The DFR550Z is powered by 18V Li-ion battery (not included) to deliver up to 4,000 rpm. The integrated auto feed design makes the tool lighter, more powerful and compact.
It has a high collated screw capacity range of 25mm to 55mm. Fitted with anti-tilt device to prevent screws from swaying whilst fastening. The screw guide prevents the screw strip from tangling and can fold against the auto feed housing for storing and carrying. The DFR550Z has a tool-less screw depth adjustment for easy depth setting and adjustable stopper base that can be set for different screw lengths.

Gegenber dem manuell zu bestckenden Makita DFS452 Akku-Schnellbauschrauber mit Standard Bit Aufnahme und ebenfalls 4000 Upm agiert dieses Gert fr magazinierte Schrauben natrlich deutlich schneller. (Faktor 4+). Dafr ist das Gert komplexer, wiegt mehr & ist wohl nur fr PH2 (Standard) Schraubkpfe geeignet.
L.t. Rezensionen sind die Meinungen ber das Gert geteilt.
In Ergnzung zu den Einstellungshinweisen der Bedienungsanleitung, vor jeder Verwendung die Funktionskomponenten prfen:
1. Stimmt die Drehrichtung? (Reinschrauben Griffpin ragt links raus.)
2. Ohne Magazin & von unten gesehen. Beim Einschieben des schwarzen Teils, sieht man ganz oben wenn die Schraubspitze hineindrckt zwei Federelemente aufgehen. Gehen sie synchron auf & schlieen die sich wieder?
Falls nicht ist der Makita 140493-0 original Fhrungshalter 6842 6843 defekt. – Schadbild: Schrauben werden nicht linear gegriffen, versetzt geschraubt, es “rattert” stndig & man hat ein Nest von Schrauben welche man mhsam rauspuhlen darf. Das kann bei einem gebrochenen Federelement vorkommen. Daher auch kaum l, da diese kleinen Federelemente sonst verkleben; besser Ausblasen.
3. Ist die Schraubspitze einwandfrei? Falls nicht ggf. 5 x SabreCut SCPZ2157_5 157mm PZ2 Autofeed Sortierte Gipskarton Schraubenzieher-Bit Ein-Endig PoziDriv POZI No.2
4. Sind die Magazinschrauben fr den Einsatzzweck geeignet? – Sind die wirklich dafr geeignet?? Fr Metall-Leichtbauwnde & Fasercellplatten finden wir die mit Bohrspitze & Nuten am Schraubkopf (Frskopf) Top.
5. Unbedingt IMMER auf dem An Schalter bleiben und mit voller Drehzahl arbeiten. (Effizienteres Arbeiten & Wrmeableitung. Gegenber einem Brushless Motor besitzt dieses Gert einen Wartungsvorteil. Einzelne Komponenten lassen sich kostengnstig erneuern. Bei Brushless Gerten ist Reparatur teurer als Neukauf da Schalter/Elektronik/Motor eine Einheit bilden.)
6. Falls es bei einer Schraube mal hakt, weitermachen! Gleich die Nchste versenken, statt “rumzueiern”. Das Tool ist fr Arbeitsfluss ausgelegt. (Nacharbeit kommt Spter – sofern ntig.)
[Vielleicht ist dieses erklrungsbedrftige Gert wohl eher etwas fr den Fachhandel.
Beim ersten Gert war im Auslieferungszustand eine Feder im Fhrungshalter gebrochen.
Nur weil ich dachte, das kann nicht Makita sein, diese Anleitung.]
P.S.: Kaufte beide oben genannten Schnellbauschrauber.
Diesen Schrauber (DFR550) nennt das Team nur noch “AK”.
Doch fr Decken werden die dem leichten DFS452 (mit 1,5Ah Akku & automatischer Einschaltung) auch einen Namen geben. Bin gespannt.

