I have one of these in the bedroom and one in the sitting room. and while you may not notice it working to clear the air it is definitely doing its job. you get red warning light when the filters need to be checked and possibly changed, when I took out the filters in the sitting room one it clearly worked as the filter was full of the dust and particles it had collected and prevented coming back into the air. I only get the original filters as they are not expensive but do the job. I leave the bedroom one on sleep mode which is quiet but not silent however it doesn’t disturb your sleep and the light is not on which is a bonus.
So I’ve been using this for 6 months now. I’ve finally changed the filters for the first time and I am so impressed! As you can see from the pictures, it’s filtered out so much stuff. I probably should have changed it sooner but don’t let anyone tell you an air purifier is a waste of money! It’s definitely has made a difference and eases the burden on my body dealing with chronic ill health. It’s fairly quiet on the high setting but the sleep setting is great. Very gentle sound and no light. Easy to use and set up and replacement filters are easy to come by. (Never used the aromatherapy pad, essential oils as cats don’t mix). Neat little helper and I’ve been very pleased with it this whole time.

My son has been suffering terriby with hayfever. Since iv switched this on in his room, no more sneezing an runny eyes. I keep it on high mode during the day an night when pollen level is high. Sleepmode when pollen is low. Sound is similar to a fan. It you like white noise then its good. Sleepmode is very low level of noise.
However i myself suffer with chest issues. When im in his room iv noticed i struggle with my breathing due to this product. So its not for everyone

I was very sceptical at the reviews on this machine at first as I have bad allergies/psoriasis that have not responded to dermatologist recommendations/ medication or therapy therefore I didn’t think a small machine would alter much however I was keen to try and limit the symptoms and flares. I am unsure still to what my allergies are as I am awaiting allergy testing however what I will tell you is since using the air purifier I have not had one allergic reaction nor a flare up of my skin condition which I used to have on the daily, I feel more awake in a morning and it is clear to see the effective results of this machine by looking at the filter. I cannot believe what we were breathing in previously. I have recommended this to everyone I know.
This has been a life saver. we have cats, and their fur gets everywhere. Not any more, the air is fresher and we dont have fur all over the place. Might buy another one for the home.

The sleep mode is brilliant, you can hardly tell the purifier is on (even on low it’s extremely quiet), and it definitely does the job. We have been using lavender oil in the top too and it smells lovely yet still discreet.
If you are hesitating whether to buy this, do it. It’s definitely worth it, and quite low in price compared to other air purifiers but still maintaining the quality.
This does a wonderful job of removing pollen, if your sleep is disturbed by the pollen count. But… it’s not unusual for people’s sleep to be disturbed by drafts. If you are susceptible to drafts in your bedroom, then the bedroom is probably not the best place to put this. It might be better off putting it in the living room. Although the sleep mode works well and is nice and quiet, the vortex this pumps out the top is compatible with leaving a window open, even in sleep mode. If that is likely to be a problem, then it definitely does need to go in the living room.

Product does exactly what its description claims which is rare enough to get a mention. Easy to install, very little noise, touch sensitive button to operate, night mode the light shuts off and noise level imperceptible.

Easy to use and worked well.. But a big problem with alot of air purifiers i have found is that they pull so much air so fast it is also like having an air conditioner and whatever room i put it in got too cold which my sinuses didn’t like either.. So i quit using it.
This air purifier looks good. I live in a box room and it works fine for it. Removes the smell (not air particles) and keeps the air very refreshing.
Recommended for small room
For a small room this air purifier works great. I’ve noticed the difference in my bedroom. It’s very quiet in night mode. Barely noticeable. I can’t emphasize enough how quiet it is. Maintenance & filter replacement are easy & cheap. A must buy if you have allergies.
Pride of place around the home. It’s perfectly compact and creates fresh, clean air. Add some essential oils and I’ve been sleeping better as my sinuses are less blocked.
Used to bother me seeing dust particles in the air, especially when I use to think about the dust landing in my coffee that id leave on my desk. Problem solved.

Stinky smoker, …this air cleaner purifies a room 12′ x 14′ in 30mins tops on the medium setting. The sleep mode is extremely quiet. I’ve used other types over the years, and this one is THE BEST.
Room that i bought this for was very dusty and made me sneeze all the time, once this was running there was no more problems for me. it works very well and is relatively quiet. Would recommend to anyone that has allergies.

