After using a lesser quality machine, this one is the business, we sliced a Boneless Pork Loin, look at sliced meat it produced.
Then we boiled a Ham joint as per photo, wafer sliced Ham & regular Sliced Ham, very pleased with machine.
Instructions were not very good, but I managed to clean down the machine, removed the blade and replaced it after cleaning
and all went back together just fine.
I normally don’t provide any reviews but I have been so impressed with this product that I can’t recommend it enough. Even the seller paid the custom duty of 61. Also got the UK plug with it.
I am so happy with the product and its a very good quality and have been using it nearly everyday.
I contacted them to provide me with the video or the information how to sharpen the blade and got the video next day.
I hope this is useful to anyone who needs a good quality meet slicer.
Initially I was reluctant to purchase this slicer and considered opting for a lesser value item. However, I have no regrets since it is robust and solid with doing an excellent job on what it is designed to do.
When it arrived well boxed, there was one knob that had cracked but after sound communication with the provider, a replacement part was sent without any quibble. This is a lifetime product for daily use at home that really supports my charcuterie adventure. No hesitation in recommending this slicer.
I was a butcher and used the full sized machine and realised what a magnificent m/c it is.
I was really looking forward to using it. So can you imagine my disappointment, not being able to use it on the day it was required. I had got turkey, gammon and ham and was looking forward to packing all my meat into boxes and putting them in the fridge.
For this reason alone I feel I am entitled to compensation for this very long delay; before it could be used.

So easy to adjust the thickness of the slice and it maintains this setting. It is a very sturdily constructed machine, hence its weight. It is much more quiet than my previous slicers. Very easy to clean. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend.
Early days but so far works well. The instruction book is not fit for purpose, it has all the right words but not in the right order, it needs rewriting.
