My daughter she can’t really play on the right side of the doll house because of the swimming pool , the swimming pool and the garden area are on the way to play in the house , should be smaller. and the size of the doll hose it’s huge please measure your room before order it .

Buy an electric screwdriver!! The doll house looks great. It is colourful and sturdy. My daughter loves it. It also works out significantly cheaper than the other popular branded house for 12″ dolls…
However, the instructions were not always easy to follow, they were basic and only in black and white – nowhere on the instructions or box was a picture of how the entire house is meant to look once constructed. We had to search up a photo using our phone to make sure we were putting things in the right place.
My daughter has played with it for hours and we are very happy with the item, however before you buy it make sure you have an electric screwdriver. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT THIS WITH A MANUAL SCREWDRIVER – it will never happen!

What an incredible dolls house This is a really lovely dolls house, and is good quality. It is well made. Instructions for assembly are ok, but could be a little clearer. It’s not a 1 person assembly (otherwise it’ll take a about 5hrs, as I learned)

Fantastic dolls house! I am absolutely delighted with this purchase! My daughter had asked for a barbie dreamhouse for Christmas but looking at it, I didnt think it was worth the expensive cost. Plus the barbie dreamhouse is made of plastic and not sure it would be built to last.
I started looking for an alternative and having bought a kidkraft kitchen in the past, I already knew their wooden toys are well built and durable, and usually look good too!
I quickly found this one and it ticked all the boxes! Similar features to the barbie dreamhouse…..but it’s bigger (it is huge!!!) and I know it will stand the test of time! Plus it was 100 cheaper than the real thing!
It does take about 3.5 – 4 hours to build so make sure you factor that in for christmas, but it is totally worth the effort. Some reviews have mentioned scratches. Mine did have a couple of scratches here and there but thats to be expected with these types of wooden toys. They’re hardly noticable and it won’t spoil my daughter’s enjoyment. I cannot wait to see her face on Christmas morning!

Beautiful large sturdy dolls house. It was a birthday present and Christmas is coming so this is to share really. Such a great design. Three children can happily play together with this one. They love it. Lots of furniture with lights inside included. Sounds in the piano and the toilet. I just built it by hand. Highly recommended.

Great, but issues with screws breaking Great gift HOWEVER two screws broke when they got half way in. One screw was suppose to support a floor corner so have to prop it up with styrofoam. Second screw was to screw in roof but luckily it lies on top of the house so was manageable. When screws break half way in, that socket becomes useless and you can’t insert another screw.
Also, instructions were sometimes hard to understand in terms of which way each board faces.

Teile fehlen und beschädig Die kleine hat eine riesen Freude mit dem Haus. Leider sind drei Teile beschdigt und beim WC fehlt der Deckel. Vielleicht schickt mir Amazon die Teile neu. Ansonsten ein tolles Spielhaus.

And super easy to build; if you’ve every built Swedish flat-pack furniture, you’ll know how long it takes to sort out their parts and hardware. With KidKraft, all of their parts came labelled and the hardware in a flat-pack builder’s advent calendar (nevermind the actual dollhouse, I included a photo of the organised hardware!). Mommy (and the kids) can’t wait to play with this one, 100% recommended.
Fantastic dolls house but make space it definitely not small Wow can’t believe how big it is great value for money. Brought has Xmas present had one very happy little girl. My advice would be follow instructions completely !!! It did take some time to build . Come with furniture most all wooden and some even make noises.

J’ai pratiquement mis 3h00 la monter seule, en sachant que ma fille m’aidait sa faon !

Tolles Puppenhaus Tolles riesiges Puppenhaus. Meine Tochter liebt es. Es ist riesig und die meisten Teile sind aus Holz. Es sind sehr viele Mbel vorhanden, so dass direkt nach dem (wenn auch nicht ganz so einfachem) Aufbau los gespielt werden kann.
Gute Verarbeitung, für die Barbie geeignet! Aufbau geht leicht jedoch schon viele Einzelteile also ca. 4 Stunden dauert es.

It’s fantastic My girls absolutely love it. The magic fridge with the light that comes on when you open it. The toilet that flushes. The piano that makes a tune. The lamp that turns on. The lift that moves the pretty bed netting. The colours and lovely room designs.
I enjoyed making it. (I love building flat pack). The screw heads match the wall it goes into. The instructions are so easy to follow. Only thing that took awhile was I stupidly couldn’t tell which way the back of the wall plastic things went in but I don’t think that deserves taking a star off. As it’s fantastic. Furniture mostly wooden. And it’s same height as my daughters who are almost 8. So it’s pretty substantial size. And made for barbies. Only wish I had one when I was little.

Great value great for barbies Great value for money. I’m not great at building flat pack but this is quite simple as long as you look carefully at the instructions. Would recommend two people to do. The front slides out the way if needed. Barbies fit perfectly. It’s light enough to move around. All the added extras are great. Some make sounds and light up

Las fotos no le hacen justicia para nada,es una pasada,una cosa a tener en cuenta y SPER IMPORTANTE para mi,los tornillos,vienen perfectamente numerados y por coloreS,todas las piezas de la casa tambin,PERO,Recomiendo que los tornillos letra B,largos y rosas no se utilicen,son malsimos,en su lugar,ir a una ferretera con uno de ellos como muestra y coger todos los necesarios all,porque se deshace el agujero donde debe ir el destornillador,el montaje es fcil aunque laborioso,con un taladro atornillador se monta en un pis pas!! Impressive This is massive! Really big. We brought this for our 3 year old daughter for Christmas and although there are a lot of pieces, it’s not difficult to build. Just takes time. Originally looking at LOL versions of something like this and the price of those given the size compared to this is ridiculous. We would buy this again anytime over an LOL version. Big enough for OMG and barbie dolls.
Excellent produc We got this as a gift for our 5yr old granddaughter for Christmas 2020 and she absolutely loves it.
It takes a while to build but the instructions are very easy to follow, everything is marked out so clearly you can’t go wrong. The only negative thing about the product is that we had few weak B screws that snapped but that really is the only negative.
It is a huge house and well worth the money. I would highly recommend

It does take about 3.5 – 4 hours to build so make sure you factor that in for christmas, but it is totally worth the effort. Some reviews have mentioned scratches. Mine did have a couple of scratches here and there but thats to be expected with these types of wooden toys. They’re hardly noticable and it won’t spoil my daughter’s enjoyment. I cannot wait to see her face on Christmas morning!

