Packed well and received in perfect condition with all manual, documentation and parts. Easy to set up. I’m a 66 years young woman and want to keep healthy and fit so decided to add platform workout to my exercise routine to ease back pain and ward off osteoporosis. I chose the LifePro 3D after reading of other people’s positive experiences and felt it could meet my needs and expectations.

I’ve used the LP 3D every other day within the past 15 days and am pleased with my results. I’m still on Level 1 and feel it is giving me the soothing benefit of back pain relief. Unexpectedly, I have also found that I fall asleep easier at night and enjoy a much deeper sleep. I’m looking forward to progressing to Level 2 and hope it is helping to maintain and restore bone density.

I have not gotten into a routine with it yet. My mother has used it & believes it has helped her pain & swelling in her foot, she’s 93. Purchased for both of us to use. I have some sort of injury & swelling in my foot so I am hoping for improvement in circulation of lymphatic fluids and some fitness benefits. It is much larger than I expected so much more stable but not as easy to move around. It actually is good because I don’t want my mother falling, she has been doing it while sitting & placing her feet on it, but hoping to try her standing at some point.

We started slow as recommended and felt immediately after the first session, just standing on it with feet close to each other, more relaxed and calm. The discomfort at problem areas (knee, back and legs) increased at first, whereas after stopping when feeling the discomfort, and standing on it again after some hours, took the discomfort away. At first we needed the support of holding on to something, but after time the body gets used to the movements of the platform. I started also doing the recommended exercises at the very beginner level (amount of seconds holding the pose) and it just FEELS WONDERFUL! We listen to our body what feels good and get rewarded with more flexibility, better mood and more energy. It feels like the body started healing finally! At the end of our sessions we love to lay on the floor with the calves resting on the platform for another round

Bought this to continue core exercises that I was doing at physical therapy on their commercial vibration plate. I like it so far. I stay with the balance exercises that I learned at therapy. If I use any of the upper body exercises from the booklet that came with this machine it causes the pain in my neck/shoulders to be worse. I don’t believe it is the fault of the machine. I just think I’m not quite ready to do those kind of exercises yet.

Update review. 4 star. Delivering problem. The Device is amazing. Works as described. I sweat after using it for almost 25 mins. My mom with her 76 y/o use it and she found her body relax in low speed. It was a very great acquisition.
( Expensive device. $ 249. In this moment of life where no everyone is working. Waiting longer than usual because the COVID 19 epidemia and The Seller cannot deliver the package to my home as agreed. I live in a very centric part of the city. I have Ring camera, therefore, nobody can say No one answered the door. I have been waiting for this item half of the day and at 1 pm it still said in the Amazon website that it will be arriving at 8 pm.)

I weigh 230 lbs and it shakes me around just fine. The motor is VERY quiet but the machine shakes my hardwood floors a little bit at higher levels. That doesn’t bother me at all, I just move it around to find the sweet spot on the floor. i use this device to loosen up, stretch, yoga poses, planking, and minor strength training. The more I use it consistently, the more apparent the results become. I was actually surprised to notice a difference in feeling more limber, flexible, and relaxed. Since I’m usually quite sedentary, I feel that this machine may be saving my life somehow.

I feel that it’s completely safe to stand on and would be find as well for someone who struggles with balance or weakness (it’s designed to help address those problems by improving strength, balance, and proprioception), but it may be advisable to place this particular unit against a wall to help brace elder populations or else buy another machine with handle bars. I’ve had a couple people come over to my house with reservations about stepping on it. They are quite fearful, which is ridiculous considering older people and otherwise convalescing folks use these machines all the time.

Here’s a list of contraindications which means if any of the following apply to you, you should probably avoid using this device.
1. pregnant.
2. Acute thrombosis.
3. Pacemaker or any other cardiac implant.
4. Recent surgery.
5. Recent artificial joints.
6. Recently placed IUDs.
7. Acute hernia, Discopathy or Spondylosis
8. Tumors
9. Retinal detachment.
10. Pulmonary embolism

So far I’ve kept to the programs (P1-P3) and I’ve just stood on it while doing some basic arm exercises. I’ve been going for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day. I purchased the platform to help with my recently diagnosed lipedema but I think it’s too soon to know if it is making a difference. I do feel like it is loosening up some of my muscles and improving my digestion which has been troublesome since the removal of my gallbladder about 5 years ago. I was also experiencing some back pain when I first started using it and that has been alleviated in just a little over 7 days of use.

The noise level increases as the intensity increases and is no more or less than what I expected. I am still struggling a little with the remote control features. I’ve got the basics down but some of the additional buttons I have quiet got a handle on yet.

I started using this on Friday Jan 3rd 2020. I used it ten minutes three times a day on 60+ setting speed . By Wednesday Jan 8th I lost 4 lbs. I have Hypothyroidism and severe inflamation. This loss is huge for me as I am only 5’1″ My weight has done nothing but gone up over the last four years. I have severe neuropathy in my right leg amd foot due to a bad surgery. This makes my leg and foot not feel dead 24/7. It gives a few hours relief. I am holing I can start walking short distances this spring. After tbree weeks ( two more to go ) I will check my measurements again to see if Ive lost inches. My skin is more tone and softer too. I highly recommend this product!

This machine has lost its carefully calibrated programs, and now vibrates at completely inappropriate speeds. The company, which alleges lifetime support, cannot be bothered to even answer the phone.
A tragic waste of money.

Update Janurary 2020: OK, all’s well that ends well. It was a bit of a slog, but ultimately Lifepro has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make the situation right. I am a much happier camper now.

