Spotify, iTunes or even YouTube are next level. This is only improved when you download the Sound+ app. (More on that later)
Music and calls are a major part of why I bought these headphones. When I’m commuting I spend a lot of time on the train visiting clients or going into the office and the great thing about these headphones is the noise cancelling features. Once you’ve got the right earbuds on the headphones (the lack come with 3 – S,M & L) the amount of sound it blocks out is really quite shocking, I might have missed a stop or two in London by listening to music for too long. However what makes these headphones different is being able to choose a level of sound cancelling based on your surroundings, the adjustable ANC and jabras Hearthrough tech make allowing a small amount of noise through really useful but somehow doesn’t affect music quality. If you’re a music lover and also commuter these are without a doubt the best on the market!
Calls whether using my laptop or phone are beyond crystal clear at times on a conference call I’ve thought I was genuinely in the same room as people on the call. Ots something to get used to.
The Sound+ Makes all these elements even better by allowing you to customise your setup to suit you and the ambient sounds such as pink noise, rain fall and waterfalls are great for promoting mindfulness in a busy environment I frequently use them whilst on lunch and reading a book. Overall they are truly amazing headphones.
These are very well presented and great quality ear buds they have a good sound quality and feel very well made they have great battery life and are very comfortable to wear too there definitely up there with the apple AirPods and the Samsung buds highly recommended overall
I was hesitant at first because the reviews here and online were confusing. Many said there were issues with noise cancellation and the music cutting on and off. There were also many who enjoyed the buds. I took a chance and it paid off. I have had no issues thus far. Sound is superb, since I’m a ‘bass head’, ANC is better than my over the head head phones. My only issue is the buds are not as secure for my intense aerobics workout. But for general running or stationary workouts they stayed in place.
I had these headphones for a week now and have used quite a lot of the functionality over the last week.
For calls and for music the sound quality is very very good I have a pair of over-the-ear Jabra elite 85h headphones and I think although not as good is pretty close, certainly much better than any other pair of earbuds that I have previously owned.
I have used these daily on my commute to listen to music and to watch some Netflix and the sound is great the noise cancelling is very effective and the volume of the ear buds can get pretty loud but the noise cancelling is effective enough to hear even quite dialogue when watching movies.
Quite a few of the reviews mention the large form of these earbuds and yes they are quite big and I understand what’s being said regarding feeling like they may fall out however having had them for a week I have never had them fall out and when you try to remove them you do realise they are securely in your ear I guess this is possibly to do with them being larger maybe slightly heavier than previous earbuds I’ve owned and they just feel a bit different however I they are comfortable even for long term use and once you get used to the fit it’s no issue.
I do enjoy listening to music and that’s why I have my over-the-ear Jabra headphones however I’ve not used them this week as the sound quality for the earbuds is right up there and I guess that testimony to how good they really are. I did manage to buy these on an Amazon Warehouse like new deal and for that kind of money they are an absolute bargain. Now that I actually own them I think that if I were to lose them and subsequently have to replace them I would be quite happy to pay the full price, so that maybe tells you how good they are
I saw this last year when it was around 189. It was too steep for me. I put it in my wish list and forgot. Come Christmas since Jabra released 85T. These came down from slowdown 149.99 to 89.99. I didn’t waste a moment and got it as my Christmas present. The packaging is beautiful. The moment you touch them you feel your money being well spent. I’ve used Bluetooth headphones for around 3 years now and in between range of 39.99 to 99.99. My last purchase was RHA. Coming back on these bad boys. They connect very quickly through Bluetooth initial setup. Jabra has a dedicated music app with various settings to play around.
I am not a music expert or have those Dr Dre music ears, so I cannot comment on technical details but I’ll give you a comparison against my Bose. Sennheiser, RHA, Soundpeats and Sony. It smokes them all out of the water. The sound quality is phenomenal and the base is not over bearing but you can feel that amazing beat pushing through your eardrums. The fit is very sturdy and I’ve never dropped them despite working night shifts moving constantly. You can occasionally get sore ears after constant use of these earbuds. You take them out of the box and they connect instantly. These are in fact the fastest connecting earbuds I’ve ever used.
I read comments on connection drop, touchwood I’ve never had this problem so far.
