Has all the power settings to adjust for soft, medium and hard, depending on what your cleaning. Easy to setup and use. Happy with this, although only had a few it for a few days
Adequate performance for an economic price
I bought this after reading a lot of reviews. It was to replace a previous Karcher which I now realise was a K3. This K2 is under-powered and the coupling connector broke the second time I used it. Do not waste your money this is a false economy. Pay a bit more and get the K3
Update
My previous one star review was based on the Variowand used on high pressure. Now that I have found a replacement connector I have had a chance to use the K2 with the hard pressure wand with the rotating head. This achieved a much better result in faster time so I have changed my rating to 4 star. I cannot give it 5 stars owing to the poor quality of the connector which broke after only one use.
Works wonders
Absolutely brilliant gift for my partner! Soo happy that I managed to surprise him with it for Christmas. It is super light and very good from what I heard from him. He is happy- I am happy!!!
Simple, easy to use produc
Husband loves it! We didn’t know our patio tiles were that colour. He’s also not very good at tech so the fact he assembled it and got it working on his own was also a big plus.
Lightweight and cleaned my decking with ease
I was debating which Karcher model to go for and I decided on the K2 full control and I’m glad I went for this one, setup was Really easy and it’s lightweight and easy to carry around yet it still packs a punch and cleaned my patio and decking to an incredible standard. The ease of being able to switch which surface you are cleaning is a real bonus and I found myself becoming a bit addicted to cleaning things. Overall I’m extremely happy with this product and would recommend it.
Great pressure washer.
My old pressure is on its way out. Bought the K2 recently and I am very happy with the cleaning abilities. The 5M line isn’t really long enough so I ordered a 15M third party line which solves the minor issue.

Just Perfec
It was ready to use in 10 or so minutes. It worked perfectly and the power was excellent. Within another few minutes, I was cleaning the driveway, perfectly washing it. I put on the patio tool and this was also very good, although, it didn’t get rid of the weeds like the hand tool did, but both are very good. 109 and I think as good as my neighbours 180 Karcher K4 they bought the day before my K2. Its great and easy to put away.
Great price pressure washe
This pressure washer up and running in about 5 mins has got different wands for all kinds of jobs plus a scrubbing attachment and comes with detergent I washed my paved pathway and it’s come up lovely not been done for over 15 years
Great value for money
Easy to assemble from box. Have only used once since buying it. Giving the paving and decking a clean up, what a result. Have used all three attachments but the Patio Cleaner was fantastic. Its very quiet and run for ages no over heating. As it small handy for storage.
Enjoyed blasting the patio slabs.
This is by far superior to my previous Karcher washer & you can run it using water from a bucket instead of having to attach to a hose. Light weight, robust, has wheels & different heads for different tasks.
Cleaning power is great for tough surfaces, the dirt blaster lance is perfect for very dirty patios (See the photo!).
Vario lance is good for most else.
I haven’t ended up using the patio cleaner much, its perfect for wooden decking but found that it didn’t shift the more stubborn dirt from the patio so used the dirt blaster for all of it.
My only complaint is that there is no way I can see to lock the water on, this does lead to you hand cramping after cleaning for a while.
Feels plasticky but seems strong. Should hold up to normal home use.
I have to admit, I’d read reviews but still wasn’t really convinced a little unit like this would have enough power. But I am SO impressed.
Easy to set up and was ready to go in less than 5 mins.
The patio tool is brilliant. Works as well as the stick as so fast. The concrete in our back probably hasn’t been cleaned in years (if not decades) we moved in a few months ago and I couldn’t stand looking at the green anymore.
I wanted to get the worst of it off and when it warms up in Spring I’ll get out again and try the cleaner liquid too. Although not sure you really need it. The stick with 3 different settings is easy to use and you can use the soft setting to clean up and move the dirty water to the drain.
If you intend on doing a patio / concrete the circle attachment makes the job so much quicke

Great jetwash for my vehicle, bikes and patio at home. Only wish is it had a longer pipe to reach around my whole vehicle, but at this price I certainly can’t moan as will buy an extensio

I have so far been very impressed with this pressure washer. It’s very light and easy to move around. The pressure was plentiful to clean my patio and brickwork. It removed grime and dirt where previous washers had failed.
I did borrow a K5, which of course is more powerful than this K2 model, but for the money I can’t fault the K2, and it does everything I need.
Karcher K2 transformation!
Absolutely love this product! It arrived promptly and so light to manoeuvre.
I was so keen to get it tested on my patio that needed some TLC and the results were phenomenal. I didn’t even need to use the solution that came with it because the pressure from the water and the product itself made a massive difference on my concrete slabs!
Good pressure to have at home
Pressure washer easily assembled and worked well with three pressure settings.
The only downside was the poor trigger system tended to trap your hand when applied.
Got wise to it now but did cause a couple of blood blisters.
Lightweight but Powerful
The K2 replaced our old Karcher, which after nearly 20 years had finally packed up. The K2 is equally powerful and great at removing mud and dirt on our cars, yet the real beauty is that it is maybe a third of the weight of the old model!

