I like both the vibrating and pulsating. Can time both, I think it really helps the pain in my body.
I’ve only had the vibration plate for a week but have already noticed some pain relief!

I was very disappointed to receive a used and defective unit. Amazon is sending another unit and I look forward to receiving a new unit. From what I could examine, it looks like a great unit.
UPDATE: I originally gave this product a one star due to the above listed issue. The new unit arrived and I LOVE it!!!! It is very well made and sturdy.
Customer service from LifePro has been in constant communication to resolve my issue and they have shown to be, hands down, the best customer service I’ve seen in years!

I am loving my vibration plate! It soothes my knee pain and I have never had so much fun exercising!
It is working well with pain relief have been using it in the lowest setting since have not had it for long .
I have been using it everyday and am loving the way my legs are feeling. I started out slowly, using it while sitting and have progressed to doing at least one set out of 3 a day standing for the full 10 minutes. It could not be any easier.
I really like this product. The quality appears to be excellent and it is quite stable when using it. I don’t have any concerns about falling off or the unit not supporting me while using it. I’m still trying to find the best routine to use to help with pain relief. I do recommend this product.
It is helping with my back pain and the circulation in my legs and feet. Also its a lovely full-body massage. I always like to use the one at the gym, but now I have one whenever I need it at home
I’ve had a back issue for about 12 years and this is loosening up muscles around my body and I’m noticing greater and greater flexibility the more I use the LifePro. I notice that there are days where I feel like I have made progress and then I have to take a couple days off to adjust, but after the adjustment period, I am encouraged to get right back at it because of my progress. I have no illusions that this is going to give me a physical breakthrough overnight, but I can assure you this is making a difference for me – after the first week.
I will be glad to give it five stars if this helps me touch my toes for the first time in a very long time.

I got this because I needed something low impact but that gets results. It is doing the job. I used it 3 times the first day for 10 minutes each time. Then I did the same for the next two days. To my surprise I lost 5 pounds in 3 days. I did have some sore muscles but nothing I couldn’t handle. I used the lowest setting because that is what the instructions said to do they were right. Don’t try to do too much. It may not feel like you’re getting much of a workout but if you’re like me you will feel it the next day. This was just what I needed to get back in shape after setting around for two years because of covid. Love it can’t wait to try more workouts but I will take it slow. Also helped my range of motion in my knee.
Its like a whole body workout standing in place. After a ten minute program you feel like you just did a short workout at the gym but your not sore, winded, or tired.
