Very well made instrument, good sound quality at an excellent price. Tuned it a week ago and it is still in tune now. Highly recommended.

I bought 2 of these guitars for a care home for vulnerable over 50s males and three of them who had some rudimentary guitar skills have been having a lot of fun up-skilling themselves and singing. They didn’t want the instruction books that I also purchased and preferred to learn by ear. I will pass the books on to a community centre.

Slight adjustment to truss rod to lower the action a little and plays and sounds good.

Had to return the first one the box was intact however the guitar itself was scuffed and dinted with paint chipped off. Second arrived with damaged box but thankfully guitar in tact. Easy to use great for beginners.
Great beginners guitar had one before. Really happy with delivery time but unpacked it and a string was broken and a piece of wood was ratting about inside causing the string to slap and fuzz

Guitar is good quality and sounds lovely! I used to play a classical guitar and was hoping to pick guitar up again and think this will be perfect! However, there were shards of wood like bits coming out of the guitar when it was held upside down which simply made a mess, nothing a brush and scoop couldn’t fix though! Apart from that, I am pleased with my purchase 🙂

Bought this guitar 10 months ago and loving it. Everything has held up even with me giving it less than perfect care. Action is a little on the high side but not too bad and toughened up my hands to be able to play on high action guitars.sounds pretty good and holds in tune in pretty well. Perfect for motivated beginners. No real Criticisms of the guitar. It’s a bargain for 60
Good product but the strings are very tough. For any beginners I would recommend to change these before starting any lessons.

Good sound. String broke quickly. I probably need to attach the strap to the headstock with a shoe lace. Given the package came with various accessories, I thought this very good value.

Bought this cheap guitar for my pub – looks cool – haven’t played it yet – probably will need to be tuned, but hopefully one of my customers will be able to do that!
Delivery was free and came in 3 days, Very high quality nice guitar, the only problem is however is that some of the tuning knobs are too wobbly, i’m assuming they were damaged during delivery, that’s a shame but you can still still get it in tune it won’t last as long, this is why i’m giving it 4/5 stars, great product at a low price but it is a risky choice as yes, it can be damaged during delivery, If you can I’d recommend getting an acoustic guitar from a instrument shop directly. If you’re low on cash and want it at your door then this is probably the 2nd best option.
Purchased a while back to start learning the guitar as complete beginner. It came quick + had a couple spare strings, a shoulder strap and some leaflets to help with some introductory lessons which I thought was great.
The guitar itself does the job, I think it’s exactly what you pay for. Still in one piece after about 6 months. I use guitar tuning apps to tune the guitar, as I don’t know how to my self.
The guitar came swiftly, it is very good value for money. Plays well, is sturdy and has stood up to many hours of strumming (had it for about a year)
Only downside is that the fret board blackens your finger tips after a lot of playing due to the paint not being lacquered, otherwise it’s great!
This was a Xmas Presant for my 11 year old Grandson he was delighted with it it came with extra strings and plectrums and a waterproof carry bag great buy would recommend for any beginner .
Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter and she loved it. Due to the price I wasn’t sure if the sound produced would be good but it sounds amazing. Only one fault I could find with it was that there was only one place to attach the strap on the bottom of the guitar and not one by the neck. My daughter isn’t fussed as she sits while playing it as she is only a beginner.
Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered this Guitar because I just move from my country and I left all my guitars there.. This martin smith was the cheapest I found… I love it.. Good sound, nice shape, really fast delivery.. But it still being for Beginners / intermediate… But sounds great.. At least I can play and practice..
Brilliant first guitar. Packaged extremely well. Arrived in pristine condition with everything it stated would come. Needed tuning and would advise learners to buy a tuner. Very happy with the product and price. Might seem cheap but not nasty. Definitely suit a beginner, maybe not a pro but great little first guitar.
Very good for the price. Took a bit to get it into tune but that was more down to my lack of experience (total Novice) The strings were very lose.

It’s a good guitar for what it is. I’m not under any illusion, I mean look at the price. But for a complete beginner like myself, I think this does the job. Using the Eno tuner I was able to tune the guitar in around 10 minutes and start practicing via Youtube videos. My only complaint is that the image supplied here basically lies to you. The top isn’t a dark brown colour, it’s more of a synthetic yellow. And the string aren’t silver, they are also yellow. So far I’m happy that it’s all gone smoothly and that, for someone who really doesn’t know what they’re doing, the strings haven’t broken yet. I’m excited to start learning guitar, but just wish that the images were truer to reality. So just a few minor aesthetic issues but it’s all fine for now. It’s does what it says on the tin. It’s a cheap beginner guitar that does the job.

Im quite happy with the guitar,i .just starting out so its ideal.for me,it seemed cheep for a guitar and was thinking it wouldnt be very good but its been ok,ive had it a month now and it has been fine,gets in tune with other guitars sounds just aa good as a expensive guitar so it was a great buy and m.happy to learn on it,ot came with everything you need but i did buy a tuner and it needed tuning ,been good i just need to get better at playing it..
Excellent value guitar. Bought for my husband for Christmas present and he is very happy with it. Only small niggle, really not sure how to fit the guitar strap, not obvious at all and no instructions.

I have to say after reading some reviews I was prepared to receive a less than perfect guitar for my money when I made the decision to buy this for my first guitar. However, I am delighted with the product. Speed of delivery was extremely good and the product arrived in excellent condition. I haven’t had any problems with tuning issues, using an app to assist me.
It makes a lovely sound and makes an ideal first guitar for anyone looking to learn.
Even though the first item arrived with a couple dents, from transport, on it I got a replacement very fast.
Even though it is a very shy entry level it comes with a few items that make it nice to use for learning purposes.
I received the guitar on time, came greatly packaged – no damage. My only criticism would be that the picture doesn’t wholly represent the guitar, in fact, the guitar is quite simply blue. Not that I mind as this is a beginner guitar. So, 4 stars from me!
One complaint, there was no bolt on the bottom for my strap to go on, but there was one on the top. Don’t know what that’s all about.

i bought this guitar because i wanted to learn to play and wanted a cheap beginner guitar and it is absolutely great the online lessons are helping a lot but i have a guitar teacher on the side. it can hurt to play when you are pressing down the strings but it is better than other more advanced and expensive guitars couldn’t reccomend a better product!!!!!!

Got it for about 40 on lightning deals. It’s obviously no Yamaha but considering you get a strap, spare strings, plectrums and online lesson guides included in the price, it’s the ideal thing for a beginner. Only downside is the strings are of not too great quality and the instrument needs tuning every couple of days. Also, the colour isn’t exactly vivid blue as in the picture but black and very dark blue (black on the edges).
lovely guitar it was a present for my daughters 17th birthday and she was really happy until she played it and the thinnest E string broke within a few minutes

it would be perfect but the fretboard looks a boot cheap looking, and cotton or something like that seems to come out the side of some frets.otherwise its good