We used our Karcher k2 to clean all slabs on both of our patios and walkways around our house. We found this better than our old machine that we had before and that burnt out during the early part of this work.
Ok but a bit fragile
Had this a couple of years and used it for patio and drive approximately six times. The plastic clips that click down to secure the hose etc are fragile. They get stuck with all the dirt and you need to gently prize them open with a flat blade screwdriver. I managed to save mine intact using this method. The patio (spinning) cleaner does a good job at first, but after about 4 uses mine stopped spinning when in use (I had cleaned it well after every use). I stripped it down and cleaned every part thoroughly, it seemed to spin really well until I connected it, but no good. There is no proper bearing, just a couple of smooth plastic washers. Might try and find replacements. If you have a large area or need to use it a lot, I would recommend doing more research and probably spending a fair bit more money.
A very good product, and a must have for outdoor use.
I got this whithin 15 mins of getting out the box I used this. Great for anything you want to wash with a hose, ie cars, Van’s, floor, wall and other bits and Bob’s. Used it to jet wash a drain and works well.

Great little Pressure Washe
Took a chance with this washer on the reviews so far, easy to put together and the weight was a revelation after lugging my old Bosch washers about.
Wondered if the performance would be as good and was delighted to find it was easily, the patio cleaner is marvelous no more hours back and forth with the turbo lance and no splashing every where.
Feels a bit flimsy and the water hose to lance is a bit downmarket, but the weight means it does not have to be so rugged, motor switches on and off with use , no background noise as with the old ones, overall very pleased, now to see how it lasts !

This jet wash is amazing the power removed all the algae and moss from my yard and keeps it clean. I’m very impressed with the cost for what it does it’s small and easy to move about when in use 10/10 from this man happy days
Powerful but could be more user friendly
Powerful power washer and easy to assemble. It can be a little frustrating trying to maneuver with it when the wheels are only on one side I have to move it along myself. The cable can get all wound up at times but just have to persevere. Despite this I’m happy with what’s included and I find it’s a powerful jet for the price. It helps to clean my car and can shift dirt from tiles rather easy.

I used this product to pressure wash my drive – the block paving hadn’t been washed for at least 10 years(!) and I had my doubts about how effective the Karcher K2 would be. I needn’t have worried as the K2 tackled it with ease! I wish I had taken before and after pics as the difference was amazing but unfortunately I didn’

Used better. Not a lot of pressure it’s light to carry and OK for basic pressure washing but wouldn’t recommend for clearing moss from out of the cracks in the patio
Great for Pavements/Patios, but...
Purchased this for our home, as there are always stains and horrible bird droppings on my front porch, and garden. And i can honestly say that it does a great job, i have used this Pressure Washer a couple of times now and find it has great setting where you can adjust the pressure of the water; the yellow plastic cover keeps the water inside, so you don’t get the dirt all over you. Now my whole family uses it, as it is easy to manoeuvre around, (but makes a slight scraping sound when the yellow plate is over the top of it). (As for the actually water being pumped out, it is not that loud or noisy when in use.)
Only negative is that the price was quiet high when i purchased: 100, considering it is just made of yellow plastic components, which could easily break; so is a little flimsy, but has been ok, and held strong so far. (This is my first pressure washer/jet wash i have ever owned, so i don’t have much experience with them; thought i would go for this one, due to the positive reviews.)
Overall would recommend if you are on a budget, and need a pressure washer to clean hard stains on patio/front porch or garden pavements; (i mainly use mine for getting rid of grit/dirt that had turned my garden pavements grey over the years).

Best bit of kit ive bought in a while
I was fed up with the garden hose. Thought i would get a pressure washer and mates had got other brands and had issues so i went for this as an entry level karcher. Its brilliant! Ive used it on the patio with the attachment and it looks like new. On the car and motorbikes it takes all the grime off. Its really easy to use and ive also got a snow foam attachment for it now. A great addition to useful garden equipment.
It was a great purchase. It’s very easy to assemble and manoeuvre. It’s very light which makes it even easier to use. It cleans required areas to high standard even without using any cleaning liquid (which I am reluctant to use because of proximity of plants). Definitely value for money.
Bloody brillia
Bloody brilliant according to the husband whose Dad has the large heavier older model but this is better than that at a third of price. Quieter less heavy and easy to use. Only thing would be better is a longer hose but not a deal breaker.
Good little pressure cleane
Used this to clean my decking, for the first time in a few years and my patio slabs which I have not cleaned for 12 years. Really pleased with the results, great little pressure cleaner.

