I didn’t think a humidifier could get any quieter than my last one, but I was wrong. I don’t even know it’s running. Also, the tank seems super small, but I run the machine all night, and the water last up to 3 days, so that’s great. My last humidifier had a much larger tank, and it only lasted through the night… weird. I’d recommend this humidifier. Hopefully it has good longevity.

I love the sleep mode that maintains the correct humidity level in the room and continues operation with no lights. Virtually SILENT, which was very important to me as I am very sensitive to noises. Easy to clean. Love that I can add essential oils to the base as well.
I only had this for a week. I use this next to my bed while sleeping. It is very quiet. When on sleep mode it makes a light ‘brook’ sound. It’s very soothing. I fill it to about 3/4 full and it runs for about 8 hours and turns off automatically when empty. I use distill water and it doesn’t leave any white residue. I would recommend this product.
I researched a Product that could not only be a humidifier but also release sense into the air. So I was happy when a brand that I recognized and already owned as an air filter also came out with this product and therefore could be reliable. I would advise though do not keep water in there if you do not use it daily because then you can develop a little bit of a must smell, but other than that the item works great as described.
I am soo happy with this purchase! Our vicks humidifier stopped working so I replaced it with this one after looking through so many different options. Our house feels so stuffy during the winter because the heating unit is old. The first night I ran this, My son slept the entire night and I woke up feeling great, no more soar throat, no more coughing & skin feels less dry! I hope it’s a long lasting product!
I love it and use it daily. My only complaint is that per the directions oils should only be put in the lower compartment, but this compartment is the most difficult to clean because you cannot detach the power cord from it. But it’s okay, looks great, almost no noise level and all and makes my house smell & feel great.
This is a compact, quiet machine. You fill it from the top, so no leaks and spills. Very happy with the purchase.

Very easy to use. Not noisy at all (my AC fan is def louder that this). Cleaning part is a bit annoying. It’s recommended to clean every 3 days. A few small spots are not easy to clean. I usually use soft tooth brush to clean them.
LOVE this humidifier – it’s easy to fill and easy to clean, which is huge. We run it all night on sleep mode in a baby’s nursery and it’s whisper quiet. We’ve even used a monitor to test the humidity in the room before and after using it – and this humidifier definitely works well. It’s also really nice looking – very modern and minimal design. Great qulity and easy to clean item! But.. one thing i was really sad about is it didn’t last a night. I used it for my small bedroom at level 3 and it lasted about 6hrs. Very quiet and easy to clean. I run this 9-10 hours a day for my plants while I’m at work and have only had an issue once. The water level in the bottom reservoir was too high and it stopped working for a few hours. I just dumped the water, cleaned, and refilled and it was good as new again. All pieces come apart and it’s easy to soak and wipe down.
This is a great little humidifier. I live in a desert environment and really needed to increase the humidity in my 1 bedroom apartment. It has delivered to the point that I can turn it off from time to time. Currently humidity 37% up from 14%
A friend recommended this small humidifier for my bedroom. I’ve only used it in sleep mode, and it is very quiet, in fact, silent. I love that the led light goes out after a few seconds so I don’t have to cover it like another brand I had. I have had no issues, (I follow your recommendation to clean it every 3rd day). I use distilled water so filter is not needed. You just need to clean it regularly. I only use it as a humidifier. Easy to clean. Extremely quiet. Minimalistic. Not too big, not too small. Easy to use. User manual is included if you need it. Super fast delivery.
The main focus that sets this 1 apart is the outstanding design for cleaning and water damage avoidance. The air vent is on the outside of the ultrasonic internal reservoir (see product pictures), while the main reservoir easily covers the whole thing. So everytime you clean, water will hardly ever atomize or spill droplets overtime into the air vent’s internal magical components. Splashed vinegar and water inside and wiped it like any dish bowl, while being cognizant of the outside vent hole. Too easy.
