Strong smelling!
Great little set and good value, the accessories are really fun, kids love them, the colours are lovely and the smells are pleasant but strong! After a few minutes of playing my daughter and I felt a bit nauseous with the sweet smells, so if you’re a bit sensitive to smells be careful!

This is a great set. I bought 3 of them for Xmas gifts, one of them for my own 4 year old. It’s a great set! It’s messy but what kinetic sand set isn’t. You should know what you’re getting yourself into. It’s particularly good because the way it falls apart makes it look like it’s melting. The only downside is the colours mixing together but that can’t be helped.

Bought this set as a Christmas present. Everyone came as described and the scent of the sand is delicious it makes you want to eat it. It provides hours of fun!
Perfect Prese
Bought this for a little girl with Autism. She absolutely loved it…. Hours of fun for her. The colours all blended to a dull brown eventually but she still enjoys playing with it. Great gift!

I didn’t like the fact it was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain he could have put it in the garage which was open and I got a text saying he had handed it to the resident which was a fib.

My daughter loved this as it’s scented and really smells like the ice cream flavours!, her favourite was the vanilla!
She spent ages playing with this making different ice cream designs and having fun. Easy to pack away again once used and the sand is good quality and doesn’t make a mess.
Hours of fun!
My daughter asked for this for her 8th birthday and said it was her number 1 wish! I wasn’t sure she’d really play with it and I wasn’t keen on potential sand all over the carpet but decided to buy for her anyway.
She’s played with it non stop since she got it 2 days ago; she absolutely loves it.
We’ve also not had any mess! It seems to stay together really well and is really mouldable, sort of like a sandy play dough.
A good amount of sand for the set, there’s definitely plenty for what the use of this set is so that’s great.

As a parent, i hate, sand, putty, gooo, play dough.
But you buy them for your kids, and my 7yr old loves this and is always making me icecreams to sniff and eat, but if your going to make belive at least with this you can say mmmmmm smells lovely.

It doesn’t stick very well
My 2.5 year old loves kinetic sand. We’ve tried various brands and I find kinetic sand to be the best, it binds together better and doesn’t leave as much mess as other brands. However, with this one, it doesn’t stick as well, so theres always lots to clean up,I’m not sure if it’s because it’s scented.
With that being said, my son absolutely loves it. He plays with it daily, and chooses it over his other sets of sand.

My son LOVEE this. Such a fun little set, it’s kept him entertained for hours and we love kinetic sand. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is that the scents are so overpowering, they’re just too much for me.

Fun imaginative play
Gift for 3 year old within minutes the colours got mixed together despite supervision but still very good creative play and it was very much enjoyed and still is some weeks later.

Bought as a present for my 10-year-old and she loves it. Very clever with the separate compartments to scoop like ice cream. The different colours are really cute and my daughter enjoyed making sundaes and ice cream cones.
A word of warning, though the smell is very strong for the scented sand. I could smell it from the other room. It’s that strong.
It’s good fun though and the kids love it.

Comes with small tray, waffle maker and icecream sundae glass. They smell like their flavours but chocolate flavour not too pleasant. Expected more sand for money but still enjoyed for hours.

Kinetic sand ice cream
Our 3 year old loves playing with kinetic sand so we bought this as a present for her giving up her dummy. It’s a good little set, but a bit annoying that once you’ve used it, the colours get mixed up! It doesn’t affect the use of it and little girl isn’t bothered about colours being mixed up! It’s definitely a hit and I know she’ll play with it lots.
Love the set, just a bit messy afterwards
Kinetic sand is a great sensory toy and this idea of the ice cream kinetic sand is amazing. My child loves it and actually plays with it for a long time. It also smells amazing (strawberry, vanilla and chocolate) and the serving tools that come with it are very cleverly made. I was watching the way my child was playing with this set and was very pleased with the different ways she was able to practice skills, learn how to play, be creative, etc.
But the sand in this kit falls apart more than the other sets I’ve bought (same brand just different sets). The sand in the other sets tend to stick together better making it less messy. Seeing this is an ice cream set, one would think that they would want the sand to stick together better so that it doesn’t fall everywhere when the child scoops it up and puts it in the cone/cup. The other thing is that the sand comes in plastic bags that are not reusable so I had to go find separate containers for each one to store it in. It would have been nice if they provided containers for the 3 sand colors.
But overall, very pleased with the purchase, you just have to be ready to vacuum afterwards.

In general kinetic sand is not a mess free game, so we had no expectations of that.
My daughters were really excited when they saw the set and enjoyed making ice cream with the various tools. It is important to note that all the colors get mixed in a second so it is only pretty in the first few minutes. It didn’t bother them though and they continued playing for hours. The smell is nice.

Boy, it’s messy BUT your child will have a wonderful time making cones. My 2 year old daughter, really had fun with this and got so excited when I asked her to make me a cone. I recommend :) Price was great too.

Eigentlich alles wirklich super einziges Manko der starke Geruch. Finde das der Sand zu stark riecht. Er soll ja noch Schokolade, Vanille und Erdbeer riechen aber finde das schon sehr extrem. Ansonsten super.
My 3yo loves kinetic sand & plying “ice cream” & figured this would be perfect, which it was! Like all kinetic sand, it is a bit messy, but that’s expected. Love all the details they added as far as toppings, cups, spoons, scooper etc. & the scent! So realistic! It is a bit much for me however, but daughter loves it.

My granddaughter loves this, you can definitely smell the different sands. Would absolutely recommend she plays for hours with this, if it gets on the carpet just hoover it up.
