Sturdy, massive, colourful and fun !! My daughter loves this house. Its colourful and sturdy and was in perfect condition when it arrived. It took an experienced flat pack builder 3 hours plus to build it , its not easy but worth it. Its very large and would not suit a small bedroom. The lift is a little stiff to move but nothing a touch or grease wouldn’t fix. The little light, musical piano and toilet sounds are fun. There’s lots of furniture included which is good you don’t need much to top its up to doll heaven! We will add some lights and a wardrobe to ours this Xmas. We have had ours for two months and can’t be happier with it .

Washers Recommended TIP: Can I please recommend that you have some washers handy so that on step 17 and 29 you can reinforce the underside of the stairs and middle wall. The board you are screwing through is not really able to take any kind of stress that the screw head puts on it.
We also had an issue during assembly with a screw-head shearing off leaving the screw in situ. This had the potential to ruin the entire build but was circumvented by drilling a new hole and using a different screw.
What I did like about the build was the screw heads being painted a similar colour to their surroundings so that they blended in a bit better than shiny metal. The instructions are also pretty clear, but take care that you get the orientation of pieces correct by reading ahead a couple of steps to see where the next piece fits in.
Having only built the house today I can not comment on durability in use but I believe the main structure should be fine, however I am concerned with the quality of the thickness of print on the pieces and how this will easily chip and look messy with simple and gentle play.
Overall I think it’s a good buy for what we paid and with a few tweaks I think it could be a fantastic product.
Please remember that if you have missing or damaged parts then you can goto the website mentioned on the first page of the manual to order replacements. We have had to do this for the ceiling fan which was broken in the box.
Its Time consuming Well where to start. The product is exceptional and worth every Pound they charge for it. What i would sayis give yourself at least 3 hours to build. Also be prepared to look for the Smallest of Fixings which for some reason the manufacturer decided to mix theses with all the Doll Furniture.
Sehr Zufriede Das Barbie- puppenhaus hat uns aus den Socken gehauen. Die Anleitung ist super einfach erklrt. Es lsst sich gut zusammenbauen, aber es dauert schon etwas bis es fertig ist. Die Gre ist perfekt fr meine Tochter (5). Sie hat sich rieig gefreut. Die Qualitt ist top. Die Farben sind intensiv.
Alles in einem sehr schnes Haus und super Qualitt.

Buy it now 😍 There were a few scratches/ marks but not bad enough to warrant sending the whole thing back! Took hours to build but so worth it. My fisheye absolutely loves this amazing dolls house .. a dream come true!
Great product once assembled. This dolls house is value for money because it is HUGE. I had a rough idea of how big it was but I didn’t measure for it arriving. I had assumed like all toy adverts/photos they used a small doll sized child to play with it, not this time. It’s only a few inches smaller than me and I’m 5ft6inch lol. It arrived in a huge box and had 100s of separate pieces. It was very fiddly to put together and took us 4 hours. The instructions are in black and white and have no details on like the patterns on the walls and floor so it is very easy to get things round the wrong way. There were a few pieces where the drill holes were missing completely and we had to make these ourselves. Most of the furniture comes made up. Once assembled the dolls house is very sturdy and robust. The furniture is mostly wooden with a few plastic pieces. The piano and the flush on the loo are nice additions. Both our daughters love it. Ones 5 the other is 12. It’s a great product once it’s put together and great value for money. I think generations of girls in our family will enjoy it. Elsa, barbie and bieber doll love their new home