Can never understand why 99% of “engineers” are too stupid to move vents away like Levoit did with this model, INCLUDING their other $100 humidifier we had which fried after 5 months.

I’ve owned multiple humidifiers including well-reviewed units such as the Vornado EV100 to the Crane Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier.
This is the best humidifier I’ve owned for one particular reason: it’s the easiest humidifier to clean that I’ve ever come across. As long as you clean it every three days as described in the instruction manual, you’ll be in the clear. This humidifier deserves a five-star review based upon that fact alone.
This unit is whisper quiet and I love the “sleep” mode which aims for a particular humidity level and adjusts volume of vapor based on what is needed. Some nights I have to fill it twice but other nights it goes well into the next day. Holds a bit shy of half a gallon. I use a bacteriostatic treatment in the water and have only had to clean the unit once so far in amount a month’s time, but cleaning was easy. Highly recommend!
I love this machine and use it everyday. If I could add one simple feature it would be a simple on and off switch. It has 3 settings based on the amount of output. When you turn it on it automatically sets it on 1 (my preference) but to turn it off it first has to go to 2 and 3 before turning off. It’s slightly annoying to have to press it 3 times to turn it off and if you mess up it’s easy to miss the right setting. I have left it on accidentally on 3 a few times. No big deal but I have to refill yet again. Other then that it is perfect. It has a nighttime setting as well but if I could guess it’s like a level 4 with the most moisture output.

I ordered the Levoit humidifier because it was recommended by my wholistic kinesiologist. The first one I ordered seemed to have a glitch in the electronics. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. I contacted the company and after some trouble shooting, they determined they would replace it free of charge. I now have my new unit and I love it. I especially love the sleep mode so that I know I can basically turn it on and forget about it.
I also love that I can use essential oils with this unit. I think it’s been particularly helpful during COVID as we try to keep our air clean and our lungs healthy!
I’ve had other ultrasonic humidifiers but this one can hardly be heard 2 feet from the bed. And my cats like the access to drink out of the tank. I use tap water and refill each night, clean with vinegar once a week. Great Levoit support when I had an issue–didn’t get the float in level.
We have owned many other humidifiers before purchasing this one. What an amazing product. Fill well, select setting and go. So easy to clean and use. Sleep mode is my favorite. I no longer wake up with a stuffed up nose and dry mouth making my mornings alot more enjoyable.
This is the best humidifier I have ever owned. It really is the easiest to clean and I feel confident that there’s no moldy hidden part. The night mode is genius too because you can keep whatever steam strength setting you want but without the annoying light. I had to tape over the light on my old humidifier. It’s super quiet which is not important for me personally but I know for some people it’s important. I have recommended it to my coworkers since we live in such a dry area.
After 2 months it stopped working. It worked great until stopped.

I’ve owned this humidifier for over 2 months. I didn’t know after buying it that it would be needed as much as I did. This is an excellent humidifier for a small to medium size area (room I’m using it in is a small 10×12 bedroom). It helps with dust control and allergies.
I really love this humidifier. I sleep so much better since I have had it. It’s quiet, easy to clean and I love the sleep mode. After 6 months It wouldn’t always turn on, even though it was plugged in. I contacted the company and mentioned the problem. In less than 2 weeks I had a new one shipped to me. They just asked for the issue and the original purchase receipt. I will stand by a company that values their customers. I’m now looking to buy an air purifier from their company.
Purchased this for my son’s room since his nose seems to become dry throughout the night. Small, powerful, quiet and useful humidifier. Super easy to use and the sleep mode seems to be also useful. We do need to test this more, but the tests we have done it seems to work well. Very pleased with this product.
I love this humidifier, but there is one downfall. I love the 3 levels and the night/sleep mode. It is super quiet. But. We are using it in an 9×10 ish room and the water lasts 10 hrs, if that. It’s small, especially for the price. I really wish it was just a bit bigger.