The only downside is the 5:15hr continuous play battery life with ANC on which is a let down as my cheaper soundpeats goes for 7hr. I wouldn’t mind it as they charge quickly with a fast charger. If you cannot decide and money is no issue buy these you won’t regret. They are solid earphones and the sound is right there with the best.
Wowzers!!!!

Hear through is a great touch if you are walking through a town and need to pay attention to traffic and stuff. Noise cancelling works very well. Nice and comfortable too.
I lost my wireless earbuds and after some time of searching decided to order another set. My previous ones were Melomania 1, very nice sound. On the day these arrived I found my earbuds, but I was tempted to try these anyway. I did like the idea of noise cancelling, since I often go for walks near busy roads and wanted to be able to listen to music while walking.
But these are truly superior headphones. I was extremely happy with my other earbuds, but these are amazingly comfortable and sound so good it felt like a step into another world. I have no vocabulary for describing the quality of sound, except to say that everything sounded so alive, so rich, so deep.
And the noise cancellation is absolutely out of this world. Actually the headphones combine both passive and active noise cancellation. I went for a walk thinking that active noise cancellation was working, and was entirely satisfied. But it was not! Once switched on everything except the music vanished.
The talk through feature is also great. Microphones pick up outside sounds and send them to you via the speakers. Conversations amazingly become clearer. Honestly it all feels like magic to me.
I have an iphone. Connection was pretty well instantaneous. The Jabra app is very nice too, and I am particularly pleased that it keeps a record of where your headphones are! That will probably save me a lot of time and money.
I realise they are pretty pricey. Actually I would not have paid full price and bought these via a “warehouse” deal. But now that I have tried them I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed even at full price. Really, how could they be any better?
Overall it is a good phone but with room for improvement. I’ve bought that for my wife to use in meetings and listening to music. The sound is great according to her, volume control also but unfortunately we can’t say the same thing when the topic is Comfort. The earphone has dropped several times from her ear during her meetings despite the fact that she tried all the different sizes. She wasn’t moving at all and even so the earphone seemed losing, which is not a good sign especially if you buy it exclusively to use during joggings. The noise cancellation was another downside as it didn’t work at all.
I’ve tried so many bluetooth in ear buds. These A) stay nicely in the ear, B) sound great, C) have great battery life.
Great perk being able to customize the sound by carrying out frequency checks on your own ears. Also then being able to EQ the sound in the app – not that this was necessary for me, as I found the sound spot on after the frequency test.
Only one downside, that playback stops if only one earbud is in. I quite like to have a headphone in at night while I fall asleep, which I can’t do if lying on my side with these buds.
I have had the AirPods Pro prior to this but because I go to the gym very regularly they have only lasted 2 years due to sweat. I decided to buy the elite active 75ts purely because they are 100% waterproof. However, after using them in the gym, at home and outside I can confirm they are much better than my AirPods were! The sound quality is crisp and lots of bass. Can’t hear anything but my music in the gym, no noise of cars or people talking when outside. The customisations in the app are also very useful.
10/10

Great great great has 3 sets ear buds to sort everyone’s size almost not for children though .
Really pleased with this purchase. Took a little time to get the sizing right to sit comfortably in my ears but now they are secure and comfortable with no issues. Battery life seems good so all in all very happy.
Firstly, these have a premium feel that justifies the price tag, I got them at 90 for which (at this price point) have no competitors. The fit and feel are good and suitably adjustable. Had some issues getting the volume loud enough. (was due to my Huawei phone, and required a developer mode alteration to settings). But since then have worked flawlessly. Lots of configuration options through the app. Including one killer feature. When I initially got them set up, I was impressed by the sound quality sure. But after running the frequency hearing test the sound literally came alive once they were tuned to my hearing. If I lost them I’d buy them again without hesitation.
One more thing: The noise cancellation can also be tuned to environment, such as turning a busy rail station into total silence, even without music playing. Incredible buds
Great earbuds for what little time I got to use them. Clear and good sound, easy to set up, good connection.
All in all a very nice set of earbuds, unfortunately not dog-proofed, so my chew happy basterd of a dog found the smell of them (or my potential ear wax) irresistible and decided to have a go at them. The left one did not survive. I called customer service and they informed me they could send out a new pair, as they could not send only one, I’m a bit unsure as to why.#
I’m still debating if it would be worth it given the stupidity of the dog I have.

