Assembly easy, solidly built smooth running and quiet ,
Handlebars need to be adjustable tilt up
Had this a couple weeks now and very happy with it. Lots of adjustability on the bike, I’m 6’2″ and my wife is 6’6″ but we can both adjust it to a comfy position for us. Seat isn’t very comfy, but that could just as likely be my bum cheeks not being used to it.
The bike had a very small amount of damage to the seat arm when it was delivered (didn’t affect the working of the bike) got in touch with customer service and they sent out a new part right away. Great customer service.
Overall very happy with the purchase, well worth the money.

Im 6’4 and dont use the top level of height. My partner is 5’2 and the bike it too big for her.
Hard to find a fault. Packing first class, easy to assemble, well built, good ride. Almost up there with gym quality spin bikes at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended. Being nit picky, and personally, I would prefer a slightly shorter seat to handlebars achieved by some redesign to allow the handlebars to slide further backwards. And or the handlebars slightly tilted upwards. But accepting this bike has to be built to a common standard there is good adjustment on it and it is pretty much spot on.
The first bike was damaged on delivery. The box was obviously damaged and upon opening it was clearly evident, the bike had sustained impact damage. The belt guard and flywheel mount were both badly damaged. The manufacturer (JLL) was contacted and swift in reply, however, weren’t that useful in suggesting a satisfactory resolution. Amazon was contacted and immediately initiated a refund and collection of damaged bike (2 weeks later). I repurchased a new bike (arrived 1 week later). This had a slight defect on delivery of the handlebar post sleeve. This was reported to Amazon who when prompted, issued credit to my account due to issues encountered and general hassle involved. This was a nice gesture.
The bike is easy to put together (I am an engineer) and is sturdy/well built. So far after a couple of uses it appears absolutely fine. I have ordered a different seat though as one provided is somewhat small. I have also used some tie wraps to secure the leads for the electronic display.
Very happy with purchase so far, good looking and quality for price, however, be careful of delivery defects. Pay the extra few pounds for unpack/return. Also, I purchased 3yrs insurance for damage/defects for under 30 which I think is pretty good.

All good. No issues. Have used it several times in last month. Happy with product.
YouTube video helped assembly. Did in an hour inclusive of unpacking. Pretty straightforward. Sturdy.
It is a good bike and pretty good for value. Handle bar tightener is a bit awkward if you need the handle bars closest position to you (small arms!). The resistance pad a slightly noise but not loud and most people exercise with music anyway! Overall good purchase and happy with the product.
Definitely not gym quality but it’s good enough for exercising at home. If you are under 5’7″ do not purchase. I am just about 5’7″ and it is still a bit big for me. The handle bats aren’t adjustable and I have put the seat at the closest setting. My arms are still reaching a bit. It works well though and although the pedals do click a bit, it’s not that bad!
This is a solid piece of equipment really pleased with the value for money.
Delivery was great the drivers put in the room of my choice. I put it together on my own although it is heavy so some may struggle. It is quiet, and more than enough resistance. I use alongside free online spin class tutorials which move between seated and standing positions regularly and this bike can more than cope with it (I’m not a particularly light individual) The displays are perfect for what I need, it has the RPM displayed which is really great as virtual instructors often call out an rpm/cadence to keep the same pace.
Easy to assemble apart from I needed an extra spanner to lock the seat.
Generally we’ve had a good few workouts on it and happy.
Main gripe is sore butt from a seat that’s far too narrow so replaced it fr a larger one.
Also the riginal seat has a sight forward tilt so forced t lean forward on handle bars leaving no way to sit p and rest my back.
It’s better with new seat.
But although there is a adjustable seat and handlebars (horizontally), this is still very far apart even at the closest fixing point.

Really good for the price, hrm seems accurate as it has been used in conjunction with both a fitbit and another device and all very close in readings. Prolonged sessions I would advise adding a seat cover but other than that ideal for home workouts

Excellent bike , solid design and much bigger than others I’ve been on which is a plus, the weighted wheel is brilliant and creates good resistance, only flaw with product is the tiny pedals, ok if you are a size 7 or under but bigger wider feet will struggle, I’ve had to buy different pedals which are more suitable for my fee

Super easy to assemble (follow the YouTube vid) really sturdy and quiet. Seat is comfortable. Easily as good as a gym spin bike

Partner is tall and heavy but bike it stable for us both and quiet (I watch TV on the bike and only need a slight increase to the volume which I think is unusual from reviews I have read). Instructions were easy to follow to assemble.
Added benefit was the team at JLL were very helpful when an issue emerged with the computer (water ingress from upstairs flat damaged it so NOT a faulty product), it was immediately replaced for free which I did not expect and was very grateful for!

Sturdy and high quality as good as you would get in any gym or at a spin class. Cabt fault it.
Just add a tablet holder and you have the perfect D.I.Y Peloton for 1/5 of the price.

Bike is sturdy, fairly easy to assemble and works well. Saddle could be more comfortable so will be getting a saddle cover or different one. Overall very pleased so far.

Geat bike, been using for several weeks now. Very sturdy.
Heavier than a tank to assemble but once you’ve got there it’s a quality bit of kit.
Only downside from what I can determine is that calorie burn is only calculated on RPM, and does not take cognisance of resistance.

Great spin bike heavy duty. Easy assembled with YouTube video. Bike is very heavy and for tall people wouldn’t want to be smaller than 5″ 5. Really enjoy using the bike it’s a sturdy ride.

I have noticed, however, that the padding on the brake which pushes on the flywheel has started to wear. I haven’t checked if these are easily replaceable. The space between the seat and handlebars are also quite far away as a minimum. Not a big deal for me (I’m 6ft tall) but would be an issue for someone smaller. Overall though bike is well made and a joy to ride.