I’ve tried other humidifiers and this one is better than most. It is relatively quiet–it makes a soft “whirring” noise but doesn’t “gurgle” when the water shifts like many. Since I run a fan at night, the humidifier cannot be heard. My bedroom is about 240 square feet, which is at the upper end of the allowed range for this machine. But this winter my nose has been less dry and I credit this to this machine. On level 3 (max), it can handle this large space for 6-7 hours. I don’t notice white residue when using tap water…BUT, you must clean the machine every 3 days max b/c with tap water b/c you will get mold/mildew stains that you need to remove, which you don’t get with purified water. But it will get pricey to use purified water if you are using Level 3. And it’s not easy to clean a couple spots in the machine. Overall, an excellent humidifier after a couple months’ use. Better with purified water, but fine with tap if you clean it frequently.
Primarily for aroma therapy with the eucalyptus oils that help fight the covid 19 and other viruses. Output is very high for larger rooms as I have a vaulted ceiling in my LR where this is located. And the 2 yr warranty is more that the other brands that I researched. Very pleased with this product and will recommend to others! 5 stars!
I live in Michigan and it becomes very dry in the winter, I also have asthma and humidity levels are important to my breathing health. I have purchased other small humidifiers and been disappointed. This works like a charm, is truly very quiet, and the night feature (so no blue light) is something I didn’t buy it for but use every night. There is no “mist dust”. It is small so I use it in bedroom at night and move it to home office during the day). It is very easy to move around, fill, clean. Just make sure, as instructions say, to line up the little indentation with the control light area, or it doesn’t start. I have used both distilled and tap water in it. Easy peasy!

I think i may have had covit 19 in january…never got tested…but my lungs were abused by what i thought was the worse flu in word history…and if it wasn’t for the ability to add alcohol and teetrea oil to this my lungs would be a mess now! it helped me breathe again by having it next to my bed!
yeah i coughed up lots of stuff from my lungs thought i was going to die a few times…but holy hell this thing saved me!
But that said…ok the temptation to fill it up while it’s till on the machine is there…hell i fail at it all the time.
and when you do this it overfills the bottom and suffocates it and you get nothing.
honestly it’s the only and very odd design flaw in this machine.
why it does this is beyond me…the float works…i check it over and over but won’t you know every other time you try and fill it while its sitting on your night stand…bam over fill! why who knows!
The only other thing i wish this had was a directional outlet….so you could aim the mist over your face!
We’ve been using the humidifier in the master bedroom for about a month. Being an AZ resident, our humidity levels are quite low. We are able to raise the levels from the 20s to 35+ when running at night only. Our bedroom is larger than average and empties into a large bathroom and closet area. If the door to the bathroom is closed we get better results. The unit is quiet and easy to clean. We sometimes use essential oils which gives a nice scent. If the unit runs out of water, it turns itself off. So far so good.
I have gone through so many humidifiers over the years and recently tossed one that was not that old I had gotten at the drug store. This humidifier out shines them all. very easy to fill, clean and add oils to bottom to make infuser as well. Almost silent. Absolutely love it. Hope it lasts!
My son uses it nightly and really likes it. He feels like it adds the perfect amount of moisture to the air to keep his sinuses happy. If you’re hoping for “white noise” out of a humidifier, this one’s not for you because it makes basically zero noise. Most folks would probably find that preferable, but we were hoping it would provide a bit more ambient white noise.
I’m shocked how much I love this humidifier after how much I hated the previous two that we owned. This one is SO easy to fill with water and clean. The tank is wide enough to thoroughly wash, and the base doesn’t have the typical books and crannies of the drop shape humidifier models. It’s quiet and has a sleep mode so my kids aren’t disturbed by the light and I don’t have to worry about adjusting the humidity due to the internal sensor. The tank is always almost empty by morning, but the bedroom is on the larger size.