I just.. love this. It took probably 50 years worth of dirt away from my garden paving. The patio attachment is fabulous, and I didn’t even have to use the detergent. Can’t wait to try the other attachments for the car etc.
I had to scratch my head a little first time I inserted the attachments cause I didn’t make them click and it leaked, but I guess it’s just me.. plenty of youtube tutorials about this anyway. It’s an awesome pressure washer to have and it’s cheap
Paying more for a brand name
Feels a little fragile. Body seems thin and worried it will break. Expected more for the price and cost may be for to the brand name.
Basic model but good value for light use
No dislikes. Main reason for buying was for the path cleaning attachment. Use it for car washing and general washing down.
Very effective but hose was an expensive I would like to have avoided
To be honest I had never bought one before. I just assumed that it was for washing cars and I don’t drive. I had a lot of grime and old paint on my patio and have expensively tried many other often labour intensive methods. So one day I thought why not try one. So it comes with three attachment nozzles including one that looks like a metal detector. They are all really effective especially the power nozzle. But the thing does make a lot of mess too which is not ideal. the fact is is that I should have bought one ages ago it’s just right for what I needed. I do however think that it should come with some hose that was an expense I would have preferred avoiding. Guess that’s a moan not really relevant.
Good value, great results
Like others posting reviews here, I was surprised at how effective this was.
When I received it, the first thing I did was pop out to my garden and point it at the patio. Blasted the grime and dirt right off, leaving it lovely and clean. This was a bit of a problem as the contrast was so stark I had to do the whole patio there and then! Then the fence…then the drains…then the brickwork on my garage…
Took about 5 mins to assemble out of the box and is extremely simple (and fun) to use.
Better than you'd think
This is a great little washer and more than up to the usual domestic tasks including cleaning patios, cars, etc. The patio cleaning attachment is a bit naff so I just use the lance but there is more than enough pressure to blast away year old algae and grime.
The real beauty of this machine is its portability. it’s so lightweight and easy to move you don’t dread setting it up and and putting it away. Make sure you have plenty of hose and electric cable length however as it’s very easy to pull over as well.
The detergent tube is a bit poor as it’s so close to the bottom of the machine and quite short. If you want to dip the tube in a container you have to put the washer on something a bit higher so the tube actually hangs down into the container.
All in all, a very useful washer for all the usual domestic jobs. Easy to store, use and move about.
Replaced my tired old Karcher with this newer model. The old one had done 15 years of good service before making an interesting noise then finally leaking, believed to be a cracked head. The result of leaving water in it to freeze over the winter months – lesson learnt. I’ll be very happy if this one lasts as long and so far so good. I wasn’t sure if it was quite as powerful as the previous model but with the high power lance fitted I believe its pretty close. It comes with a softer lance which is great for cleaning moss and slime of garden furniture without stripping the paint/varnish off and is much safer to use on more delicate tasks. The floor cleaning attachment works well and the whole unit seems more stable and easy to manoeuvre than the older larger heavier unit.

I pressure washed my back yard and this took paint off my wall and removed lose cement/stones, it’s as powerful as you need. Buy this, you don’t need to waste money on newer models.
A very capable home pressure washe
I was intending to get the K4 but then I read a review on the K2, which prompted me to order the K2.
The first one was lost by Hermes. Not at all impressed with this carrier! Amazon stepped in with a replacement item, which arrived the next day. I have hardly been able to stop using it since assembling it, which was very easy. The patio cleaning head is particularly impressive. The 4-position Lance is good too, although the calibration collar has gone out of alignment with the setting position, which I will have to fix sometime. It still works. I haven’t tried the dirt buster lance yet, as the ‘hard’ setting on the other Lance has proved quite adequate to shift black marks from my patio paving. Great product.
I found assembly to be pretty straight forward, and I’ve had no problems with the Karcher. The patio cleaning add on works well for relatively easier dirt removal and stops water spraying all over the place, and the lance comes in handy for the more stubborn bits.
I didn’t find that the patio cleaner supplied made any difference.
I would have liked the water jet to be narrowable to more of a point for shifting really stubborn ingrained dirt.
Overall, particularly as it was on offer when I bought it, a good piece of kit.
Very impressed
I’ve had this a month and only just used it today. It was great, lots of power to clean my Indian stone patio and concrete driveway. Very impressed. I was looking at the more expensive one, but thought this one does everything I need it to do at half the price. Glad I bought this one..
I was wary considering some of the one star reviews talking about pressure drop after a few uses, but I’m happy to say that after heavy use for the past couple of weeks it is still going strong.
I have stone paving front and back in my house so have been cleaning that (5 years worth of filth!). The 80% lance is ideal for lifting dirt and weeds from between the stones and cleaning them up beautifully.
There are two drawbacks, but I found an easy solution for each.
1. The power cable is a short one
2. You have to hold the trigger at all times to keep spraying and this can be tiring on the hand.
1. I use an outdoor waterproof box I have for outdoor Christmas lights. I can put a long extension lead inside there and hey presto.
2. McGuyver would be proud, a strong elastic band wrapped around three times.
Watch out for your hose water pressure. If it drops (kink in hose) you will be damaging the motor.
Apart from that I couldn’t be happier, for the price is has been brilliant. It would have cost much more to hire one.
More than capable of handling built up grime
Easy to use, and though it might take a few passes over very stubborn, ground-in dirt, it returned the stone terrace to good as new. Only quibble was with how to grip the unit. The vibration caused a residual aching in hand for part of the next day.

