Bought when we had a lot of visitors in and out over Xmas. Dust was kept low, smells cleared and as many were sniffling it gave more confidence for health knowing it was taking things out of the air.

Spent quite a while researching different options and glad I chose this one! Only had it a few days but it’s just what I needed! I live in a city centre flat and they only way to ventilate the living room is to open the balcony door but the room gets freezing, plus my partner vapes indoors and the kitchen/living room is open plan so cooking smells linger too and the room just ends up getting really stuffy! The air purifier clears the air perfectly, it’s like allowing lots of fresh air in without the coldness! Hopefully it’ll work in summer too to prevent hayfaver. The auto setting is great. I haven’t tried the sleep mode yet. It is also super quiet! You can’t hear it all when the tv is on and even when it’s off it only gives a slight whirring noise on auto. I could definitely sleep with it on. It’s easy to carry into different rooms with its little handles and it looks pretty good too. Wish I’d bought one sooner!
I have atopy asthma due to what’s is in the air as well as chronic sinusitis.
I have not seem a huge difference with this air purifier however I did notice a few improvements if I am burning a candle or just baked something in the oven, the air will be cleaned quite quickly. I have used it daily and bought the first air purifier with filters in June 2022. Filters needed to be changed six months later (Jan 2023). I believe it says changing it after 12 months. You can see the amount of dust the old filters accumulated. I live in a new built, but there is a lot of construction work near my area, so the air purifier was needed. Overall not super excited but not disappointed either.

This air purifier helped a lot when there was a wildfire. It helped our home smell normal without having a burning smell.
The air purifier is pretty quiet in normal and sleep mode. It’s pretty nice that I can control things from their app and Google Home.
I wish the air purifier filter was easier to purchase.
So far so good everything is working as described, Im glad I decided to get the one with app, totally worth it to be able to work remotely.
Can’t believe how bad cooking was! On auto mode this goes nuts when using the oven or stove. All that used to just stay in the air and get breathed in, but now the house is fresh again 20min after cooking. You can smell the difference in the cleaned air above the unit if there’s a bit of smoke or whatever in the air from cooking too. Replacement filters are pricey at around 60, but they do last for ages.

This is a great filter, it definitely clears the air of dust, pet dander, etc. Noise level is ok too. I’ve had it for a week now, the lowest setting has developed an annoying low whine, like a squeak. The sensor like another review has mentioned could not sense dust in your grans loft. The dog shakes next to it and you see the dander explosion in slo-mo but the filter doesn’t budge. It seems to only work with smoke or water/oil based particles. Ironing in the same room seems to kick it off. I also dont understand why this sensor is on the back of the machine :s Despite all this, it is a good filter, it has a great app and schedule feature which I have used to program the filter to run at various times on short full blasts during the day. I have tried to update the software, but so far the process has failed multiple times. Would I recommend it? Yes for less dust, fairly low noise, good design. Just don’t expect miracles from the auto sense feature…

We don't use the sleep mode or the smart wi-fi features, but it is being used in a small police department evidence room to control the odor of marijuana. It is doing a fantastic job and the air quality is in the blue so we are very happy with it.

It is really loud but it does seem to help a lot. I don’t mind the noise because I think it helps me relax. Smart features through your phone to control settings. Also has a screen lock feature which is helpful with small kids!

It is easy to use. I have a condition along with allergies that causes me to cough constantly even with medicine. Since I brought this air purifier, my coughing has cut down dramatically. I have now installed air purifiers all over my home and in the workplace

I love this air purifier. The sound is minimal, like lite white noise in the background. I plan on getting a second one. As far as looks, I was happy with this because it at least looks like a speaker rather than just a traditional, bulky air purifier.

My son (9 months) has had severe congestion since I brought him home from the hospital. We have tried everything and he is still always congested. I started using this and NO MORE CONGESTION!!! Absolutely love it! Works so well I can’t even smell his dirty diaper when he goes lol. It’s also very quiet. Highly recommend!

