Overall a good purchase
second pair, first pair had for 3 years before losing them. the battery life seems to have gotten worse but still lasts a decently long time however the “warning” noise comes on far too late and if you’re in the gym and you start to hear the warning noise you best believe you have about 20 minutes before the headphones are dead. sound quality is superb and noise cancellation is great so overall can’t complain for the price
Good value
I got these on offer for around 20, and for this price they’re pretty decent. I wanted a pair of wireless headphones for the gym and these fit the bill.
The connection is stable, and the microphone is acceptable for making calls, though this only seems to be for phone calls (I haven’t figured out whether I can use these for voice notes on WhatsApp).
Sound quality is okay, not great. Bass is boosted but it doesn’t feel natural, maybe a little bit tinny. I have a large head, so maybe a little bit tight for extended wear, but okay for an hour or so. Construction is sturdy enough. Battery life is okay too.
For 20 these are pretty decent, but I think I would be disappointed if I had paid more for them.
Wireless headphones
Super quality sound for the price. You’ll need to pay more than double than what I paid for these to get better quality sound. JBL do have a reputation for producing good quality sound at an affordable price. These are perfect for a student. Hopefully, they will be robust enough to last a few years. At the moment, the battery life is great, but I know this will reduce as time goes on. They won’t connect to the PS4, which is irritating, but this is to do with Sony. They connect fine to Samsung or apple phones.

Only downside I see for those headphones is that if you leave them on without playing music, they won’t switch off, but that doesn’t seem to take much of the battery life anyways. Regardless of that, 5 stars, well deserved!

Always been an audio snob with a low budget, and so taking a 25 punt on these phones seemed reasonable for use with phone and tablet. Always dubious about ‘phones after a pair of overpriced Dr Beats left me thinking I was listening with my head in a bucket of mud. Having owned these JBLs for a couple of weeks now, I am blown away by the sound they produce. Superb bass, but it doesn’t swamp everything else, fantastic clarity of sound, comfortable and the battery life is more than adequate. Connectivity and range are very good, impacted, obviously, only by low battery. Noise cancellation is very good, but they don’t feel clamped on my head. Only lost a star because I can still hear my wife’s voice!!!! These are the first “portable” headphones I have ever bought which are not an affront to listening to music. Highly recommended. Clearly, not all ears are the same, so someone in their 20’s – 50’s may hear a completely different tonal balance, but to anyone knocking on a pension, I can honestly say “Buy ’em”.

Great sound quality given the price
For the price it has great quality. Exceptional Blietooth. Can easily jump from laptop to smartphone with no hassle. This is my second JBL purchase (the other being a portable speaker) and really happy with those purchases. Never m9isses a beat. Reliable and simple.

Great sound
I wanted some over ear wireless headphones to wear in the gym when weightlifting and on treadmill etc without falling off or becoming uncomfortable that also offered good noise cancellation and sound quality so I can just ignore eveything/everyone else and just get on with it. Initially I was looking at the Dre beats but was put off by the price , I saw these and noticed good reviews so bought em on sale for 24. These are excellent and do the job exactly how I want , set up to my iPhone within 30 seconds and off I go- they stay on when bench pressing , kettle bell swinging , running etc , they fit well over my head (I’m female with kinda small head ) and the sound quality is excellent imo , I’ve even fallen in love with listening to music again and can block out everything . I wouldn’t say they are 100% noise cancellation and I don’t think they even claim to be but they do a really good job. They also look quite cool aswell as the ear phones are not massive like some are, I wear over a cap and fit snug and don’t move.

I liked this headphone. The sound quality is good. Works in mac & windows. However, as everybody said, it fits tightly on your head. after 5 min of usage I had pain in my ears. However, there is a workaround. You can expand the headphone. Carefully mount the headphone on a bunch of books to expand the headphone, don’t overdo it else it would break. I put the headphone on the Wipes package, l left it for a day. then it was fine. if still, it is very tight for you, expand further and leave for a day or two.

It might be a little uncomfortable if you have a big head. Try leaving it reasonably stretched for some hours so it doesn’t hurt your ears.

Great budget earphones
I bought these to replace a pair of Kitsound Manhattan. I use them with a fire stick and also for conference calling.
They are very comfortable and the battery lasts for hours. Connects well to bluetooth but have noticed can disconnect when battery is low. The sound quality is great.
The mic works well enough for calls too. For the price I am really happy with these.