Mode 1 is silent, I don’t even realise it’s on. I switch it up up to 2/3’if I’m cooking and it takes away cooking odours. V happy with this item and would definitely recommend if you are looking for something small and sile
Purchased this as we live on gravel road so the dust in our home is ridiculous honestly. I bought them for our bedrooms. I thought they would be smaller but the size isn’t soo bad! On the high level it is obviously louder , I would compare it to a ceiling fan on medium maybe? But on low and sleep, you can barely hear a thing! I love that, for the sleep feature as I cannot sleep with any noises. As far as the oils.. in my opinion , 2-3 drops are not enough but that may just be because I am big on scent and I love for it to be fairly strong. Or maybe it’s the oils I purchased. Overall seems to be a great product. One of our sons has pretty bad allergies so hopefully we’ll see how effective it really is with him

I smoke and have pets. This keeps the smells away and I use it sometimes with lavender oil . Wish I had bought one years ago.

My room smells so good and it’s much easier to breathe. My sister is now wanting one for her room as well just because of how good it is. My room, I will admit, didn’t smell too great in the past, but now it’s great. I recommend you use lavender with it.
It is definitely the cheapest one I could find this size. I bought 2. I had a terrible dust smell and it has really helped. After 1 month, I checked the filters and they were covered so it does the job! I wish it would warn you though when it is full or not working 100% anymore. Just have to check on it periodically. I leave it on the high setting to clean the air as much as possible. I also bought spare filters right away because I have boughten air purifiers in the past and then they stop making the filters or the item all together. So to be safe I already have filters.
I bought to remove smoking odours and it did work!
My daughter wanted to eliminate some odors from her dorm room but needed something small enough to be out of the way. This does the job perfectly. After leaving it running for an hour, she noticed an incredible difference and it has worked great for the three weeks she’s had it so far. The noise level is also very good. Highly recommend!
I liked how quiet it is on level 1 and 2 but it isn’t too loud on level 3. Which I tend to use as a booster. I did notice that my breathing the next morning was better. Sometimes I think that it is not effective until I leave the room and then return a bit later and I can tell the difference. It does pick up dust although I am lucky not to have a lot of dust anyway.
Pulled the Christmas tree out of the loft and set it up. After a few days, my nose was feeling irritated. Cutting a long story short I bought this item in desperation……it is the best item I have bought for a long time. My nose irritation stopped over night. Checking the filters after a month, the first (large particle) filter was covered with dust etc. The other two (increasingly finer) filters are doing their jobs too. Very quiet & powerful
I’m not familiar with the Levoit brand name however I found that Consumer Report rated their air purifier very good. I have to agree. It looks nice on my desk and the noise level is low when on high. I believe it’s purifying the air but honestly I have no way to tell. However, it only takes minutes after eating food in the same room before the smell of food is completely gone. I highly recommend this purchase without reservation.

Purchased it to leave on in my bedroom. So far so good. I leave it on the quiet mode 99% of the time, and blast it on the full mode for a while if I’ve been hoovering or making things dusty. I removed the filters after 2 weeks and there was a fair film of dust on them (which I hoovered off, and then put the filters back. They are designed to be hoovered clean, they’re not throwaway) so they’re clearly removing dust from the atmosphere. Noise is fine. On quiet setting there’s a small fan hum, but it’s very low. Overall happy with my purchase.
I bought this for my bestie for her birthday because she lives byban active highway and warehouses. Her bedroom collects so much dust and she’s constantly taking medication to open her nasal airways. Ever since she’s had this running in her room, she’s hasn’t used any kind of medication and is sleeping like a baby. She loves the scented oils as well. She loves it so much and every time we talk or see each other, she thanks me for it lol.
I was on the fence about buying this unit as I didn’t see how it could actually work or make a massive difference. Boy was I wrong! I finally caved and bought it. It’s made such a difference in my sinus problems that it’s now almost non existent at night.
The air also feels light and fresh. The sleep mode noise is good but I use it on high and yes it sounds like a little fan running but I don’t mind it as its white noise to me some mind find it too noisy but you get use to it.
Sleedmode is quiet enough. Like having a quiet fan on in the summer. Other modes are significantly louder but not an issue really. However this is only suitable for a small room.
I really wanted to give this 5 stars but I’ve knocked it down for the sleep mode level of noise. Firstly, it appears to be very effective in removing irritants from the air as we aren’t as congested and hubby’s snoring has improved considerably. However the sleep mode noise varies from almost silent for the majority of the time, to a sudden ramping up. I actually thought that a vehicle had parked up under the bedroom window at 3am ish as it woke me up when it happened.
I bought this product for me and my dog. My dog has been congested lately and figured it could be from the air since he’s always in my bedroom. The first 20 minutes my room smelled a lot better more clean. Took the filter out just to see. Keep in mind my dog is hypoallergenic. Well the filter had a bunch of his hairs on it probably from when i groom him. Still just 20 minutes and it already picked up on hairs flying around. I hope this helps his snoring but over all great product. The only this is i would run this one high 24/7 just bc low and sleep seem to literally do nothing.
I now own two of these purifiers. I’m happy with the performance, and I can say I notice a difference in the small rooms where we use them. They are quiet, and extremely so on sleep mode. It’s easy to order replacement filters which is a big plus.