Sinon le tout est robuste, les objets dco sympa. Les poupes barbie passent bien. Great but a broken piece need a replaceme Arrived yesterday and have been putting it together today and found the swimming pool has a crack in it which is a shame. Very happy very everything else so far. But cannot find how to ask for another piece to replace this?
Una chulada Se trata de una sper casa de muecas para muecas tipo barbie, de largo mide 120, viene perfectamente embalada y lleg antes de lo previsto
Para montarla he tardado como 3 horas o ms, todo viene numerado, los tornillos han sido mi quebradero, son de estrella y otros allen, estos ltimos son de colores y cuando he acabado algunos no coincidan en el color que deban ser, pero no es importante, se monta fcil y est bien explicado.
La casa es preciosa, nosotros la piscina la ponemos a un lado, se puede llenar con agua, con precaucin para que no se estropee el suelo de la casa.
El ascensor va algo duro, con un poco de lubricante se soluciona.
Suena el wc, el piano y la habitacin tiene luz, trae pilas incluidas.
Los muebles estn perfectos y muy coloridos.
Echo de menos un garaje pero ya sera demasiado grande, as que aparcaremos el coche en la calle…
Mis nias estn encantadas, son dos y tienen espacio de sobra para jugar juntas. Ojal hubiera tenido yo una as de pequea.
He puesto por encima las luces blancas del rbol de navidad y quedan espectaculares, me lo currar para que recorran toda la casa.
El precio es una barbaridad la verdad, pero ha sido regalo conjunto y tiene buena calidad.
Elegimos este modelo porque aunque era de los ms caros, tiene el espacio muy bien aprovechado, el ascensor a un lado te lleva a todos los pisos y la escalera en el medio es totalmente practicable y no quita sitio a las habitaciones, y bueno el jardn con piscina es un puntazo.
Nos encanta y auguro muchas horas de juego.

You should be good in assembling products. I bought it for my daughter’s birthday gift. It’s awesome. Pretty but took long time to assemble. Need tools for assembling.
It's very over-priced, for the materials it's made out of. The instructions and assembly was possibly the best I’ve ever seen and the quality was a solid 8 / 10.
However, the WOW factor is where this dollhouse really earns it’s stars.
It’s HUGE and some of the doll furniture has lights and sounds.
The only real negative, aside from it being very over-priced for cheaply covered MDF plates.
Is that a lot of the pieces / furniture arrived very dirty, dusty, chemically smelly and some of the wood pieces were dusted in rust (I wasn’t even sure how this could have happened?)
It took an hour, to fully clean all the pieces and even after that, some were permanently damaged. Probably due to a damp warehouse. It just feels wrong, when you pay so much for something to get a brand new, damaged item. However, it’s still one of the best / only dollhouses on the market that fits Barbie Dolls and it’s by far the most played with toy in our house.
Fab! Really pleased with this dolls house. Ideal for slightly older children, my 8 year old loves it. The house and accessories fit barbie type dolls perfectly. I was looking at the barbie dream houses but after reading lots of reviews etc got this one and pleased that i did. There are lots of bits to play with and has kept my daughter and friends (and even her big sister sometimes) busy for lots of hours.
Just be aware it takes a LONG time to put together and is pretty complicated. The night before my daughters birthday I thought we were never going to finish it!
That being said it’s a doll loving child’s dream come true. I wish I could shrink down and live in it! Would recommend and would buy again.

Supe Meine Tochter findet es super und spielt sehr gerne damit. Zusammenbau war OK. Alles gut beschriftet. Stabilitt ist sehr stabil. Sehr schn ist, es wird eine Wandhalterung mitgeliefert. So das ein umfallen ausgeschlossen werden kann.
Great buy for the price! I was looking for a decent house for my daughter to play with her Barbies in. She has a mini fold-out official Barbie house but it’s quite small for little hands, it’s all plastic and kept falling over. I wasn’t keen on spending big bucks on the official Barbie dream house or similar as I’m not keen on that they’re made of flimsy plastic too. So, I started looking into the wooden KidKraft houses.
Wow, what a choice! It was really difficult to settle on one of KidKraft house. I ended up choosing this one, mainly due to the excellent price but I also loved the old-style ‘greenhouse’ elements (reminded me of Kew Gardens!). On comparing reviews for other KidKraft houses, I noted that the rooms in this house were a good height and not as pokey as some reviewers noted in other houses, which was important – my daughter is five and I think she’d get annoyed if it’s difficult to position or play with her dolls.
On to the building – it’s not my first flat pack rodeo. The instructions were excellent. I’ve built another, smaller wooden dolls house before (the LOL house) which was a nightmare! It helped that since then, I’ve invested in a cheap, electric screwdriver which saved my little hands a lot of work this time around with the KidKraft dolls house.
My only gripe is that getting the backboards onto the clips was an absolute nightmare, but I don’t think it’s worth knocking stars off for that.
The house is huge so do make sure you have the room but, the accessories are brilliant (just right for my young daughter) and she loves the little added features like flushing toilet, light in refrigerator and especially loves the musical piano. Hours of play, room for extra furniture if you want to … I can foresee years of play with this. I hope so anyway, it’s taking up a big chunk of room in the living room!