To make your life easier and avoid having to clean it, and also avoid that fine white dust that gets everywhere, use distilled water (no minerals in it, so you avoid the mess that comes with using regular water).
This is my favorite humidifier I’ve used. It’s relatively quiet, although I have noticed soft dripping sounds when it is running (doesn’t bother me for sleeping though). The sleep mode is fantastic, no lights are on so you can keep your bedroom dark. And you can also use essential oils to make things smell good. I use this in conjunction with a small air purifier for when I sleep at night, and it’s been great.
We have an air purifier of the same brand that we’ve owned for about 3 years and love so we decided to buy their humidifier. Been using for about a week. I like the functions and ease of use and cleaning. The three different settings put out a noticeably different amount of humidified air, aka, you truly get a low, med and high amount. It’s nice that the night setting is dark. There is a noticeable hum and water dripping noise when in use, even during the night setting. Doesn’t bother me so much as I use the Rain, Rain app to go to sleep anyway but I could see it being a problem for people who like it silent when they sleep.
Our house is very dry in the winter. This causes issues with skin. I purchased one and loved it. I want the humidity in my room at night but not warm humidity as I get too hot . I was worried about the essential oil function on this I was afraid it would clog. I have had no problems with that. I bought another one later on. I will say a few things the operation in general. Use distilled water only. If you find you have a fog in house that’s what it is. I have a water softener and still had the fog so invest in distilled water. The other thing is that you will get a dampness where the mist falls so protect furniture/floors especially in a small room with no air circulation. It is a dampness not wet. All in all this was a great purchase and will continue to purchase Levoit products.
Very pleased overall with this humidifier! It is easy to use and much simpler to clean than most other humidifiers out on the market. My son has eczema, so this little gadget is great since it is powerful and big enough to last through the night. I also like the design much more than most other humidifiers because it is simple and sleek. My only criticism would be that there is a little basket looking part (see photo) that is difficult to surface clean, so you have to soak it in a vinegar-water solution and use tissue or cotton swabs to really get it clean. But the vinegar solution is simple and gets the job done!

This humidifier works great in our large bedroom. It shoots the steam straight up, not out and down like some other ones. The optional essential oils are easy to put in the bottom and disperse in the room super well. I wasn’t sure if the half gallon would be enough for a full night, but the water lasted well over 10 hours on high and you can’t hear it running at all. It has a safety shut off in case the water runs out. It has low, medium and high settings. Very impressed with this compact design. No dripping or wet tables/walls. It seems to break the water into tinier particles than another one we tried. Keep in mind it recommends using distilled water, which is cheap to buy. I did use distilled water in it. We liked it so much we bought a second one for a different room.
I got this humidifier for a bedroom a few months ago after having one that was extremely difficult to clean. I really like that this one has an open top and base for easy access and you can put the smaller pieces in a vinegar solution for cleaning. I usually do this every week or two and wash with soap and water in between. You can put essential oils right in the bottom, unlike many other machines that have a little tray that seems to run out of scent quickly. I also like there is a sleep mode that automatically adjusts to the humidity in the room. With others, it can be hard to figure out what level is needed at night and sometimes I underestimate. The only real downside I have is that my room is on the large side so it can run out before the night is over if the room is extremely dry and it is on sleep mode. That said, it has only happened once or twice so far. It is also so quiet that I often forget to turn it off when it is in sleep mode.
I bought this because I wanted a humidifier that was easy to clean. I read the reviews, and they were right. It takes me maybe 10 minutes tops to take apart the few pieces, and clean them out. Everything comes apart so there’s no crevices you can’t get too. I do use a toothbrush for some of the smaller areas but it works fine. I feel confident that I get it clean with little time. I only take it apart once every week or so, the rest the time I just dump it and refill. The tank isn’t huge so you do need to refill it each night, but it’s worth it for the ease of cleaning it. Also there is no filter that you have to replace.