This thing is pretty powerful although it’s technically for smaller spaces. I can actually feel the air flowing through the room if I’m just sitting still, so I know it’s working. I have 3 dogs, so that’s why we bought it and the air quality seems much better. I’d definitely recommend and may even buy a second one for our bedroom.

I bought this as my husband has recently found out he is allergic to dust mites. I have it in my living room and the difference in the dust is amazing. Instead of having to dust everyday I’m now dusting once or twice a week. We have a German Shepherd in the house so a lot of dust. I would highly recommend getting this and it is quiet too.
Bought this for my in law’s as they have sinus problems. They noticed a huge improvement after the first night. Now it’s never switched off. It’s very quiet so does not disturb sleep or telly.

This is a really nicely made bit of kit. It’s discreet enough to use in our lounge but big enough to do the job properly (using it’s HEPA filters). An absolute doddle to set up and use. At the price it’s very good value for money!
The purifier as its name suggest, is really suitable for a desktop or a small room. The noise at sleep and low level is more quieter than my fan and even my fan doesn’t make that much noise. At high, you can hear the fan pumping air out and it is expected because it cleans the air faster. I usually set it to high when I wake up to clean the air and leave it on low the rest of the day. My room gets really dusty and I can see them floating with my naked eyes when the sunlight strikes, after 20minutes on high the room feels cleaner and fresher. So I totally recommend this product for a small room, it has a sleek and nice design, functions well, the aroma pad is a nice touch and the filters are easily installed. Worth every quid I spent.
This is a must-have product, one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I highly recommend it if you’re moving into a new home, especially if there has been previous smokers in the home, or if there is an odor that you can’t seem to get rid of. It is wonderful, if you have small children who are sleeping I don’t believe it will bother them one bit. After it was in our home for a short time, my dog hasn’t paid any attention to it and she has extremely high anxiety. To sum it all up, I praise God for this thing I didn’t know how I was going to get the smell out of my new home.
I am so glad I found this smaller version of the larger air purifier. This air purifier really does clean the air. I have multiple pets and hated the way my house was smelling. Now I can tell the difference. If you set it on the highest, it is noisy but I only set it to high if I won’t be home or not in the bedroom or office. I have several throughout the house. It’s amazing how much dust, dirt and pet hair they get.

I really enjoy this product although I will have to say, when turning on sleep mode I feel as if it stops doing the job. I noted that when left for an extended period of time (12 hours) the air seemed to go back to what my room smelled like before. Leading me to believe it’s not getting adequate air flow to maintain a purified room, although when turning settings onto low or high then leaving on for an extended period of time (12 hours). I returned to a room smelling fresh and sharp like going on a hike in the deep forest. With a hint of hospital in there 🙂

This is a great little purifier! Sleep mode is almost eerily silent, the next setting is the one I use most. Just enough background noise for me. The top setting I used when my ceiling fan was out of commission. The extra noise was just what I needed.
I find the size is perfect for my bedroom. And I don’t seem to be sneezing as much upon waking.
I’m totally satisfied with his little gem.
It still works great and already replaced the filters like instructed. It’s doing a great job at helping me with allergies and keeping the air dust free. You have to vacuum out the filter when you replace them and you should wear a mask for that and clean it away from the room you want to keep dust free.
Good little filter, used on a room above our garage. Cleared it up nicely in one day. Very quiet. Note that some reviewers have said there is no way to get new replacement filters – not true – you just need to email customer support at [email protected]. There may also be other compatible filters from other companies on Amazon or on the web – just need to measure to make sure it will fit properly.