Quiet and support is grea
I have respiratory problems and I bought the Core 400S last year (2021) during the Nor Cal fire season. When on the low setting it is quiet during sleeping, but you have to cover the display because it is bright. The filters last about six months.
Last week I had to contact Levoit Support and got professional phone and email responses.
I would recommend this model for anyones room air filtration needs.
Works well keeps my place clean no issues with waking up with a stuffy nose anymore. Satisfied.
Very Good Choice
I did some research on the various air purifiers, and I was impressed with the information I found about the Levoit. I purchased 2 different sizes, one for our den and the other for our bedroom. On speed 1, you don’t know if it is on. Sleep mode in the bedroom was not noticeable, and the programming was very easy. Ours is connected to Alexa and works just fine.
I would recommend Levoit to anyone.
I really like this device/appliance. It’s highly rated by several publications that have actually tested its efficacy, and the provided smart features are really quite useful. The noise to airflow ratio is good, and the noise that it does produce, even at full power, is akin to “white noise”, as there are no rattles or overly high pitched tones. It is not perfect, however. The base of the purifier, which also acts as the cap or cover that is removed for filter replacement, is made out of low quality plastic. While this may not matter for most, if you move the unit around frequently, I could see it eventually becoming damaged which would ruin the unit. It’s a strange oversight, as the plastics used for the rest of its construction appear to be very good. The other shortcoming of this purifier is the high cost of replacement filters. Perhaps over time they will come down in price, but currently, in Canada, the replacement filters go for around $90. This to me seems a bit excessive. There are 3rd party filters available for a lower price, but their effectiveness is unclear. If Levoit could replace the bottom cover with something more substantial and reduce the cost of replacement filters, this purifier would be a 5 out 5.

Does it work? I have no idea. Can’t see germs and allergens. The air does seem much less dusty.

It solves the issue. However, you will need a step down converter in 220V countries as it only works with 110V. Nevertheless, the power requirement is very low, so you may leave it on as long as you wish without having a heat problems in the voltage converter.

I like that is it quieter than my smaller older model Levoit filter. It determines the air quality and turns itself on and off when said quality exceeds the parameters. And I love that I can also control it with my phone and or Alexa. It’s the best one yet for larger/open concept rooms.

Really very pleased with this purifier. It cleans the whole downstairs very quickly and the differences is noticeable. Within 15 minutes of turning on you can smell the clean air. The kids have many allergies and since buying this they are much better within the house, even from pollen with the window open. Very pleased and worth the investment.

I have had multiple filters from this brand and this is by far the best. The air quality sensor is actually useful as it reads pm2.5, and not just a simple infared sensor in some of the older models.
As a test, I had someone vape inside and sure enough it cranked right up and filtered it all out! I enjoy that you can set it to be completely off until air quality reduces to a certain point and then it will turn on.
The lowest setting does have an audible high pitched whistle that I find annoying, but the feature described above took care of that.

Ich hatte schon viele airreiniger,aber der 400 s ist der beste von allen,er ist leise die Luft wird erfrischt,das wlan funktioniert Perfekt,in 7 Minuten hat er einen 20 qm Raum umgewlzt!!wrde ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen ein spitzengert der extraklasse!!!

– Efficace immdiatement, mon pouse qui n’arrtait pas d’ternuer avec le pollen, le soir mme elle a pu dormir plus tranquillement.
– Silence … contrairement aux commentaires sur les plus petits modles surtout le 200s.
Petit bmol mais important pour moi, le SSID du rseau WIFI ne peut pas tre en mode cach sinon l’appareil ne dcouvre pas votre rseau. Ca serait bien que le fabricant apporte une modification logiciel afin que nous puissions utiliser des rseaux cachs pour connects les appareils

Por ahora todo excelente, cuando se pone en automtico, funciona muy bien y detecta la calidad del aire muy bien, yo hice varias pruebas, en modo noche no hace nada de ruido. Funciona con el celular muy bien y le puedes pedir a Alexa lo que quieras, prender, apagar, aumentar velocidad, poner en automtico, etc Lo seguir probando pero hasta ahora sper bien, por lo que ya compr otro para mi trabajo.