Best ye
Tried all sorts of ear buds and headphones before finding these. They are small and discrete and, when you add the comply tips as an extra, these are truly amazing headphones – the sound quality is as good as my Bose QC35’s. Comfortable, great app for the iPhone to help tune them, good battery life and very discrete. With the comply tips they simply don’t call out either. So good that I bought another pair for a friend at Xmas and they love them too. Top marks Jabra, can’t say enough positive about them and haven’t yet found something I don’t like. Noise cancellation is great and the pass through function works well too when selected
It took a while to receive them due to stock issues, but it was worth the wait. I have used them for fitness, pleasure and work, and these earbuds cater fantastic for all three activities. The case is a great design and is lightweight and sleek, so they are no bother at all in keeping the case in your trousers or other pockets on you at the time.
The design on the actual earbuds is great too. They fit great in the ear, and are not uncomfortable if you are using for long periods, like other earbuds I have used in the past.
The button press instead of touch sensitive is also a great feature, as you avoid accidentally pausing your music is you are adjusting them in your ear for example. The button press feature is definitely one of my favourite features of this product.
Then finally the quality of the product. The sound is excellent, and with the Noise cancellation and ambient sound capability, the earbuds allow me to use in in noisy and quiet environments seamlessly.
I am very happy with the purchase, and would highly recommend these to anyone who wants all the key features for earbuds without have to pay too much compared to other comparable brands
The packaging is intentionally minimal. There are also very few instructions; though there are more on the website. Download the app and/or connect via Bluetooth. They only take 2.5 hours to charge and offers up to 9 hours of listening, more than enough for me; though you charge the case that allows for further easy charging. The case is qi charging enabled. They fit comfortably in the ear, there are optional sized inserts. The sound quality is excellent, I used with my laptop and with my iphone; which it is designed to be used with. It has Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) which helps removed background noise. It has also great options for answering calls. A little expensive as almost 200; but excellent quality.
Noise cancellation is good but could be better although the sound quality and controls are a major upgrade from the 65t.
I was in the market for new earbuds due to my last pair being misplaced. The first impression of these buds was wow. The charging box is small and looks great, the earbuds themselves feel light but sturdy and their aesthetic is perfect. I popped them in and immediately downloaded the mobile application. ENSURE you do this. There are a few options that allow you to really define the buds to you. Noise cancellation range and also a “hearing test” which adapts the music to your ranges! (clever!).
My first use of these was on a works Zoom meeting and they performed magnificently, I could have closed my eyes and felt I was in the room. While speaking there were no issues with hearing me either. Great start.
I then went for a walk down a busy ish street and put on an Audio book, although the pass through allowed me to hear the traffic it was subdued enough that I could immerse myself into the story, THe narrator’s voice seemed to be coming from my own head. Very happy with that!
Now for music – I tried a range of different genres and used the app to adjust the sound levels, you can either use the defaults or move the sliders yourself. I found the music to be full and unlike listening to it straight from the phone or TV you can hear the fine details and all the under layers.
Lots of options to adjust and test the earbuds and totally worth it for a great experience.
Very impressed overall with these earbuds although slightly marked down the noise cancellation due to being spolied by a BOSE Quietcomfort headset over the years but for earbuds, they are really realy good at it.
The battery is phenomenal – Ive used my loads and not had to charge them yet! Mostly thanks to the charging case.
One last point is the buds can get very cold, not a complaint just an observation. Mine, when I received them, had obviously been in the delivery van for a while and me sticking them straight in my ears had a chilly shock!
My father wanted to change his headphones to the smaller compact wireless ear bud type.
He is currently using the Bose QC35 mk1 version and found it quite a chore to lug around to his dialysis sessions.
I searched for a replacement for him and as he favoured lower bass response sound, the Jabra 75T fitted the bill perfectly.
I originally purchased the Samsung Buds+ for him, which he felt the bass response abit lack lustre.
The 75T’s from Jabra was purchased and he gave them a go.
The bass response difference was night and day.
It was more bass heavy whilst keeping a good amount of clarity within the highs and mids.
Pairing was easy and the fitment in the ear was good, I did personally prefer the Samsung buds+ as they feature a small wing tip edge.
The Jabra 75T doesn’t have that, and just an ear bud which you push in and twist.