Per il resto bella non si pu dire nulla ma la qualit miglioriamola!

Ha solo 4 anni e avevo paura che quella in plastica potesse rompersi. Ho scelto questo modelli per gli accessori come l ascensore e altre caratteristiche che mi aveva chiesto la piccola. Poi prevale il rosa come colore quindi restavo in tema barbie e infatti l ho spacciata come tale! Che dire, mia figlia ne estasiata… la casa davvero spettacolare e molto grande… ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo ed arrivata 2 gg prima del previsto. Ci ho impiegato Pi o meno tre ore per montarla ma ne valsa la pena!

Sehr schönes Puppenhaus ! Der Aufbau hat etwa 3h allein gedauert. Die anleitung ist verstndlich. Dad Puppenhaus ist klasse. Klar ist an der ein oder anderen stelle die Verarbeitung nicht 100% , aber fr den guten Preis muss man ber minimale Verarbeitungsfehler hinwegsehen knnen. Die mbel sind sehr schn, keyboard und Toilette machen Gerusche , das Licht kann man anmachen. Das haus ist sehr stabil!

A super dolls house Athough this was complex to build it was worth the effort. It looks terrific. The instructions were clear and all the screws and house pieces were clearly marked. My granddaughter will love it when she sees it at Christmas.
Nice house but construction is hard going. So far I am still building and it is hard going. I expect it will take about 6 hours. I wanted to add some thoughts now.
The box it came in has a photo of the product printed on the outside so beware if this is a surprise for someone. It is also extremely heavy and hard to manoeuvre.
So far so good on all parts being in the box. The stickers labelling the parts do rip the printed boards but can be removed if you apply a bit of water to the sticker for a minute or two, otherwise it is impossible and my first two ripped.
Overall I think it will look great when built but this will be a big building job.

Klasse Tolles riesiges Puppenhaus. Das Zusammenbauen ging recht flott (insgesamt ca. 3Stunden). Der Aufzug klemmt leicht beim Fahren und hier und da kleine Spalte zwischen Wnden. Aber das Geld wirklich wert. Passt gut zu den Original Barbie Puppen.

The additional bag with bolts is btw to fix the construction on the wall to avoid the structure would be pulled over when play gets rough, I think. Don’t throw wrapping away before everything is finished. We missed part 17, a transparent small bit used when assembling the stairs until we discovered it when going through the pile of wrapping. Also: consider putting some glue behind the elevetor rail to attatch it more securely than with a couple of tiny screws. Spraying the rail from the inside with a silicon based lubricant will greatly improve the smooth movement of the lift and decrease stress on the attachement of the guardian rail.

My daughter loves this house. Its colourful and sturdy and was in perfect condition when it arrived. It took an experienced flat pack builder 3 hours plus to build it , its not easy but worth it. Its very large and would not suit a small bedroom. The lift is a little stiff to move but nothing a touch or grease wouldn’t fix. The little light, musical piano and toilet sounds are fun. There’s lots of furniture included which is good you don’t need much to top its up to doll heaven! We will add some lights and a wardrobe to ours this Xmas. We have had ours for two months and can’t be happier with it .