I absolutely love this product. It’s a great master bedroom air purifier. Levoit is one of my favorite brands. Excellent top of the line items. Works extremely well – level 1 is great for sleeping : quiet but still cleaning the air. I prefer level 3 when sleeping because it’s like white noise.
People on other reviews say the noise is too loud well we have a fan that’s so much louder, I dont think its that bad sleep mode is like a whisper. The diffuser is just an added bonus. The product works like a dream and the feels fresher.
I love this for removing dust particles from the air. I turn it up when I am cleaning and suffer less from my allergy to dust. I cannot hear it when its in sleep mode, I use it in my bedroom. On high it makes a sufficient white noise machine without being too loud to relax. Fits perfectly in my little room. I love it! and the little scent pad in the top is great too if you want to add essentials oil fragrances to your space.
The only negative I have is the diffuser part is completely ineffective. I soaked the foam pad in essential oil but still doesn’t diffuse into the ai
I literally only got this because I was getting frequent episodes of dry eyes to the point where it was making it difficult for me to work or do anything from the air in my room. Once I got this, my allergies seemed to have gone away, when I turn it off I notably get more irritated around my eyes, which concerns me as I don’t normally have allergies like that, but it does work at least for my case.
Definitely an upgrade from my previous air purifier.

For many years my dad has suffered with asthma. The winter months are the worse for his symptoms; chest becoming tight and congested, wheezing, breathing difficulties, coughing especially at night which was affecting his sleep. We bought this air purifier putting it on a medium setting about 3 to 4 hours before he goes to bed. It has been remarkable! Since buying it he’s hardly coughed during the night, feels less congested in the morning and has a far better quality of sleep. It’s made such a difference and he no longer dreads going to sleep. It is a little pricey, and we don’t use any oils, but it’s is one of the ‘cheaper’ versions on the market. Highly recommend.
What a different in the air quality being used for a medium sized bedroom, the sleep mode is amazing you wouldn’t even know its on people wont be disappointed with this
Had the old silent night brand purifier, it was okay but far to loud in sleep mode. This levoit purifier, is basic only has three fan speeds. In sleep mode it is so much more silent compared to silent night air purifiers I been using.

Great item and works well I got plain one for the bedroom without aromatherapy but then got the aromatherapy one for sitting room.
I normally leave it running on the middle setting occasionally turning it to high but on middle setting it does seem to work without being too intrusive.
I smoke and it has definitely made a difference and it is noticeable when you check the filters, I didnt realize there was a much dust etc in the air but this does pick it up .

Love the no light emission sleep/night time feature. Makes a consistent low sound that is easy to not notice. Instantly noticed a better smell in a poorly ventilated bedroom I bought it for! Before it was time to clean the filters I was skeptical if it actually purifies. However when it was time to change the filter it was completely covered in fine dust particles on the intake side and completely clean on the output side and vents! Still using this product, makes a big difference in small bedrooms
Excellent product! Gives smooth breezy air in the room. Sleep mode is completely quiet at night time. Air quality has been improved pretty much. The good thing is it’s waves, breeze like sound producing a soothing affect in calm moments. A must buy product.
This is one of my best purchases! It does such a great job of eliminating the odor from my cat litter even on the low setting. I have 2 cats & the litter box is located in the laundry room approximately 8x8ft. It’s quiet & tells you when the filter needs to be changed after a few months. It’s small & nice looking enough to set on a countertop in any location of my house. I love the feature on top where I can put drops of essential oil to fill the air with a fragrance.
I ordered two of these because of the reviews and they’re great! Initially, I thought the pad for the essential oil was missing but it was already in place inside the unit. I’ve used them both non stop for about three weeks and today I removed the filters and vacuumed them. They really work! My house isn’t dusty, but the filters were! They’re quiet but powerful!

The other reason is the scent compartment,it does give off an aromatic smell but not that great,unless it was the oils I bought from Amazon,not sure,as they also got raving reviews.
As for air purification,seems to be doing a good job and the 3 levels are great,sleep mode is nice and quiet,will not even notice it’s on.
As for pricing,it could be a bit cheaper as filters cost but overall very happy so far.

I work in a super old building. As I have gotten older, my sinuses have started hating me. I purchased this for my office just to see if it would help my sinuses. I chose this particular one because of the aromatherapy feature, although after using it I realized it doesn’t work that great, so I just use my diffuser along with the air purifier. It has helped tremendously.