This also means that the Jabra 75T is no good for running and might fall out when on the move.
Worth getting the wireless charging case, its abit more expensive but worth it for convenience.
My father is super happy with them and hasn’t looked back.
He uses them all the time.

Using them for while , great for gym and running ! Don’t feel any pain in ears even after 2 hours using
Excellent earbuds. I bought these primarily because they are able to connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously (particularly helpful if one uses two phones, or a phone and a laptop, and doesn’t want to be constantly changing headset). I was not disappointed. The sound quality is excellent (clear and well-balanced), and they fit very well (snug but not at all uncomfortable, even if wearing for a long time). They also stay put – have used while cycling etc without any issue at all. Battery life is good. And the iOS app works well and has a number of additional controls. Overall very impressed and would strongly recommend.
The Jabra earbuds first of all sit well in the ears when working out. I have a particular problem with earbuds, more than anyone else it seems, so I looked up the best ones that might stay in and I was not disappointed.
They will still need poking in occasionally on a run but at least 70% less than other earbuds I’ve used. They stay in well when I’m hitting the boxing bag which is what I really waned them for.
The sound is amazing and the equaliser on the app makes for excellent sound customisation and even gives you a hearing test to suit your needs.
the battery life is excellent and I would definitely recommend.

As a keen music lover, podcast listener, and entertainment professional, I was keen to get using these Jabra earbuds whilst out and about in my urban world. They have not disappointed, and although the sound reproduction isn’t the very best, it is fantastic for this price. Alongside a host of fantastic features, they have proven to be a solid purchase!
Out of the box, the case and build of the earbuds are immediately impressive. Both solid and attractive, they feel robust and sit flat into the ear. Compared to some other earbud cases I’ve seen, this is a nice compact size that doesn’t take up much space in a pocket or bag. My only niggle here is that the case could be easier to open, but this isn’t a big deal. The earbuds themselves fit comfortably and are quickly forgotten.
Jabra have created a useful app that is very simple to use, providing some great options alongside simple touch controls in the buds. My favourite feature is the ability to toggle between ANC (active noise cancellation) and HearThrough (which makes hearing outside sound easier). It’s very simple to go back and forth between these options, and there is a significant difference between the two. HearThrough eliminates the need to remove the earbuds to talk to someone in a store, for example. Very clever! The noise cancellation is good, if not great, but I don’t think more could be expected from earphones that are not over-ear! I have noticed that there is not a great deal of difference in the various levels of ANC (adjustable via the app), but the equalizer function gives you complete control over the sound dynamic. I really love the ability to change and adapt bass/mid-range/treble ranges depending on what I’m listening to! The bass could perhaps be stronger, but this is a minor issue for me.
Thinking about the ANC specifically, there is definitely a limit to what can be achieved by earbuds, and on a noisy tube train there is still a great deal of outside sound that gets in, making it necessary at times to raise the volume to levels higher than I would want.
The handsfree controls are brilliant, and can be customised via the app. Answering calls, adjusting volume, stopping and starting tracks, etc, are all very easy to master. The only slight problem with the volume control is that I often get too much adjustment (ie, it jumps two levels immediately). This might just be a matter of getting used to them, which I’m sure I will!
Finally, battery life is really impressive and you can easily check the levels via the app for both the buds and the case itself. Considering the huge range of features, sound quality, and the user-friendly app, I’m delighted with my purchase! Highly recommended at this price point! So go on…treat yourself!
These look really sleek and stylish, fit really comfortably in the ear. Very easy to set up and the app is quite through with lots of options to adjust settings to suit your needs. Music quality and listening to audio is brilliant however unfortunately the call quality for some reason was lacking even after making several changes on the app which was disappointing. Could just be an issue for me but that’s unfortunately a let down in my eyes. Even tested these alongside other cheaper options and although music quality was second to none, unfortunately call quality just wasnt there.
These are one of the best wireless earbuds with the Active Noise Cancelation you can find on the market at the moment. They come in simple, but fully recyclable packaging. I like the fact, that they have stripped the box of all unnecessary extra packaging. The box contains a charging cable, charging case, and several different-sized silicone ear tips. I used the ear tips that were already on earbuds, as they fitted my ears perfectly.