I had previously borrowed a friend’s much bigger Krcher but decided to buy this model after reading the reviews. Unpacking it was obviously easy as was assembling the unit – fairly obvious. I took one look at the patio cleaning attachment and thought ‘That looks pathetic’. How wrong I was – it’s brilliant! I don’t know who designed it but I can bet Krcher aren’t paying them enough! It’s very quick to use, much, much quicker than just using the lance on my friend’s machine and amazingly (a very often overused adjective but true in this case) effective.
I used one of the lances on the patio table that hadn’t been cleaned in years – afterwards it reminded me of what the teak finish used to look like.
Yes, the unit is quite light but it’s also very compact. Yes, I suppose it could have a longer mains lead and a longer hose but it really is not a problem. The machine is so easy to move around – and my patio is quite big.
The only issue I had was totally my own fault. I used an extension cable with a 6A cutout. I was too lazy(!) to get another one from inside the house so had to reset the cutout a few times.
I read in one of the reviews that the reviewer was so impressed that they actually spent time looking for things to clean – I know exactly how they feel!

Bought this to replace a Vax 2000 one I bought on here just over a year ago, blew up on us first use this year.
I’m really impressed. So easy to put together ready for first use.
The different attachments are great & so easy to connect. The addition of patio/deck cleaning solution is a bonus.
The instructions are detailed & easy to follow.
I’m disabled & compared to other washers I’ve used in the past this is far superior. It didn’t leave me feeling constant vibrations in my hands & arms.

Reasonable pressure
Cleans better that the previous version of this model. Jet spray needs to be close to path to clean it therefore as I am tall I have to bend over slightly which causes a bit of back pain when doing paths and patio so slightly longer nozzle attachment or extension piece would help
Easy to set up and use
I don’t like the handle if this machine, but fortunately it’s not essential to use it.
Once set up, it works beautifully – I was cleaning my patio. I did have to buy a new hose though – so it’s not compatible with all hoses.

Easy to assemble. You need a hosepipe to connect. It’s really simple, if I can figure it out then a 5 year old probably could (I’m seriously that bad).
Easy to manoeuvre, I have limited mobility and am in a lot of pain physically, and I was able to use this on a slope.
Cleans extremely well, has been used extensively since purchase for a very very large job. It’s absolutely fantastic, cleans really well, and has done amazing. Highly recommend.
Only down side is that it’s a bit leaky around the connection the hosepipe goes in to, but it doesn’t cause any problems really.
Compact and Powerful .
Just unboxed my Krcher K2, 10 minutes to assemble. Tried it out, very good results.
Impressed with the Patio Cleaner attachment, but couldnt figure out how to deliver the liquid into the spray.
Determined its a 22 option, so why on earth omit the foamer or provide the liquid soap cleaner ? Dropped a star for this faux pas, was really looking forward to using the soap delivery on my car.
Will update this review as i use it.
Compact and perfectly powerful, very versatile for range of tasks.
A great little washer. I’ve been cleaning paths, patios and bird baths with great results. Use the patio cleaner rotary attachment and then the high pressure lance nozzle for edges and corners the rotor can’t reach, you just have to make sure all the removed dirt from the lance goes away from walls and houses. It’s not very noisy and wonderfully compact stpring everything but the rotary cleaner on board. Low pressure is less useful you might as well use the hose unassisted. Medium pressure on plastic and wooden furnitute does well to blast off mold (some woodstain may come off but better than restaining over the mold. As another reviewer said the cleaning detergent for patios is completely unnecessary.
THE PRESSURE IS ON
This unit is compact, easy to move around and use. It would be helpful if the pressure hose was a bit longer but being light and easy to move it’s not really a problem. I used it on the patio and some concrete ornaments. The patio cleaner works quite well but i did have to finish off with the jet.

Really simple to setup and has breathed new life into my path and cleaned up some brickwork very nicely indeed. Adjustable lance and the patio cleaner head have had the most use so far and both doing a great job. My first pressure washer so nothing to compare to but I’m now hooked – a great piece of kit.

Great all round for any household
Great pressure washer. Good value for money and honestly don’t know why the common household needs any higher model than this one. Successfully cleaned by car with the same quality as the garage down the road which uses industrial spec washers. Cleans the patio a treat.
All super easy to build up as you’d expect.
Only thing I’d say is where all the attachments connect it’s not exactly the most well thought out and not great to drag but it’s fine and the hose for the lance is long enough to not really need this.