Perfektes Puppenhaus
Das Puppenhaus ist einfach Perfekt! Aufbau ist zwar Zeitaufwendig, lohnt sich aber…
TIP: Can I please recommend that you have some washers handy so that on step 17 and 29 you can reinforce the underside of the stairs and middle wall. The board you are screwing through is not really able to take any kind of stress that the screw head puts on it.
We also had an issue during assembly with a screw-head shearing off leaving the screw in situ. This had the potential to ruin the entire build but was circumvented by drilling a new hole and using a different screw.
What I did like about the build was the screw heads being painted a similar colour to their surroundings so that they blended in a bit better than shiny metal. The instructions are also pretty clear, but take care that you get the orientation of pieces correct by reading ahead a couple of steps to see where the next piece fits in.
Having only built the house today I can not comment on durability in use but I believe the main structure should be fine, however I am concerned with the quality of the thickness of print on the pieces and how this will easily chip and look messy with simple and gentle play.
Overall I think it’s a good buy for what we paid and with a few tweaks I think it could be a fantastic product.
Please remember that if you have missing or damaged parts then you can goto the website mentioned on the first page of the manual to order replacements. We have had to do this for the ceiling fan which was broken in the box.
Its Time consuming
Well where to start. The product is exceptional and worth every Pound they charge for it. What i would sayis give yourself at least 3 hours to build. Also be prepared to look for the Smallest of Fixings which for some reason the manufacturer decided to mix theses with all the Doll Furniture.
Das Barbie- puppenhaus hat uns aus den Socken gehauen. Die Anleitung ist super einfach erklrt. Es lsst sich gut zusammenbauen, aber es dauert schon etwas bis es fertig ist. Die Gre ist perfekt fr meine Tochter (5). Sie hat sich rieig gefreut. Die Qualitt ist top. Die Farben sind intensiv.

This dolls house is value for money because it is HUGE. I had a rough idea of how big it was but I didn’t measure for it arriving. I had assumed like all toy adverts/photos they used a small doll sized child to play with it, not this time. It’s only a few inches smaller than me and I’m 5ft6inch lol. It arrived in a huge box and had 100s of separate pieces. It was very fiddly to put together and took us 4 hours. The instructions are in black and white and have no details on like the patterns on the walls and floor so it is very easy to get things round the wrong way. There were a few pieces where the drill holes were missing completely and we had to make these ourselves. Most of the furniture comes made up. Once assembled the dolls house is very sturdy and robust. The furniture is mostly wooden with a few plastic pieces. The piano and the flush on the loo are nice additions. Both our daughters love it. Ones 5 the other is 12. It’s a great product once it’s put together and great value for money. I think generations of girls in our family will enjoy it. Absolutely fantastic all the little details are so cute. My two girls had a branded dolls house and it fell apart so quickly. I searched to find the right one and this exceeded my expectations.

Arrived yesterday and have been putting it together today and found the swimming pool has a crack in it which is a shame. Very happy very everything else so far. But cannot find how to ask for another piece to replace this?

Se trata de una sper casa de muecas para muecas tipo barbie, de largo mide 120, viene perfectamente embalada y lleg antes de lo previsto
Para montarla he tardado como 3 horas o ms, todo viene numerado, los tornillos han sido mi quebradero, son de estrella y otros allen, estos ltimos son de colores y cuando he acabado algunos no coincidan en el color que deban ser, pero no es importante, se monta fcil y est bien explicado.
La casa es preciosa, nosotros la piscina la ponemos a un lado, se puede llenar con agua, con precaucin para que no se estropee el suelo de la casa.
El ascensor va algo duro, con un poco de lubricante se soluciona.
Suena el wc, el piano y la habitacin tiene luz, trae pilas incluidas.
Los muebles estn perfectos y muy coloridos.
Echo de menos un garaje pero ya sera demasiado grande, as que aparcaremos el coche en la calle…
Mis nias estn encantadas, son dos y tienen espacio de sobra para jugar juntas. Ojal hubiera tenido yo una as de pequea.
He puesto por encima las luces blancas del rbol de navidad y quedan espectaculares, me lo currar para que recorran toda la casa.
El precio es una barbaridad la verdad, pero ha sido regalo conjunto y tiene buena calidad.
Elegimos este modelo porque aunque era de los ms caros, tiene el espacio muy bien aprovechado, el ascensor a un lado te lleva a todos los pisos y la escalera en el medio es totalmente practicable y no quita sitio a las habitaciones, y bueno el jardn con piscina es un puntazo.
Nos encanta y auguro muchas horas de juego.

