Very good
Had this a couple weeks now and very happy with it. Lots of adjustability on the bike, I’m 6’2″ and my wife is 6’6″ but we can both adjust it to a comfy position for us. Seat isn’t very comfy, but that could just as likely be my bum cheeks not being used to it.
The bike had a very small amount of damage to the seat arm when it was delivered (didn’t affect the working of the bike) got in touch with customer service and they sent out a new part right away. Great customer service.
Overall very happy with the purchase, well worth the money.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble using the Youtube video. Seat uncomfortable and unusable.
Im 6’4 and dont use the top level of height. My partner is 5’2 and the bike it too big for her.
Build quality excellent and great value for money
Hard to find a fault. Packing first class, easy to assemble, well built, good ride. Almost up there with gym quality spin bikes at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended. Being nit picky, and personally, I would prefer a slightly shorter seat to handlebars achieved by some redesign to allow the handlebars to slide further backwards. And or the handlebars slightly tilted upwards. But accepting this bike has to be built to a common standard there is good adjustment on it and it is pretty much spot on.
Good quality for price, beware delivery damage.
The first bike was damaged on delivery. The box was obviously damaged and upon opening it was clearly evident, the bike had sustained impact damage. The belt guard and flywheel mount were both badly damaged. The manufacturer (JLL) was contacted and swift in reply, however, weren’t that useful in suggesting a satisfactory resolution. Amazon was contacted and immediately initiated a refund and collection of damaged bike (2 weeks later). I repurchased a new bike (arrived 1 week later). This had a slight defect on delivery of the handlebar post sleeve. This was reported to Amazon who when prompted, issued credit to my account due to issues encountered and general hassle involved. This was a nice gesture.
The bike is easy to put together (I am an engineer) and is sturdy/well built. So far after a couple of uses it appears absolutely fine. I have ordered a different seat though as one provided is somewhat small. I have also used some tie wraps to secure the leads for the electronic display.
Very happy with purchase so far, good looking and quality for price, however, be careful of delivery defects. Pay the extra few pounds for unpack/return. Also, I purchased 3yrs insurance for damage/defects for under 30 which I think is pretty good.

Great bike for the price
YouTube video helped assembly. Did in an hour inclusive of unpacking. Pretty straightforward. Sturdy.