Does the job
Does what I wanted it to do. Pretty easy to assemble. I had to buy an extension lead to be able to use it in my garden. Also it is difficult to move around and not knock over the solution that it uses, given that it is only connected via a small pipe.
Easy to use, worked wonders on a patio not cleaned for 10 years....
I set this up today (if you check YouTube there is a very handy video on how to click all the bits together) and blasted my patio which has not been cleaned since it was laid 10 years ago. The stones were originally a light buff colour and they had over the years turned almost black with grime.
Be aware that you DO HAVE to purchase a separate hose and connector, as the only hose you get in the kit is the one running from the machine to the spray gun. You do however, also need to buy a hose for running from your water supply (indoor or outdoor) to the inlet of the machine. As I don’t have an outdoor tap, I had to purchase the Karcher Indoor Hose Connection kit,, which was a 10m length of hose and a special adaptor for the kitchen tap, and one for the other end of the hose, which allowed me to connect the hose from my kitchen tap to the machine. Be aware also that if you have very chunky or oddly shaped kitchen taps, this may not fit. My taps are quick chunky (but at least round shaped) and I really struggled to get the connector onto the tap. Once on, it did feel quite secure and never popped off once. I got the Indoor Kit from another supplier as Amazon don’t seem to sell it.
Once I was set up, I used all three attachments to compare them. They all work brilliantly, the patio tool is great for making light work of your stone patio and basically acts as a hood, directs the spray, and just stops the water splashing everywhere. It does not have a brush or anything (none of the attachments do) but the force of the water is enough alone to get rid of the dirt, you don’t need to scrub at all. Be careful not to direct the water directly at the grout lines of your paving, as the water does knock out a fair bit of the grout due to the sheer pressure.
The Karcher K2 made a fantastic job of the patio, and I am going to use it on my deck and garden furniture also. One of the attachments gives full control (soft, medium or hard) flow, so you can use the pressure washer on various things without damaging them or stripping the finish from your deck, for example. My patio is now back to its original light buff colour from literally being black and covered in algae. Looks brand new again.
The only thing that I can say was a little annoying was the noise of the machine, it is very loud and I suspect if you were using it for a long time doing various jobs in your garden, your neighbours would not be too pleased!
Highly recommended, would have been great if it had actually come with a length of hose and some connectors for people who don’t have outdoor taps, but all in all, a brilliant purchase and a very powerful machine. Wish I had taken some before and after pictures!
Easy to use.
Used on Block Paving and it cleaned well with T150 Adapter without dirt splashing all over. Would have been useful if the Car wash brush was included in the kit. Hence 4 Stars, otherwise I would have given 5 Stars.

I’ve wanted a Karcher for many years but always bought the cheap generics. I finally bit the bullet as I have 2 patios to clean and last It took 2 days with a cheap unit. It was also very messy!
I’m staggered at how good this is. Especially as it’s the “starter” unit. I can’t imagine how powerful the bigger ones are. The patio will take 3 hours now instead of days.
I bought this pressure washer because my patio was looking quite grimy and the idea of 3 different pressure settings so I could do my decking, patio and car with the same machine was appealing.
I cleaned the patio today and the Karcher did not disappoint. On the ‘hard’ setting it seemed to magically blast the dirt away. It was so precise I could write my name with it. I then tried the patio attachment and I must admit I didn’t think it would be as good as the wand but I was proven wrong. It cleaned the patio with amazing efficiency and I’d finished in no time at all – the only niggling issue being that it couldn’t get into corners and crevices very well and left a line of grime that I then had to go over with the wand.
I’m thrilled with the results of my patio and couldn’t have wished for better – it’s like I hired a professional.
The only complaint I have (and it’s a small one) is that when you use the detergent you have to simply sit the detergent next to the machine and let it feed in meaning it’s at high risk of being knocked over and moving the washer to cover new areas with the detergent in tow is a hassle.
Cleans up
I needed a jet washer for a few jobs around the garden. I picked this K2 as it came with a patio attachment which was one of the jobs i needed done. Everything came disassembled and it all went together very easily, in fact so easily i did not use the instruction. I quickly used it on the patio and it came up a treat. It was easy to use and compact enough to not take up too much room in the shed. I would recommend this to anyone.

Oh wow does this work! Bought it for our patio which gets filthy with soot from the big road next to our garden. Couldn’t believe the difference it made, had forgotten what colour the patio actually was!
Simple to put together and effortless to move around. It did require someone following behind with a big broom to sweep away the water but worth the effort as the patio looks so clean again.
Certainly miles cheaper in the long run than having someone out with a specialist machine to do the job – in fact you break even after one use, so money well spent.
I bought this pressure washer to clean my drive, car and patio. So far, I have used it to clean the drive, and found that while it is great at cleaning the drive, it doesn’t have enough power to wash away the debris, even using it without the patio cleaning accessory. I have used a more powerful pressure washer before where the power of the jet would not only clean the ground, but would also move the debris as you cleaned, I found that this does not have the pressure or volume of water to do this effectively. This meant having to hose away debris after cleaning.
I think that it’s perfect for smaller drives/patios and washing cars should be a breeze, just be patient if cleaning larger areas.
The washer was very easy to put together, and has a standard hose connector making it easy to attach the water supply to it. I found the pressure hose to be a little short, however it’s very easy to move the washer to where you need it. The mains lead is adequate too.
I will update this review after using it on the patio and car if there is anything else to add.
It started off as an innocent purchase. I had noticed my garage door needed a clean, and my porch could do with a good rinse. First I wanted to hire a pressure washer for a day, but on weekends that could cost me a hefty 35, so I turned to Amazon. I justified the price by saying I could use it whenever, I could even save a few quid by using this thing instead of going to the local car wash. So I placed the order. I didn’t know that this would be the start of my demise. I washed the entire exterior of my home, every single brick, every floor tile, every roof shingle. I then washed my driveway, the pavement outside my home, even started going up the street and doing the job that the council sure as hell would not. I haven’t done the dishes in months, I just lay them out in the garden and let this baby have at them. My kids don’t even shower, they just stand outside and I hose them down (with the soft setting of course, I’m not an animal). My wife has asked for a divorce, she’s taking the kids, the house and even my dog, but it’s okay. I have the pressure washer.