The sound quality is outstanding, with very balanced and detailed sound, nice deep bass, and very good mid-range. What I also love about Jabra Elite 7 Pro earbuds, is that you can easily adjust and personalise your sound experience in the app. Call quality is also very good, and there is also an option to use Alexa, which is great.
I use Jabra earbuds mainly for running and cycling, but I have also started to use them for small “on go” audio-editing when I am on the train. The Active Noise Cancelation is just amazing and works very well. You can choose between three different sound modes, that can be selected in the Sound + app or by pressing the right earbud — Active Noise Cancellation, Hear Through, and Off mode. I have only been using ANC and HearThrough and found it absolutely brilliant. As I run a lot early in the morning, when visibility is limited, I have found the option to switch between ANC and HearThrough extremely useful when crossing the road in the dark. Overall, these earbuds met all my requirements, especially in regards to sound quality, battery life, and its customisability.
My earplugs kept losing volume despite software upgrades. Returned then under warranty and then “silence”. No way of speaking to someone at Jabra customer support and the chat feature doesn’t help. I have not had anyone respond to me in 2 months and assume that I am not lost in the system. Absolute con of a company
I’ve bought a lot of headphones in my time but these are by far my favourite. Great sound, the hear through mode is brilliant for busy areas. Just one click and it amplifies the sound around you. Decent battery life, can’t fault them!

These ear buds are great value for money and are up there with some of thr best of have tried.
I have owned samsung buds and live buds and own a pair of bose 700c and these come up there close to the bose.
They are light weight and feel very comfortable in the ear. I have worn these all day at work and never had any discomfort.
The rubber tip provides great noise cancellation on its own but combined with thr ANC feature means nearly all sounds are blocked out and you are submerged into your own little bubble.
The active pass through it another great feature meaning you can listen and be very aware of your surroundings perfect for running, cycling or the work place.
They sound great, could maybe do with some more base but this is personal choice. You have few preset eq settings but can fully cuetomise the eq for your tastes.
The battery life is superb, I have got 6 plus hours with anc or active pass through from these on a single charge and the case carries a few charges which is very convenient.
Only issue I have run into is with some connectivity breaks, this was fixed greatly with a firmware update but still happens every now and again so fingers crossed another update will sort this completely.
Overall great buds for their price and would highly recommend!
Very happy I got these. Much better than the cheaper non-brands I’ve purchased from Amazon. The sound is absolutely fantastic (I’m no audiophile though) and much better than anything I’ve used before, either wired or wireless. ANC works quite well. Its the first time I’ve come across this technology so I’ve got nothing to compare it to, but I can imagine this would be useful in a noisy cafe or getting rid of aircraft cabin noise.
The app that is recommended for use with the buds probably has a few too many options and is a little OTT. It allows configuration, equaliser control, a find your ear buds function, tests your audible range to “customise” the output to your hearing and also comes with white noise functionality. It’s pretty slick but considering I just want to listen to stuff and take calls, it’s a little much.
The fit is reasonable and comes with small, medium and large ear gels.. I’ve not tried it on a run, but fully expect it to be OK for that. Circuit training, jumping around, not so much.
Packaging was nice, but again, a bit over the top. The buds and charging case are probably about 5x3x1.5cm, and comes with a USB charging cable. The box it came in was the size of a thick novel. Totally unnecessary weight and excess materials.
Five stars minus one for the OTT app and packaging. Otherwise superb.
May update this review once I’ve used it for a while and seen what the battery life is like.

These earbuds have been brilliant, I got them as the ones I currently have are constantly falling out of my ears with the slightest movement, no good at all. These have 3 sizes of rubber to fit ears and I was lucky that the medium size ones that were on the buds when they came fit me lovely, no slipping at all and haven’t fallen out once so that is great.
The sound is crisp and clear and has enough bass for me, you can play with the equaliser settings on the brilliant companion app, there are presets or you can sort your own out.
The app is great, makes pairing them up and getting the setting right really easy, does a little hearing test to ensure the buds are set right for your ears and it really seems to have worked. They also have a hear through feature so you can listen to people around you while still on your music, this works really well and because you can hear yourself answering, you don’t shout like you do with headphone on normally, very useful.