I bought it for my daughter’s birthday gift. It’s awesome. Pretty but took long time to assemble. Need tools for assembling.
The instructions and assembly was possibly the best I’ve ever seen and the quality was a solid 8 / 10.
However, the WOW factor is where this dollhouse really earns it’s stars.
It’s HUGE and some of the doll furniture has lights and sounds.
The only real negative, aside from it being very over-priced for cheaply covered MDF plates.
Is that a lot of the pieces / furniture arrived very dirty, dusty, chemically smelly and some of the wood pieces were dusted in rust (I wasn’t even sure how this could have happened?)
It took an hour, to fully clean all the pieces and even after that, some were permanently damaged. Probably due to a damp warehouse. It just feels wrong, when you pay so much for something to get a brand new, damaged item. However, it’s still one of the best / only dollhouses on the market that fits Barbie Dolls and it’s by far the most played with toy in our house.
Really pleased with this dolls house. Ideal for slightly older children, my 8 year old loves it. The house and accessories fit barbie type dolls perfectly. I was looking at the barbie dream houses but after reading lots of reviews etc got this one and pleased that i did. There are lots of bits to play with and has kept my daughter and friends (and even her big sister sometimes) busy for lots of hours.
Just be aware it takes a LONG time to put together and is pretty complicated. The night before my daughters birthday I thought we were never going to finish it!
That being said it’s a doll loving child’s dream come true. I wish I could shrink down and live in it! Would recommend and would buy again.

Das puppenhaus war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk. Es war nichts beschdigt und ist auch sehr stabil. Ideal fr Kinder zum Spielen. Der Zusammenbau nahm jedoch einiges an Zeit in Anspruch.

I was looking for a decent house for my daughter to play with her Barbies in. She has a mini fold-out official Barbie house but it’s quite small for little hands, it’s all plastic and kept falling over. I wasn’t keen on spending big bucks on the official Barbie dream house or similar as I’m not keen on that they’re made of flimsy plastic too. So, I started looking into the wooden KidKraft houses.
Wow, what a choice! It was really difficult to settle on one of KidKraft house. I ended up choosing this one, mainly due to the excellent price but I also loved the old-style ‘greenhouse’ elements (reminded me of Kew Gardens!). On comparing reviews for other KidKraft houses, I noted that the rooms in this house were a good height and not as pokey as some reviewers noted in other houses, which was important – my daughter is five and I think she’d get annoyed if it’s difficult to position or play with her dolls.
On to the building – it’s not my first flat pack rodeo. The instructions were excellent. I’ve built another, smaller wooden dolls house before (the LOL house) which was a nightmare! It helped that since then, I’ve invested in a cheap, electric screwdriver which saved my little hands a lot of work this time around with the KidKraft dolls house.
My only gripe is that getting the backboards onto the clips was an absolute nightmare, but I don’t think it’s worth knocking stars off for that.
The house is huge so do make sure you have the room but, the accessories are brilliant (just right for my young daughter) and she loves the little added features like flushing toilet, light in refrigerator and especially loves the musical piano. Hours of play, room for extra furniture if you want to … I can foresee years of play with this. I hope so anyway, it’s taking up a big chunk of room in the living room!

Molto soddisfatti…. specie le mie bimbe! Rifinita, corredata dei mobiletti essenziali, per bambole di 30 cm (tipo Barbie). Corredata di istruzioni che, seguite passo passo consentono di montarla senza troppe difficolt.

Il materiale della piscina per veramente scarso si rotto subito caduto uno sgabellino dell’ arredo e si aperta al centro! No comment. Per il costo che ha magari potrebbero anche utilizzare una plastica pi spessa visto che i bambini dovrebbero anche giocarci.
Per il resto bella non si pu dire nulla ma la qualit miglioriamola!