Cette machine est fantastique, quel gain de temps.
Plaquer devient un jeu d’enfant.
Au vu des photos sur le site, j’avais peur qu’elle soit trop grosse et trop lourde.
Il n’en est rien, on l’a parfaitement en main et son poids reste raisonnable mme avec la batterie.
Il faut bien penser rgler la longueur des vis sur la partie coulissante gradue sur le dessus et le niveau de profondeur d’enfoncement de la tte des vis dans le placo grce la molette sur le cot.
Si tout est bien rgl, cela prend 5 minutes, et bien il n’y aura aucun rat et visser des plaques de pltre deviendra un plaisir.
La prcision du travail est excellente et l’outil est suffisamment lger et maniable pour ne pas tre fatiguant.
Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir achet cette machine plus tt pour mes travaux de rnovation, le prix aurait t vite amorti par le temps gagn.
Elle est compatible avec les bandes Bosch, c’est d’ailleurs des bandes de cette marque que j’utilise dans la vido.
Cet outil a un excellent rapport qualit-prix.

Die Maschiene hat eine sehr gute Qualitt, fr akzeptablen Preis.
Wir verwenden sie in unserem Dachdecker-Zimmerer & Malerbetrieb.
Zuallererst einmal verstehe ich hier manche negativ Bewertungen nicht. Kann der Bauer nicht schwimmen, ist die Badehose schuld.
Der Schrauber ist gut verarbeitet und lsst nichts zu Wnschen brig. Das der Schrauber nicht anstndig schraubt, versenkt oder nicht richtig greift, kann ich nicht besttigen. Habe an diesem Wochenende knapp 3000 Schrauben damit verarbeitet und es ging Ruck Zuck.
Der Schrauber muss nur richtig eingestellt werden (Scharaubenlnge und die gewnschte versenktiefe) und im 90 grad Winkel gehalten werden. Dann klappt es wunderbar. Das muss aber jeder. Egal von welcher Marke. Als Anfnger braucht es natrlich etwas bung.

First time i used it i was pulling the trigger as i wanted to screw in a screw and found it was jamming all the time . I then kept the trigger pulled so the motor spins all the time and just keep pressing in the screws, no more jams. So if yours jams you are using it wrong.

Anyone that knows anything about tools can do the proper settings for the right screw dempt and length. Works amazing. Can screw down a 1000 squarefoot floor in half hr easy!! Nice to thanks Makita!!!

Magazischrauber nach 2 Monaten schon defek
Am Anfang ein super magazinschrauber auch fr denn Profi bereich, allerdings fllt mit der Zeit an dem Gert alles auseinander und man muss immer schwerer drcken. Wrde ich mir nicht mehr kaufen da bleib ich doch lieber bei meinem Hilti Magazinschrauber Schade.

Habe damit ein Bad ausgebaut. Die ersten 10 Schrauben gingen etwas schwierig aber wenn man das Gert richtig einstellt und ein wenig bung hat ist es perfekt und man hat eine riesige Zeitersparnis.

Wir haben eine genagelte Decke ca.600 qm mit 3,9x55mm Schrauben neu verschraubt um diese nachher mit Fermacell platten zu verkleiden. Nach anfnglichen Schwierigkeiten hatten wir die bentigten 10000 Schrauben im Handumdrehen verschraubt. Ich bin echt begeistert von der Maschine und deren Geschwindigkeit.

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich mir nur so vorstellen, das entweder das Gert nicht im rechten Winkel gehalten wird beim Schrauben oder wenn das Gert nicht auf die korrekte Lnge fr die Schrauben eingestellt wird und diese dadurch verkanten.

A bad tradesman always blames the tools
Please read….. I’m a carpenter and I put about 3000 screws in daily using this gun. First thing you need to know is the little butterfly guide at the front is useless what you need to do is remove that before you start. Once removed you set the depth to 10mm smaller than the screws for example I use 35mm screws for plasterboard so I set the gun at 25mm depth and I have zero problems with jamming. Be mindful to check your strips of screws as the quality control in the factories is poor so sometimes you need to adjust a screw or 2 before sliding it into gun. I’ve used every brand of screwgun and always come back to this. Please listen to the advice and you wont have any problems.