Compact yet Complete
This is my second Karcher the old one lasted over 15 years. The K2 is powerful and also gentle and takes up little room in the Man cave. My previous washer jacked in half way through the Garden spring clean last spring so on impulse I nipped through to our nearest DIY outlet and bought another different brand washer and when I got back in the garden I was instantly disappointed,Not a patch on the old Karcher. Earlier this week my Daughter arrived wanting to borrow it I took great delight donating it to her then came on here and ordered a “Proper Power Washer”
Excellent, versatile produc
This was a replacement for an older version that lasted for many years. I must admit that I do like Karcher products and have never had cause to complain about them. This one is sturdy, easy to set up and use and very versatile. Obviously it is a little bulky but not as bad as some. I can’t see anything about it that causes me concern and hopefully it will continue to perform well for many years to come. I would recommend it.
This was the first time I’d bought a power washer, so I wasn’t sure if I should get a more expensive model like the K4. However, I wanted something small so took the chance on the K2. My main reason for purchasing was patio cleaning, which it does brilliantly. The round shaped patio extension works well, you only need the regular straight hose for edges and corners. The kit came with a sample bottle of patio cleaning fluid, but having cleaned a few patio areas now , including one that hadn’t been cleaned in overall decade, I don’t see that as necessary – water works fine. I haven’t used it to clean the car, so I can’t offer an opinion on that, sorry!
Minor quibbles – it could do with a hook or two for wrapping the power cable, and you need to tie wrap the tap supply hose after use to keep it from springing straight. However, nothing that would make me regret the purchase.
Compact product and it arrived early – great!
The patio-scrubbing attachment is amazing though one MUST follow the instructions and sweep the area prior to using or one risks smashing the water jet nozzles with any stones or gravel. It would have been even better with a “skirt” to contain the spray and to hold the nozzles a little further from the surface but that’s a relatively minor point. All in all a great tool which makes an otherwise arduous task very much more simple and Much quicker. Thanks to my wife for insisting I get one!!
I have only used the Karcher K2 once since buying it. Ive heard very positive things about it and thought id give it a try. It did not disappoint. I purchased mainly for the garden paving and driveway paving as it could do with freshening up. The Karcher kit was easy to essemble from box, paving looks great. Would definitely recommend rather than paying someone to do it. Its great fun too! Will be using it next on my car and front driveway. I would have given it 5 star if i had used it more than once and got another pleasant experience.

I found this very easy to use and very efficient both on patio and decking surfaces. Unfortunately I did not order the optional extras at the time eg the foam nozzle and washing brush for the detergent but will do as I think they will be useful and I am a bit disappointed that they are not included in the pack.

he one thing that I realy disliked was it didn’t have a car wash brush as that was one of the two main reasons i purchased a pressure washer and the fact that some of the other models have one as standard had , but i guess that could be down to me as I obviously research it in detail thoroughly enough,

One of my many recent middle aged purchases. I was recently moving house and needed this to clean down the patio. Just to note if using on a patio please use the right attachment, we used the normal spray atachment and ruined the concrete filling between slabs (oops) but we didnt use he right attachment.

Very impressed
In the first week of having this ive done our patio, the conservatory roof, the garden furniture, our 3 cars and the bbq grill. The patio attachment was the most surprising thing in the box. I was very sceptical about it at first because there is not much to it but its great.

Im sure most decent pressure washers would have given me the same results but this is small, lite and seems pretty robust and if im honest its karcher so you know you’ll be able to get replacement parts if something does fail.
Received this and went to work on my outside yard immediately.
Easy to assemble and connected to kitchen tap using a connector and hose that I bought separately.
As soon as I started spraying there was an instant clear visiable different on the stone floor! I attached the patio head and made quick work of the grime which has been building for a while.
The next day I tried the cleaning fluid… it drains the bottle pretty quickly but seems to have done a decent job!
This machine is more than capable of clearing away thick moss/dirt/grime etc and am very happy with the result!
After pouring a bleach mix and scrubbing my patio with a hard bristle brush in this never ending English heatwave we are randomly having, I couldnt bare it any more. My friends mentioned a pressure washer and I caved in, searched through a few different brands and reviews and finally chose this one at a good price. Within 10 seconds of using it, it was already worth it. I genuinely though my patio was a dark greyish kind of colour after I had scrubbed the hell out of it trying to get rid of all the moss etc So I could seal it. Turns out my patio is closer to light grey/white! Very powerful and using the long handle with the yellow head bit at the end meant it didn’t spray dirt and crap all over the house, walls and fence panels.