I bought this humidifier 5 months ago and suddenly one day it would not start. I contacted levoit customer service and their representatives are very kind. They sent me a new one within a week.
The humidifier itself is fantastic and well worth the price. We have been using it almost every night for last 5 months and are really happy with it.
This is hands down the best humidifier I have owned! Soooooo easy to clean. The ones I have owned in the past have been difficult to clean or replace on the base once you have filled the reservoir. This one eliminates those issues. It can stay on the base to fill – I just fill a pitcher with water from the fridge filtered water. My old one, which is now going to be donated, I could easily fill in my sink, but it was so heavy to try and lift upside down onto the base. Multiple times I had pinched my fingers trying to do it.
Cleaning is a breeze! Once a week once the water has been used, I lift the light-weight reservoir from the base and take a cloth and wipe out the inside. I will probably come up with something to do a monthly deeper clean, but so far that is all this has needed.
I will most likely be purchasing another for my son’s room.
WHERE HAS THIS HUMIDIFIER BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! If you are like me and refuse to buy gallons of water in plastic jugs to fill your humidifier, look no further. Yes, tap water dirties the inside of humidifiers more quickly, but this model is SO easy to clean! Not only that, but this thing is actually made for freaking adults who don’t want cutesie light displays on their ceiling. In fact, you can turn the lights completely off AND this thing is silent as a church mouse. My only wish is that the chamber for water was a little bigger. Our home is very dry so sometimes the humidifier will run out of juice before morning. However, that’s not a dealbreaker, especially considering the price.
I wish it held 2 gallons instead of just 1… it runs in sleep mode for about 6-7 hours. Its really nice in the winter when things are dry. Other then that i love it!
This puts out a very fine mist and is extremely quiet. I love that I can take the reservoir to the sink and fill it. As with all humidifiers there is cleaning involved. Anytime you have standing water you will get the pink growth which indicates bacteria. I am using vinegar and water to clean it although , at some point, it will probably need mild bleach solution or oxyclean cycled through it because you can’t get to all surfaces where you can see the pink growth.
Best humidifier on the market. Seriously, why aren’t all humidifiers “top loading” like this one? I have a toddler and we run this humidifier in her room every night. I was looking for a product that:
1. Was quiet
2. Did not have an obnoxious light
3. Was easy to refill every night
This one hits all 3 of those requirements beautifully. You barely hear this one, the sleep mode turns off the light and regulates the output to the right humidity, and you just lift the top and pour in a pitcher of water each night. The top pouting feature also makes this one super easy to clean. I was so happy with it, I bought a second one for my mother as a gift. She is also pleased.

I’ll provide a more detailed review of this humidifier below. For an overall assessment, the biggest takeaway for us is that you get what you pay for. The HuPro and Elechomes humidifiers are excellent. The Levoit humidifier works well enough, but lacks in some ways. The OVPPH humidifier should not be purchased due to fan failure after only 5 weeks of continuous use.
Overall Assessment:
This adorable little humidifier is wonderfully quiet, but its output level and runtime make it suitable only for small rooms.

Filling: Because of the top-fill design, it is easy enough to refill this humidifier. Because it is so small, you can also take the tank off and take it to the water source, though I did find it a bit annoying to hold in such cases.
Output and Runtime: This humidifier is good, but its tank is simply too small. It outputs a good amount of mist, but its runtime is fairly limited. I find that it can barely get through the night.
Sleep Mode: The sleep mode of this unit fortunately turns off all of the lights.

The humidifier so far has been amazing. I suffer from allergies and chronic sinus infections. So far my allergies have been completely gone and I hoping it’s because I have been using this humidifier every night while I sleep. I have also noticed that I no longer wake up with an irritated and sore throat.
It’s super easy to use, clean and very quiet. Most humidifiers get gross after awhile and this one has stayed super clean because of the way it was designed. I highly recommend and am very happy with my purchase and how it has helped so much with my allergies.