Die absolut hilfsreichste Maschine, die ich in letzter Zeit gekauft habe.
Nach einigen schlechten Bewertungen habe ich lange berlegt sie zu kaufen.
Ich habe entgegen anders lautender Bewertungen, keinerlei Probleme, smtliche Schrauben gehen gut rein.
Der Bit ist noch immer der erste. ( ca. 8500 Schrauben)
Diejenigen die solche Probleme mit diesem fantastischem Gert haben, sollten die Maschine nur einfach mal
im 90 Winkel an die Wand halten. Dann luft es perfekt.
Wenn tatschlich mal eine Fehlschraubung kommt sprt man auch sofort dabei, das man nicht richtig gehalten
hat.
Man sollte nicht die eigene Unfhigkeit auf die Maschine abwlzen.
Wenn man flink ist bekommt man in 10-15 Minuten gut 500 Schrauben reingedreht.

Super Schrauber !Leicht in der Hand und absolut zuverlssig. Habe ihn Hauptberuflich jeden Tag in Aktion! 2 Akkus von 4 ampere dabei geholt ein Akku hlt einen 6 Stunden Arbeitstag aus! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Disclosure: I’m not a professional builder, more of a keen DIYer.
I recently used this on a couple of projects where I had to fit plasterboard. Because I work alone and only have a few hours after kids bedtime I wanted to have to speed/convenience advantage.
What I liked:
– One-handed operation leaves the other hand free to support material.
– Not too heavy. Awkward and overhead boards, not an issue
– Belt clip
– A wide range of plasterboard screws supported. Up to 55mm which I found useful for insulation backed boards.
– Excellent runtime
– Good adjustment for screw depth
– Sturdy… mine has been dropped, stepped on, etc and it lives in a bucket… it is holding up well to the abuse
The bad:
– Hmm… not really anything.
Advise:
– ALWAYS let the screw motor run up to full power before suppressing the nose. If not the screw will stop drive in properly.
– Keep a philips head scredriver in your pocket to tighten any screws that are sitting too proud.
– 45 degrees/angled driving is possible, but not great

Bought the new Milwaukee & DeWalt collateds, went back to makitas!

Une machine trs efficace, presque jamais de vis rate et encore aucun bourrage !
Les vis rentre dans le mtal comme si c’tait du bois !

man muss sich etwas eingewhnen aber dann gehts um einiges schneller als auf herkmmliche Weise!
Joiner at work helped me (showed me) plasterboard the kitchen ceiling, he made using the gun, cutting measuring look easy no jamming or chattering of the gun. After that I was on my lonesome to finish the walls had a few jams at first then like someone mention I stopped using it like a nail gun after that it just fell into place. Would recommend it.

Can drive screws easily with this one handed. Easy to use and change bits and depth. Would buy agai
Got the DFR750Z which pops in bigger screws. This is slightly smaller but just as good.and copes with double tacking.
So many moans about jamming by other people but when I see the moaners use the tool they try to hammer the machine like a nail gun. Its pretty much like a saw. Let the machine do the work. Slow and steady is still the best part of 5 times or more faster than manually screwing.

passer d’une visseuse sans fil cette visseuse automatique pour fait apprcier le vissage de plaques au plafond….
Aprs un temps d’adaptation (faut appuyer sur la machine pour engager la vis en mme temps que la pression sur la gchette on/off) les vis entrent dans les profils une vitesse impressionnante 🙂 Le dglage de la profondeur de serrage se fait l’aide d’une simple molette, pour un rsultat efficace
very good for medium plasterboard use. not as clumsy as other makes.
Typical Makita quality here as expected,would always recommend Makita.
