Powerful power wash for home use
Driveway and patio have come up a treat.
I have purchased the car wash detergent and patio cleaner seprately. Not sure it has made much difference though

Very good machine except the pressure hose is not very flexible and does not rotate “very irritating” Have to buy a new hose that does. I would like the el cable to be 2m longer same for the pressure hose. That should be more flexible and rotate

Great product and simple to out together but diagrams are very small in instructions. Delivery was a day late, but not the fault of the seller, as Hermes always seem to be late where we live. Overall very pleased.

Had this pressure Washer for two years now and it is still going strong. I am quite surprised by the amount of negative reviews as like I’ve already mentioned, it has never missed a beat in all the time I have owned it.
Easy to set up and use, I must use mine on average twice a month, mainly for the car but do all the block paving in the warmer months also. The hose has a decent length to it but would of been better if it had another couple of meters so the unit didn’t have to be moved whilst doing the car.
One of the things that I do that has maybe prolonged the life of the washer is that mine is kept inside when not being used. The unit regardless of how it’s orientated after use does retain quite a lot of water. This is noticeable after leaving it a few weeks and when I come to use it again quite a lot of water is released from the hozelock attachment. The issue I believe many might be having is that storing this in a shed over winter, the retained water will freeze within the unit causing it to expand which might be the reason why some are breaking down.
Personally I think it’s a great piece of kit.

I love my new karcher pressure washer. I am itching for the weather to get warmer so I can power wash EVERYTHING. This karcher has great pressure and is easy to use. It made a fantastic job of the patio and cleaned my plastic patio furniture up like new. I only gave 4 stars for manoevrability as it is quite heavy lifting in and out of shed, but when working with it, it is easily pulled around. Assembly took me awhile, I just wish things would come ready assembled. However I am not very good at that kind of thing so anyone with a brain and hands more used to this type of activity would have no problem with it.

Wow very impressed with my new karcher K4 Full Control.
My old one k2 that I had for 4 1/2 yrs and I thought that was a powerful little machine, then I got this bad boy, o my word I was washing my aunties back garden and the paths are made up of old rough concrete with yrs of moss. I was soaking it first with my old one then I got this, I could not believe the power!!! It not only blasted the moss it’s acts ass a weed remover as well.
The only little thing I would improve is I got power washing cramp haha so if it had a button to keep the trigger on.
Over all I’m very very impressed .

This thing is a cleaning ROCKSTAR!
After I’d put it together – which was pretty simple – although the instructions are written as a test to see if you’re half asleep or paying attention or something because they were not written for a human being. Ok, that’s partly a joke because everything else is so good.
After the usual drama about realising I was not getting any output as I hadn’t gotten the water hose connected properly it sprang into life and with the first job of cleaning the patio I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient and how DRAMATIC the difference was.
Tomorrow I’m going to Jet-Clean everything. It’s CV19 lockdown so everything will get it. If I had a cat it would get it too. Also a dog or Tortoise would get the treatment.

Good power, disappointing features
I’ve only used this once since buying and the results were very good. A choice of power settings makes it easy to use but there are a few elements that are not great.
1. The electronic display on the handle is a waste of time, it offers nothing and is a cheap gimmick
2. There is no locking mechanism to keep the trigger held in the ‘on’position. Not an issue for me, but should anyone have any issues with gripping such as arthritis or a disability in their wrist/hand, it is very difficult to use for any length of time.
3. Storage of hose and cable is poor
Overall, the actual pressure washer element is fine, good power, not too noisy, good wheels and handle for moving around but it feels like a lazy design and with little thought it could have been so much better.
Instructions are rubbish and the hose placement and design are terrible.
Overall the jet wash performs perfectly it has made my concrete driveway look brand new, as for the electronic nozzle its a bit pointless to be honest and not needed. A big design flaw from Karcher is the fact they didn’t have a reel of some sort to the back of the jet wash to coil up the hose and the little pouch that you are expected to put your cable is very small meaning you have to bundle the cable quite tight after use. Personally I would recommend the product for its performance alone. However it has numerous design flaws that need correcting in any future models. I also find that because of the new slot that guides the hose through the jet wash ends up bundling up badly and end up messing on for ages just to get the full length of the hose out.

Like most things in life you get what you pay for. In this instance we have been successful. Works as it should but we only use it for cleaning externally. Never use it on the car as we have seen the effects on our fencing. Now we are ready for some fine weather.