Nice upgrade from my 14 year old B series.
My 14 year old B series Karcher pressure washer was leaking and playing up. It was also quite heavy. A replacement was the logical solution as most of the Karcher spares available no longer fit the old models.The K2 seems to be the answer at the price it was selling for at the time. Nice lightweight machine delivering plenty of power. The attachments make it a good all-rounder for cars patios and other cleaning tasks. The only thing to let it down. is the meagre 4metre (13foot) HP hose.
Only used it once but very impressed with initial results cleaning my patio (results in image using lance only so not even tried the patio attachment tool or patio detergent which came with the kit). Very easy to set up – takes less than 5 mins from unpacking and compact to store. At <100, would've cost more to pay someone to clean my patio so a good long term investment for the price - which, from my research was the cheapest at Amazon. Plus 24 hr delivery so a no brainer really.

Pressure washer very good & did what I wanted but was a bit disappointed with patio cleaner as I was expecting brushes instead of a sprayer but in saying that it still did a fair job, wouldn’t want to put anyone off. Hence 4 stars instead of 5

Good product but for a novice like me the instructions are not very detailed! I had to pull my hair out to connect all components together and of course I was soaking wet in the process!
This is my second Krcher home pressure washer. The first, an older bigger K3.8 model is still working well and went to my son. I wanted something a bit smaller for patio, car wash and garden furniture and chose the new full control K2 withT150 Patio cleaner as a good compromise. I mention the K3 model as a useful comparison on build quality and performance.

Instructions
It takes about 5 minutes to assemble. You get about three booklets of instructions and safety warnings and the instruction booklet for the washer itself is not helpful. Go directly to page 13 which is a pictorial guide to assembly with audio accompaniment in the form of the word ‘click’ in little speech bubbles like old 1960s Batman movies. For most things its intuitive (like fixing the wheels) but connecting the hose to the washer and the spray handle is a bit of a head scratcher without the instructions and if you start working at it yourself things could get broken.

Build quality
Doubtless many people will have seen this model in retail outlets. A lot of reviewers here point out a slight ‘toy like’ feel to the washer as everything is plastic and it is very light. If you have used an older Krcher model, particularly from a K3 onwards then it does feel slightly flimsy. The T150 Patio cleaner head in particular looks like it wouldn’t be up to the job. Hose connections are plastic at both ends. and not the ‘quick connect’ system of larger models. The Vario lance and dirt blaster lance are probably the sturdiest items here. The kit also comes with a small bottle of patio/decking cleaner and there is a plastic tube in the lower washer body which can be pulled out and set into the bottle and will deliver the detergent as you wash. Overall, first impressions were, ‘can this unit deliver?’ I suspect that is the same for a lot of buyers. The proof is in the use.

The pressure washer in use – some observations
This is a small unit with a carrying handle and a pull up handle for wheeling along. The unit is so light that I’d rather lift it around than wheel it and if you are buying one I suggest you leave off the larger pull up handle to see if your really need it, as it tends to get in the way. I much prefer this smaller unit. It is stable in situ and easily lifted around a larger patio area, bearing in mind that whatever unit you choose you will have a mains lead, hose and spray gun pipe attached and doing their best to get tangled as soon as you turn your back. The spray hose length at 4 meters is a little short, particularly for car washing.
On its first outing this washer was used to clean algae and dirt from a medium soiled above average patio area extending the length of the house as well as paths to the sides and rear, followed by a car wash. So total use around 4 hours. Top line, this little unit delivered the goods.
The patio was cleaned using the T150 Patio cleaner head. My last Krcher unit came with a much larger more robust head with a brush rim for scrubbing as you clean, but this little T150 performed better. Its not meant for dragging back and forth over your patio or decking. The force of the water coming out of the revolving head allows the head to naturally hover about an inch or so above the surface, while losing none of the cleaning power. I was very pleased how well it performed, quickly lifting the majority of dirt off large areas. There will always be some residue, so for this I used the Dirt Blaster lance (the one with the bullet shaped head). This provided a high pressure conical cleaning water spray which quickly dealt with any remaining patches of dirt. I did not use any detergent. I couldn’t find it in the instructions (but I’m sure its there somewhere) – this Dirt Blaster lance is not suitable for washing cars. There is a high risk of damaging paintwork. Never do it.
The lance heads and the patio washer push in and lock to the lance gun with a push and a half turn to lock. There is now a spring action to help lock attachments in place in the spray handle. I found these attachments much easier to use than on my older model. People with slightly arthritic hands should be able to manage without any bother.
I thought I would try the detergent bottle provided. This sits on the ground at the back of the washer and a plastic tube at the base of the washer with a small filter can be pulled out and set into the bottle. Once set up spray as usual and detergent will come out, however it uses the mix very quickly and I would not recommend buying bottles of the Krcher cleaning fluids as they are not economical. The next model up – the new K3 which is almost indistinguishable from the K2 has a plastic bottle for detergent in the base of the unit. Overall, I think this detergent mixing method (whatever the model) is a fiddly waste of time. Buy yourself a Krcher Foam jet nozzle and washer bottle attachment (Krcher-26431470-Capacity-Pressure-Accessory) which can be used for both patio and car and use whatever detergent mix you want.