I bought this because I have 2 Persian kitties whose hair was flying everywhere. I must say this purifier took care of that! I don't see hair flying throught the air anymore! I keep it on all the time at level 1 and I don't hear a thing. It is louder on the highest level which I'll change to when I'm cleaning house and vacuuming. I read it takes away cooking smells but I haven't seen a difference. I don't mind, the cooking smell dissipates eventually. I have nice scents around my house anyway. The air purifier is my added protection against dust and Pet hair.
I bought this because I have 2 Persian kitties whose hair was flying everywhere. I must say this purifier took care of that! I don’t see hair flying throught the air anymore! I keep it on all the time at level 1 and I don’t hear a thing. It is louder on the highest level which I’ll change to when I’m cleaning house and vacuuming. I read it takes away cooking smells but I haven’t seen a difference. I don’t mind, the cooking smell dissipates eventually. I have nice scents around my house anyway. This thing is awesome, totally recommend it.

parfait pour les vapoteurs et allergies et j en ai test plusieurs. l’odeur 64% reste par contre avec les liquides gourmands ,ce qui oblige changer le filtre juste pour le charbon actif. C’est le problme commun, au bout d’un moment le purificateur devient diffuseur. Donc booster un peu en accentuant la vitesse plutt que la fonction auto.
Excellent dans l’ensemble et bonus la fonction automatique, un vrai plus. Filtre facile changer, liminer la poussire de temps en temps. Bref, indispensable

I like this product! Not cheap at all but, it works really well!! It’s a bit noisy and it’s the only think I would change! Highly recommend for people with asthma or hay fever. However, we saw the difference with the dust since we bought it. My son’s sleep it’s much better as well. It’s an expensive product but, worth the value of money!

Sembra un buon prodotto, si sente nelle stanze dove viene posizionato che purifica l’aria e inoltre non dispiace che rinfresca in questo periodo. Al momento non posso dire di pi, non avendo ancora fatto la sostituzione del filtro. In linea di massima un bene averlo in casa.
It's a great air purifyer and helps with allergies for sure. Filters are a bit expensive and they don't seem to last as long as I expected. But on the noise side this is very quiet in sleep mode. I prefer this model to my smaller Levoit.

I said to myself that I should try this air purifier before i obtain medications to solve my problems. The purchase is worth every euro, it helps with sleep, now I wake up without glued eyelids, full nose and headache. It also helps a small child sleep easier and better.

Other than placing in a sunlit room that shows dust floating how can you really judge this “filter” performance? Its measurement is nice BUT is it really accurate. I really wanted this in an attempt to reduce my “dust” and need for “dusting” factors as I age. Laziness or just stiff joints its a challenge that I am loosing. Also amount of “dust” sneezing that occurs… It shows I have pretty clean air but unless I bring something dusty near it and create a dust cloud it shows that its not really needed. Problem is if my air is so clean where does all the dust grow from?
Guess the only way to judge it is to re-review it in 6 month & 1 year. Maybe IF I had pets to deal with it would show sooner but my only thing is open windows at night to let in the cool night air.

After long searching and reading tons of reviews and spec sheets of air purifiers we decided to go with the Levoit which had really good reviews both from shoppers and tech companies. The price is lower than the big brands, on the other hand is capable of much more than some of them. Noise level almost zero on low settings, the automated function is brilliant, you can schedule throughout the day to automatically turn on and off, and looking really cool like a decoration in the room. Cleans the air in the room very quickly. Absolutely pleased with this purchase so far.
Fantastic for People with allergies.
I bought this air purifier after researching a few. I wanted one that didn’t break the bank but also worked well and have great features. My wife is allergic to everything. She sometimes wakes up to hit her inhaler. But after I bought this for the house, 500sqft living space, breathing has been so much easier. The machine reads out particle levels and cranks up to quickly clean the air. It can change the air in a closed space, (less than 500 sqft) 5 times per hour. So we are breathing better and feeling better. We have this connected to a google ecosystem so it works well with our google home. Setup was a breeze and and use is even easier.
If you have allergies, this is a must. I got a smaller one for our bedroom, one that isn’t as big but for a different part of our house. See my other review.
Could not be happier the air purifier does an amazing job. We have 2 large dogs who shed like crazy. No more dog hair all over the furniture or dog orders in the house. I highly recommend this product.

