The HS7611J Circular Saw has a powerful 1,600 watt motor to deliver up to 5,500 rpm for increased performance and job site durability.
The Circular Saw bevel cuts at 0 to 45 degrees for the most common cutting applications, has a large 2 finger trigger for user convenience and single action lever for quick adjustment of the cutting depth.
Please Note:
The base plate is aluminium and aluminium die cast safety cover. Flat motor housing for increased stability when changing blades, angular guide at the rear for smooth and precise adjustment of the bevel angle and handy guide rule allows the user to do accurate straight cuts.
The HS7611J is compatible with the Makita Guide Rail System when used with an adaptor (supplied separately) and is connectable to a dust extractor.

Only used it briefly but you can tell it’s a quality product straight away. The box it comes in is good too as there is loads of room for the saw and cable.
The quality and feel of the tool is good, haven’t used it yet. Will write a report when I use it.

Es ist eine einfache leistungsstarke Handkreissge fr tgliche Holz-Arbeiten. Ich habe mir die Handkreissge als “Allrounder” fr meine Hobby-Werkstatt geholt. Dazu nutze ich noch Fhrungsschienen und den passenden Adapter. Somit lsst sich die Maschine sehr vielseitig einsetzen.
Sgeleistung & Przision:

In Summe bietet das System eine gute Schnittleistung. Dank des 190 mm Sgeblattes ist auch eine gute Schnitttiefe erreichbar. Die 1600 W ziehen auch bei Voll-Material sehr gut durch.
Das Sgeblatt (12Z) ist eher fr grobe Schnitte geeignet und sollte bei Bedarf fr feinere Schnitte gegen eine 24 Z Blatt oder mehr getauscht werden. Besonders hochwertig sind diese mitgelieferten Sgebltter nicht und in der Regel sind es “Einwegbltter”… also nicht nachschrfbar.
Bei der gebotenen Leistung fehlt leider ein Sanftanlauf, sodass die Handkreissge etwas “ruckt”, wenn man sie startet. Das ist unschn gelst und hinterlsst keinen guten Eindruck (zumal solche Features kaum Geld kosten).
Der Trger aus Alu-Druckguss ist sehr verwindungssteif, jedoch etwas schmal geraten. Ich finde es gut, da ich von Zeit zu Zeit auch mal andere Hilfsmittel als Anschlag benutze und somit die kleinere Platte dienlicher ist. Mich strt es also nicht. Das ist aber Ansichtssache und eine Frage des persnlichen Geschmacks.
Die Winkeleinstellung funktioniert gut und ist hinreichend przise. Natrlich ist sie nicht mit der einer Tauchsge vergleichbar. Bei 45 ist allerdings Schluss. Hinterschnitte sind damit also nicht mglich.
Die Tiefeneinstellung erfolgt mittels eines Scherensystems. Das geht gut gelst und sehr flott einzustellen. Leider gibt es keine Tiefenskala, sodass man sich hier extra behelfen muss. Das geht zum Arbeiten, jedoch htte ich mir hier ein simple Skala gewnscht. Etwas mehr Komfort wre schn gewesen…
Die Absaugung ist ein Thema fr sich. Der Anschluss ist etwas “wacklig” geraten, bietet jedoch ausreichend Halt. Ein Staubsaugersystem lsst sich zumindest anschlieen. Die Absaugleistung ist insgesamt in Ordnung, sinkt jedoch mit steigender Schnitttiefe. Der Sgeblattschutz schiebt sich mit grerer Schnitttiefe vor die Saugffnung und behindert die Absaugung. Es gibt einige andere Hersteller, die dieses Problem besser gelst haben. Makita gehrt hier leider zu der anderen Fraktion.
Das Anschlusskabel ist auch ein eigenes Thema. Es wird ein hochwertiges Kabel verwendet, dieses ist jedoch sehr kurz. Mich beschleicht der Verdacht, dass Makita mir lieber ein Akku-Gert verkaufen mchte als ein kabelgebundenes. Nach der Garantiezeit wird das Kabel ausgetauscht…
Einen Spaltkeil sucht man vergeblich. Vor 20 Jahren hatte jede Maschine einen solchen. Heutzutage sind die nur noch selten anzutreffen. Egal in welcher Preisklasse man schaut. Also beide Hnde an die Maschine und bei verwindungsgefhderten Werkstcken mit zustzlicher Keilung arbeiten.

Wer eine robuste kraftvolle Maschine fr einfache Sgearbeiten mit hoher Schnitttiefe sucht, wird hier fndig. Mit Fhrungsschiene und Adapter bekommt man auch etwas Przision in das System. Wer allerdings im Mbelbau unterwegs ist, der sollte sich lieber nach einer guten Tauchsge oder Formatkreissge umschauen. Trotz einiger Schwchen bin ich mit der Sage sehr zufrieden. Ich kann diese kompensieren und meine Werl- und Bastelarbeiten gut erledigen. Und falls doch mal Bedarf an mehr Przision besteht, wird sich eine Tauchsge dem System hinzugesellen.
Product did exactly what I needed . Built a decking . It never failed . I know cordless is possibly better but may only use this two or three times a year and there won’t be a battery to deteriorate. Very pleased
I tis simple and easy to use. The box isn’t the best.
My first circular saw (have experience with tools) .. seems heavy but I think it falls in par with the weight of circular saws. NO ELECTRIC BRAKE AND NIT BRUSHLESS. I think all in all worth the money for the market.
If you want a finer cut you will need a different blade

Usual Makita quality. Don’t be put off by this being made in China. My Makita combi drill was also made in China, it’s still going strong 7 years later. This is a great little saw.
I bought this to reduce the height of some new doors and to replace a cheaper saw.
The saw feels sturdy and cuts easily through the hardwood door. The supplied blade did not cut across the grain as finely as I wanted. but a smaller toothed blade did better. Changing the blade was easy.
I don’t think that it a fault that it is not a lightweight tool. The weight is not a problem for me and I can see that some might want a lighter saw. The size of the blade and the use of metal for the components that guide the blade are factors in the weeight and of course the size of the motor.
The box is useful to keep the saw and the blades etc together, although the snap shut fasteners are a little fiddley.
Excellent product. Read review to compare with other brands and decided on this. Has been powerful, precise and easy to use.