Bought based on research as to which is the best pressure washer. (which is the K7 but that has an astronomical price!) This was the second best. Can’t fault it. Sturdy, well built and does a great job
Three comments:
1. although on wheels, with an extendable handle it is VERY heavy if you have to pick it up.
2. you do not have to buy the pricey (on average 13 a bottle) Karcher “drop in” cleaning solutions if you pay the extra 15 for the Karcher foam bottle/lance and use another, better value, cleaning solution. You’d then only have to consider buying a bottle of cleaner if you wanted to clean the patio.
3. Check prices…. It may be cheaper to buy the T450 patio cleaner head and the T4 standalone separately rather than in one inclusive package.

Bought this over a year ago. Jet wash works great easy to move and assemble . Karcher after care is brilliant. Small peice is broken and leaking. A simple message to karcher and a collection is arrange for the repair free of charge.

Decided on the Karcher full control K4 after reading several reviews of similar products. Glad I did as this is a beast of a machine! Cuts through patio grime with ease. Took me no more than 15 mins to assemble.

I spent a long time looking to buy a pressure washer. I compared all of the different types. I also spoke to several people who had different types and this one came up trumps. One person had his for years until he lent it out to a friend who broke it.
After spending a couple of weeks looking at them all I made the right decision in buying this make and model.
Ease of use, high quality

-Water hose shall be longer so u can access all the areas of car without to change location of the machine.
As you know, you pay quite a bit of money for a high quality product. This Karcher K4 works a treat. But don’t be fooled by the digital pressure handle. It works but it is pointless as it is a display only. The pressure washer itself is powerful and works well. I have used it for patio clean and washing the cars. I would recommend this product. It is compact and is not to heavy.

Bit of a crazy one this…I ordered this item 9 months ago an received it in excellent time,the item packaging box etc was all spot on no issues at all,I had to grab it from a pick up point as it had bin attempted delivered at one time but that’s my fault due to my work,I picked my item up from the pick up point an brought it home,no issues,now it’s bin sat dormant doin nothin until today when I wanted to use it for the first time as I planned to use it when necessary,an it failed to work,now I have proof of purchase dates,times etc,I’ve watched videos read instructions on how to use it aswell an the Karcher K4 jet wash won’t work for me,hope ya can help,thank you

Replaces an earlier one which failed in Year 2. Mistake buying it from Karcher Outlet store which gave very poor guarantee. No choice in replacing with new one as I have all the additional tools.
Good Make poor customer service
It broke and Karcher was extremely inefficient at dealing with the breakage. Took several emails and phone calls to get it sorted, but was sorted in the end. Shame as I thought it was a good and reliable name.
Amazing
Fantastic – replaced a 10 year old Bosch which was on its last legs. Cleaned a large driveway covered in moss in an hour. Only issue, like all of them, is they aren’t really easy to move and the hose will never go back the way it’s intended but still a great machine

Great tool
I had another pressure but as it got older it was hard to get accessories for it. As Karcher is more or less the industry standard for home users, I plumped for this. I needed to do the guttering, so the K4 is the best compromise, it has the required power. It’s been a joy to use. A little bit fiddly on the initial assembly, but once put together easy to use. I sorted my guttering problem with the pipe and guttering kit. It cleaned the paving down the side of the house, which was very dirty and moss bound without a problem, looks like new. Very happy.
Great Jet Wash
I reviewed this jet wash on you tube, there’s a guy who does an excellent review, and having had Karcher products before went for the next level up from the one I had last….Boy i’m so glad I did, I wasn’t disappointed it’s great it does everything I needed, I have used it on my motorbikes (it can lower the pressure, the LCD control shows you) to our cars, the foamer you get with it is brilliant it is just like a snow foam gun (no need to buy another attachment as this does the perfect) it cleans the drive brilliant, just one thing that I didn’t like was because of the power doing the driveway I always get wet legs, I did cure this and bought the Krcher T 350 Wide Area Surface Cleaner this keep the over spray down and no wet legs…..all in all I love it.

Hell it is heavy. Comparing to K2 I borrow while ago from friend, but also much much more powerful. Very happy way it cleans up my driveway and my car. Worth every penny.

This is the third Karcher we have owned and each one gets better and better, the beat out there. It cleans the cars, patio, bikes, driveway, sofits, conservatory………the list is endless.
Good product but needs improveme
It was difficult to put it together. Instructions could be better. The hose pipe is very stiff and difficult to bend and put around the attached hanger. A more flexible material which can withstand pressure can help. Very heavy equipment so a foldable handle which could go up when pulled just like a suitcase could be better. Otherwise good product, it thoroughly cleaned my patio. The patio cleaner liquid should come with the product.

