Afraid this is not for me.Need a more powerful one.Must admit the lights and strap will assist majority of people to aid reading-craft work.Just bought the wrong one.

I use this for intricate cross stitch patterns. I find the overall magnifier works well, but there is a small circle in it that is a stronger magnifier and I find it distracting. Also, I need to keep very still. If I move to look at the pattern it falls to the side. Takes some getting used to, but overall well worth the price.

Brilliant lens with bright ligh
Won’t be using the neck cord as the table stand works for me, so I removed it.
Lens is clear and the high magnifying area is great.
Bought for working on my watch, perfect!

Oh my goodness, did not realise how much I needed this to look at my cross stitch pattern! Eye sight is changing as I am getting older! Brilliant magnifying glass that stands independently and the light is a bonus and helps greatly too!
This works quite well. The LEDS are bright enough, without glaring. The two LEDs are at the bottom, near the high magnification inset. It might have been nice if they went around the ring, to light from multiple angles. Someone else complained the LEDs were too dim, but I suspect their batteries were low. The battery compartment is a little awkward to access, making it difficult to change the batteries (three AAA, not included). It’s easier if you use a popsicle stick to pry it open. The package included an extra set of rubber feet, and a lens cleaning cloth.
I purchased this style over a clip on to the furniture style. As I can get the close up view when I need it but can put it down quickly and easily!

Good to have a ligh
It is very good, but what would of been better i for the lens to rotate so that the smaller magnifying glass can be moved to the top.. sometimes I find that section gets in the way. Other wise it’s good to have the light.

Just what I needed
Such a simple thing but an absolute hit, makes knitting and crochet so much easier now that I can actually see what I am doing. The addition of a light is brilliant too and provides a good light if required.
Easy to use and works great.
My mother’s sight isn’t great but this helps a lot.
Value for money
I use this for reading cooking instructions on the back of jars and packets. Very useful.