Reliable and Quie
The smart functions of this unit are great- you can schedule it to come on as necessary, and it is smart enough to detect particles in the air. It will automatically ramp the fan up or down based on air quality.
The app also provides a graph of particulate levels over time, as well as fan speed and runtime.
Also there is significantly less dust throughout the house. Would strongly recommend! A++
For <20 m2, otherwise too noisy (turbo). Particles OK Inadequate for individuals sensitized for VOCs
I found review before stating Core 600S as capable VOC remover/purifier, yes it reduces odor out but does not reduce the more subtle gases that plastics or formaldehyde might give off for example, which for me as an individual sensitized to chemicals is very important in air quality. (some website said this product might help with VOC’s, I can say now that running 40 hours straight in turbo does not at least for me reduce the more subtler VOC gases to an acceptable level).
As I bought this for 208 (fair price all things considered) it handles particles and noise (no turbo) in acceptable levels when placed for smaller rooms. For some the size might be too much 31.2 x 31.2 x 59.9 centimetres. For VOCs look elsewhere.
Did not bother with the wifi capabilities, surely comes in handy for some.
Had to replace filter after 1 month
Used to tske steak smell out of kitchen. Had to replace filter after only one month cause first time used in kitchen left whole machine smelling everywhere when I turned it on.

Was skeptical at firs
I purchased this because of my allergies. After I plugged it in (after removing the plastic from the filter), it registered about 34. After a few hours (and ever since), it’s been between 1 – 3. I thought surely that can’t be correct because I have a cat. She must be shedding dander.
So this morning I figured I’d test the purifier. I got out my sage, and started smudging it right at the base of the purifier. Sure enough…. the number’s continued to rise to over 150. Even after extinguishing the sage after only 30 seconds, it’s still registering 33, as it cleans the air.
Now I know that it is doing its job. That test made a believer out of me.
I also love the app, and how I can access the purifier remotely, as well as with Google home.
I keep it running at the second speed and it’s pretty quiet. Continual noise bothers me, but this is quiet enough.

Das Gert filtert sehr schnell und efiizient Schadstoffe aus dem Raum. Mein Vater hat COPD und seitdem ich ihm diesen Lfter gekauft habe, geht es ihm viel viel besser. Die Luft ist rein und er kann besser atmen. Ich bin davon berzeugt und wrde ihn immer wieder kaufen. Aus der ferne, kann ich per App die Luft und den Filter kontrollieren… somit wei ich das er eingeschaltet ist und die Luftqualitt gut ist.
What people don’t understand is it’s not something that needs to be consistently ran on high for performance. Sleep mode Is decent but it’s not to useful. Awesome air purification for the price when on sale. Filters last and are great and you can reuse them ♻️. I would not reuse it more then once or twice depending on use or visible wear of item.

Works great, super quiet especially in night mode
Been using this for a couple of weeks now in various areas of our basement apartment, it works great!!
Really like that it shows the level of particles in the air, it was very validating to see proof that the air quality was actually worse in rooms that I had been suspicious of!
Even when the fan is set to the highest setting, it’s fairly unobtrusive! On night mode, it’s whisper quiet.
Thinking of getting another one so we can stop moving it from room to room!

Buon purificatore, fa quello che deve senza troppe pretese, dichiarato per 82 mq ma assolutamente non veritiero. Consigliato per la fascia di prezzo ma se volete un vero purificatore prendete altro.

This unit is far superior compared to a Vax air purifier I purchased this time last year. Doggy dust is a big problem in our house and I’m having to constantly clean dust away every 2 days. The Vax unit was useless and it’s filter system was inadequate to cope despite it costing the same as this new one. This unit is much better judging from the first few days of usage. The smart features also work well and was very easy to pair with your smartphone. The unit can be controlled using the nifty top display or alternatively via your smartphone but So far so good!
I am using it in a 400 square foot lounge which extends into a kitchen area and the unit seems to easily cope with this room size. It also has a rapid cleaning mode based on the room size to remove particles and once cleansed it goes back into auto mode for a quieter operation. Even on full speed the fan is much quieter than my Vax which was incredibly noisy. Hopefully it will now help to reduce the dog dust and dander build up in the lounge.