Have this unit for over 1 month and so far so good. For my unit, a full tank will last for about 12 hours if running at level 2. We basically top off the tank twice a day and the top opening design makes it really simple. As for cleaning, we are using filtered tap water and seeing some built-up over weeks. It is very easy to clean the base but may need extra effort to clean the steam output tubing, including partially disassemble the tank. But overall it is a very solid product.
I bought this humidifier out of a whim. It was a deal at amazon treasure truck near my work. I researched on amazon that it’s $60 humidifier but treasure truck was only $40. So I gave it a try.
The setup of the humidifier was very easy and I followed the paper instructions that came with the box.
You take out the tank to fill it with tap water. Then I put the tank back to the humidifier. I used the night mode overnight, you can hardly hear the humidifier running, unlike other typical loud humidifier. It’s a very chic design as well, I placed it on my bookshelf ledge by bed. Overnight I felt the air was less stuffy than before and I woke up with very soft skill opposed to dry skin in the winter. This humidifier is magical. I’ve been looking long for an affordable and quiet humidifier and this does the trick.
I haven’t wash the machine yet, I will update my review once I need to wash it.
This does a great job of bring moisture into the room. The top part is easy to refill and fully removes so you can immerse it in water for cleaning. My only suggestion is it you have electronics, make sure you keep several feet from the device. I noticed the area felt damp after using this and might cause damage to other electronics if nearby.
Love these humidifiers!! We have 2 of them, and use them every single night. The most important part of this product is the fact that every single piece comes apart for cleaning. Humidifiers get some much mildew and mold inside them, and have to be cleaned routinely. Can’t be done if the parts don’t come off. I have had several other brands and will keep buying this one solely for the fact that it can be cleaned properly!! Buy this one!
We are really liking this humidifier. It is fairly quiet, easy to clean, has a feature that shuts off that annoying blue light that other humidifiers seem to think we all want, and very easy to use (just pour water in the top and put the lid on). We don’t know yet how sturdy it is, but we really like that it is easy to clean the water chamber and not likely for the chamber to leak, as our previous humidifier did. Great design!
I seriously love this humidifier!!! I searched high and low, read countless reviews, and luckily stumbled across this looking at another brand. The noise is next to nothing, amazing humidity output, and aesthetically pleasing. Super chic, easy to clean and use, and does it’s job. Turns off on its own when it’s out of water, easy to take the top off and fill up or just pour water right in, and has a night mode where there are no annoying lights.
I’ve only had it for 2 days, but I already love this humidifier! It is on the big side but it works great for our 300ish sq ft bedroom. With having the heat on this month I wake up in the middle of the night with a dry, sore throat and last night my throat didn’t wake me up. It makes some water gurgling sounds but I find it soothing and other than that I would say it’s very quiet. I was skeptical about the essential oil diffuser especially since you put the oil directly on the lid/plate on the top but it works even better than the doTerra diffuser I was using before. I’m curious to see how frequently it needs to be cleaned and how easy that will be and also if remains quiet over time and use.
We bought one for our house and liked it so much, we bought 2 for our parents and one for each of our children’s homes. We live in upstate New York, and winter air is very dry. We sleep better and our skin isn’t as dry. We leave ours on the highest setting, so we have to fill it 3-4 times a day. That’s ok, because the more water we add to our air, the more comfortable our home is.
Best humidifer ever. This is small, does not take up a lot of space. Only needs to be filled every few days. I turn it off at night. I only empty and clean about once a month even though they tell you to do more often. My house is clean. Maybe your experiennce will be different. I also use distilled water. No filters to dirty. Love that. I keep it by the chair where I sit. It does not do a whole room. It is a personal humidifier.