They charge in the case and again the app is handy here as you can check the percentage of both the case and buds. They turn on as soon as you remove from the case and pairing is simple, just follow instructions in the app. The longest I have used them in one sitting so far was about 2 and a half hours, in this time they used 10% battery, that’s pretty good to be fair and the case had them back up to full charge in about 20 minutes, really good.
Basically, if you get these you won’t regret it, really good clear sound, a nice comfy secure fit and the best companion app I have used, highly recommended.
So after my jlab ear buds started to malfunction I knew I needed to buy another set but wanted ones of a better quality and I have to say these are so much better than my previous ones! The noise cancellation is fantastic, sound quality is absolutely brilliant, crisp and clear. The Bluetooth range and battery on these is also great. I like the that when I’m using my headphones not only does it tell me the battery level of the ear buds but it also tells me what remaining battery the charging case has also. They came well packaged and with a charging wire too to recharge the case. Only downfall is that if I wear the headphones for more than 3-4 hours my ears start to feel sore but that’s probably my fault for keeping them in for a long length of time. All in all a brilliant set of headphones and I’m glad I have them!
I had the Jabra 65t before I bought these. Those were faultless to me, I only upgraded to these as I lost my old ones.
The sound on these are excellent for in ear headphones, the active noise cancelling is second to none. Great bass but not overwhelming, there’s still a lot of clarity in the music and the equaliser on the app is a great feature.
However, I do have two gripes with it. Firstly, you can’t turn the sound down on the bud like you could do with the older model, which is a shame as that was a useful feature.
The biggest issue is that they don’t stay in my ear like the old ones did. Which makes them very bad for working out. They’re constantly slipping out, they just don’t stay in my ear properly.
Good sound quality with ability to change sound profile to suit your needs. Connects smoothly to multiple devices including in the gym without issue or dropout. Very comfortable with no slippage or need to adjust when doing workouts like running or weights.
I bought these for the noise cancellation and in a word they cancel noise brilliantly.
I use them on a bus commute and also walking through a city centre, they block out a lot of noise. On a bus, even sitting at the back over the engine, with people talking etc the noise reduction makes it go away to such a low level that you can have music on low and still not hear much external noise.
You will still hear some noise, I can still hear a low bass rumble of the bus engine for example when on buses but only slightly.
If you want to hear for yourself just how well they do that in comparison to other brands equivalents you can buy on Amazon like Bose or Sony etc there is a YouTube channel that has a video showing the noise cancelling ability of these in various situations, a YouTube search for “DHRME anc sound samples” will find you that video, probably much better than just reading descriptions.
Sound wise they sound great, you can change the way they sound with the Jabra app that let’s you set up a graphic equaliser to make them sound how you want them to, or choose from some presets.
How they fit is something lots of reviews comment on. I haven’t had them fall out even when I had my head upside down while doing a repair on something but I don’t think I would trust them not to fall out while running or cycling. Some have done that and say they are fine but while I have never had them fall out even when I tried to make them fall out, they do still feel like they could fall out easily.
That perhaps sounds like a contradiction, but I can say they do stay in while walking, being on a bumpy bus ride or vigorously dancing about.
They feel well made and definitely feel like a premium set of earbuds, the charging case is surprisingly small but easy to fit in a pocket even with a phone in the same pocket so are easy to carry around.
The controls on the earbuds can be customised to what you prefer them to do such as swapping between noise cancelling on or off, playing a different track, etc and the case will charge by USB c lead or by wireless qi charging so that’s also a plus.
I’ve used these for about three hours non stop in one go with noise cancelling on and they didn’t get close to being at low battery level so battery life is good and they have a nice physical button on each bud not a touch sensitive sensor so you don’t accidentally set them doing something while putting them in your ears.
They also automatically pause music or videos when a bud is removed from an ear, although you can turn this feature off using the Jabra app.
Speaking of the app, its very useful so if you get these earbuds consider using the app too. Its free and allows a lot of customisation to the earbuds as well as allowing firmware updates, product registration (you get a two year warranty against water and dust if you register for it using the app) and of course the graphic equaliser.
It also tells you the level of charge in the case and in each earbud, so is a good thing to use. And if you want the noise cancelling but don’t want to watch a video or listen to music the app has soundscapes like a thunderstorm or white noise and a few others to listen to instead.