I bought this pressure washer as a replacement for an old one that had stopped working. I am very pleased with it and if anything it is better than the previous one.

Pressure washer does what it says in the box and is powerful enough for my needs. I had experienced a problem when the washer was delivered with damage on the casing, possibly in transit. However the problem was resolved within two days with the damaged item being uplifted one day and the perfect replacement delivered the next. Great service.

The pressure doesn’t seem as good as my last K3.575 Karcher at 11MPa but the K4 is supposed to be 130 Bar i.e. 13MPa.
Also there is an LED display on the handle which is absolutely superfluous as you don’t look at it when you’re directing the nozzle at the target. It’s a gimmick which suggests to me Karcher are more interested in marketing that the engineering.
Had to replace the motor on my last one and then it just failed after about 5 years. Hopefully i’ll get my money’s worth out of this one. It does the job I suppose. [Car washing and patio cleaning]

An excellent item that needs little reviewing!
If you want a good pressure washer for cleaning patios and your car, this is great. The pressure is constant and does not drop – the interchangeable lances offer excellent control of the spray. The ability to go from hard, medium and soft pressures is excellent, although I just stayed on hard as that was most effective!
A definite purchase and worth the cost!

Easy to assemble and very easy to use. No point going cheap on a pressure washer. Made very light work of my patio and made it look like new. I even managed to get my son to clean his car as it was so easy and he too was well impressed where he also discovered that his car was actually white!!

Never used a pressure washer before so wasn’t sure what to expect but this has done an absolutely brilliant job of cleaning the block paving in my front garden and pavement.
I didn’t have any detergent but all the dirt and marks came off extremely well without. I was loathed to use detergent anyway as the paving is so close to flower beds.
Only thing was the setup. The instructions aren’t that clear and when putting on the bottom basket/rack it wasn’t easy to tell from the diagram that you needed to put the large plugs in then screw them in so I put a screw in first and it fell into the body of the machine and wouldn’t come out so it’s now rattling around in there for ever more! I’m now one screw short for the hose holder on the front so will have to nip to the DIY store to get one. Then I used the incorrect screws for the handle as again, the instructions aren’t clear. I got there eventually but the instructions could do with a clearer explanation of the screws and other bits in the box.
Having said all that, once it was set up I found it very easy to use and am very impressed with the result.
You will need to purchase a separate hose to supply the water to this.

Brilliant pressure washer,just some irks
Nice pressure washer. I have had Krcher products for years, and this was an upgrade to my previous pressure washer. Lances are solidly built, works well. ‘Mix’ pressure is close to useless and get more power from the garden hose. At high pressure,it is fantastic. Have to say the hose feed is useless to, same problem with curling hoses like every Krcher washer I have had. Good product but some design issues need recrifiwd in future generations

KARCHER Model 13240020
We have half a dozen Karcher products and are generally satisfied with their performance. The pressure washer is used mainly for occasional cleaning of outdoor concrete, followed by sealant. The high pressure outlet failed after being used about four or five times. However Amazon provided contact details for Karcher who arranged for a courier to collect and it was subsequently repaired and returned by same, arriving this morning. Initial test is satisfactory, thank you Nigel at Karcher, and thank you Amazon for your assistance in putting this right. Watch this space for report on Spring cleaning.
Arrived with small damage.
Box arrived crushed on one side and a small piece of plastic covering some metal was broken off. Also sounds like some thing is rattling inside. I did start the machine and I am very happy with how it performs just upset that it arrived damage.

If you have an old Karscher as I had make sure your accessories will transfer to your new purchase , they are slightly different but I think you can buy an adapter.
The dirt blaster lance is essential for cleaning brick paviors , works much better than the patio cleaner as it is much more powerful.

after a k2 this is a much better and more powerful machine. I have cleaned my front paving stones and they have come up really bright after all the dirt was removed. It took around 9 hours to clean this area as it was fairly large 45 x 20 feet. The water just cut though the dirt and moss. Job done for this year a most likely next.

A lot smaller than expected but don’t let that fool you. Combined with the snow foam attatchment this pressure washer has been brilliant for washing dirt bikes and cars. Can’t fault it.

My old K2 died after 7 years so decided to buy this, it’s alot better than the old K2 power wise and build quality although a cable reel for the pressure hose would be nice.
As for longetivity as per other reviews we will see.
Missing hose clip
Excellent pressure washer and would recommend highly, only slight problem was there was clip missing to connect the washer hose to the machine and had to pay a visit to my local Karcher dealer.