So sad! Our 1st one works amazing our 2nd one wouldn’t even turn on. The 1st one is quiet and does what is supposed to. The second is an expensive paperweight
We returned the broken humidifier and the new one works PERFECTLY i have since purchased a 3rd for my mother in law and had 2 friends purchase them
Bought this humidifier for my daughter’s nursery and it’s perfect. I had a few different humidifiers before this one, but this one definitely is the best I’ve tried. The ability to fill from the top is such a time saver and so much easier than others I’ve used. It’s super quiet, and the night time mode is perfect for a nursery. It turns off all lights and adjusts humidity automatically through the night, and also shuts off when water runs out. It’s also a great size, fitting perfectly on a book shelf and with a sleek design it is not an eye sore. I would highly recommend!
This product is working fine and is easy to set up and use. It is very quiet and the night feature where the light goes off is a good feature. One drawback is the top of the tank just sits there loose, I would have like a clasp or snap on it, or the top could be twisted in. I used a piece of packing tape to hold it in place. It holds the humidity in the bedroom at about 55* during the night. I think if the bedroom door was closed all the time it would get up to the 60* it states it holds at for night setting. The water tank is a decent size and lasts from 7 PM thru 7 AM. on the night feature.
Pros: I was pretty sad that my previous diffuser cord got lost in the move and that I had to buy a new one but this was a good accident. It’s so so quiet, and has a really strong mist flow, like maybe 3′ in the air on the highest setting. Easy to fill from the top with a pitcher and the instructions are clear and well written. There’s a note with it that once activated, extends your warranty for another year (so 2 years). Definitely a keeper. Large capacity too. Started it on high (sleep setting, so no lights are on) last night at 8:30 pm and at 10:30 this morning it was starting to run out. Seems that’s not the norm though. Normally it’s run out by 7 AM.
Cons: no matter how much essential oil I use in it, I can’t smell it at all, so it’s a waste of oil. This was one of the main reasons I got it. Then the oils are hard to clean out once it’s empty, so that’s a pain.
But if you have a little kid and use this one for only the kid is sleeping… it is the greatest humidifier. Very Easy to clean inside out, Top filling, beautiful design, and relatively quiet.
I owned few Humidifier from the same brand, I try this one for the look, but going back to bigger tanks.
Completely silent, easy to fill, and no water film left on nearby surfaces. I am getting another to keep one in the bedroom and throwing out all my other humidifiers. I really hate the awkward tank filling process, then carrying a heavy full tank across the room, dripping water the whole way. This is SO much easier to fill, simply bring a glass, pitcher, or bottle to it, remove the lid, pour, and done!
I’m obsessed with this thing. I wake up much less stuffy and dry feeling when I have this on next to my bed. It’s easy to clean and has not grown mold or any other gross stuff like other humidifiers I’ve seen online. I just wash it out every few days and sometimes rinse some white vinegar through it for a deeper clean. Works great and makes no noise.
Only have one disappointment. it needs re-filling after over night use. I turn it on about 9:p.m to run all night. In the a.m. I’ll turn it off and check the water level. It’s usually down, but no hassle to re-fill. Mist is cool, and keeps the room very comfortable. We live in Arizona, which is VERY DRY, and need this moisture to keep down the electricity sparks. Dogs coats are much better from the moisture as well.
I had a bad cold for a few days which seemed to get worse. After being in bed for 10 days, learned I had a respiratory infection.
Meantime, purchased this on about the 5th day. My bedroom is 400sq ft and I ran the humidifier *all day and all night* for a week.
Pros:

–Easy refilling – I mean, super duper easy ( I kept a large pitcher of water by it and would add water to the top.)
–My room was at 30% humidity when I started using it. It took about 16 hours before it got up to 50%. Now, on low, it maintains between 55-60% humidity
–10 stars is the lights are very unobtrusive, no beeps any time, and on night mode no lights. And it does decrease the output if the humidity reaches 60% (tested by setting it on the #2 setting (medium).. In the morning when I pushed the regular button, it had been reset to the #1 setting (low)
–No white dust / condensation or moisture anywhere
–Stable

NOTE: In the video when describing the essential oil feature, the woman is shown dropping the oil directly into the *top*… the instructions say to add essential oil *only* in the base. Which makes total sense.