Sometimes the app doesn’t find the earbuds as soon as you put them in (the earbuds still work fine without it and your programmed button options and equaliser and noise cancelling still work) but if you want the app to find them quicker (for the soundscapes or to check battery levels for example) just turn your phones Bluetooth on and then open the app before putting the earbuds in.
Overall a very good set of earbuds that are great for commuting or being in noisy environments.
Edit: I bought the Comply brand tips for these and they make them fit much better. If you have a problem with them feeling loose these tips should help.
I only received these yesterday, so I felt I had to comment, my one major issue is how much sound can be heard by others, when I am on the train all I hear is the hissing sound from someone elses earbuds, I can play “Name That Tune”
I originally purchased the new Sony earbuds, but sent them back as the sound leaked out at quite a low volume, could have had the wrong size buds in, but at 249 I wasn’t taking the chance.
I took the chance and ordered the Jabra 85T, and I have to mention that they were very comfortable out of the box, they felt very snug, but more importantly, at high volume (so loud I had to turn it down) my wife didn’t hear a thing, this isn’t part of any review that I have seen so thought I would let people know.
So far would recomend over the Sony and can connect to 2 devices
Works great on my phone! However I bought them for my laptop, and for that it’s really not great: not recognised by Skype and cuts off randomly from Teams. Contacted customer support and was informed it’s because it’s not fully compatible and nothing much can be done about it, so it seems I didn’t read right – beware!
After lots of reading i bought 75t elite ear phones which started off great but begain giving me problem in
the left ear within 2 months.
Amazon being great for customer service sent Me a replacement pair.
Unfortunatly these seemed to have a similar issue so returned for a refund and purchased 85t instead.
The sound is amazing
The connection more stable
The fit is good but different with the oval tips, very secure thou. They stay put during my workout.
Fingers crossed these dont suffer any of the flaws of the 75
I got this for my wife and she really loves using it especially when she goes out for walks. With the different sizes or fittings provided it is easy to find a size that you will be most comfortable in. I have also used this and while walking next to the motorway, I can hear my audiobook without any problems at all, noise cancellation is great. (Compared with my normal earphones where I can hear all cars going past and struggle to hear my book). I really recommend as I think it’s great!

I bought these earbuds as a backup for when my Nuheara IQBUDS were returned for repair. I didn’t expect them to be as good as they are.
Noise cancellation – very good, for the average person. These headphones make quieter streets as peaceful as anything but they’re not really a match for a busy through-road. That’s fine – they do massively improve soundscapes – but I’d like a bit more (or less!) bang in them. That said, I bought these because I have a sensory processing disorder so I’m almost by definition hard to please in this area. The soundscapes which are included on the app take these buds from ‘not useful in heavy traffic’ to ‘I’ll survive for a little while’ which is pretty life-changing for me.
Comfort – these are INCREDIBLY comfortable. This is what made me keep them, more than almost anything else. I wear them all of the time indoors and they block traffic noise very effectively in that environment (even improving the experience of vacuuming a significant amount). I forget I’m wearing them.
Staying in – this is where they fall down a little. I don’t think I could do heavy exercise with them on and they tend to work their way outwards and need a lot of readjusting. Given that they’re not really good enough for very noisy environments, this isn’t really a problem for me, but it’s worth noting. As an aside, this issue is significantly improved with Comply Foam’s new True Grip pro ear tips specifically designed for the Jabra 85t. So comfortable and secure that I forget I’m wearing them.
Soundscapes – these were what clinched this for me. The app comes with various soundscapes which can be set to play indefinitely – including storm sounds which I find incredibly soothing. Basically, for a sensory processing disorder, these are the perfect ‘down time’ headphones. Find a relatively quiet spot and take some time with soothing sounds like tweeting birds or pink noise for the perfect escape. Given how comfortable they are to wear, it’s the perfect thing for a short break in the middle of the day – or a long one at home! Usually I carry them as backup on day trips, for this purpose, to use while my Nuhearas are recharging in their case (the Nuheara earbuds will block almost all sound, in most environments).