I’ve been using the LifePro Turbo 3D for about a month. Primarily my initial concern was for osteoporosis and weight loss, and delighted the machine helps with balance also. My research found vibration is helpful for building bone.

The dual motors provide both pulsating and oscillation that stimulate every muscle and encourage bone strengthening. The equipment is very easy to use and I did not have any difficulty at all. The remote control makes operation and changing settings very easy.

Start slow and build up speed over a couple of weeks. I now use it daily and feel so much better after each use. Long term results for osteoporosis will be measured in future DEXA scans. I am very optimistic!

Those of us with osteoporosis must work on balance also. After all it is a fall that usually cause a broken bone. So if continued use enhances my balance I simply can’t lose.

I have dealt chronic pain in my hands feet and lower back. I have used this for the last 2mo Just 10 min day. Pain went from 10+ to zero to 3. I am also using a PEMF pad . I am 56 woman in excellent health with a good diet … Now even better!! Less swelling and hardly no stiffness! I can even get up from kneeling better!
I cancelled my gym membership BCS I HATE THE ATMOSPHERE THERE! But I felt like I needed to go. But now I can use this at home in a variety of ways in the comfort of my own home! And BCS it has made such an impact on my health I look forward to using it.

I use this daily and like it. I worked up to the stronger vibration and am currently using it at about level 70. I feel it is making a difference in a number of areas. I am sleeping better with fewer times waking and less time to get back to sleep. I am also experiencing less leg pain at night. I used to have some overactive leg activity at night and that is entirely gone now. I also feel it is helping my lymphatic system and have noticed a small amount of weight loss though I can’t be absolutely sure it’s the exercise plate that is the cause. I believe it is helping my circulation as well.

One of the conveniences is that it doesn’t take up lots of room and can easily be moved to a closet or under the bed. I’m glad I bought it and would buy it again.

I already owned a vibration plate from LifePro Fitness, also ordered from Amazon, but I was super excited to move up to the 3D plate. My lower back/hip felt locked, but 10 minutes (or 20 sometimes) on this machine every day for a week has it feeling much better! I don’t understand all of the science behind it, but I also know that I start to sweat in the 10 minutes that I’m on it, and in a week my muffin top doesn’t hang over my jeans as much! So, it is definitely doing something! The company is TOP NOTCH for customer service. The facebook group that they have is so inspiring, and the co-owner even reached out to me about my product to make sure that I was satisfied. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 for easy to use is because I had a hard time understanding how to manually program the oscillation and pulsation. probably user error, but it did take me a while to figure it out.

My wife and I are over 50 and big fans of keeping fit. I have been doing research on power plates for awhile after hearing rave reviews about them from a friend. Have looked at models up to $1,500. Decided to try Lifepro model based on my research and customer reviews. My wife and I both fell in love with the Turbo Platform the day we received it. Liked it so much I ordered another one. In a nutshell: It is truly a fitness game changer. It cuts hours of workout time versus working out in the gym. You don’t need any weights, but it works extremely well when using dumbbells or weight bars as an option. My wife does yoga poses on it. It is also an excellent detox due to the vibration of all your muscles, bones, and tissues. Several of our friends in Northwest Arkansas have ordered the same unit after trying ours. Such an amazing device for the price. Will never be without one going forward !

I really like this WBV machine! It’s very user friendly and seems very well made. The customer service is fantastic. I’ve only had mine for about two weeks but I’ve tried 5 of the programs and have used light dumbbells, the cables that came with the machine and also no weights at all when exercising. Each one has a slightly different feel to it. The 10-minute programs go by really fast, so there is no reason not to fit it in to my day—besides, it’s actually fun! I’ve read a lot of the research on the benefits of WBV, and it is quite impressive. I have adrenal fatigue so I can’t do the more intense weight lifting right now that I used to do. However, I do feel like I get a good workout with this and it doesn’t make me crash afterwards, which makes me very happy! For people that have severe conditions, you can make the workout as gentle as you need it to be. As long as your doctor okays it, I think anyone could benefit from this type of exercise—and it IS fun!

In evaluating different offerings, I contacted Joel who is incredibly helpful. I decided to buy 2 WBV systems. The 3D I keep in my office for longer, dedicated exercise sessions. It’s so doable to get in 15 minutes, especially a few minutes at a time. It’s easy doing squats, push ups, planks, yoga poses, or just standing. You can wear any clothing and get a workout, which is so convenient. From day 1 I already felt energized and happier. My other system is in my bathroom. I figured I would stand on it while getting ready for bed. I got the best night’s sleep! It was actually noticeable how well I slept. I woke refreshed and amazed. I thought that such improvements so early had to be psychosomatic, but then started realizing that the improvements I feel are actual, and in a myriad of ways. Happier, more energetic, peppier, even if my improvements were only with my mental outlook it is so worth the money.

I am 52 years old and I have joint pain and osteoporosis. I was one of the first people who bought this machine. I made a lot of search and I decided to purchase this one and I am glad I did. I used it every day and I increased the power daily after three weeks of using it daily my joints pain decreased about 60% and kept improving and now I barely have pain. When I received my LifePro 3D there was a rattling noise when it was turned on. I emailed LifePro to see if there was something that needed to be adjusted. I relieved a call within 10 minutes after the email was sent from Joel at LifePro. He listened to the sound, tried some trouble shooting but was unable to solve the problem. Without hesitation he sent a replacement unit. Now it runs smooth, nice and quiet. Thank you!