I’m going to buy another. What a difference. Especially with Tea Tree oil when you’re sick.
I like to have a humidified space in the winter, so these are important to me. We have been through so many humidifiers that it’s ridiculous. Hot steam ones, cool mist ones, etc. I’ve seen units that look pretty but mold easily and gurgle water all night. This one has no filter to replace, doesn’t gurgle the water and is very quiet, and so far no mold. If it does mold, it should be easy to clean, as the main water reservoir is wide mouthed and easy to wipe out and clean, and the area underneath that you lift off should be easy to clean because it’s very accessible also. I”m liking this one. I do only use purified water in it.
I wanted a top fill easy to use, easy to clean and quiet humidifier. This one is exactly that. I wish it can be slightly bigger like 2.5L. I started sleep mode at 9pm and turned it off at 8am and the water was nearly empty. So i think if you had it at high setting water may run out quicker maybe will last 8-9 hours?
I will check back in a few weeks on the performance and durability.
Mom was told she would have chronic dry eyes and friend suggested humidifier to increase moisture in the air. Naturally, I went Levoit cause they haven’t let me down yet.
Setup is practically nonexistent! Aesthetically pleasing. I think I prefer this design the most! Bought one for my mother (and one for myself lol), sleep mode and auto shutoff will be helpful since she tends to fall asleep randomly.

I am THRILLED with this humidifier. I cannot rave about it enough and I even just bought a second one. The design is so thoughtful. Unlike every other humidifier I have ever owned, this one is SO easy to clean with no inaccessible channels or nooks and crannies. For some reason it even stays cleaner with about 500% less buildup than my last ultrasonic cool mist humidifier. Filling it is so convenient and it easily runs all night. The ability to add oils in is super convenient and eliminates having to run an additional oil diffuser. The smart sensing night mode works wonderfully and I love that the light shuts off. It’s been perfect for my toddler’s room.
I like that I can put essential oils with the water.
Just happy that the first one I get I had to return because it was leaking water but they have an excellent customer service and they send me a new one. … Thank you for making our life more easy.
I would recommend this Humidifier 100%.
UPDATE SEPT 9 2019
Upon further review, it was pilot (my) error. The unit must have a safety mechanism so it does not burn itself out. I emptied out the water, let it sit for a few hours. Plugged it back in and it has worked fine. I waited 5 days to be sure it was fine. Also, this small unit took relative humidity in my guitar storage room from 30% (I know…but that’s Nevada) to a comfortable 45%-60% range with ease, using the 3-level button. Wood guitars like a certain level of humidity, like us humans. Too low or too high is not good. This is an average sized bedroom, and I only have to fill it up every other day. Refilling is simple. I like most the ability to control room humidity with more precision that I expected. Happy guitars, happy me.
Lo and behold, this beauty came into my life. So easy to clean and easy to fill. The Night Mode is great too, turns off all the lights and I can’t hear the humidifier at all. I haven’t used it as a diffuser. I use this mainly in the bedroom at night.
One thing to note though: when assembling the mist tube after cleaning, make sure it aligns with the mist outlet. I didn’t the first time I cleaned it and the mist was uneven and the unit got weirdly hot especially at the mist outlet. Just align the mist tube and everything will work perfectly.
This is a great humidifer for baby. This is nice and compact design, can be placed on night stand without taking up too much space. Easy to fill water and can use all night long, the sleep mode are super quite and provide a nice sleep environment. The water tank are easy to clean, doesn’t have tiny small place to hide dirt. Three adjust mode for different level of mist, no leaking at all. Very recommend for the baby registry list.
As for the humidifier itself, it has a clean look, easy to take apart and put together, the water container is easy to clean so I don’t have to worry about mold formation!!!
