A pleasing result when built.
Purchased this Lego set for my grandson…he was delighted as he is gradually working through collecting all the larger construction sets.
I personally feel they are very expensive for a plastic item, as they all are…but realise the name and what is considered trendy warrants a high price…
Enjoyed making this.
I this was the first adult Lego set I have done. I really enjoyed making it and it looks very good. It is good value for money and I’ve already ordered myself another set.
‘It’s not a toy!’
He loved it! As with all Lego so very very expensive, but was worth while seeing the 45 year old man with his tongue poking out and brow furrowed in deep concentration. Let his mind wonder from the exhaustion of the daily rat run.

Best Lego
This is a great set. Enough architecture to keep the fans of buildings happy, but also fun elements and lots of different colours and shapes to make the whole building process very enjoyable.
Great product appalling delivery
Product is great as usual from lego – delivery was very poor – states “handed to resident” was actually thrown over the gate in a drive by fashion – gate is 20 yards from house and is on a main road.
Impressive when buil
Excellent lego set . Impressive when built although a little bit fiddly . Just a shame that a sturdy base isn’t included in the price .Lego is expensive enough , i think they should at least include a sturdy base in the price . Hence only 3 stars for value for money .
LEGO
My young grandson loves these sets they are quite pricey but are worth it in the long run a lovely gift for the older Lego fa
It looks awesome !
Really loved building it, Some of the pieces were tough to assemble and would hurt my finger but it was super fun to make and I recommend getting it if you like Lego’s!
Masterpiece
As always Lego never fails to impress, kept my son busy for hours
Totally absorbing with incredibly good instructions
I bought one for my 10 year old grandson who worked intensively on it for 9 hours over two days and abandoned his iAd games for the whole time sonI bought a second for my 15 year old grandson who worried on it non stop for 4 hours. An excellent prese
Challenging but lots of fu
I purchased this as a Christmas prezzie for my Grand Daughter. She loves it!! and every time she comes to visit she builds a little more. It’s her project. so she says and lots of fun!! It also challenges her in many ways, which pleases me greatly.
Trafalgar Square Building Se
Bought for my Grandson for Christmas and he has just completed it and it looks brilliant. There was a piece missing in one of the packs but was replaced by return post. Would recommend.
Bought as a gift but I helped build it and it looks excellent! As others have mentioned, the lions are very dodgy, but that’s a small point. We’ve also bought some lights to light up the scene at night. The only downside is the cost; so expensive. It’s superb quality as always from Lego but at a cost!
Wow
Lego Trafalgar Square Building Set
This is a wonderful set.
It is lego so you know it is going to be brilliant anyway
Looks very much like Trafalgar Square, just a bit smaller
The lego bits are a little different to the normal lego, but work in the same way
My only issue was the box seemed a little small when it arrived, not tiny but for 60 plus i was expecting it to be a bit bigger, but it builds to a decent size
took me about 3 hours taking my time

Great design and detail
Another fantastic addition to the Lego architecture range. Great design and detail. As always very enjoyable to build
Lovely model when finished, scale suspect.
Firstly it’s great fun to assemble; the instructions are clear and being Lego all the parts fit together as you would expect them to. It’s smaller than I expected, I guess living and working close to the real thing I had an unrealistic expectation of scale. This wasn’t helped by what I assumed was a standard mini-figure for Nelson, but what turns out to be a scaled down mini-mini-figure.
I particularly liked the underground rooms in the National Gallery, I am fond of these hidden details and appreciate them. What I didn’t like was the poor scaling of things. I realise this is Lego, but if you compare the size of lamposts compared to NT columns, or buses, or even Nelson, it’s all over the place. Hence four stars.
This is a truly beautiful piece of Lego.
It took a while to put together but the end result is lovely.
it is quite an accurate interpretation of this famous landmark.
Possibly the finest Architecture set currently available from Lego
With over 1100 pieces, the majority of which are at the much smaller end of the scale, this is a set that can challenge the manual dexterity of anyone but a seasoned builder or AFOL – however, do not let that put you off. Persevere and with Lego’s clear & precise instructions as usual, you will create a fantastically recognisable vignette or snap shot of an iconic part of central London. As others have mentioned, there is limited scope for this and most other Architecture sets, but this doesn’t matter, the set itself can be displayed with pride, both at your perseverance & skill as well as at the skill of the designer & Lego itself. A gorgeous set.
A surprisingly complex ki
Looking at the product picture I kind of assumed this would be a rapid build. In fact there’s a 1000+ parts that fill a box similar in size to a shoe box. While the subject matter is usual for a Lego kit, their attention to detail is up the usual standards and I suspect most lego die hards will be happy with this kit, although it seems a bit expensive for what is a pretty straight forward kit.

Time Consuming But Worth I
Great fun to build.
Takes ages to complete but patience is rewarded and there is a real sense of achievement when the last piece goes in place.
Expensive but Lego is top quality.

A lot of very small pieces which make up an iconic London landmark. Beautiful set but very pricey for what it is. For true fans only.
Awesome lego Architechture series
This lego set creates an awesome model of Trafalgar Square. My son loved it, he was freaking out, maybe one day he’ll be an architect. Comes with all the usual bits you need to recreate this historical landmark. Love it! Hours of fun.
Measures over 4″ (12cm) high, 9″ (24cm) wide and 7″ (20cm) deep. Set includes over 1,190 pieces.

This is an excellent Lego subject — one of London’s best views, Trafalgar Square looking towards the National Gallery. I like looking at these large Lego models, but I haven’t the patience to actually complete them, so I passed this over to my wife instead. All I will say personally is that it’s a lot of work — 1,190 pieces, see attached photo.
“This is amazing. I had Lego when I was a child many moons ago, and I loved the little sets you could buy – letters and numbers, lights that you could put into houses and the small boxes of roof tiles and building bricks.
My children had sets too, more sophisticated than min; they had vehicles and flowers for the garden, road layouts and traffic signals, but this set beats them all hands down. My grandchildren have even better sets. which proves that Lego moves with the times and brings out more and more intricate and absorbing products all the time.
My husband recently gave me the Big Bang living room to build. That took me a few weeks to complete, because I had forgotten just how much fun it is to build Lego into actual objects. This set is another level.
I have not finished it yet. I have a long way to go, but I am deliberately taking it slowly as I am having so much fun with it. The instruction booklet is simple and many pages long. It gives you detailed diagrams on what order to build the component parts and which bricks to put together for each of them – for example the two buses and the two black cabs, as you need to build even these. You get all the bricks you need in the box, and in each are bags with numbers on them to help you to construct in the correct order.
I will buy another set when I’ve finished this one. They are not cheap, but if you think of the hours of fun they give they are worth it.
I like the architecture theme, which I have not seen before, and it is one way to see the world from your dining room table. a really good idea.
Well worth the outlay for the many hours fun you will have with it.”
[Despite the intricate detail, the finished model is very compact – 12 cm high x 24 cm wide x 20 cm deep.]
Exquisite
Lego Architecture have really upped Lego’s game. Unprecedented level of detail in this replica of Trafalgar Square in London. The National Gallery has (child-friendly) paintings on the walls inside the building!
Wow. This has taken our son three days to complete – and besotted with it – and it’s taking place of honour on our bookshelf.