Very good a clearing up stone and concrete surfaces.
Purchased on Prime Day. Have used this a couple of times since purchase – totalling about 2.5/3hrs use.
Pros:
– powerful enough for any domestic use
– simple to set up and use with water supply, using hose pipe and fitting
– fairly long hose connected, reducing need to move the machine whilst in use meaning you can focus on your task
Cons:
– quite heavy / awkward to lug around (minor)
– magic wand attachment is a bit fiddly to adjust to the medium setting, almost binary between soft and hard setting (moderate)
– haven’t found a decent use for the soft setting (as it’s basically a standard hose pipe’s amount of pressure)
Used these at work before I retired so thought I would buy one for the new house we moved to for the path and patio.
All the stones/brick,,don’t know what to call them,,looked the same colour.Used the Karcher and found that there were many colours.so bright,like new.
My only advise is watch the wind.You might upset the neighbors with the dirty spray! lol
Powerful and quieter than the K2
Having owned a few K2 washers which eventually leak and fall apart, I am quite impressed with the size and power of this K4. It’s bigger and slightly heavier, but the main difference is the on/off switch feels a lot better quality and the obviously more powerful motor sounds smoother and quieter. It is still all plastic, but the K2 felt flimsy by comparison. I got the minimum package with just the two lances as I have a garage full of the optional extras that are left over from my K2s. All interchangeable. Other than that, it sprays water really hard and cleans things.

This product contains a design flaw that requires an additional ( relatively inexpensive ) part to keep the unit together when under pressure, namely a small spring clip to retain the high pressure hose in it’s housing with the main washer body. No one tells you that, you just discover this fact when you first go to use the product and the high pressure hose blows out of it’s seating position.
When I first opened the box I was a bit disappointed with the build quality of the pressure washer and lance/hose. The one I used to borrow from a friend seemed much better made but was frustrating to use as it kept cutting out after 20 minute duty cycles.
The Karcher in use has really impressed me. I power washed nearly non-stop for over an hour this morning and it just didn’t skip a beat. Pressure was constant and only the short lance hose was a pain at times. I also purchased the karcher stone/brick cleaner detergent, but as other reviewers have pointed out, the pressure washer drinks the stuff even at a low pressures.
I’m really not sure how long this Karcher will last, but so far so good. Will report back if any issues/failures.

Be careful of the power of this thing! The spinning head attachment has got so much pressure I would avoid using it up close on your car paintwork. I used it to clear off anything dirty or loose before undercoating my Mitsubishi L200 which worked well but use the lower power attachment for your paintwork.

This replaces my old broken four year old K4 Karcher.
It is a better design, in as much it is shorter and does not fall over like the old model.
It seems more powerful, maybe as it is brand new.
I think it is a little noisier though. The hose is longer and much better to wash the car with than the old one.
They seem the most popular pressure washers out there, and it certainly does the job really well. Easy to roll up the hose and store away in the garage. I paid around 150 which is a reasonable price I think.

Purchased for the convenience of not having to borrow one for the yearly driveway and decking clean. I didn’t want to spend a fortune but also wanted to buy one that would last.
This fitted the bill by having the water cooled motor and not costing the earth. It looks good too.
Assembly was simple and common sense with just one medium length cross point screwdriver needed. The instructions with pictures made the process easy.
Quality seems reasonable for the price we paid and it looks and feels sturdy once it was put together.
The attachments are easy to take off and put on with the mouldings at the joints giving plenty of grip especially when wet.
Since buying this I have purchased various tools to get more use out of it, 90 degree nozzle for washing under the car, snow foam lance, decking attachment, brushes and an extension piece. All fit in the same manner and work well with this machine.
The ‘full control’ leds that light up on the lance I quite frankly don’t see the point of. You can tell if the jet of water is strong, soft or somewhere inbetween…. common sense springs to mind!!!
I now use weekly for washing the car, bins and windows. Overall a great item that I am using more than I anticipated purely because I no longer have to borrow one.
The only thing I feel lets this down is the storage for the hose and power supply cable, it just seems a bit of an afterthought to me. That said it keeps it all reasonably tidy for storage.

I bought this model to replace an old one and as usual Karcher has delivered an outstanding product once again. This one caters for all the jobs outside the house that needed doing. I would highly recommend this Karcher to anyone.