Perhaps not for someone with ASD/sensory issues.
I did a lot of research before buying these headphones for my autistic son and they are really nice, decent sound quality, comfortable to wear but downside for him is even on the lowest volume setting they’re too loud for him to listen to comfortably. My husband however really likes them!
Price to quality ratio they are fantastic
I bought a pair of these for myself because the were the best quality to price ratio I could find. They are comfortable considering that they are headphones as opposed to earphones. The blue tooth connection is good and easy. The mic works well for telephone calls. They are not the best headphones I have worn, but for the price they are fantastic. Of course, they have the normal JBL coloured sound, which I quite like, but would be no good in the studio if you need something flat.
I bought the ones I am reviewing for my mum. She is hard of hearing so She tried my headphones and it made a huge difference for Skype calls. She could actually hear me I think it is because the headphones cut out a lot of background noise and are load. I have never used them on full volume. I even got her a smart case to go with it, which I also recommend.
Good sound quality, but tight on the head
The headphones has surprisingly good sound quality and good bass, for a reasonably good price. The only issue is that they are too tight on the head. I have small size head, but after an hour, I will have headache. They fit well on my 11 year old son. I would recommend these headphones for children only.
Comfortable and light weigh
These headphones seem to be good quality, they are very light weight and comfortable to wear.
I find that they do leak a fair amount of sound though so can be heard by other people when you are using them.
The sound quality is good, I can’t really comment on the battery life as I don’t really let them run low.

We liked them so much we bought a 2nd pair, Really good sound and very good price. the only thing I have found is the Bluetooth Range is not far I have to be in the Same room or I lose signal. Also There is no headphone jack to use a cable so it’s Bluetooth only. But overall I’m very happy as it does exactly what I bought them for.

Good Commuter Headse
These are really great headphones for many reasons. First of all the sound of these headphones are amazing and I can hear everything crystal clear at times the headphones gives me a feeling that they are noise cancelling. I also like the adjustable feature on the headphones which are easy to use but they could. A major downfall of these headphones could be the design flaw when adjusting the headphones to outer level for bigger heads. In my opinion the design does not look good for that. Overall this is a great headset.

Bought as a present he seems to loves them, they are adjustable so perfect for running and they won’t move which is ideal. He uses them very frequently and charges them maybe once or twice a week. They’re also very tight on on ears so will cancel out any noise outside of the headphones

Fantastic product. My equaliser tuned them to my specification. Works great on my iPhone 5s. I have made a few phone calls, I asked the receiver if they could hear me, they said the same as usual and I could hear them clear. No issues with noise out of music other than typing ie texts for instance. Only 30 too so bargain in my opinion.

Budget headphone with punchy bass
For a budget headphone they are really good. The bass is great, nice and punchy and the mid range to high range is just as good. The bluetooth range is pretty good too, my phone was in the house and I was down the end of the garden and could still hear the tunes.

Jbl common issue strikes
Great set of headphones, until they stop working. Had them for over a year, light use. All of a sudden headphones started switching on an off automatically and disconnecting to blue tooth after 20 seconds.. seems a common bug in jbl bt headphones.. have a look online first and be prepared to need to get a new pair, in the not too distant future.

I read many reviews and did research before buying this headphones. To cut to the chase I feel like you could do better for this price point. I had higher expectations for the sound quality. It’s a 7/10, but I don’t have much knowledge so maybe for 40 this is the best you could do with wireless.
For comfort, many people said it’s very tight. Now i’m a female with a slim face, so maybe that’s why it’s not too bad. My ears feels irritated after long hours of use, but other from that it’s not a squeezing type of tight. It’s just fine.
Now it connects to bluetooth within seconds.Battery life is amazing too, charges very quickly.
There’s not much bass despite people saying it.And it’s just…. not as good as i expected.
I don’t regret it though nor would I get a refund.
Maybe just do more research before purchase, however overall I give it a 7/10 but I do like it a lot.

I really like these headphones, I have them a few months now and still in great condition. I had one incident of dropping them and one side not working, but after playing around with it that side is working again and like it was never broken. I really recommend these headphones, the sound is great and they’re very comfortable.

I’ve not tested them myself but my daughter hasn’t taken them off for a week, and they’ve only had to be charged once. Easy to connect (she did them herself and she’s only 9) so I’d say it was a thumbs up.

Nice sturdy piece of JBL. Sound is great, high freqs are a liiiiitle too overwhelmed by the amazingly clear bass but with a good Eq that can be solved.
On ears might seem a little to uncomfortable especially if you previously used the oval type (these are proper round) but after half of day I can say it won t be an issue for me (but then again, I have small ears).
Overall, and for THIS price?? Pfffff! Grab them!

Was at work last week, and my work buddy had these, and showed me how loud they were after he listened through my knock off earbuds I had bought. They were loud, and super clear! I got jealous and HAD to get some. No regrets! The battery life is unbelievably great, not charged them for afew days and only just got to 40%. They are super comfortable, fold up nicely and can fit in your pocket. Highly recommend these, you’ll not be sorry.

A very good battery life before recharge….don’t know how long the battery will last though as it’s built-in to the earphones and probably can’t be replaced but that’s the same with most of these type of products nowadays! hopefully will last for years.
At last, a Bluetooth set of headphones that delivers, and at this price I have no complaints. The sound quality really blew me away. I’ve tested these against my wired expensive sennheiser’s and the jbl’s just have the edge. Comfort, design and battery life all good. The bass is definitely there but I turn it down slightly on my phone settings. These are gonna get me back in the gym, I tried 3 different pairs of Bluetooth headphones from different companies and all had one problem or another to the point I didn’t enjoy my training. I have these on now and can’t take them off, brilliant.