So pleased with this bike. The YouTube video made assembly easy and I’m no spring chicken. It is very heavy (and therefore sturdy) so I needed help fitting the front stabiliser as I couldn’t lift the front and fit the stabiliser on my own. I’m using it every day and love it. You need a gel seat and padded shorts!
Very easy to assemble, and you know you have purchased a quality item. It is quite heavy so in some cases might need assistance to assemble, tho I did it myself in under 30 mins. Said it was out of stock but the seller got one to me really quickly. Thank you JLL. Easy to assemble and set up. Sturdy too. Already used it for spin classes and it is perfect for me.
Although heavy to move around the bike was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It’s very quiet in operation and stable. The only thing I would change is the resistance selection as it doesn’t have numbers to represent levels of resistance, just a knob to turn which works well but it’s hard to compare performance as there is no visible indicator to show the level of resistance.
This is a great spin bike. I use it with peloton digital through iPad and use a Sonos through Apple airplay for the sound. Only issue is standing the iPad on a nearby shelf but that’s fine where I have it. It’s quiet, resistance is good, I also fitted my own spd sl pedals and clip in.
In terms of matching resistance with peloton guidance u need to judge – I have visited a peloton store in the US and tested to gauge and my gut feel was right.
No real feel for wattage and calories not sure either.
Only issue is doesn’t seem to pair with HR monitor {ANT+}.
Would recommend this set up, awesome and peloton is great too. I didn’t have originally instead using GCN YOUTUBE videos which were great too actually for HITT / Hill climbs etc.
The bike is really good, feels solid. Customer service is good too from JLL – I have ordered a new brake pad but not needed to fit – have done over 300 riders on the bike in the 18 months I have had it – still like new.
The computer is a little dated but does the job. What makes the bike is the quality of the mechanics – it works today as the day it arrived. Brilliant.

I LOVE this bike – a real game changer for lockdown whilst the gyms are closed. I bought a gel seat to go on it to make it more comfortable. Cannot complain other than there is something that clicks but I ramp my music up. A decent bit of kit for the money – well pleased.

Pretty simple to assemble. Bike moves slightly when peddling fast, so best to have a mat underneath if on a wooden floor.
Would be better if Handle bar setting latch closed completely to ensure tightness. Latch sticks out slightly.
Distance from seat to handle bar would benefit from more settings as would be uncomfortable for shorter person.

If you are a spin enthusiast you do you like your shoes to be able to clip onto pedals. I did phone the company to ask whether I could purchase different pedals but they were not available, and had to buy them separately. This has proved to be a really good purchase. Spent ages researching for right bike that would be suitable for both spinning and as a general exercise bike and settled on JLL IC400 Elite. No problem with adjusting height and handle bars to suit. I am 5ft 7 and is very comfortable set at 6 for handle bars and 4 for saddle. Very sturdy. Thought was a clicking noise on peddles then realised it was just loose straps catching as not fastened over fully and bolt also needed to be tightened. It is quiet and does not disturb person in next room. Bought gel seat cover otherwise saddle would be too uncomfortable, now all okay. Might change seat to gel seat. Very easy to asemble as only need to fix handle bars, saddle and pedal. Would have preferred numbered resistance rather than guessing how much to turn dial but it works okay. Delivery was quick and very helpful. Agree with others that need to put in place will assemble before unpack as main parcel is very heavy. Bought exercise mat to go under otherwise would likly damage wooden floor.
This has proved to be a really good purchase. Spent ages researching for right bike that would be suitable for both spinning and as a general exercise bike and settled on JLL IC400 Elite. No problem with adjusting height and handle bars to suit. I am 5ft 7 and is very comfortable set at 6 for handle bars and 4 for saddle. Very sturdy. Thought was a clicking noise on peddles then realised it was just loose straps catching as not fastened over fully and bolt also needed to be tightened. It is quiet and does not disturb person in next room. Bought gel seat cover otherwise saddle would be too uncomfortable, now all okay. Might change seat to gel seat. Very easy to asemble as only need to fix handle bars, saddle and pedal. Would have preferred numbered resistance rather than guessing how much to turn dial but it works okay. Delivery was quick and very helpful. Agree with others that need to put in place will assemble before unpack as main parcel is very heavy. Bought exercise mat to go under otherwise would likly damage wooden floor.
Brought for home gym. Really solid and easy to put together bike. Its heavy and sturdy. Had to buy a gel cushion seat but typical for a spin bike. Highly recommended. Use for RPM and speed with Les Mills app. Price is variable so take time.

After buying a cheaper bike that was awful quality we decided to pay more and were so happy when this bike arrived. So solid, sturdy and comfortable! Able to do all different workouts on there without fear of it breaking like other poor quality bikes. Really worth the money!

Due to a sport injury there’s only a few exercises I can do, spinning being one. When the gyms closed I decided to buy a bike and carry on with classes on YouTube. The bike is the best one I believe for this price range, I’m very pleased with it and would highly recommend it. It gets in a powerful spin sesh! Only thing is, being 5’5″ I would prefer the handle bars to go a little lower but it’s no big deal, I’m happy with my purchase and can probably cancel my gym membership now!
i took me around 20 minute to assemble. very easy. i am using it 3 times a week on a Peloton replacement and i have to say this does the job. great produc

We are really pleased with exercise bike. It is sturdy but not too bulky and is attractive to look at. It is quiet and performs well. Overall it was easy to assemble but the pedals need careful attachment to ensure they are properly threaded. The LCD display has no backlight but this is a minor issue because the recordings can still be seen in normal light.