Beautiful large sturdy dolls house.
It was a birthday present and Christmas is coming so this is to share really. Such a great design. Three children can happily play together with this one. They love it. Lots of furniture with lights inside included. Sounds in the piano and the toilet. I just built it by hand. Highly recommended.

Great gift HOWEVER two screws broke when they got half way in. One screw was suppose to support a floor corner so have to prop it up with styrofoam. Second screw was to screw in roof but luckily it lies on top of the house so was manageable. When screws break half way in, that socket becomes useless and you can’t insert another screw.
Also, instructions were sometimes hard to understand in terms of which way each board faces.

Teile fehlen und beschädig
Die kleine hat eine riesen Freude mit dem Haus. Leider sind drei Teile beschdigt und beim WC fehlt der Deckel. Vielleicht schickt mir Amazon die Teile neu. Ansonsten ein tolles Spielhaus.

Tenetelo a mente,noi pur avendo preso le misure prima di ordinarla,abbiamo dovuto ripensare la disposizione dei mobili della cameretta per farcela stareCome dimensioni interne e’ perfetta per le Barbie,mobili,porte,divano,scale,tavoli,sedie,sgabelli e piscina!!! Wow can’t believe how big it is great value for money. Brought has Xmas present had one very happy little girl. My advice would be follow instructions completely !!! It did take some time to build . Come with furniture most all wooden and some even make noises.

Toutes les pices sont tiquetes et les vis bien spares les unes des autres, le plan est lui aussi trs clair.
J’ai pratiquement mis 3h00 la monter seule, en sachant que ma fille m’aidait sa faon !
C’est un trs beau produit, avec suffisamment d’accessoires en bois pour commencer une histoire!

Tolles riesiges Puppenhaus. Meine Tochter liebt es. Es ist riesig und die meisten Teile sind aus Holz. Es sind sehr viele Mbel vorhanden, so dass direkt nach dem (wenn auch nicht ganz so einfachem) Aufbau los gespielt werden kann.

My girls absolutely love it. The magic fridge with the light that comes on when you open it. The toilet that flushes. The piano that makes a tune. The lamp that turns on. The lift that moves the pretty bed netting. The colours and lovely room designs.
I enjoyed making it. (I love building flat pack). The screw heads match the wall it goes into. The instructions are so easy to follow. Only thing that took awhile was I stupidly couldn’t tell which way the back of the wall plastic things went in but I don’t think that deserves taking a star off. As it’s fantastic. Furniture mostly wooden. And it’s same height as my daughters who are almost 8. So it’s pretty substantial size. And made for barbies. Only wish I had one when I was little.

Fab dolls house. My daughter loves it. The pool part is separate too, so it doesn’t have to be infront of the house. It did take me 3 hours to build but the instructions were good.

Great value for money. I’m not great at building flat pack but this is quite simple as long as you look carefully at the instructions. Would recommend two people to do. The front slides out the way if needed. Barbies fit perfectly. It’s light enough to move around. All the added extras are great. Some make sounds and light up

Aufbau geht erstaunlich einfach. Unsere Tochter ist begeistert und spielt tglich. Der Einkauf hat sich gelohnt. Top
1,5 Std hat mich der Aufbau gekostet, aber im Verhltnis zu Barbie ist die Qualitt (Holz) wesentlich besser.
Einzig 1 Schraube ist beim Aufbau gerissen, hier sollte man vielleicht 8.8 Schrauben verwenden.
Es ist jeder Schritt bersichtlich beschrieben.
Habe mittlerweile 2 Bden (jeweils beim Lift) verstrkt da diese nach unten hingen.
Habe das Haus noch mit Schrankleuchten (mit Batterie und FB) ergnzt.
Meine Tochter hat eine riesen Freude und gefllt ihr besser als alles Andere

Las fotos no le hacen justicia para nada,es una pasada,una cosa a tener en cuenta y SPER IMPORTANTE para mi,los tornillos,vienen perfectamente numerados y por coloreS,todas las piezas de la casa tambin,PERO,Recomiendo que los tornillos letra B,largos y rosas no se utilicen,son malsimos,en su lugar,ir a una ferretera con uno de ellos como muestra y coger todos los necesarios all,porque se deshace el agujero donde debe ir el destornillador,el montaje es fcil aunque laborioso,con un taladro atornillador se monta en un pis pas!! Asique sper recomendable!

This is massive! Really big. We brought this for our 3 year old daughter for Christmas and although there are a lot of pieces, it’s not difficult to build. Just takes time. Originally looking at LOL versions of something like this and the price of those given the size compared to this is ridiculous. We would buy this again anytime over an LOL version. Big enough for OMG and barbie dolls.

We got this as a gift for our 5yr old granddaughter for Christmas 2020 and she absolutely loves it.
It takes a while to build but the instructions are very easy to follow, everything is marked out so clearly you can’t go wrong. The only negative thing about the product is that we had few weak B screws that snapped but that really is the only negative.
It is a huge house and well worth the money. I would highly recommend