Different modes – this is a lifesaver for shopping. Just by clicking the left ear button I can switch between full on noise-cancelling while browsing to ‘hear through’ so that I can hear cashiers speak. It’s useful and makes for a fairly seamless experience. HOWEVER, they’re not great for ongoing socialising because the heat-through mode isn’t sound-selective like my Nuheara buds are. This means it lets through all of the ambient noise. This is great for a short chat at a till – the clarity is very good – but it’s much less good for socialising because the need to turn ‘hear through’ on to listen to people talk basically removes the noise-cancelling function entirely. This is probably fine for people who don’t have a sensory processing disorder, but not for me.
All in all, though, these are very good earbuds. They’re light, practical and versatile (so long as you’re a loner!). Their sound reproduction is very good for music and other sounds. They make an excellent Bluetooth headset for calls and generally filter out background noise so that your voice transmits clearly. A very good buy – I’d recommend them.
I bought these after losing faith in some cheaper ear buds. The sound quality is excellent, and the jabra app allowed me to adjust the sound to my hearing and preferences. The fit is comfortable. Well worth the extra.
Noise cancellation is pretty good and I like the hear-through feature. Sound quality is very decent, battery life is good and it connects well to my laptop and phone simultaneously (though with Spotify open on laptop, it refuses to play audio sources from phone).
These are good but I clearly have odd ears! You can’t wander too far from the device they’re connected to and I have experienced them randomly disconnecting. Sound is great as is noise cancelling feature. For the price I think they’re good value.
I bought these two months ago as my first pair of true wireless earbuds. Previously I was using a wired pair of Bose QuietComfort QC20 in ear noise cancelling buds and I thought they were excellent. The noise cancelling was very good. Well the Jabra 85t smash those on both noise cancelling and audio quality, really taking them to a new level.
With the maximum ANC selected, you really can feel very isolated and detached from your surroundings. While walking you cannot hear your feet and vehicle and other noises are very well suppressed. Surrounding speech is barely audible. Wind noise is likewise very suppressed, only being heard when it is unrealistically strong. High pitched noises like birdsong just break through. This is all so much better than the Bose managed.
One press of the left ear can enable HearThrough mode which makes conversation vey easy. This doesn’t interrupt music playing though.
The Jabra Sound+ App is excellent giving 5 levels of control over both the ANC and HearThrough modes, allowing you to select just how much ambient sound you want to hear. Sound+ also allows you to control how the left and right switches operate. You can define moments for different listening situations and store configurations for each of those. The degree of programmability is excellent.
I was concerned about how well these would be retained in ear but I needn’t have been. You have to select the correct sized tip but I do like the oval shapes – they feel much more natural. Once selected the correct ones just feel very positive. I have never had one fall out except once while taking a fleece off over my head while wearing the Jabra’s – stupid really. I don’t use them for jogging though.
The 85t’s give well over five hours of real life ANC listening and the charging case allows up to four charges before needing to be recharged, which can either be with USB-C or using wireless charging. Again excellent. They will turn themselves off when not in use which saves battery further.
I was also concerned how the bluetooth 5.1 would work on calls but again this seems to work really well. I haven’t had complaints about call quality.
Overall the Jabra 85t’s are a most impressive pair of true wireless buds and I would highly recommend them.
I’ve had a few Jabra products so know the general quality and own some 65t’s. I’ve recently lost some hearing in my left ear so a conventional pair seem quiet on that side. I noticed these are tuned to your ears through the calibration they do so thought I’d try them out. They’ve worked a treat and I get quite a balanced sound using them.
I also like the hear through function when walking my dogs as I can have conversations without having to pop them out. The ANC works well too, I sure them when mowing my own and the sound isolation for that is phenomenal. The sound is good and can be adjusted to suit, plenty of bass for those who need it. I use them for spoken word in the morning and it’s very clear. The large ear buds seem to fit me well and they stay snug in my ears.
Battery life is good and the app also offers some useful functionality such as modifying the function buttons. Overall very pleased and would recommend.
It took me a while to understand all the various options for these earphones; I had only ever used the ones which arrive with the phone! You need to play around with them a bit but then they are great! Imagine for the younger generation they would not need the practice! Look very neat. I have very small ear channels so was anxious they would be uncomfortable or not stay put but so far they are fine.
Think the instructions as to how to charge and use could be a lot clearer. My son has them so learnt from him.

Was dubious about buying an earbud without some sort of ear attachment, but thought give these a go
Well satisfied with their fit in the ear,and although I haven’t jogged or ran with them,I’ve used them in vigorous walking and climbing mode