Bought this doll house for Christmas for my 5 year old and she absolutely loves it, its brilliant and well worth the money, very well made, sturdy and looks amazing! Took around 2 and a half hours to build.
Mia figlia mi aveva chiesto come regalo natalizio una casa di barbie del costo di 250 euro… sono riuscita a convincerla a prenderne una di legno. Ha solo 4 anni e avevo paura che quella in plastica potesse rompersi. Ho scelto questo modelli per gli accessori come l ascensore e altre caratteristiche che mi aveva chiesto la piccola. Poi prevale il rosa come colore quindi restavo in tema barbie e infatti l ho spacciata come tale! Che dire, mia figlia ne estasiata… la casa davvero spettacolare e molto grande… ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo ed arrivata 2 gg prima del previsto. Ci ho impiegato Pi o meno tre ore per montarla ma ne valsa la pena!

Der Aufbau hat etwa 3h allein gedauert. Die anleitung ist verstndlich. Dad Puppenhaus ist klasse. Klar ist an der ein oder anderen stelle die Verarbeitung nicht 100% , aber fr den guten Preis muss man ber minimale Verarbeitungsfehler hinwegsehen knnen. Die mbel sind sehr schn, keyboard und Toilette machen Gerusche , das Licht kann man anmachen. Das haus ist sehr stabil!

Sinon trs jolie et conforme au descriptif.

A super dolls house
Athough this was complex to build it was worth the effort. It looks terrific. The instructions were clear and all the screws and house pieces were clearly marked. My granddaughter will love it when she sees it at Christmas.
So far I am still building and it is hard going. I expect it will take about 6 hours. I wanted to add some thoughts now.
The box it came in has a photo of the product printed on the outside so beware if this is a surprise for someone. It is also extremely heavy and hard to manoeuvre.
So far so good on all parts being in the box. The stickers labelling the parts do rip the printed boards but can be removed if you apply a bit of water to the sticker for a minute or two, otherwise it is impossible and my first two ripped.
Overall I think it will look great when built but this will be a big building job.

Tolles riesiges Puppenhaus. Das Zusammenbauen ging recht flott (insgesamt ca. 3Stunden). Der Aufzug klemmt leicht beim Fahren und hier und da kleine Spalte zwischen Wnden. Aber das Geld wirklich wert. Passt gut zu den Original Barbie Puppen.

sconsiglio a tutti di mettere l’acqua nella piscina perche senn si rischia dirovinare il legno e di staccare gli adesivi.
tutti i tipi di barbie vanno bene ma i bambolotti ovviamente sono troppo grandi,lo consiglio perch invece di comprare un cellulare che probabilmente si romper subito questa casa quando la bambina crescer se avr delle figlie potra anche passarliela,quindi il cellulare lo consigliere per il compleanno quando sar in prima media.

Sono il pap, e aggiungo solo che la casa molto solida, necessita di uno spazio adeguato a causa di dimensioni importanti, l’assemblaggio non complicato ma abbastanza lungo (circa 2 ore).

Quite a building project to get this impressive house together. If it were a real build some additional safety features for the stairs and elevetor would be required. The additional bag with bolts is btw to fix the construction on the wall to avoid the structure would be pulled over when play gets rough, I think. Don’t throw wrapping away before everything is finished. We missed part 17, a transparent small bit used when assembling the stairs until we discovered it when going through the pile of wrapping. Also: consider putting some glue behind the elevetor rail to attatch it more securely than with a couple of tiny screws. Spraying the rail from the inside with a silicon based lubricant will greatly improve the smooth movement of the lift and decrease stress on the attachement of the guardian rail.
A great house – wish anyone had one like that as a starter of young adult life – with a very tasteful interior. Wouldn’t mind joining Barbie to explore things further.

I have two girls – 2 years old and 5 years old and they both love it. It is lovely and colourful and is very spacious with lots of room for both girls to play with at the same time with their barbie dolls in the house.
A brilliant house with lovely furniture, (some make noises) and useful for barbie sized dolls which my daughters didn’t play with much now they get more out of the dolls…but took a while to assemble 2hours!

Bought this as a joint present for our 5&4 year olds Christmas and its fantastic. It looks great and the colours are brilliant. Its a lot bigger than I imagines as well. It is by far the most played with present. Delivery and service was great. Would Recommend.