The lances in use
Previous Vario lances I used (ie you adjust between gentle and full pressure) have been replaced with ” Full Control Vario Lance with 4 Predefined settings with usage iconography”, and a “Full Control Dirt Blaster with usage iconography” . To cut through the marketing gibberish, the new Vario lance has now four settings with four icons showing their use and you click from one to another:
Mix – for mixing detergents (if you use the little pipe on the machine)
Soft – for fences where there is a possibility of damaging the surface ( the icon is a fence)
Medium – for most surfaces (the icon is a car)
Hard – for stone surfaces, paving and brick pavia (the icon is brickwork)
In use I found very little difference in pressure between ‘Soft’ and ‘Medium’ and I would lean towards ‘soft’ if using for a car wash. While Soft is the ‘fence’ setting I would be concerned that up close using ‘soft’ you could take the paint off a fence.
This is a good lance – not too long and easily used one handed if need be. The icons are helpful the first time you use them. Thereafter forget it. For the meantime these four settings are Krcher’s new marketing thing, but I think the little K2 scores over its larger siblings – here’s why. On the larger models K3 onwards the lance setting is set from the trigger handle; buttons to press, lights to come on and more to go wrong than the simple mechanical 4 click method of the K2 vario lance.
I’ve mentioned the Dirt Blaster lance with its ‘hard’ icon it should be a reminder to keep away from cars and soft paint. This lance does a really good job and works best for me if used in a gentle stirring motion rather than up and down /left to right.
A longer hose would be better – 7m ideally -but the unit is so light there is no problem lifting it as you go. Longer hoses are available as accessories. You may wish to look at the K2 Full Control premium which comes with a longer hose (6m) and some other extras for very little more. There is also a 6m quick release extension( not replacement) hose available giving you a full 10 meters of hose. Also worth noting the hose connectors are not the metal type on some other models, they are plastic and they are not the ‘quick connect’ type either. That’s not an issue. The K2 connectors are fine.
The motor only runs when you are spraying. Once switched on with hose connected and water turned on the motor runs for about 3 seconds and stops until you pull the trigger. Also -very important- before switching on run some water through the unit so that your are not starting the motor ‘dry’. I’m in the habit at the end of a wash of disconnecting the hose from the tap and running the unit until the water is out of the hose, before storage. In this case when the hose empties the motor will keep on running, so if you intend doing this switch off immediately the water stops flowing.
When it comes to storage the cable and the hose reel can be stored on the hook at the side of the unit, or in the case of the hose, over the gun handle. Its very neat indeed. the lances attach to either side of the back of unit.

Conclusion
In 1991 I bought a Kew Hobby pressure washer. It was small, about the size of a 10L container and came with one lance. It finally parted this life in 2015. Compared to the Kew the Karcher seems built at this price point with a limited shelf life in mind. So does it live up to the job? Very definitely. My old K3 was 120bar, so I expected a little less pressure. Whether its the design of the lances, or a shorter hose or my imagination I think this 110bar model has more oomph. It was certainly well capable of all cleaning all I threw at it. Don’t be put off by its bigger siblings. For the average home where usage is light – car washing, annual patio cleaning – this unit is spot on. Small, powerful and devoid of gimmicks, it delivers all the cleaning power you need. Treat yourself.

The washer is compact and so take up little space. it is easy to assemble (you can even get a lot of video information on YouTube) and clean. I would recommend this product.
Good price, good produc
This replaced my older K2 that finally gave up after week in week out use. The new one does a good job but you can tell there’s a lot of cost reduction effort gone in to the latest design. It’s a low cost home focussed product, still does a good job but not as sturdy as the last one.
Tired 6yr old patio has come back to life. We aim to blast it once a year to stay in top of grime n dirt.
I love this so quick and easy to use, I had one before an older model but it gave up the ghost so I bought this one, it is so much quicker than the last one, my patio was really dirty but this cleaned it up in no time. Not too large, easy to understand how to set up and use. My main use for it was to clean the patio and it does this VERY quickly and without creating undue mess – the patio attachment is perfect for its intended use.
Only real complaint is that once the hose has been attached to the gun, it seems that you can’t pull it out again for easier storage, which is a little annoying as it’s quite stiff.

Great Value entry model pressure washer. Very lite to move around, only criticism is the high pressure hose is a little bit short when doing car, you end up repositioning the unit. But at sub 100 it’s great.
